Rooms are nice, Customer service and trying to get into contact with them is a hassle if you ever have a problem. No pool view (got charged extra) not king sized bed (paid extra for that and the dont even have them), no address was on my unit, control panel to easily access gate opening did not work (had to get out of car and walk to another keypad just to open gate). Tried to get in contact with reservation dept to get refund on the difference in room type that they charged me for (took over a MONTH for them to just pick up the phone) and did not receive my refund yet. If you get a perfect room and situation, you won't have any problems, but if you do then be ready for a very under-the-table style customer service.

I'm here for my father's 60th birthday, and the resort is absolutely perfect. Everything is so clean, everything we needed was provided. I have no complaints at all, and would return again!

Had a great stay at Damai Resort! The pool area was beautiful and clean, the units were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was huge! Was convenient to stores, restaurants and parks. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing 3 story condo. 4 bedrooms makes it perfect for the whole family. Beautiful and clean with a contemporary Asian feel. Pool is beautiful. All nice appliances and washer and dryer makes it an all inclusive experience.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Orlando. The floorplans are extremely spacious and the space is cozy. Additionally, the beds are very comfortable. This resort is close to theme parks as well as other major Orlando attractions. I enjoyed swimming in the luxurious pool and soaking in the hot tub at night. The grounds were very clean and I felt very safe. All in all, I highly recommend this resort and would come back again :-)

Great location and spacious units. Very clean and includes all amenities you need. Plenty of parking spaces. Perfect for vacationing!

It is very nice, very spacious and high class. Everything is great it's just missing those few things that make it a truly wonderful experience. For example it might be stupid but just something I noticed there's not really any place to hang up your wet towels as well as there's evidence that there is no groundskeeper or anyone on the grounds keeping things up.

Overall I'd give this resort 3.5 stars for it's excellent value, its proximity to Disney, and its spacious layout. We used the resort as an extended stay place while we did our house hunting. The condo/apartment itself is lovely. We did have issues with the service side. Our vacuum broke on the first day and after emailing and calling (hard to get an actual person on the phone) after 3 days of saying hey we're coming that day they sent an email in all caps saying they had already delivered it. It was not delivered until that night after their rude email and my husband had to take it completely apart to get it to work. The lawns were not tended to the three weeks we were there leaving tall grass and weeds which would explain our frequent large black snake sightings. Because of this the kids were basically trapped in the house because we were worried. Given that it is meant to be for longer stays I was surprised that they had no cleaning supplies for counters, bathrooms etc. With two kids under 5 the house gets messy quickly and I found myself at Walmart stocking up on basic cleaning supplies. THe home itself is awesome for large families because it has so many bedrooms and a separate junior master bedroom. It is not however baby/ toddler friendly because there are stairs everywhere! We ended up buying 2 baby gates to keep everyone safe and sAne! Over all though, it is exactly as I stated before excellent value.

One night so far. Place is beautiful but little problems all over the place. Broken fan remotes, mismatched paint, bathroom doors that don't lock. Otherwise worth the stay.

Beautiful town houses, some areas needed cleaning. We had Major problems getting a hold of people to get into the gate and the 2 separate town homes that we had accommodations for. It's understandable there is no front desk but other guest had similar problems over all being a native and living on the space coast. I would love to give this place another chance and make it a family encounter.

Very good accommodations, spacious and comfortable.

Good place to stay with all ammenities included… unless you have small kids. There are way too many stairs to fall from.

Good location near Disney, comfortable beds and large rooms.

Fantastic resort which is very close to the theme parks and shopping malls/outlets. Fabulous facilities on site including a wonderful swimming pool, play Park and gym. Very clean and convenient. Definitely a 5 stars staying.
