Great amenities with the pool, shuffle board, gym, put put and more. The RV sites are very spacious and so many good sites exist. This is our second time staying here. My mom stayed in a cabin this time and it was very nice and clean as well. When a cooking utensil broke on Thanksgiving, housekeeping gave us a new one within 5 minutes. The only downside to this resort is the surrounding noice of helicopter tours and traffic. We would definitely stay in the back near the woods as opposed to by the pool for noise reasons as well.

Wonderful Resort! The staff is incredible. We stayed in one of the homes 5 yrs ago. This time we are in our RV. Both times were GREAT. So close to so many parks and attractions. Yes there is construction on site now, but they are building more RV spots. Definitely will be back again.

Grounds are clean and well kept. Bath houses clean and up to date. Very helpful and supportive staff. Nice pool area.

Loved it! Staff were very nice spots were nice got exactly what I was looking for at the last minute on a one minute notice it was fabulous!

With this being our Second time back, great facility great staff and an excellent location to everything including the theme parks, old town and plenty of family friendly restaurants and shops! Can’t wait to come back!

Best place ever! Very convenient to Orlando activities and restaurants! Kids love just riding their bikes and having fun!

This place is horrible, they treat their guests like trash.

They let RV detail service come in on Sunday and sounded like a construction site for 6 hours. Paying $125 a night I guess my time means nothing. This should be done during the week. Very disappointed.

Reading through reviews. As we have family who booked last night and tonight. When arriving they were told they couldn't set their camper up as it was quiet time. AFTER PAYING for last night's stay DOUBLE the price at that. Place is a joke. Very unprofessional. Glad we didn't choose to stay here!

One of our favorite places. The staff are amazing and it’s A clean and beautiful and quite. Lots to do. Even have a doggy bath.

Clean, friendly, and close to everything we wanted to do. Enjoyed the car shows walking distance to Old Town.

Absolutely horrendous. Just pulled out from a 4 night stay. On night 2, thanksgiving, the breaker in the breaker box outside blew leaving us with 1 leg of power, and taking my fridge out. We called and was told by security that there was nothing they could do, there’s no on call maintenance, and we would have to wait to the morning. Thank god my husband is an electrician and swapped out the breaker. When we contacted the office the next morning, they gave us a hard time for doing that and told us we should have moved, which was not an option that was even given to us to get through the night. When I asked how they would make this right, they told us there was nothing they could do because 2 supervisors, maintenance and front office, don’t have that authority. I asked for the manager then and low and behold, on a Friday, of a holiday weekend, there’s no management until Monday. I got an attitude from the guard at the gate on Saturday morning because I didn’t have my id with me and was literally driving around the other side of the gate to pick up my sons birthday cake that was being delivered, that the guard could watch me the entire time, and today, checkout is at 11, they cut your cards to the bathhouse before 10 leaving you without access to showers or toilets. We will not be back, nor will the 5 other families we were there with. I paid $400 and got absolutely nothing but aggravation.

Have been coming here for years. Walking distance to Old Town. So many places to shop and eat nearby. Staff very friendly. Always like it here. Of course rules have changed like use of pool and visitors but that is understandable due to COVID.

Great location. Very well priced. Clean and easy access to everything you need. Only mild complaint I have is the front staff should be more friendly & outgoing. They weren't necessarily rude or unpleasant… just, meh. Looked bored. But otherwise, very solid place to camp.

I got a 2 bedroom cottage for 2 nights at a good price for me and my family. I found this hotel to be located in a great area of Kissimmee Florida, close to all the fun stuff. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner but other then that it was all good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if we come back to Kissimmee in the future.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom rental cabin and it was very pleasant. I will be returning to stay again. My only concerns were that my particular cabin shower took some time to regulate temp (too cold/too hot) before comfortable. Also, their was an upholstered chair in this cabin that looked extremely dirty and disgusting. It requires thourough cleaning or replacement.

While we did enjoy our stay in the cottage, we did find that some things were dated, damaged, and not very clean. It was not so bad that we would never return because the prices on Orbitz were wonderful. But possibly consider different options if we are capable of spending more on the hotel for the vacation. I had wished that there would have had a bit more housecleaning done prior to our visit, such as cleaning the baseboard trim, floors, windows, and the faux wood beadboard on the walls throughout the cottage. We would have also appreciated towel delivery of some sort because we stayed an entire week so it became very tiresome dragging towels back and forth.

Love the cute little cottages and the whole resort is very quiet and peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the kiddie pool. The beds are pretty comfortable, too. There are cute little gators in the pond and the resort is pet friendly, dogs everywhere. Love it!

We enjoyed staying in one of your cottages as it had everything we need like we were at home. It was spacious and private. We didn't have to worry about our children making noise or other families interrupting us. We felt safe and welcomed. We enjoyed a walk to the pond, and the laundry mat was clean. The office staff was friendly.

Be aware of their cancelation polocy. We had made reservations 2 months in advance and had to cancel a month before we got there, I was charged 10 dollars per night for all the nights that I had reserved up to 70 dollars max. There is really no reason for them to charge since I had cancelled a month in advance wich gives them more than enough time to book another person. So I would not recomend this place just because of there polocy. Do not make any reservation unless you are absolutely shure you are going there.

The room was nice, but the beds were rather small and the Wi-Fi never wanted to work. But the area was very nice and offered plenty of activities to keep everyone busy even in the downtime.

We stayed in a deluxe cottage with two rooms. We booked our stay despite the few bad reviews because they seemed like trivial things to us and we frequent a different location owned by Carefree that we love. Despite letting the staff know ahead of time that we would be arriving early, and being told that our room would be ready an hour early, it was not. We found the four of us hanging out in the lobby, with quite a few other families, waiting for our cottage to be ready. This was one of the bad reviews we read, and it was true for us. When we got to our room, it smelled heavily of bleach. But assuming they had just gotten done cleaning, it didn't bother us much. Another complaint that we had read. Despite the cottage smelling of bleach, it had dirty handprints everywhere. The door jams and baseboards were black. The floor was dirty, there was sand and dirt everywhere, and no way for us to clean it up ourselves. We found things throughout the cottage, in the drawers. Children's slippers, screws, trash, etc. It's obvious that house cleaning is lacking. Our youngest wet the bed. When we stripped the bed, we found none of the beds had mattress covers on them and all three mattresses were stained with yellow stains. We had some things that we needed the Wi-Fi for. That was a joke. The directions literally said find one that has the strongest signal. When my husband went to ask about it, they said that there was simply too many people for the system to support.

I really couldn't complain… my cottage was pretty decent… the loft ladder had two loose rungs. The toilet paper roll holder was broken… and I didn't have a dishwasher … my picnic table was about to fall apart. And I had to notify the front desk twice about a wasp nest and wasps flying all over. Making my outdoor time limited unless we went to the pool area… the bed was comfortable and the resort is close to attractions… walking distance to OLD TOWN and FUN SPOT… the drives are a little narrow and they get pretty busy on weekend… lot's of activities and amenities… no hot tub… price was a little high for what you get… but I wanted a place where I could be close to things I wanted to see and do…

We stayed in a small cottage, and it was really nice. Friendly, accomodating atmosphere. The only thing offputting was that I stayed in a room that was small, and had three beds. Otherwise, I loved it. Quaint and relaxed.

My friends and I stayed in a Platinum cottage and we were so happy with the experience! The cottage was better than we imagined, and was right near the pool. The staff was extremely nice and laid back about everything. It's so close to everything and the community is so nice and quaint. Will definitely be back!

I was disappointed. For the price I would expect more. The camp sites were extremely tight. 1) The edge of my pad was eight foot away from my neighbors pad on one side. The other side was twelve foot away. The campground was design for maximum number of campers. Maximum profit 2) The pad was barely long enough to park a 40 foot coach and park your toad in front of the coach. 3) Water pressure was poor. 4) The streets along the RV's very narrow. 5) The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. Most of the time I had to use my Verizon MiFi. I was getting up at 4:30 in the morning to use the campgrounds Wi-Fi. 6) The office staff are over worked and abrupt. When I walked into the office one could cut the tension with a knife. I had to ask three times if my Good Sams discount was applied. Finally the discount was given at a savings of over $100.00 7) The gym the equipment were need of repair. 8) The pool water was an ice bath. I only choose this campground as all other parks could not accommodate the length of my stay. The good news. 1) The area has nice landscaping around the office and the pool area. 2) Close to attractions. 3) Office was nice. 4) Free coffee was good. Would I go back. NO!

Perfect for the family… at unbeatable prices. The only thing missing is Wi — Fi. Indeed, it is written Internet access free wireless, but we we know that there is no Internet.
Otherwise, great service, free parking, chalet equipped with a kitchenette (small but comfortable) expectations, amazing facilities with a heated pool, unbeatable price obtained on trivago, close to Walt Disney. For two couples (4 adults and 3 children), we took the Premium: 2 Bedroom with a Loft. The children slept on the mezzanine. At about US $ 100 + tx per night, divided in two couples makes cheap night and we can make our meal.

Great service I loved it and very family oriented, I would definatley recommend this for anybody looking to have a good time for a week or so or even a day!

Tropical palms is an amazing resort. My friends stay their long term and love the life style. It is a clean, safe and friendly environmental and I've personally considered staying there myself. They have onsite laundry, restaurant and pool with in pool movies. Lots of fun.

There were crates outside campers with constantly barking dogs. Some dogs tied up outside and unattended, barking and lunging at my kids and dogs as we walked by. Some of the sites are horribly junky. The umbrella at the pond has been torn to shreds and hasn't been replaced in quite a while. Laundry lines on many lots makes the place look run down. Many picnic tables are old and splintery. Lots are crowded with multiple cars on many of the lots. Trailers are sticking out into the road. Front desk staff not as friendly as they used to be. Idriana specifically was bothered that she had to look for my package. In fact, she said I didn't have one. So I went home to check the delivery status and it had been delivered 4 hours prior. I went back the second time and she was able to find it but never offered an apology or even a smile. This used to be a family friendly campground. It appears to only welcome snowbirds now. It's overpriced and run down. With so many other campgrounds in the area, we won't be back.

Stayed in January 2016. We camped in the 700 block. Our spot was level, with good power, cable hookup (didn't use it), waste water hookup, and fresh water. Getting back to our loop was tricky the map shows a straight road, and its anything but that. Once there we didnt have water. It was down to fix a lead. This leak was a problem our 1 week stay. Water would go up and down. Finally on our last night it went down at 4pm and was off well after 9pm. The bathroom were old and not well maintained. The laundromat was a joke. Worst part is there is roughly 10 maybe 12 feet between campers. Its like camping in a grass parking lot. Dont plan on coming back.

First time staying here. Very nice and quiet. Close to all Disney parks. Grounds were well kept. The laundry room needs a little cleaning but overall great campground! Enjoyed stay.
