Review of Hotel Denver 3*

My partner and I decided to spend a few days in Glenwood springs for our honeymoon and found a great deal on the Hotel Denver that included two passes to the Adventure Park. Being the spontaneous guy I am, I put in a crazy request to have a special picture in the room to surprise my partner. I never expected that they would actually do it! They had a laminated picture waiting for us and a free upgrade on top of that! She was so surprised and delighted. I was delighted by the staff on a daily basis. They were always courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy every need we might have had. They also have discounted tickets for the springs within walking distance across the river and you can get a free credit voucher for the brewpub attached to the hotel if you decline housekeeping, which I will always take advantage of! The room was more than spacious and perfectly clean on arrival with plenty of towels, sheets and pillows. They even provide a hand sewn quilt in the room and the quilts can be purchased in the lobby for those interested. There was also a Keurig coffee machine with free pods and more shampoo, soap, and conditioner than anyone could ever need. The brewpub is attached to the hotel and has excellent beer and food available late into the night. The hotel does not officially have breakfast but had granola bars, apples, and fresh coffee available in the lobby each morning. This hotel has been around for quite a while but appears to have been recently renovated but with a classic feeling still about it. If we ever come back to Glenwood springs, I know what hotel we are staying at for sure.
