Hotel itself is very good but the front desk lady was very rude. She was not nice at all. The way she answered and the way her look was very rude. She may be good at her work (I don’t know) but not good for the customer service at all.

Left something very important to us in the room. I called 6 times to explain the situation (starting right after checkout. ). They always said they would check and call me back (including the GM). No one ever called me back. Very disappointing customer service. Also, we are diamond members and they couldn’t add our HH number to our reservation when we checked in. Seemed odd.

Excellent hotel, great staffs, and a superb location in “new” Denver!

Just a nice little place with a great park and fly package. Will definitely make this our Tower Road Hotel.

I stay here on business for weeks on end! Staff are great and friendly! This place will always be my number one choice to stay!

It's great for an extended stay. Four stars because you can only drink in the lobby and because my room didn't have a bathtub only a shower. Otherwise, it's clean, the breakfast and all day coffee and tea are nice, and it's convenient to the Denver airport.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out the next morning. It was clean, comfortable and had a free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast has lots of variety. Home 2 suites has an emphasis on environmental friendliness which I like. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly.

Very nice new hotel. It is only a couple minutes from the airport with several restaurants nearby. We had a one bedroom which was a very large room. We weren't there long enough to use the other amenities, but breakfast area and workout room are right off the lobby.

This is a super convenient location when traveling through the DEN airport. Great for late arrivals or early departures so you don't have to worry about traffic. Clean hotel with a good fitness center, indoor pool, and several restaurants nearby (including walking distance). I'll stay here again.

Awesome hotel and staff. Fantastic room. With we had time to enjoy all the amenities. The laundry facilities were perfect after hiking and camping for over a week.

I loved this hotel. Staff was amazing. The facility was clean. Breakfast was good. Tea and coffee fresh and tasty ready 24 hours a day.

Home2Suites is precisely what it advertises itself to be. It offers moderate to low rates. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. My Room was in order and also hygienically maintained. As a frequent guest of Hilton brand hotels, I was once more extremely satisfied with my experience.

Amazing! Great friendly service. Super clean room and lobby. The room was so nice I nixed plans I had originally made and stayed in the whole day. Had my two dogs with me and they loved it too! Breakfast was good and they had my favorite coffee creamer which was a major plus :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and enjoyed the room size and feel of the hotel. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming at check in, but I really liked the room so we chose to stay there for another trip from DIA. The flight was cancelled and we called to see if we could change our reservation or get a refund or a credit in the future. We knew this was a long shot because it was last minute but thought as Hilton Honors member we would give it a shot and at least talk to someone who might be able to help us. We were unable to speak to a manager at the hotel, even though we were promised we could, were lied to and given false promises by the staff, dropped twice while on hold and promised a call back from a manager in an hour. Still waiting on the call a day later and not holding my breath that there will be any response. We were told by the Hilton Honors representative that they only had one room left in the hotel, so they were full. Hilton Honors said that they have no control or influence over individual hotels so they were not helpful either. In fact they told me it is there policy at Hilton not to have managers call back in a situation like this and they were sorry someone promised us that. Hospitality and Customer service business? Yikes! We will be staying at one of the many other great hotels around DIA in the future and cancelling our reservations at another Home2 Suites for a trip to CA later this summer. Bad service, unprofessional staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They need more luggage carts however. I had to wait 15 minutes for staff to try and find them because other guests left them in their rooms. 3 carts simply isn't enough. Parking is horrible when they are full. Breakfast was okay. Not as good in my opinion as a Hilton's Hampton Inn breakfast. Since I've never stayed at a Home2 I didn't know what to expect. Over all for the 2 nights we stayed on business. Would stay there again.

Booked my entire trip to Denver through a 3rd party for the very first time. Every single aspect of the trip was a huge headache except Home2 Suites! I was able to do an early check in, the staff was amazing and I was very impressed with the kitchen area in the room and the free use of the cook top. I loved how quiet the hotel was, I felt like there was no one else around the entire time! The breakfast was good in the morning and I really appreciated using the computers in the lobby to print my boarding passes. I am going to try to find a Home2 wherever I travel from now on. Great job guys!

Very nice staff. Rooms are good size. Room was noisy on the street side. Also a vent just outside my door, the air vent was noisy. I would stay here again if the price is good.

Rooms are nice. Employees are friendly. Breakfast not so great. No hot tub even though on website shows there is one.

Love this place! Spacious mini apartments. Good breakfast buffet, and Ruby Tuesday across the street.

These hotel are also nice! Great breakfast. Rooms are nice and cozy. Coffee is always fresh through out the day. Highly recommend.

The staff here is incredibly kind, excellent location that’s near the airport and extremely clean, I recommend it.

You won’t regret staying here! Fabulous hotel — employees were very nice, breakfast was great tons of options definitely one of the better free breakfast hotels, rooms were very clean and spacious has everything you need! I’d recommend just uber pooling to downtown Denver if you wanna see that area it’s like $12 vs $9 a person on the train and you have to walk miles to switch trains and stuff way easier to uber. Next time I come to Denver I will be staying here again great hotel!

Beautiful room, staff excellent, breakfast was awesome. The girl keeping the food stocked was simply great. Thank you highly recommend.

Next best thing to a condo. The rooms had a full kitchen set and you could even check out a hot plate at no extra cost. There are a few restaurants close by if your here for the night but nothing in the hotel. All in all great accommodations for the price. I would definitely stay at this establishment again.

Quiet. Large room. I appreciated the fold out couch bed for my kids to sleep on. The shower head was tall so I could actually stand under it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had your standard options but of higher quality, buckwheat waffles and self serve egg and sandwich options.

Nice clean and updated hotel! The only complaint was that the window curtain didn't keep light from coming in from the bottom. The staff was friendly and so helpful!

Nice new hotel. Plenty of space in room. You can hear everything through the walls. Plenty of babies and dogs at this hotel making a lot of noise.

Friendly and accommodating front desk. The hotel is clean and offers updated amenities such as a 24 hour fitness center and family friendly pool area. Complementary breakfast is offered from 6 to 10 each morning. With a convenient location and airport shuttle, I'll stay again.

The bathroom sink in room 105 was backed up and had a very slow drain. It would be nice if keeping the pipes clean was part of routine maintenance. Everything else was good. The bed was extremely nice.

This hotel is very new. The room was large with 2 queen beds, kitchenet, couch, and large desk. Comfortable beds. Free breakfast was fresh and the dining area was clean. We will stay here again.

We had a late flight arrival to Denver and didn't plan to rent a car until the next day. Thankfully their free airport shuttle was available for us. Unfortunately it only shuttled to the airport and wouldn't take us to the car rental agency the next morning. The room was very clean, comfortable, and extremely spacious. The staff was very friendly as well.

New, Clean, Nice staff. Check in was easy and supper nice desk clerk. Big room, Clean, had a kitchen, and BIG TV! We would stay there again. Priced somewhat better the other hotels on the street.

Here for a month, beds are comfy, tall ceilings so room feels bigger, separate bedroom from living area, plenty of storage, nice details, clean, modern, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Indoor pool is awesome and grills are available in an outdoor patio area. Laundry available and a gym. Very pleased. Good job Hilton, home2 might be your next big one in your brand.

Not as clean as I'd hoped for a place that looks brand new. Shower water pressure was weak. Also, the room was super noisy. Had to visit the front desk numerous times (including after 1am) due to other guests stomping around upstairs or having their TV on full blast next door. But it was affordable and met our needs. Continental breakfast was pretty nice. Also, very close to Denver Airport and car rental return.

This is a hard one for me. I have to commend the staff for the excellent service especially the front desk employees. The hotel is very modern and quirky. Rooms are comfortable but the lighting was a bit dim. My biggest knock was the breakfast was not up par with most other hotels at this level.

Clean (new hotel). Arrived at 1am to a room that was 60F. I set the temp to 68F but spent the night trying to stay warm. I woke 4 hrs later to a 62F room. At 8am I went to front desk to ask about the heat. The response was "the tech comes in tomorrow. Do you want a blanket? " Very disappointing for a "Hilton Family Hotel".

Love this place. Great service and amemties. I especially love the tag to hang on the door letting the staff know that my dog is inside the room. The place is conveniently located to airport and other major attractions.

The breakfast is all microwave heat up prepackaged trash. All the televisions in the lobby are tuned to liberal biased CNN which made it harder to digest the terrible food. We were gone from our room for ten hours on one of the days and returned to a dirty room. House cleaning showed up at 7 pm to clean it and I told them it was pointless at this time. When we checked in, the front desk clerk messed up and only put us in for three nights instead of four like our reservation stated. On the last night we went to bed early due to early rise the next morning. At 9:30 a hotel employee burst in my room waking me up. This was followed by a phone call from the front desk pestering me about why I haven't checked out. I had to explain to her what happened and basically do her job to figure out what happened. Needless to say, this place sucks. I would sleep in my car before ever staying here again.

Very nice suite. Comfy bed and pillows. New hotel. Very clean. Only complaint is that I could hear the people in the room above ours clomping around and it would have been nice to have room service but there's no restaurant on site.

This is such a nice place to stay. My stay so far has been great the room is huge and I like that they are pet friendly.

Well built quality hotel. Very quiet. Perfect for short stay before flying out or extended stay with your own transportation. Breakfast provided, small limited pantry, two restaurants across the street. What you would expect from a Hilton product catering to extended stay.

Excellent service… cheerful staff… modern, stylish hotel, biggest room I have stayed in, for this price point… close to the airport… cannot ask for much more.

The rooms are larger, with "Ikea like" decor and have plenty of easily accessible power outlets throughout the room. The lobby and workout areas are newer and well maintained, but the breakfast is low tier.

Overall the hotel was very nice. When I checked in the person at the front desk was very friendly to talk with. The room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. The strange thing was I had never stayed at a hotel that had dispensers in the shower for shampoo and body wash, like in a restroom, but it worked. There is a pool and fitness center at the hotel. I didn't get a chance to use either, but both looked well kept up. I didn't see a hot tub. The only thing I didn't care about was the breakfast. They had oatmeal, some cereal and some bagels. Instead of eggs there were pre-made breakfast sandwiches that you reheat in a microwave, like you would find in a gas station. I didn't try one so can't comment on the taste. If I needed a hotel near the Denver airport I would definitely consider this one again.

Took them 40 minutes to pick us up from the terminal after several calls (all from me to them, never from them to me to give me updates, clarifications etc. ) Another woman and her family waited 60 minutes for the same van. It was a cold day with a toddler watching the other vans come through multiple times while ours never showed. The hotel had an opportunity to be a shining light in an otherwise frustrating day when our flight home was cancelled. Instead this just made us again feel like no one honestly cared about the customer experience. The receptionist kept saying "the driver is on the other side of the terminal and will be there in 5 minutes. " Clearly no attempt to really hunt down the information or get it back to the patron. Either apathy by the receptionist or a miss on the part of the driver (why wouldn't he just pull around to the other side if he was already at the terminal? ) In either case it was lack of communication and follow through on both their parts. After that I was honestly going to give the hotel 1 star — (for an airport hotel shouldn't their primary concern be getting the weary travelers back to their hotel in good time? No one is choosing an airport hotel for the ambience. ) In any case the morning staff was much more attentive and courteous so redeemed them back to 3. The remainder of the hotel accommodations etc were fine.

Staff was friendly and helpful. You can ask for a cook top if you need it. Large rooms. Pool with outdoor patio area with gas grill. No bar, but a liqueur store is nearby. This new hotel is clean and modern.

Because they are very friendly and attentive and everything is new and especially very clean.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. You'd never know the hotel was brand-new. Not a single glitch. A huge thank you to the AGM Clint for his help during the winter weather. I didnt catch the names of the two other ladies that were there. You were all wonderful. My new fave Denver hotel!
