The hotel is very well designed. The colors and materials are pleasing to look at. The value is there also. The bad part is that the noise levels are terrible. I can hear people below me, above me and anyone walking and talking in the hall or next door, LOUD! Very disappointed with that. The infant upstairs might as well be in a crib next to my bed. Should spend some money on sound proofing. Sink also has almost no water Pressure.

Excellent. The staff was helpful and polite. I was traveling with an elderly, disabled family member and the hotel staff were accommodating in working with us so we could check in early. While they made no guarantees when I called earlier in the morning, they told me they would see what they could do and when we arrived, a room was available. The room was beautifully appointed and the refrigerator and microwave in the room were truly convenient. It was refreshing that the staff was willing to try to accommodate my family member. It was a huge relief to us. Thank you for being amazing.

New, clean and nice room. I wish there was warm blankets already in the room but that was accommodated. Good breakfast. Pool was warm enough and 24hrs which was great. Shuttle was already there when we flew in. Will stay again!

Rooms are very nicely done. Decorated very tastefully and modern. They smell good. They are not at all cramped. Just comfortable and clean. The price is right too!

This was a great stopover on a cross country trip with two cats. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was clean and well maintained. It was easy to get to from the Interstate and, as a bonus, there's a Walgreens nearby for any little items you might need to pick up. If I hadn't had cats with me, I would probably have sat outside in their pleasant courtyard for a while.

First time staying at La Quinta and it was a wonderful experience. I missed my flight and was able to make a reservation that night. There's a free shuttle from and to the airport. Very friendly staff, easy check in, reasonable price, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was made up of waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels, coffee, orange juice, among other options. I will definitely stay here again!

The woman on the phone for the reservation was very friendly. They had a free shuttle from the airport. The hotel was clean and up-to-date with nice carpet, bedding and a beautiful area for the continental breakfast. The staff was super friendly and the pool is heated and so comfortable to swim in, and is also 24 hours! I highly recommend this hotel. They are extremely reasonably priced. You will love it!

The staff there were very accommodating. I had signed up the La Quinta rewards program a while back, and for this stay I was able to use my points to save $60 on my stay. There was a free shuttle to the airport in the morning which was very nice. The first room I checked into was very close to a room with a loud barking dog, so I called to the front desk, and they were able to change my room right away on to another floor that was much quieter.

Best La Quinta I've stayed at! Great location, all the staff and airport shuttle crew were awesome great breakfast and loved the fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room! Comfortable beds and pet friendly, I would absolutely without a doubt stay here again! Great job and thanks for finding my cell phone!

The La Quinta Inn at the Denver International Airport on Tower Road is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The customer service have such wonderful personalities, and my room was out of this world, the bed I want to know where the mattress came from it is so comfortable. I definitely will stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Denver.

I am very impressed with this hotel. Our room was so cozy and spacious. The pool was open all night. We checked in so late, and left quite early. We were all elated to be able to use it. It was warm too. Perfect after a long weekend of skiing. They also shuttled us to the airport for free at 5am!

Haven't stayed here for a couple years. Found the renovation very nice. Our room was very nice and the price was very reasonable. Also the park and fly was a nice add on to our stay.

Very nice people, room seemed nice and clean. Good friendly shuttle to the airport. (I wanted a ride to the RTD train station half-mile away, couldn't do it, so took shuttle back to airport and caught the train there. Good solution. )

Missed my connection in Denver so was put up for the night at this hotel by the airline. Easy check in. Easy check out. Comfortable bed. Looked like they were updating the hotel so a few things were still out of date (room wasn't but elevator was). TV didn't work in the room which was fine because I got in late and had to leave early. Breakfast was good too. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Loved the bathroom, but the tub had some cracks. For being under the renovation process right now it was pretty nice. The beds were also super comfortable!

I stayed here with my two kids out of all 5 hotels we stayed at in the past 4 weeks this was the best one. Checking in was great and checking out was AMAZING! The beautiful young lady jahne I think was so sweet. She talked to my daughter for 15 minuets while I went and got everything together, she wasn’t upset at all. My daughter even invited her to her birthday party. (surprisingly because my daughter is very shy) she’s truly amazing! The room was great thank you so much LaQuinta for everything.

We stayed at this Hotel the week of Thanksgiving for our Anniversary. I was greeted by the young lady at the desk, check in was a breeze. The room was clean and had a great view to the mountains. Beautiful bathroom and very spacious room, we didn't feel like we were in each others space while in the room. I believe they were doing some work on the lower level of the hotel but we never heard any noises which was a plus for us we wanted to relax the whole week. Breakfast was served daily with hot and cold items everything was clean and good. We will definitely book again when we travel back.

Nice place, even though they were remodeling it. Very comfortable beds. I didn't get to try the breakfast but I bet it was good!

It was very clean and everything was in good working order. They're under construction, but other than the lobby with in a weird location, it's not disruptive to your stay. Breakfast was good and so was the service. The pool is nicer than most, and has mobility accommodations built in.

Great location for travelling. We checked in and went to the airport to drop off the rental car then took the Free shuttle service back to the hotel. We took the same shuttle service back to the airport for our 3:30 AM flight. Great location and service for busy travelers.

Under construction, but still very nice. The beds were a little too firm for me. The breakfast could have been better. The waffle iron was broken and the eggs were cold. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The location was going through a renovation during my visit; however, there rooms were clean and modern. There is a fitness room and pool area. Breakfast is complimentary and there were cookies available every time I was in the lobby. Shuttle service to the airport is also available. Big plus!

This location was recently renovated and is in good shape. The lobby was laid out well. The room was in good shape and all items worked. The bathroom door was damaged by overspray from the shower. The continental breakfast was good, not great.

The service was wonderful. The gym was nice. The tub was old and scratched but overall the room looked renovated with a nice decor. Free shuttle to the airport was timely, friendly and easy to use. I also thought the soothing sounds on the TV was a nice bonus. My overall experience was very good.

The rooms are very good size and updated. Loved our "living room" in our king suite. Unfortunately they were completely full the 2 nights we stayed there so there was no crib available for my daughter. We had to go out and buy a pack n play. Also, when we arrived at the hotel to check in the front desk man was not very friendly. He didn't tell us where our room was or how to get there. He also got very rude when we asked about a crib. Otherwise a very good stay.

My room was very clean and quiet. I had a pet and I liked how their was no extra charge. The bed was also very comfortable.

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Customer service at the front desk was horrible. They were very rude. Our key cards would only work once then we had to take them back to the front desk for them to be fixed. This happened about 30 times and they kept telling me to keep them away from my phone. Which they were. The white comforters had giant stains on them. When I asked the desk if they could get me a clean one he hands me one and I go to put it on (myself) and it has numerous nasty stains. The breakfast is horrible, it's more like a snack. Maid service is nonexistent. Some days they didn't make the beds and NEVER cleaned the bathroom. Dirt and filth everywhere. No fridges or microwaves and tiny, lumpy beds.

Hotel claims it's 100% smock free. Posted on the elevator. Got to our room and it smell like someone had been smocking for a week. Call front desk to request another room and the phone connection is very bad. We finally got another room and this time the room smell like lysol. We keep the room open to try to get air sirculation in the room with the window open. Will not use this hotel again.

It was a good experience. You would remind anyone.

Beds are hard as a rock and have some thin bumpy cover that moves. After being up from 3am eastern time to 9pm rocky time. Only slept 4 hours. My back is aching. Paper thin walls. Gave a us old play pen without a mattress and called it a portable crib. The baby is sleeping in the bed with us. He wouldn't sleep on it. Like sleeping on a thin old gym mat for the baby.

Beginning with a horrid shuttle ride (first shuttle was empty but said he would only drop off at neighboring econolodge even though it said La Quinta), an hour later of standing in the cold we arrived. First room they booked into was already occupied creating a rather uncomfortable situation as we walked into another couple in their most 'romancing' moment. Next room was empty thankfully but run down, poorly cleaned (pubic hairs in bathroom, stained sheets, dirty tub). We had a king suite booked with full size sofa sleeper but got a small room with a single sofa sleeper that barely fit; not a suite. Breakfast was pathetic with horrid coffee. Would not consider booking this again even if half price! A serious blemish for the La Quinta brand! Rereading the other reviews it is apparent that many are written by the establishment itself!

DONT USE THE SHUTTLE FROM THERE! I WAITED WITH MY SON IN 40° WEATHER FOR 1 HOUR AND NO ONE CARED! And then had to pay for a cab to finally get there! Worst customer service I have ever had at any hotel! I will never return, and I'll be sure to tell all my Cheyenne friends to use any other inn or hotel in the future.

I stay at the hotel en July of 2015 and it wasn't the pleasure to stay a la Quinta nice and clean… I stay at room 139 the room doesn't have a window curtains to make the room dark. And it has some Bed Bugs … I have all my legs whit bites when I go to the front desk to ask for something the can help me to relieve the itchy on my body … jajajaja they send me to the near gas station to the hotel … walking at middle night whit my baby at age of 13 months walking by my self because they don't have a emergency kit. My recommendation for you don't stay a that messy hotel.

New, clean, comfortable, well designed. Location near DIA with free shuttle. Friendly, helpful staff. Only two nearby restaurants, so need a car for meals. May need car anyway as only other hotels are nearby.

We use this hotel for stays prior to flying out of DIA and pay extra for extended parking. Very handy and reliable. The accomdations are very good but, they need to improve the breakfast selection.

Overall the room was comfortable and adequate for the rate paid. The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar. I've stayed at this hotel previously and this was not an issue. I will give them another chance in hopes that this was a one time occurrence.

La Quinta is usually a fantastic place to stay. Our stay at the Denver airport was OK, but the room was not completely cleaned and restocked. There was old coffee spills, no coffee cups or refills. The bathroom sink was not clean and there were no drinking cups and only one wash cloth. The rest of the room was good. The bed was HORRIBLE, the most uncomfortable bed ever.

Stay was great front desk people are nice and accommodating rooms are clean and nice stuff was funny we asked about the suits and he thought we meant sweets and brought us cookies lol funny. Great place to stay also if you need extra bed they have roll away beds you can ask for.

The room was very clean, nicely and tastefully decorated. Even though the room was near the elevator, it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature was easily adjusted. The area for the check-in and Continental breakfast, however, was a little crowded and darker than I would have liked. Even so, I would stay here again.

The La Quinta Inn staff was professional and accommodated our needs. The rooms were clean and well kept.

I found a RAT in my hotel room. I trapped it in a trash can with no trashbag because they are cheap and nasty. I check in at 6 am and left at 10am next day. They charge me for 2 nights like scam con artist. There reasoning is because I I checked in before noon so it counts as two days. I called in advance for a 99$ room. Show up and they have none apparently. I had to resort to 200$ suite. They said check out was at 12 tommorow. So I assume that was one day. But no. But if checkout was in 7 hrs why didn't they tell me? … I have spent years in lodging and hospitality. They offended me by trying to hold on to my money. I shouldn't have to fight for my money when there is a RAT in my room…. I am attempting to contact head quarters in Texas. To all who agree! I promise this war is far from over.

Overall it was a good and clean hotel. Room was clean. Front desk was nice. Has indoor pool that is open 24hrs and heated. Walking distance from ruby Tuesday restaurant next door. We booked the room sat and sun but wanted to extend our stay to Monday the rates went up $159/ night. For the weekend rate that we paid it was a good hotel. Located near the airport.

My sister had to rush to a meeting today (7/24/15) and left her bags with an employee who put them in a locked room. Only employees have access to that room. When she came back her bags were messed with. All her foreign money was gone, all she had to live on for a month. The staff is being uncooperative and defending the employee who is obviously the one who did it. The manager is denying responsibility.

Super staff very accommodating, Ray at the front desk was awesome we have a big family to accommodate they found us a wonderful room and were ready to offer help at any time, called to the front desk for tp, had some in less than 5 min great great great.

I was very Impressed. VERY clean, room seemed more like a marriott room than a La Quinta. Service staff were very helpful when checking in. My only complaint would be the guests above us being extremely noisy but the hotel staff handled that quickly and effectively! Thanks for an easy stay.

The worst hotel I have been to. I forgot a poster tube which they told me that they would ship but every time I called I heard a different story. They kept making me call in the evenings, mornings but all with different answers.

We opened the closet door to hang up coats as we first walked in. The closet was piled with dirty towels. This was a suite so we had to open the couch for someone to sleep. There were dirty sheets, blankets and food. Yuck. I did not feel like I was staying in a room that had even been cleaned. Of course we called the front desk as soon as we opened the closet and they sent someone to clean but we also had no backup for TP so ran out of that. We finally moved the mattress from the pullout couch to floor to sleep. This is advertised as a suites motel so should have a half way decent pull out but it was absolutely awful. This is our first time at a LaQuinta and as I am writing this as I am staying here for the night I am just beside myself about this fiasco. That all being said I would never stay at a LaQuinta again even if the room had been clean. It is just not a very nice hotel. I would rather stay at Motel 6 or the Micro Hotel. We tried this because a friend said they had stayed at LaQuintas and were okay but that was not our experience. This is our first and last stay at the LaQuinta's. Oh, by the way, NO ONE at the front desk has even said they were sorry for our experience just the cleaning lady said she would try to get the person responsible fired and that she "Convinced them downstairs to take $40 off our bill" Really should have been comped.

On check in was ignored while clerk was on phone and then handed my card key with "here you go dude". There is ONE washer in the guest laundry for a 5 flr, 150 rooms. Took me 10 trips and 4 hrs to do 2 small articles of clothing. When complained to front desk was asked "what do you want me to do about it, I did not build the hotel". Manager does not seem concerned at all. Where is the 100% satisfaction that is posted at the front desk? Never, never was asked once in the several times I stayed there, how was your stay sir? No, here's your key DUDE! Time to use another chain at DIA.

One of the worst la quinta I have stayed at, if not the worst. There were many stains on the bed, bugs on the walls, hair in the towels, and get this — a pube in the hot water machine. I shit you not. I usually make tea instead of coffee in the morning, and just to be sure I boiled water in the maker before adding my tea. Good idea, because I found a curly, long, greasy, nasty ass pube in my coffee machine. I usually enjoy my stay at la quinta, but this is a very low quality motel. Also, its in a dangerous area. Only good thing: the shower was hot.

This was my first stay at a La Quinta hotel, and it will be my last. Reasons, you ask? Here are my reasons: 1) the traffic from the road was so loud it hindered my sleep 2) the hvac unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep 3) the carpet felt so grimy that I didn't feel comfortable walking on bare feet This hotel is pervaded by a low cost mentality, from the bare bones continental breakfast to the Dominoes pizza add on the room key.

Awesome and comfy stay, Jerry the reception lady was so sweet and helpful even recommended a taxi "sazahan limo" I hope I spelled that right. Whom was also very inexpensive and trustworthy. I will definitely recommend these people. Thanks a bunch for your hard work Jerry. Mrs. Cisneros.

Stayed there July '12. Checked in very late for early morning flight. Room was clean and in good condition but had overwhelming odor of sewer gas. Called front desk. They said there were no other rooms available and couldn't have appeared to care less. It was so late that I tried to sleep through it but woke up with headache and nausea. Ended up sleeping in my car and just showering and dressing in the room the next morning. When I complained to the front desk staff the next day they wouldn't even check it out and tried blaming it on an outdoor odor being pulled in from the air conditioner. Funny. Smelled fine outside. Thankfully there are many other choices as I will never stay there again. Just noticed that another reviewer commented on the "funny odor" on the first floor. That is the floor on which my room was located. I recall smelling the odor when we walked in, must have been seeping under the room door into the rest of the hotel.
