Great place to stay, friendly staff great amenities and no riff raff hanging around.

Polite, professional personnel. Spacious comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast offerings and a free shuttle to the airport.

Between the police and the pot smell this place is a dump.

Love the jucuzzi. Free breakfast was great. The room was a lovely size. There a nice pond outside. Friendly staff.

This is the 2nd grossest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Room marred with stains, cheap sheets, busted up phone, generally run down and dirty. And another guest I talked to thought there was prostitution being allowed from the truck stop next door. Good stuff: staff were nice, breakfast was good, they had a small airport shuttle you could track through your phone, and they had cup of noodles for a 1 am dinner after a travel day from hell.

The manager tomo kentera was very intimidating. Chased my wife down to yell at her after I confronted him regarding the broken elevator. Said there was nothing he could do. Pool and hot tub smell like sewage. Staff was friendly but definitely not worth the stay. Go elsewhere.

Close to the Airport and they have transportation to Airport that is convenient for us.

The room was very comfortable and romantic my girlfriend and I will definitely come back.

Our truck was broken into while staying at this hotel. They had no security onsite and no cameras. No manager on duty. Requested a call back from management 4 hrs ago but still have not gotten a call back!

Spent 14 days there very polite staff and clean would definitely steady again.

Horrible staff, unreliable shuttle, broken glass on bathroom floor, and no response from management. It couldn't be any worse.

My flight got delayed 12 hrs so I got a room the staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean the bed was comfortable shuttle bus were great as well thank you for making my emergency stay pleasant even had a toothbrush and paste free of charge once again thank you.

Not a bad place to stay was clean. I was worried you can tell the place is not the cleanest. Lobby furniture needs clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The airline put us up here when we missed our connecting flight due to bad weather back east.

We requested a refund for the extra room we were charged for, but to no avail. Please train your front desk people to explain to customers that presenting an airline discount voucher will automatically create a new room reservation. They acknowledged our previously made reservation but led us to believe the voucher was applied to that reservation. Only when reviewing our credit card statement did we realize we had been charged twice. The manager insisted they had no blame in the confusion.

A very pleasant stay after a long wait in the airport after a canceled flight. The staff was going the extra mile to ensure a good dozen of us were quickly served. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast the next morning was notably good and included many options.

United put us up in this hovel when we missed our connection. This place is in the middle of nowhere with no restaurant or bar and none within walking distance. The rooms are old and dirty, and they provided us with one measly bath towel to share between two people. Breakfast was paltry and predictably awful.

I have no good experience with the hotel, and I was really looking forward to find something positive there… but no way. The first impressions are not really good, the hotel is really old, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean but in some walls the painting is falling, and so on. The service is also lacking, breakfast is really small and with just a couple of thins in the buffet. I really recommend to go to a Denny’s just around the corner. Also take care with the shuttle to the airport, even ordering it in advance (4 hours in advance) I had to wait for over 40 minutes. Long story short, if you can avoid it, do it, if not enjoy the Denny‘s and be at the hotel only for bed time.

For over $100 per night, I expect better. The bathroom in 416 looks like it was pieced together out of various tub units and put together by someone that doesn't know bathrooms. The shelf in the shower surround was balancing on 3 steel deck screws. The caulking that seals the tub and surround looks like you gave a 3 year old a giant fat crayon, some Mt. Dew, and let him loose. There's stains on the carpet, a lot of chipped paint, and some trash left over by the previous tenant. They've obviously changed some things on the cabinet that the TV sits on, because there's unfilled screw holes all over it where something was once screwed down. Speaking of TV. The TV sits lower, much lower than the height of the bed. So you can imagine how interesting it was trying to watch TV while laying down. The elevator button barely worked and the plastic button housing was cracked and falling off, and there was food trash, crumbs, and various other debris down the hallway. The only reason this got two stars is because the desk staff was pleasant.

Imagine being stranded in a place you've never been and run into family members you've known your whole life. The staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and made being stranded into a much needed sabbatical. Not to mention awesome breakfast (free), fridge, microwave, 24 hr. Pool, Hot tub and very cool staff. Check it out!

I missed my flight out of Denver and was given a coupon to stay at one of the hotels in the area. I picked this one as it was closest to the airport and provided shuttling to and from the airport. All in all I enjoyed my stay for what it was. They provide breakfast and allow access to the pool area 24 hours a day which is nice.

Disappointing, but we were sent there by United Airlines because their first flight from LA was delayed and caused us to miss our second flight and they didn't have another to get us home on. What a nightmare! Missed Mother's Day and they never even compensated us for it. The beds were low, the room looked fairly cleaned, but there was no light by the table end of the room and my husband and I couldn't see what we were eating. We were too exhausted to call them and find out what happened to the lamp. The staff was helpful enough checking in and provided us with an emergency toothbrush and toothpaste. (Better than nothing and not having to go to the store… our luggage was on the flight for the next day) Never fly United again!

Good hotel. A little risky to say it's close to the airport. Almost half an hour by shuttle!

I stayed here when my frontier flight got canceled for still unexplained reasons. We checked in around 1 or 2am and the front desk hosts were very helpful and speedy to get us through. The rooms were nice and clean. My only qualms were that my TV had not gone through a channel scan and there was no way for me to do it myself and the couch was extremely worn in.

Their Customer service was excellent. Dealing with all the customers missing flights due to airlines. Catered to our needs. Beds were very clean and bathroom mostly clean. Could have been better. Floors needed vacuuming. Was a bit old and weird paint job. So if they can just do a nicer cleaning floors n repaint it would have been higher stars.

Great customer service, large rooms for price. I had a cancelled flight and arrived exhausted. The front desk was quick to check everyone in and set up shuttle rides for the morning return to the airport. The room wasn't exceptional but everything was clean and working. There was even a seating area separated by a half wall. My coffee machine was missing a part so I was left with the free coffee in the lobby. There is also a 24 hour Denny's next door that I did not take advantage of. I would choose this hotel if I needed something close to the airport again. 15 minute shuttle ride.

To spend the night is regular, very sloppy for so much use…

Room was nice. Power outage left us in the dark for over 2 hours. We were not informed as to why. G. F. I. Outlet was faulty which caused some inconveniences.

Great location to the airport. I had to leave early so I did not get to experience their breakfast. The room was much larger and nicer then Expected. It seemed to have all the amenities. I would stay there again for sure.

Customer service here is awesome. Nice pool and hot tub. In didn't care much for the breakfast buffet things just didn't taste right. (To me anyways) but other than that we had a good time.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Beds are very firm. So if you like a softer bed like me it will be hard to sleep here. Love the fact that there pool area is open 24hrs a day. They have a full hot breakfast, but it doesn't start until 6am. Bummer I had to miss it to leave for the airport at 6.

We were forced to stay in Denver for a night due to a cancelled flight and this was the cheapest option on the list of discounted hotels near the airport so we went with it. We didn't regret it at all. A few things seemed old or outdated but the staff was very friendly, the bed comfortable, the room spacious (we had a King sized room) and the breakfast delightful. There was a bit of peeled off wallpaper in our room but other than that it looked great. Also the elevators looked like they were from the 70s. Overall a very good stay for the price we payed.

The room is large and the sheets are crispy and clean but the STAFF is amazing. I came in sick and they were super efficient getting my room. Then an amazing nice young lady helped me to my room. The shuttle driver was super sweet also.

I recently took what was supposed to be a day trip to Denver, but the return flight home was cancelled. I unexpectedly stayed overnight. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the hotel where the airline put us, given their terrible customer service. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the Quality Inn and Suites. The hotel is large, well situated near the airport and several restaurants, and has comfortable rooms. The staff is all friendly and caring. I didn't get to sample the hot breakfast, as I had to leave prior to the start of that service. However, there was a surprisingly good array of cold/uncooked items available at 3:45 am, including breads, fruit, and donuts.

It was a comfortable stay. Rooms were big and had refrigerators. A couple complaints: the shower didn't have a section to put your soap or for that matter shampoo or conditioner. Also the breakfast was average. It's the normal things like cereal and some hot items like eggs but the sausage looked weird. It was gelatinous so I didn't even eat it. The same about the sausage gravy. Biscuits were really good but needless to say I didn't eat much breakfast. The staff were nice and I would stay here again because I slept like a baby which is rare in hotels and it's proximity to the airport is good.

The hotel room was very comfortable. It was very accommodating with pets. There were a couple of issues that prevent me from giving 5 stars. The hot tub was dangerously hot. Like scalding flesh cannot even sit down hot. The pet area was littered with droppings that previous rude guests neglected to pick up so everywhere you stepped the was droppings. And last the comforter had a huge yellow stain on it that clearly showed it had not been cleaned. Other than those three things it was a enjoyable stay. Not sure if I'll go back the stained comforter was pretty disgusting.

I have stayed at this hotel on several different occasions, each time their was an obstacle. Laundry. The manager of the cleaning and laundry crew took my clothes and made sure they were dry and taken care of. Ashley was very kind to help me with the situation. The next time I had left all of my shoes. I returned home and realized at the end of the day… they were left… anywho Ashley again, was very admit on reaching the maid service to retrieve or look for my belongings. The crew is very honest and courteous. Ocean comfortable and safe feeling quality inn. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. For their mere honesty only.!

The room and bed were nice. Price was good for the location based on all the other hotels in the area. The room could use a good cleaning because there were too many cobwebs everywhere. I used the shuttle in the morning which was great to get to the airport. Earliest shuttle they have is 3:20 am which was better than some of the surrounding hotels.

Got a parking /hotel package so I could leave my car for a month. They took good care of my car, their shuttle, both coming and going, was timely. The room I got on my return trip was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was a full on breakfast, hot and tasty. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I didn't expect to stay at this hotel but when our flight was cancelled, we were offered a free shuttle and voucher for our overnight stay. That was so nice of whoever made that happen. I was exhausted waiting for the shuttle bus and through the check in process, but the staff did the best they could. It made me anxious to see the transmission/check engine light on in both shuttle buses. I would recommend fixing that and the ceiling of the bus that was held up with a broom. The showers were A+ so I took two showers in 6 hours and the breakfast was excellent. I would return.

Beautiful place with excellent care.

Ashley at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean I got to make my own waffle then used the gym. It was quite too because I needed my rest it was a very nice stay. The shuttle drivers deserve more tips for their hard work. People don't tip them well and they really should be given a tip for getting you their or back to the airport in such good time.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. However, the whole hotel smelled like old cigars and the room didn't feel clean. There were stains on the mattress where the sheet didn't quite cover it all the way, dirty spots on the blackout curtains, and the floor of the tub had dark residue where there seems to have been those no-slip stick on pads. The convenience of the fridge and microwave was really nice, as was the selection of food you can purchase in the lobby (including frozen dinners).

Pretty much every day I went back to my room, the keycard did not work and I had to go back to the front desk and wait forever until I could get the keycard reset. I had my "Do not disturb" hanging on the door, but at 5:00pm in the afternoon while I was relaxing after a day's work, someone keyed to get into my room. I had the latch on the door, but they didn't just apologize and leave. Instead they kept saying something in broken English that I couldn't understand. I had to tell them no over and over so that they would leave me alone. When trying to check out, the front desk screwed something up and I had to wait a half hour while she helped everyone else in line. After waiting, they still didn't know what to do so I had to leave without a receipt. Overall it was not a great experience.

Whole hotel smelled like smoke. We were told on the phone that parking was free while we flew out for a week. We were planning on staying a night when we got back but after paying $8 a day in parking we did not want to give them anymore money. Asked for a 4 am wake up call that I never recieved thank god I didn't sleep at all between the smell and the unclean sheets. Over all very disappointing stay.

Rooms look and feel like a pay by the hour motel, fire alarms hanging from the ceiling by wires, drapes have mysterious stains, smells funky, and the beds are horrible. Front desk openly asked for a good review in exchange for waiving our early check in. I suspect they know the "quality" is lacking. We stayed at a Quality Inn up in Fort Collins, and this place is dismal compared to it. I would avoid staying at this location. And I find it extremely hard to believe this place would get anything more than 2 stars, so ignore the 5 star reviews. The only good thing I have found about this place is the free Wi-Fi.

Was well worth the money spent. Close to airport but still quiet if not traveling. Manger went far and beyond what I expected to ensure I was 110% satisfied with my stay. I will be going again for a weekend Vacation. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Rates were great and room was very nice. The beds are comfortable. The coffee in room was very good as well. Complimentary breakfast is also included. Pool and hottub open 24 hours! Definitely would stay again.

Only giving 2 stars because of the staff and the fact that it has wireless. Rooms are outdated and bathrooms plain disgusting. Beds are not very comfortable and due to bed bug reviews I was not able to sleep (didn't personally see any). Also my room smelled like a hospital room and the microwave or coffee maker next door were beeping since 5am. Overall bad experience but staff was nice.

Hi my name is vidomonique davis I stayed at different quality inns all around the usa but I have never seen a quality inn such as the friendly staff, best shuttle driver and very helpful, and the best breakfast I had in a hotel will stay again and again big ups to 3300 n Ouray st.

Rooms are clean for the most part. The TV is small. At least they have decent dark roast coffe in the room. Towels are small and a little rough. Love the double sink basin feature.

I checked in to this hotel last night 4/13/16 I arrived at 11pm. The evening staff was real cool got my room. I couldn't sleep at about 4am 4/14/16 I woke up saw 2 bed bugs on the pillow I immediately called the front desk at 4am the young lady came up and saw what was going on she moved me to another room, I still couldn't sleep of the thought of bed bugs in this room. I called downstairs because I was going through the reviews here on Google and they have had incident of this happening before. I immediately asked for a refund because I am driving a truck and Under DOT rules and regulations I am supposed to have a certain amount of hours of sleep before I can get on the road. She then told me a bullshit story about they have to have pest control come and do an assessment report before I can get a refund I explained to her I don't live here and I still have to get my sleep I have to go to another hotel and get rest before I go on the road. She immediately called the police when I demanded a refund and lied and told them I was stirring up the guests. The guests were concerned because they heard bed bugs. One guest even asked her do you have bed begs she lied in front of me and said no. I told the gentleman that they do, go look on Google they had an incident 6 months ago. Pictured don't lie. They called the police on me because I asked for a refund. Calls are being made to the city of Aurora health dept as we speak.

We were given a room here when we were voluntarily bumped from our flight, so this stop was not on our itinerary. Let me tell you that I am glad we were bumped. The hotel was nice and clean, and the employees were so wonderful to us. There is a shuttle to and from the airport, the breakfast is fresh and the beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get up. If we ever get to go back to Denver, we have found our hotel!

My stay in this hotel was good. Have no complains. The reason why I am giving just 3 stars is because eventually I was charged 25% more than it was discussed over the phone when I was booking this room. So. Be very careful when you book a room there. Actually I stayed many times in Quality Inn but have never had this problem before. I am very disappointed.

Holes in the drapes/window coverings. Walls are paper thin. Two of my 4 day stay I didn't have hot water. When I went to the front desk staff, multiple times, he kept telling me someone was working on it. My room is not the only without hot water as other guests were complaining at the same time. Do yourself a favor, especially if they are charging you premium rate for a junk hotel, go to the other side of I70 and find a better hotel.

Rooms have a "bates motel" feel to them. Very stabby. Gym has a weight bench without weights and a treadmill from the Reagan administration. The pool isn't any color that water ought to be. Staff is kind, but a bit overwhelmed. Solid breakfast. Free airport shuttle. Hopefully not free bed bugs, but time will tell…

United airlines sent us here at midnight after a canceled flight. We arrived and had no reservation or open rooms. We didn't stay here, but Dax found us another hotel, shuttled us there and made sure we were accommodated and had a return shuttle to the airport. Customer service by Dax and the shuttle driver was amazing. You made our night much easier than it could have been. Thank you Dax.
