We stayed here for 5 days and four nights. I found a hair in the bathtub, we left the card on the pillow to have the sheets changed they were not. I know they were not because I accidentally got a drip of coffee on them and it was still there. We ordered room service for dinner one night. It was a fairly big order three entrees and a appetizer. All of it was cold. We had to ask three times for A-1 sauce for my husband's steak. And who doesn't bring ranch with wings? I also found it weird that the Saran Wrap was on the beverages we ordered and they still manage to slosh the drinks and soak the tray. Our exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working it just wasn't what I would expect from a Hilton.

Walls seem to be paper thin as I can hear everything the guy next door is saying. On one side there was talking and a loud TV. The other side had someone playing the radio. I don't think it was loud or blasting music, just that the walls created no sound barrier. Someone kept entering and leaving their room several times at night, each time letting the door go and it felt as if it was in my room. My room was some-what stylish, but it had a weird odor, as if there were smelly socks hidden somewhere in the room and you could slightly smell a tinge of it. The only good thing here was the friendly staff. The hotel itself is not so great.

Stopped in for a quick drink with a friend at the bar during the early afternoon. Decor was nice. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly enough. Not too many people around at this time of day. I recommend the Hilton Garden hotels. I have been staying at these hotels in different cities exclusively for about a year now. My experience has been wonderful. I recommend this hotel.

Nicely decorated and friendly staff. Good location and great restaurants across the street. Only ate breakfast there one day… the cook to order omelet was fantastic, but the other buffet style food was lukewarm and not great like most casual hotel chains. Housekeeping talked very loudly to one another and continually slammed doors throughout my stay. My room was not cleaned one day (my sign was not on the door… so please dont respond with 'we don't enter rooms with a do not disturb sign") and another day they knocked on my door after 5pm to service the room. Are you kidding me? The walls seem very thin and can hear music, conversations, etc. From out in the hallway and other rooms… and it's hardly even muffled. It literally sounded like other people were in my room.

The room is large and clean, the breakfast was very good, the staff are very friendly. It gets marked down because when you look out of our window you get a great view of the satellite dish on the flat roof directly outside the window and nothing else.

Pleasant one night stay Front desk welcoming and helpful. Got breakfast next morning because of Hilton Honors membership. The breakfast burrito was delicious and generous.

This place that looks very cute I would not recommend it to anyone, it is a filthy, quilts to cover themselves are the same for all guests, because there are no, quilts like that, do not change nape I do not doubt that that is why you pass the infections from one costumer to another, and when we ask the manager says Q the hotel has no budget to buy more, you can not put toilet paper because there is no lack of budget, … I say this in good faith… I was fired from the hotel because I did not agree with all these things that happened, I do not recommend it to anyone, even scabies are going to stick them, the curtains of the bathroom also are not changed,, never be nor 1 star this should reach the owner who is You don't know what's going on in your hotel… What a pity…

Customer service — poor. 1/5 stars. Mother in law from out of town was paying for the room, but we checked in before her as her flight got in very late. She called that morning to make sure her card was on file when we checked in so we wouldn’t have to put your card, the lady said it was fine over the phone, but when we got there a different lady said we couldn’t do that and had to put our card. We did, but she said once MIL got in town they would switch her card over. Well they charged us for in hotel purchases and they refuse to refund us even though it is 100% their fault. Also acted like it was a huge burden any time we asked for advice or recommendations, the girl that was at the front desk had a horrible, sarcastic attitude and tone of voice. Called and asked for more pillows, forgot about us the first time, called back and assured they would bring them up, called back later and said they were out of pillows in the whole hotel so we said forget it. The hotel itself was great, clean and spacious rooms, housekeeping did a great job every day. A great and central location in Denver, close to entertainment and lots of restaurants. Free parking garage as well.

Place looks pretty but it's a facade. Room has no drawers. Furniture is all cheap fiber board. For three nights I thought the guy in the room above was coming through the ceiling. Could not even get a paper pad when mine ran out. Under staffed. Every day a line backed up to check in. I'll sleep in my car next time and save the money.

I'm kind of shocked that this hotel operates under the Hilton Banner. I was here for 2 days and my room never got cleaning service. As a matter of fact there was a bunch of sand that another guest must have dumped out in the closet that was overlooked. The worst part was that I was in a room next to their boiler room and had to listen to an alarm go off all night. I called the front desk but they didn't do anything. Very long and sleepless night listening to that damned alarm.

Well even though the view of pikes peak is great. I was very unsatisfied with our room and some of the hotel staff. We booked a room with a pull out couch which is not what we got. We had to pay $15 a night for a pull out bed. The woman at the front desk was not very welcoming. Online it said their was a heated indoor pool with a hot tub. There wasn't a hot tub and the pool was not heated and they kept the ac on in the pool room. Our refrigerator didn't work. We asked for a smoking room as a option and the hotel said their was no smoking rooms even though online said their was some available (part of the reason we picked this hotel). Just be careful when booking a room with Hilton garden you might not get what you pay for. Ps 11.95 for breakfast is a joke.

Great location for the north suburbs of Colorado Springs. Easy access to the highway. Great breakfast in the morning and fantastic restaurants across the street.

The staff has been amazing. Had breakfast from them and it by far one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I got bed bugs from sleeping at this location. Save yourself and your family of the hassle of getting bed bugs and the possibility of taking them home with you. You will suffer severe itch. I got 22 bites from staying here. Not worth it. I told the manager and Dan Clancy denied the fact that he has bed bugs at his hotel. He accused me of bringing them or that I have an allergic reaction. He should not be a manager due to his piss poor customer service.

The lobby was well kept with water, coffee, cookies, etc. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was really good. Overall great hotel.

Every time I've stayed here it's been top notch! A recent renovation made this one of the best local places to stay, in terms of location, price and comfort. The staff has been outstanding. Always willing to go the extra mile. Excellent place to stay!

The Hilton Garden Inn is nestled just a mike or so East of I-25. The seasonal lobby ambiance was beautiful. The staff was friendly and greeted you as you walked to the front desk. It is what I have come to expect from a Hilton hotel.

Nice place to stay with a phenomenal view of Pikes Peak. Beds are new. The breakfast is above average for hotels this size. Bar service in the evening. All the staff I encountered we're extremely polite and helpful.

My kids loved the swimming pool. The rooms were new and clean. TV worked great. Breakfast was excellent. Beds we're comfortable. One of the nicest places my family has stayed in a long time.

Great hotel! Modern, clean, quiet and right across from shopping. Good breakfast for $10. Really easy access to I-25 and airforce academy. On the North side of town so a little less expensive than hotels further south. I'd recommend staying here.

The service was great! Check-in was easy and the evening staff were helpful and informative of what the amenities of the hotel. The rooms were clean. In the morning the hotel computers were down, so we couldn't get a receipt at checkout, however they emailed it later that day. Also, I forgot deodorant and since the computers were down, they gave it to me for free, which I thought was nice. Overall great experience.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was less than desirable. We had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the night before and their bathrooms blow the Hilton's away. Very cool lobby with refreshments available. Disappointed in the $10 per person breakfast. Most hotels do offer a free breakfast. For the amount we spent this was one amenity we would have appreciated. Plus, the reception staff were friendly but definitely did not go out of their was to give directions or offer to explain services available… nothing. And only one elevator available with stairs at complete opposite sides of the building. Seems like a fire safety hazard to me. Only other way out would be through a window. This location was in a nice area and we were able to get a room with pretty view of the mountains.

The location is in a safe area. The surrounding area is quiet and located in a financial business area. There are plazas and eateries around with in walking distance. It's also on the extreme north side of town. Now the hotel is pleasant to walk into and the amenities were great. Now the room was $140 each night of our 4 day stay, which I felt as though it would be great accommodations. The bed was the worst. As another person said the floor was a better sleep than the bed. The pillows seemed as though they were made with air. As soon as you would lie on the pillow it would go as flat as the bed. We normally travel with blankets so we brought those in the cushion the bed. They had no breakfast complimentary to guest, however they had a restaurant within the hotel. I would stay again but the beds have to go! JUST CHANGE THE MATTRESSES…

Attractive property and very friendly staff. However, we could hear every door, every television and every phone around our room. Very noisy. My wife and I were awakened at 4am by the guest above us apparently doing laps in his room. We were awakened again at 5am by a neighboring guest's vibrating phone. We looked at each other trying to figure out which of our phones was vibrating. We could hear every door in our hallway and the hallway above opening and closing. We had booked two nights but left after the first. Too bad, it's a great looking place.

Clean room, nice staff. Easy location to get in and out of. Parking lot had some pot holes but other than that good facilities!

If you are looking for a hotel with great customer service, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. I arrived with my confirmation in hand for the US Air Force Academy's graduation and the staff nor the GM could seem to provide a room for me unless I paid an additional $100 for the room. I was livid. Exhausted from my long flight, I was simply ready to check in, shower, have a glass of wine and relax. This hotel was so unaccommodating, that I left and went to another HIlton Garden Inn where they had no issue accepting my reservation and even upgraded my room due to the rude staff at this 1810 Briargate Parkway location. The mgr Kate and the GM Shannon Dionese would not give me the room that I had confirmed 2 weeks before my arrival for the Air Force Academy's graduation. I was told that because this Hilton property is closer to the Academy, they could change the price of the rooms at a moment's notice. Do not stay at this hilton. It was the worst service I'd ever experienced checking into a hotel. After 3 hours of sitting there and going back and forth with their staff, I left and went to the HIlton Garden Inn located at 2035 Aerotech Parkway and it was a complete difference in customer service. The staff there was amazing! There was one employee here, Marilyn who worked the dining area, who was understanding when I tried to check in and was refused even though I had a confirmation in hand. She is the only staff member at this Hilton who was kind.

Nice place and comfortable. Friendly staff and excellent views. Breakfast is not free otherwise this place deserves 5 stars.

Hotel is in process of remodeling. A little noisy for me right now. Great location and good hotel. Can't hold remodeling against them.

I have stayed here about a dozen times and have been extremely pleased with the staff and the facility. I kind of wish I lived here :).

Wow! The staff was tremendously informative about things to do in the area. Even gave some helpful tips on how to handle the climate and elevation after learning of our travels. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the view was breathtaking. We will be staying here again.

Large, clean rooms and friendly staff but parking is hard to come by and the pool is difficult to access.

Make sure you do not forget anything before you check out. My girl friend left her dress in the closet and she called back shortly after we checked out to see if they found her dress. The dress they said they found ended up being a different dress and her dress was most likely taken by the cleaning staff.

Excellent setting across street from Briargate Shopping with many nice restaurants (PF Changs, Champs, Ted's Montana Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Panera) and stores (Apple, Brighton, Coldwater Creek, Eddie Bauer, Express, etc. ). Hotel is about 1/4 mile off I-25 — convenient yet quiet from road noise. Short trip to Academy, Woodman and downtown Colorado Springs. Rooms are larger than Hampton Inn and costs less.

Travel alot very comfy, nice.
