Refund policies are not customer-friendly. Hence, suggest not to go for payments more than a week. Kitchen is too small for a family and you have bring your-own utensils, plates, spoons, etc. Or purchase them. Internet Wifi hardly reaches the rooms. Wired Internet is slightly better that it allows you to check mails. Don't be surprised if guests are using their laptops at lobby. Room services are once in 4 days. May not be an issue, if you are individual. But may be inconvenience for a family.
Great rooms, comfortable beds and a wonderful staff makes My Place "My Choice" when I travel. Close to restaurants and stores, and reasonably priced. Fresh coffee in the morning starts your day off on the right foot. There is a place to BBQ and it is pet friendly. No need for a continental breakfast with Starbucks, Kneaders, Wendy's, and McDonalds very close by. Give My Place a try and you will see what I mean.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms and service. Security in the parking lots overnight could be a little better but, all in all, I'd stay there again. Hats off to the overnight staff and Sunday morning crew as well. Very nice group of folks to make you feel welcome.
