One of the most comfortable hotel beds/pillows I've ever slept in. Room could use an upgrade but very comfortable.

We were on our way to this location and suffered car trouble. I attempted to cancel, and they refused despite the extenuating circumstances. The front desk was rude. Didn’t call back after stating they would. Lied stating I agreed to pay when attempting to cancel. Stay away.

Very impressed with Heather at the front desk. Not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. Smelled like smoke when we walked in, which is why we paid more $ for a hotel room, and also the shower/bathroom wasnt very clean.

Clean hotel, staff was pleasant and helpful. Kids liked the breakfast. Would stay here again.

Clean and quiet. First door key didn't work, but the front desk quickly resolved that. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

We needed a place to stay on the way out of Denver, and this was the one closest to the South side of Denver so we could avoid the next morning's rush hour as much as possible. The room was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice. We didn't hear much noise from the highway.

Very nice rooms, bed was wonderful. The staff was so nice when we wanted to move rooms. Great free breakfast options. I would stay here again.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was plentiful but I miss not having an added meat like bacon. Overall very accommodating.

Super friendly staff. I was picking up a colleague here for a meeting, and they offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. Great service!

We had great service, the rooms were clean and it was nice and quiet. The Breakfast could have been better though.

The hotel and staff are very nice. Pool was great, nice fitness center. My one complaint was the noise. We could hear the people above us walking through their room and the traffic noise from I-70 never stopped. At 5AM, I-70 traffic noise became so loud that it woke up my family.

It was a great stay. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue with a different hotel in town.

The rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond for our family. About 45 of us stayed at this hotel for my Grandpa's funeral and they let us use their breakfast room for our meals and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They also gave us an excellent group rate on our rooms. The staff went above and beyond during our stay and we had 12 kids 6 and under in our party and they were so patient with us and the chaos of having a large family use their hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay away from home!

Worst HH experience of entire trip. As a Diamond member I was treated like homeless scum. Never felt like a prisoner in my own room except for this property and the night shift receptionist. What’s more, asking for management contact details only lead to more dissatisfaction and disappointment. So many other highly rated hotels, stay with one of them!

Wonderfully clean hotel. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable, shower was hot and bed was cozy. Exceptional staff and service very friendly. Chris is doing a wonderful job keeping a nice hotel. Recently stayed here and what a nice surprise. The room was cleaner than other more expensive hotels I have stayed at and I do a lot of traveling. There was a fridge, microwave and a huge flat screen TV in my room. The front desk staff were friendlier than most. Will definitely stay here again!

Front desk was friendly, breakfast was decent. The bed was miserable. The first morning there was hardly any hot water for a shower.

Very happy with our stay here while on business in room 414. Breakfast was always good, the eggs were always great, not dried out or rubbery. My husband wished the Western eggs and fried potatoes were available every morning, lol! I appreciated the extra toppings to go with the oatmeal and waffles! Boiled eggs were perfect. Fruit was hit or miss on ripeness but was still good. Honestly, the best "free breakfast included" food we've had, and we stay at a lot of hotels in different states. Coffee was always fresh and hot AND they actually have French Vanilla Creamer! Hotel staff was also very nice and helpful! Beds are super comfortable! I'd like one at home! Room was clean. Rooms have mini fridge & microwave, which are needed for staying more then 1 night, were also in good shape. Furniture was in good shape and clean. Shower worked and had good pressure, toilet flushed (didn't run), sink faucet was secure. I never had time to checkout the pool area or fitness room. Hotel does NOT have a bar so, byob or, check out one of the super close liquor stores! I will stay here again! You should too.

We had booked a room for 2 nights and our flight getting into Denver was delayed two times and then cancelled. I called the hotel and spoke with the front desk person and explained what had happened and asked if we would be charged for the night. He said that since I didn't cancel in the allotted time we would be charged. I understand they need policies in place, but there is also a time when a little compassion is needed. Also, you can verify that flights have been cancelled! I will not be giving them my business again!

Great place to stay while visiting the area. Close to freeway. Pleasant staff. Comfy rooms. Good breakfast. Everything that makes a Hampton stay worthwhile.

Room was typical Hampton size, I was unlucky I guess as-Would have given 4 stars, but room directly above was loud and obnoxious all day and evening, when walking out in the morning local police were going through a different room, minor inconveniences mostly. The room I stayed in was clean, staff was friendly and would stay again only if everything else was booked.

We had a wonderful stay! Check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and comfirtable, and the hotel staff was very friendly. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again in the future.

Love Hampton Inns! The Castle Rock location is very convenient as it's not far from the freeway and easy to find. Clean and quiet rooms. The beds are comfortable, and it has a sufficiently stocked complimentary breakfast included, which makes for an easier morning when you want to get back on the road and not spend a lot of time hunting for a restaurant. We like staying at Hamptons because anytime there's a problem of any kind, they'll gladly refund your room rate, and we've rarely had to rely on this, as they are great 98% of the time.

Stayed for 10 nights. Breakfast had new options daily for the warm buffet section which was nice. The lady that was over the breakfast section of the hotel was very kind and was on top of it all. Front desk girls were very friendly and helpful as well. On the few days I got room service my room was spotlessly clean. Beds here are very comfortable. Clean hotel overall and very friendly staff. I had multiple issues with my room specifically. I was right under a spotlight on the hotel so it was always shining directly into my room. Blackout curtains helped some but not completely, which made sleeping more difficult. My fridge was broken and I did ask about getting it fixed, the lady said they could fix it but never did so that was difficult to keep any food in the room during my extensive stay. The iron in my room was also broken. Working where I do, I needed my clothes ironed so that made for a difficult time trying to steam them out in the bathroom. Again, great staffing and customer service. 5 star due to the staff and cleanliness. I absolutely would stay again. Thank you staff at Hampton Inn @ Castle Rock.

They are always great! Clean hotel and easy access off the highway. Close to several amenities. And they honor military discounts.

Extremely disappointed in the service I experience today 10/19/2015 10:00am. I have been a very frequent user of Hilton Properties by virtue of my business travel going on 6 or so years now. Due to my changing schedules I sometimes have to cancel reservations, even though not often, it does happen from time to time. Never have I had an issue. This morning I contacted the front desk at the Hampton Inn Castle Rock, CO to cancel my reservation for this evening, my business destination had changed unexpectedly. The person at the front desk whom answered my called explained that she could not cancel my reservation. I asked to speak with the manager. She explained that the manager as well could not make the change due to a Hilton Corporate policy just put in place this past January 2015 stating that after 12:00 midnight of the day prior to the reservation, no cancellations are allowed. I then called Hilton Corporate direct. I was informed by corporate that yes, a policy change was made, but, that each individual location has the ability to override that policy and cancel any reservation at the management level. The person I spoke to with with Hilton Coorporate even went above and beyond to contact Hampton Inn in Castle Rock, CO to help me cancel and in the end was told by the front desk that Management was not available to be spoken to and that the reservation would not be canceled.

Our room was spotless when we checked in. The hotel is quiet and clean. Our room had a hairdryer on the wall in the bathroom, which was good because I forgot to pack mine. And I appreciated the mini fridge and the microwave in the room too. The hot breakfast in the lobby was delicious. The employees we encountered were all friendly and attentive. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Rockyard American Grill & Brewing Company restaurant, and a 6 minute walk to a convenience store in case you want to buy a Denver Post or something. We are very glad we stayed there. This is a nice hotel.

I had a wonderful stay until I received a charge of $250 for causing an "odor" in the room. We were camping for a few days before getting there. They claimed they had to de-odorize the room and couldn't use the room for two days. If they care about what people smell like so much, they wouldn't have sealed the windows shut, which is against fire code. Beware smelly people!

I do not typically write reviews, but this hotel experience was perfect and the hotel and staff deserve recognition. Very clean room, quiet, good breakfast where the cook made contact to assure food was fine, and was even provided a snack bag for the road when I checked out. Would most definitely return.

Nice Hotel, decent price. Clean pool (although they were out of pool towels at the pool). Staff was friendly and breakfast was hot! Most important, the place was CLEAN.
