Super quick and easy check in, friendly front desk woman! She was so funny and made checking in super easy, this hotel allows pets so our corgi joined us. The breakfast was yummy, and the breakfast staff folks were bright and cheery and helped start off a great morning. Will definitely return on our next trip!

The most important thing, all have been pet friendly.

Good breakfast, nice and helpfully staff, gym, yacuzzi, pool all great.

I received a Business Suite for the price of a regular room at other locations. Great Value! The Hotel was Clean and Staff was Friendly! The breakfast bar was outstanding with fresh berries for your yogurt plus bacon! If you need a place to hang your hat, this is the place to hang it!

CHRIS Savage is the ONLY reason my husband and I bookend this room tonight. My husband is VERY picky about things and where he lays his head is one of them. We were headed to the city but decided to stay closer once comparing prices, since they were the same we were sold more on the customer service from Chris. My husband wanted to view the room before deciding and we were able to get a room he loved the price was amazing. You know the saying service with a smile well Chris kept the jokes coming encouraging words and very informational about the services the hotel provided anytime I come to Denver I will come back here AND ASK FOR CHRIS you won’t be disappointed.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Very friendly helpful and professional staff. Rooms were clean and amenities were wonderful. Breakfast included comfort food and fresh healthy food. (Just a note, I stayed at 2 other hotels in the area and this one was by far the best and the cost was comparable. )

It's in a pretty good location. Down by the local Arby's, which is pretty good. They got five floors now, really earning that, "plus". Ties the whole place together. The workers seem to love their job, which is weird, but refreshing. They had cookies too, yum!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Modern updates to clean room. Nice TV Wifi was fast and good signal strength.

Excellent Stay after a long day traveling. Would highly recommend staying here. Room was clean, well decorated, and not at all worn. The bed was a little on the firm side, but then I prefer a real soft mattress. Pillows of varying firmness were available to choose. Will definitely stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was super cool. Friendly and fun. I liked this single King Bed room, as the layout is fun. It's like a suite; a separate room from the bed area. It's not closed off or anything, but still great. Clean and quiet. Unfortunately, the breakfast is awful. It's worse than nothing, because nothing doesn't give you a stomach ache!

The Castle Rock Best Western was very nice. The hot tub and pool were both great, the internet worked fine, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Updating this review, as we ended up living here (yes, living) for a total of 3 months. Can I just say that the staff is INCREDIBLE. We're talking bend over backwards, genuinely happy to help, super friendly people. Uncommonly good customer service, all around. Chris is a customer service unicorn. Cannot emphasize that enough. He goes out of his way to make the residents happy, but he won't allow people to be a disturbance to others, so you can't just walk all over him. (And why would you? ) Given how inconsiderate some humans can be, we found ourselves indebted to him more than once. Like, say, when a herd of 15 or so young boys were continuously running up and down the halls on all floors with ZERO adult supervision. (Unsupervised children seem to be a regular problem in hotels, we've noticed. Learn to parent, people, and stop being so selfish and inconsiderate to others. ) Chris' kindness and cheer is not an act, either! He legitimately loves his job, and it shows. (Like I said, unicorn. ) Jessica is the resident cookie queen. You want her to be the one working the evening shift when cookies are baked, I promise! And Victor may seem quiet and reserved compared to Chris, but he's a total sweetheart. It always brightened our day/night when one of those three were on duty. We are honestly missing them now that we're back home. Because of them, we will always return to BWP of Castle Rock on our visits. Thank you for taking such good care of us during our lengthy stay!

After a long day a travel, all you want to do is unwind and have an adult beverage. Which by staff (Chris) would not allow us to quietly and respectfully unwind in the lobby. It was still before 10pm keeping our voices down. If anything his remarks and obnoxiouses were being louder then the four of in the lobby. This the first time we ever were treated like this or heard of such a thing about no alcohol in the lobby at any hotel in any state we ever been to. So if this is something you like to do I would recommend a different hotel as this will be my last stay at this place.

The rooms are nice and clean. The prices are reasonable. The staff has been friendly and nice everytime we leave and come back we are greeted. There is free breakfast every morning 6-9am. So far the experience has been nice and I would recommend anyone to spend time here if you are visiting Castle Rock.

Stayed in a business suite which was very roomy and clean. Internet was some of the best I have come across in my travels. Staff was super friendly. If I am back in this area I will be booking a room here again.

I don't post alot of reviews but this place was good and made us feel comfortable. Was traveling with my lady n son, definitely picked a good place and balcony suite is def recommended. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and so was Chris. They were always there if I had a question or needed something. Definitely would stay again.

This is our FAVORITE hotel to stay in when we come to the Denver area. We love the hotel, the beds, the breakfast, the pool, and the location. There is an amazing outlet mall across the street. And there is every restaurant and store you can think of. The staff have always been so nice. The rooms are so comfortable and I love the fact that you get a microwave and fridge. We look forward to coming here again and again. It is the only place we will stay when we visit.

This Best Western was one of the best I've been to over the years. I was very happy with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. I will have to say that the breakfast had a fantastic selection available. I would definitely stay here again and if it had been a longer stay, I would have taken the time to read a book from their shared library.

The service is top-notch at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful desk staff as well as honest housekeepers. We really like the one room plus living room and kitchen suites, they sleep my husband and our two children perfectly at a fair price. Just might soon need a bit of updating in the room, pillows way too small and also could benefit from heavier weight or thicker bedding. Also, a unique breakfast with local pastries would be better than the boxed/package breakfast offered. Appreciated the teas and fresh fruit.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for extra blankets; within five minutes they were at our door. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel was very welcoming.

Great Hotel! Located close to the highway so you can anywhere you need to go. The staff was so nice. They were so knowledgeable about restaurants, entertainment, and just about what ever I asked. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had many choices and the hotel was clean and tidy. I really have nothing negative to say about anything regarding the hotel. If you will be in the area and need a nice hotel, this is the place for you. We liked it so much we extended our stay there.

This Best Western Plus was centrally locate in Castle Rock as we traveled to both Denver and Colo Springs. Room was large and very well equipped, king bed with great linens, walk in shower, desk work area and a reading chair. Price point was middle of the road but great bang for our buck.

I loved our stay at the Best Western Plus in Castle Rock. The staff is friendly and helpful and the entire stay couldn't have been better! We will definitely stay again. The added bonus is that the Outlet Mall is close so shopping was on the list of things to do.

This beautifully designed and located best Western is a lovely place for any vacation or weekend get away. The king suite has a wonderful balcony that overlooks Castle Rock. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and a full sized fridge. The staff is energetic and engaged and knowledgeable of the area. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite and secluded. The pool is nicely sized although not overly large. The breakfast bar is amazing. I was able to get some discounts at the restruants in the same parking lot and a discount booklet for the outlets across the way. With all the activities nearby I was able to spend some wonderful time with my wife and kids.

Probably the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in and we have been in many. Comfortable beds, clean and tasteful decor, clean bathroom, best coffee and great breakfast with lots of options. They even had a cork screw so that we could have wine in our room at the end of the day. Lovely lobby with fireplace which gave it a lodge feel. Indoor pool was nice and never busy. Kind of pricey for a Best Western, but it's the Denver area so it was to be expected. We would stay there again for sure!

Very nice rooms and staff. Great pool and fitness center. Really well located. Breakfast was definitely better than your average with large variety of hot and cold selections. Would definitely stay there again!

We will not stay anywhere else. Randy and the whole team at Best Western are phenominal. Caring, and attentive to your needs. Breakfast is awesome, coffee is fresh and hot. When in Castle rock, dont think twice book your room here, you are home.

Horrible "Manager" Annabelle Pi, violated my wife's rights by entering the room and rummaging through her personal property. She quoted that she was "following policy" by "entering the room to check for smoke", but gave her no notice before entering, and certainly the policy doesn't include going through someones stuff. So much for your 4th amendment rights at this hotel! Stay away! Edit: I'd like to add that my wife had a WONDERFUL experience prior to this incident, so much that she switched TO this hotel from across the street. This review is based on the staff I mentioned, and not of the hotel in general.

Excellent property! Guest rooms are spacious, clean, and EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! Breakfast was a hit and got my husband and I ready for each day of our stay! Centrally located in the Castle Rock region makes it a perfect place to stay. We WILL be back!

We have had to stay here twice for long periods. The first time was over 5 years ago for 3 weeks and it was a pleasant stay. This time we have had to stay here between houses for over a month. When we went to check in the room was the wrong room that was reserved and Dakota was amazing and so kindly worked it out for us which I know took a lot of time figuring out for such a long stay. While we have been here we have have been greeted by name, the staff has been so kind with our kids and flexible with our needs in our situation. The front desk staff have all been amazing and gone above and beyond to make us feel at home.

My husband and I have stayed here once before and he's been here several times for work this year. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Our dog likes it here too. Great pool, and workout area, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast in the mornings. The view is hard to beat in the area. Thanks best western for making our week long stays comfortable.

Intial experience was great and gave a great review, until someone decided/ made the mistake of charging me double. Had to contact hotel several times, left messages with manager Andrew and never recieved a call back. Dont understand how this could happen and not even an apolgize. Unsat coustomer service!

May 5, 2016 — This is the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. I was super exhausted after a day of traveling, and delayed flights. The lady at the desk, on the overnight shift, was wonderful, and provided very professional and helpful customer service. The rooms are very clean and newly remodeled, and super quiet.

My wife and I stayed at Best Western for a date night. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We chose the hotel because it was a very reasonable price for the quality and a close location.

Great staff, amazing rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast is mediocre though. Overall a great place to stay whenever you're in Castle rock. They also offer a "on the go" or "to go" breakfast bag for those who don't have time to eat their hot breakfast. Very convenient.

Hotel was great, good price and they offered a military discount. The hotel was clean from the lobby to the room. Room was clean and well maintained. No issues whatsoever. Close to the outlet mall.

My wife and I have been here 2 of our 7 days so far. The room is spacious, clean, very nice, and the bed and couch are great. The staff has been friendly, and helpful. The food/breakfast was good (simple), and the pool was large, clean, and nice. The Wi-Fi has been questionable, but the TV and such have been great. Location is very close to the outlet mall, Rock Park, and many other attractions in Castle Rock. It is also just a short drive from Denver. Our room has a great view of the Rockies. We have enjoyed our stay so far, and I high recommend this hotel. Great value.

The rooms ar super clean and well taken care of. All of the employees are very friendly and helpfull.

Very nice stay clean comfortable affordable my only complaint was the lady that did the breakfast hovered and followed my wife and kids around seemed a little disrespectful.

Tonight was our first night ever staying in a Best Western, n I have to say well worth it in our experience! That dump we stayed at last night… Yeah! … Best Western made up, feeling VIP! The room is gorgeous! Very clean, perfect n we felt safe to take off our shoes! Lol! Chris, thank you, thank you for your hospitality n great small talk! Dakota and Chris helped us immensely even though they were completely booked. We weren't even suppose to stay at a hotel, this was a camping trip for us. After twelve hours in the car and no rooms to be found Dakota and Chris literally lifted our spirits and got us a room after calling other hotels for 10 minutes. Dakota even gave me her personal cell phone number to make sure that we checked in alright and Chris offered money straight out of his wallet to help us pay for a room after hearing about our rough night. The hospitality that the two provided is not seen enough in everyday life, I hope to raise children that are as great as Chris and Dakota.

This is by far one of the best stays I have had in a long time at a hotel! The breakfast was above standard, it has a work out room, the rooms are very nice. I love this place.

The staff was super nice and super helpful. When my reservation got messed up they put me in there best room with no extra charge. It is the best 2 star hotel I've ever been to.

Nice rooms; great amenities but no ATM and they wont give you cash back at the desk. So if you want to use vending or laundry you have to walk through the snow and cold to the liqueur store to get cash. Best Western is a bum.
