Best hotel in Colorado. Great staff. Safe. Very clean. Nice soft beds. Exceptional. Third floor would have been ideal. A little noisy in the mornings from upstairs. Reasonable price and very pet friendly.

My room here was in great shape smelled good the linen was very clean and it was a great price. Someone was always at the desk if you needed help with anything. It is in walking distance of different restaurants and laundromats. The parking lot is a little small but it is adequate.

This, your flagship in Castle Rock, CO is awful. The staff looks like they just came out of some local bar, and it seems, the only thing they really care about is $$$. I am having a disease that feels like the worst case of the flu, and all the staff cared about was getting the money it is costing them to lie in their bed. Without my knowledge the head reception clerk charged over $80 to an account of mine that I had used yesterday. I told the staff I was ill, but no one so much as came over to see if I was still alive — — I could have been in a coma or even dead and no one here would bother to check on me. All they wanted was my money. At an inn where the customer SHOULD come first, he/she was not even consulted before the all-mighty dollar (of mine) was cashiered. I got up enough to call the front desk, the attitude of the attendant was like "who cares". Then I stumbled back into bed — — which is actually sitting too high from the floor because I could not get into the bed without using a piece of luggage to haul myself up to the top of the mattress. Also, I need a glass of milk in order to sleep without getting a violent case of GIRD. But your clerk just locked the refrigerator as though I were stealing jewels from a bank. One more thing: other hotels put a bench out in the shade of the entrance in case someone wanted to go out without coming back with heat stroke. i will NEVER stay at a Super 8 motel again. Any run down shack at least employs caring staff members.

Great place to stop at. Staff there are friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. And a good place for families. No pool thou but still and very nice place.

This hotel is one of the cheapest in town. They did just get new beds installed, which was a plus. It's seems as though, some people live here for weeks at a time. Many of which are unsavory. They do have smoking rooms, of which I appreciate. This hotel is a last minute, last option type of place.

Very nice staff. An older hotel but a good one. Great for families with lots of kids like mine.

Definitely not the best place I've stayed even for the low price. If I would've known just how bad this place was I would have went across the street. For starters the door doesn't close. You have to slam it and that is obviously a big safety issue and I don't like having to annoy my neighbors because my door won't close. The tables and headboards were dirty, there were black specks all over the bathtub so that clearly wasn't cleaned. The towels were not replaced as they had brown marks all over them, the bed was uncomfortable and felt like I was laying on concrete. Theres only two pillows which smelled rancid and the air conditioner continuously cuts on and off and it's super loud so don't expect a good night's sleep. I doubt they even changed the sheets or vacuumed. Not to mention the whole place smells of smoke! Their breakfast options are terrible and I wouldn't trust anything they served there anyways. As a housekeeper myself I know what a room is supposed to look like and I will never stay here again.

There is no possible way this motel can be rated above a 1 star. The lady and her little girl that checked us in were sweet, but unsure how to do things and charged my card several times and said "I hope they fall off! ". The room was filthy, tables, counters not wiped down, smears of food, poop, blood on walls. A "mystery" white substance on table and headboard. The building smells of smoke and must. During the night our room filled with cigarette smoke. The shower was a trickle, zero water pressure. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Economic is one thing, but this was a poor representation of a Super 8. They have standards to uphold and this one is failing miserably. When we left the gentleman at the front was curled up in the corner on his phone. No greeting and no breakfast ready at 6:45am. I wouldn't have eaten there anyway.

Late arrival because we decided to get a room and I stayed there years ago and it was kind of running down. They have remodeled it and it's so clean and nice! the cleaning staff was a team and they're really nice so I would definitelystay there again. It was Friday night people were hanging out and up late but there was no noise everything was just very accommodating! Thank you for the good experience.

So… Checking in the front staff proceeded to inform our other party when asked, "is it safe to stay here " the reply was "oh yes the police now patrol the parking lot since the one guest was arrested for a stolen car in the parking lot". Ok that was past tense and hey that's added security, so BONUS! SO when she was asked Do you need a credit card as I only have cash, she said " Yes, we now have to have a credit card, since the guy sacrificed the chicken in the room, and we couldn't get the blood out of the carpet! " TMI! Then, after getting into the room, pull back the covers and the sheets were dirty and stained. The entire place smells of cigarettes. GOD POINTS: Staff is friendly and very informative, it is close to the Interstate, IHOP is close and gas stations are just down the street. Suggestion, La Quinta is across the street and pretty close to same price.

For the price the location is rooms are very clean staff is very nice.

Housekeeping the only enjoyable part of your stay here. Front desk staff antics are almost criminal when they involve local law enforcement. Perhaps the front desk clerk and the officer on duty split your deposit they keep for "policy regulations"? Even though you've only been checked into your room for under an hour. This super 8 has live in guests on several floors, most occupy the corner suites making it impossible to ever upgrade your room if your a Diamond member. Never stay on the second floor it is permeated with cigar smoke. Front desk picks and chooses the guests they want to stay anyways, good luck!

Everything is clean. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. Fairly modern hotel with great staff at a budget friendly price.

Great customer service! The place nice and quite and clean rms! There quite a few restaurants around the area! They have my fav. Shoppin center. Walmart! The price of the rm was in my budget price. Will come again!

The whole place smells like pot, the room is not very clean, the bedspreads are stained, the room is supposed to be non smoking but there are cigarette burns on the sink and the blankets, the heating unit is loud and kept is up all night, the Wi-Fi is slow and drops frequently. I would not recommend this place and would not stay again.

"You get what you pay for. " Not horrible, not fabulous. Smells like cigarettes & marijuana. Three flights of stairs with a newborn, stroller & bags really sucked. Fridge would randomly stop working & holes in the walls. Room was pretty clean & air conditioner worked well.

It's not an upscale hotel but it was perfect for what I needed it for — a place to sleep. It was quiet, clean, private, and a great location. Being in between Denver and Colorado Springs was really nice so there was a lot to do and not too far of a drive either way. I would stay here again.

An alright place to spend the night. Seemed to be pretty popular, but it was a few days after the eclipse 2017, so they could have had more people there as a result. Rooms were the usual budget hotel standard, but they do only give 2 pillows per bed. It is also close to the outlet shopping mall, so it is a good place to get some shopping done.

Wonderful warm, and friendly staff. Very reasonable rooms. Free breakfast, great views. Close to everything but still far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Be aware this place is infested with Motel roaches they check in and they never leave. I do not mind having Extended Stays in hotels however living in one is a different story. Could be possible fire hazards in this property, because I have heard of people complaining about Breakers being tripped because people are using hot plates for cooking. Yes I do know some things about fire safety. To the first look this is a very pleasing and a very clean place but underneath is a whole another ugly side. This is a pet friendly hotel that does not shampoo the carpets after a pet has visited the hotel leaving some with allergies only to suffer if they get a room that has been occupied by a pet. The price alone should be a warning sign for it is simple you get what you pay for. This is also an extremely marijuana friendly hotel for those who are into that.

Asked the woman over the phone to hold a room for me. I would be there in about an hour, she said they would. I got to the hotel. Older lady in a baggy t-shirt, no bra and jeans gave me attitude. She was very rude. Told me sorry they were full. "go check the hotel across the street" Well that was of equally poor quality. Come to find out the government rate at the very nice laquinta down the street was LESS than that of both the super 8 and the castle Inn. Lost my business for life.

Friendly staff, clean room, breakfast was ok (small selection). The hotel was pet friendly but not a whole lot of area to walk your dog.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms smelled like old cigarettes and barf. Breakfast was a joke, and worst of all, dogs started barking at 4 am and did not stop for the entire duration of my stay.

It was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a continental breakfast like it should be for a motel. Rate for one night was okay.

Before housekeeping tried to come in our room at 730 am, my rating for this hotel was 3 star. The Wi-Fi was on the fritz. The air conditioner knobs were broken. There was a bedside table on only one side of the bed. It was reasonably priced.

The room was clean and a very good soft bed. Every body was very nice. The office people were very helpful. The hotel was very and it was nice to stay there. I stayed 8 days and was very satisfied.

The worst tv/cable in modern motel history! Other than that OK but pricey.

It supplied what we needed. Nothing exceptional. You get what you pay for, and in this case, expectations were met.

For $80, it was not worth the price. Breakfast is very minimal. Coffee, no milk for the cereal which was frosted flakes and raisen bran, toast and jelly, juice, packaged danishes that you get at a gas station. Hallway smelled like old cigarette smoke and dingy. Bed was clean but there was hair and lint on the walls and the edges of the carpet was discolored because of dust. It was pet friendly and the staff was nice. No frills. Just the basics. Should be $50.

The room was clean and a very good soft bed. Every body was very nice. The office people were very helpful. The hotel was very and it was nice to stay there. I stayed 8 days and was very satisfied.

While I was checking in on Wednesday the manager on duty was solving a room issue. She did an excellent job. I was impressed. I also had a problem which she handled promptly and to my satisfaction.

My daughter and I stayed here a month waiting for our apartment to be ready. Al of the players were super nice and friendly. Sherry was so kind and willing to help whatever needed. Thank you Sherry. You Rock! :)

This Super 8 is absolutely incredible. The rooms are always freshly cleaned and decorated. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. I would tell everyone and anyone to visit this hotel. I cannot say just how happy this place has made us. Our stay here has been THE best yet in Colorado.

Thanks for a wonderful stay while we visit out grandchildren. This is our second visit and we will come back. The room was clean and quiet, our favorite is the lace curtains in the lobby.

The place was very clean; we didn't encounter any of the issues other reviewers have posted in terms of bugs, etc. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially for a motel. The hallway did smell a bit like smoke but we didn't notice it at all in the room. The only issue we had with the room was that a couple of the lamps didn't work, otherwise it was great. Nice convenient location next to restaurants and the interstate too.

This motel is always a pleasure to stay at. Any issue is handled immediately and the staff is always nice. You are treated as a guest and not just another one night stay.

I work in Castle Rock, live in the Springs. I had to go to the ER from work yesterday. Afterwards I couldn't go home. I've stayed in other motels in Castle Rock, never Super 8. I just wanted to say my stay was very nice. Staff very helpful. Room nice. Thank you, Ill stay here from now on.

There was a USED CONDOM in our room when we arrived! Check in took 25 minutes with an unprofessional and downright rude clerk. BUGS in the picture frame on the stair landing. A freaking bird squawking at midnight and again at 5am in a room down the hall. Upon turning on the TV, there was a porn channel visible — at all times of the day — and NO we did not pay or request it, I can promise you that! I can deal with a rude clerk and a bird. Truly wouldn't have even bothered complaining about it — just wouldn't have stayed there again. But a used condom in our room? How in the world does that even happen if the room has been cleaned properly? The cleaning person would have had to darn near step on it when they made the bed. revolting. Our group uses a total of 32 rooms per year in Castle Rock, and Super 8 in Castle Rock will never again get our business. In fact, I highly doubt I will stay at a Super 8 ever again as when I see the red and yellow "8" sign all I will think of is a used condom on the floor. I THANK GOD our CHILDREN were not with us on this trip — seeing a condom on the floor and porn on TV. Seriously, REVOLTING.

We enjoyed our stay very much. People are friendly and our room was comfortable. We will stay here when we are back in Castle Rock again.
