Staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are small but clean and they offer a continental breakfast at the office in the mornings. The price is good for those on a budget. Didn't see any bugs other than mosquitoes and fireflies.

Good clean place to stay, just to get away for one night only. If you rent from these people by the monthly it's sure expensive especially for someone that can't afford any high rent place at all. Used to live here back in 2011 and the folks were nice then, don't know what the people are like now except the elderly lady don't speak English at all, I've also applied here cause they really needed help but must not of needed help that bad cause they didn't higher me at all and I have lots of work experience in jobs like this.

Basic motel at the right price. Adequately clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Much needed and comfortable night's sleep on a cross-country road trip.

For the price it is hard to beat. The staff is friendly the room was clean and they even have a sweet cat in the lobby. In the morning they serve breakfast and the coffee is actually good. If you are on a budget I cannot suggest this place enough.

Phillip was a great help, very hospitable and friendly. The rooms were fine, kinda old and had moths flying around when we went in, but it’s just fine for a night stay. Breakfast was perfectly convenient. I would stay here again, mainly because of the friendly staff!

Stopped for the night checked in any 9 on a Sunday. The owner was so amazing, like a long time friend! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean well, the whole room was clean. You can tell they take care of their motel. Honestly will start here anytime even going the extra mile if needed to stay here. I could give this place 10 stars. Why suports the big chains and not the great mom and pop morels. I felt right at home. So pick this place! I will stay here again for sure. It is quiet they have great prices and are pet friendly!

Most friendly welcome we ever got! Spacious room. Make-your-own waffles and Fruit Loops in the office in the morning. You also get to play with The General, a furry friend, if he’s in the mood. Budget friendly — very competitive pricing in the area.

This is one of the best if not the best deal in Burlington, Colorado. The family that owns this motel is so kind, generous and polite. They really treat each customer like they matter. The rooms are a good size and come with the basic amenities (tv, mini fridge, microwave). The beds are clean and super comfortable! I slept so well! If you are looking for a good place at a good price come to Western Motor Inn!

Clean, comfortable, warm, and dry! A very hospitable and friendly family runs this very reasonably priced motel. A great stop for a tired traveler.

Attempts are made to provide overnight lodging on a budget, this dated, vintage strip motel. First Generation Korean? Entrepreneurial spirit. Coffee, waffle maker, cereal, fresh fruit compete with holiday inn Express and days inn offers at 40% Sleep on the three pillows to mask the cheap mattress. Grab a fillup of Joe, a banana and a waffle and be gone. Fine, personable staff.

Sweet place… it has big rooms, pet friendly and the owner has a cute dog… and a cat!

It's located across from a laundry Matt good if your on a long road trip. There is Lincoln liquor store if you desire a night cap and, also a Subway sandwich shop which is very clean and had friendly workers. Katy corner is the Western gas station for a quick fill up and restock snacks for the road.

You get what you pay for. Small and older rooms. Ductape holding some draft holes at bay. But was clean and adequate for what it was. Don't be expecting no chocolate mint on your pillow.

Great option in the budget price range. Room, bed, and bathroom were clean, Wi-Fi worked, the owners are super friendly. No complaints here.

The attendant was incredibly nice and very accommodating for us, as we arrived past 2am because of a cross-country road trip we were doing. The room was very nice, we had a queen bedroom, and was well worth the money. If we ever make a trip out this way again I would for sure stay once again!

The hotel is a good value if you need a rest off the road. It's a simply room you get. My room had a mini fridge and microwave. Plus you get a free breakfast.

For what it is, it's okay. The guy at the desk was friendly and helpful, and the AC eventually cooled the room down well. They say "don't sleep in your van, " and that's about what this is. A little more room than your van, and has running water. It felt very run down, a bit dirty, but it was okay for a quick night's sleep as a layover stop on a long multi-day drive.

Really great service and clean rooms. The employee's are very genuine and kind. Definitely worth the price.

This may be the best hotel bed I've ever laid in. It's not a huge fancy hotel, so don't expect a five star hotel, but it's a comfortable stay. There's free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and lots of channels on the TV. Our room has some signs of wear and tear, but it was clean and smelled nice. There was also a mini fridge and a microwave. The night receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. It's a perfect stay when you're traveling on I-70.

It was close off the highway and was a decent value for the money. Left too early to eat breakfast, but it seemed as if it would be a minimal breakfast.

We were on our way to Florida, we needed a place to stay. The manager was very friendly and even called our room once we got there to make sure we liked it. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. If we ever make it this way again we will stay here.

Very friendly staff, book ahead for cheaper rates on two beds. Beds were very comfortable and roomy — room is compact but clean and well arranged. The only problem we had was with hot water — found out after giving up that you need to run it for 10 minutes to get it hot. Family owned and great value!
