My family arrived at 1 am. But the staff was waiting for us. And the room where the air conditioner was cool was waiting for us. The reviews were excellent, but I did not expect it because the price was cheap. But I was surprised to see a good room. It was spacious and clean. My family was able to spend a really good night. Very good~~~! ^^ ♥♥♥

This is our second stay at the Chaparral Motor Inn and we have been impressed both times with the quality of the room, and especially with the superb customer service of the manager and his entire staff. We stay in many low priced hotels, but this one far exceeds them all and you still get the benefit of the budget price! Exceptionally clean rooms, everything was fully functioning and a great breakfast! We will definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect for a good night's rest on a road trip! The beds were really comfortable. The floor was clean, and the water pressure was strong. There is a coffee pot, TV, hair dryer, and even makeup removing wipes in the room. Chaparral Motor Inn has better prices than the cheap chains and better quality as well. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Staying here will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go again the next morning.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We got a great rate and couldn't ask for a better experience. The room was very clean. The shower had all the pressure I could handle. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the price.

We were looking for a room last minute after a long day of traveling. I picked this hotel because of the cleanliness rating and was not disappointed! Very clean and roomy! The staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!

These older hotels are really starting to become my prime choice. The hosts at the front desk are some of the most polite people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The rooms. The rooms here are cleaner than some of the hiltons or holiday inns that I've stayed at. The beds are comfortable. Floors are clean. Water pressure? More like pressure washer. If you enjoy a good shower stop in here. While I did give this place a 5 star rating don't forget it is a $50 room. There are things that are older or need a little repair. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks fellas!

We arrived at this hotel rather late, around 10:30 pm, and the hotel attendants were very welcoming. The rate was excellent and the hotel room was very clean. This hotel was the best value we experienced during our week long vacation travel. The bed was very comfy and again, felt very clean. My only complaint is that our room didn't have a microwave, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good for a budget accommodation. The rooms were adequate, clean. If you are less than 6' 2" then you are good to take bath. Continental breakfast was average. Waffles oatmeal cereal bread etc. No issues in my stay, Staff are very helpful.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and it did not smell like an old cheap motel. If you need a place to stay for the night while on the road, this place is a great budget friendly option. I would highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds. We were traveling and just looked this place up. They were very accommodating. We checked in pretty late and, after finding that our room smelled strongly of smoke, they immediately changed it to another room. Good breakfast (waffles, cereal, etc. ). Highly recommend this location!

Being a hitchhiking traveller, it can be hard to get a room. The staff here is extremely friendly, and I had no issues getting a room for me and my dog. Nice, big beds, good tv, fridge, we sleep in comfort tonight! Many thanks and praises to Chaparral Motor Inn. The truck stop next door is also traveller friendly.

We were very impressed with the room and the staff. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and accommodating staff. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Colorado.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Made sure we were comfortable and having a great stay. The room was so quiet and clean! Probably one of the most clean hotel/motels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing. We slept great and will definitely stay here again!

We were so glad that other hotels were full booked. That’s the reason we find this place during our trip. Very cozy, friendly, clean place. I think it’s excellent for this price and it was absolutely surprise for us.

Stayed here a while back. Excellent having a liquor store across the street, and while I was there, some dude at a gas station set me up with his young blonde cousin, and she was hot. I've never been back, though. Sure hope I don't have a kid there.

Clean, friendly and breakfast more than advertised. Excellent room and service. Staff treated you so well that even the other customers are nice. Internet worked (unlike some other larger chains)

Quiet place to stop for the night when driving I-70 and can't seem to keep your eyes open and on the road. Nothing fancy but clean. Owner was nice and accommodated our middle of the night, unexpected check-in without any complaints.

We Found this place like home. 2 months ago while traveling on r motorcycle during a 2, 000 mile journey. We got caught in freezin cold rain. Regardless. Of how many layers we were dressed in… it was cold and the rain lasted for days. That's when we met Danny the manager of the Chaparral Motor Inn. He welcomed us in with such a warming spirit. And the care an concern he shows all the guest is a comphy feeling of home… Not to mention the most affordable an a very clean place to stay, nice rooms that u melt into the mattress, amazing very hot water pressure in shower… so now we are back to stay again an the kicker is Its PET FRIENDLY. Come check this place out its worth it.

I was ready to drive away when I saw this little motel right down the street from a few four story motels that looked really nice on the outside but after going inside them all I found this place was cleaner the people nicer and ive been here at least 5 different times now and I've never seen a bug or anything that wasn't spotless. Im picky about things but feel comfortable to use the shower and sleep in the bed if you know what I mean. Great place.

My boyfriend and our dog are traveling cross country and needed a room last minute when we couldn’t drive anymore. The owner is friendly and works so hard to keep this inn running smoothly and well. It’s extremely inexpensive, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great. Name brand cereals and a waffle maker with actually good coffee? Yes please. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone crossing through.

Great motel for the price we paid. Spacious and clean rooms. Ours had two tables in the room — good for dining in or working. The AC was really quiet. Friendly staff and decent breakfast compared to other motels in the area. Close to the highway. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed here back in July. We stopped here first but they didn't have any more smoking rooms, so we decided to check out a couple other places in town: (10 minutes later we were back and booked the last room. The owner was so friendly and super nice… he let us see the room before we paid. The rooms are very clean! We had one that just got new carpet. The owner really cares about his place and his guests! And it gets 5 stars from me! We also met a lot of nice people as we went outside to have a cigarette:) If ever in Burlington Co. Again this is the place to stay.

This place is great! I only put four starts because I have two dogs with me and had to pay an additional $20 for them. My room ended up being around $90 for a motel, typically I pay around$50. Regardless of that though, I was happy to find the room was very clean. The beds are comfortable, have lots of pillows. There was some rust at the bottom of my tub around the drain, and I took a white towel to whipe at it. Nothing came back onto the towel which shows me they keep the place very clean! There is a fridge, TV and desk in my room. Great place to bring pups as there is plenty of grass around — do bring your own baggies though. Overall great stay! Just wish it was more affordable for me.

Absolutely amazing. We got stuck in a horrible rain, thunder & lighting storm that stopped traffic & we pulled over here. He made us feel very welcome. Went out of his way to help us when all our luggage was soaked. We will be stopping here every time we go on vacation. He saved us on so many levels. Prices are very reasonable & people have been so pleasent & welcoming.

For the price it was definitely good enough. The room was clean and pretty quiet. The bed was a bit hard, but for one night it was more than adequate. If I was coming through the area and needed to stop for the night, I'd definitely stay again.

Look no further! Danny and staff are brilliant and the place is spotless (grounds are swept clean and litter free). Danny has installed cool carpet and some pretty sweet lamps. Even the remote control was fab. Yeah the breakfast was bland, but who cares! He showed us four rooms when we arrived PLUS the super clean laundry room! Just do it! Thanks, Danny!

My 5 stars is based on the staff. They went above and beyond any customer service I've ever had! They definitely prove you come first and they want your stay to be a memorable experience! The rooms were nice and clean! The waffles were amazing! Upon my future trips my family and I will definitely go out of our way to come back here!

The air conditioners are really good the beds are clean. I have a hard time sleeping on some Hotel sheets and I slept like a baby last night. I think it's family owned and operated so it's a better choice in my opinion compared to a franchise. The staff is extremely friendly and upbeat which I haven't ever seen in the hotel motel before. Well worth my 50 bucks.

My husband and I laid over here on a road trip. The decor and furnishings are dated, and the best weren't as comfortable as I would have liked but this was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in! The desk attendant was super nice and even have is butter for our waffles out of his own fridge. If you need a room for an evening, this is a great, affordable choice.

I'm Terri's boyfriend, Mike. ' Danny, the owner was so friendly and accommodating and saw to our every need. We are smokers and he opened up a smoking room for us. Tell me one other motel who would respect smokes as human beings' The rooms are very clean with a large bathroom. It has outdoor entrances that you can drive your car right up to your entrance. No hauling your luggage all over the motel a couple of times and climbing stairs here. Great place, comfortable beds and a great office staff.

We were very pleased with our stay. Management and staff were very friendly. The room was affordable and very clean. The shower had great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water! Plenty of breakfast choices too. I would stay here again.

I do not consider this affordable. $15 for a pet fee plus $55 room and taxes added up to the same price as a chain hotel (which I would have gotten a hot tub included). There's no clock in the room but at least it looks clean. Will add another star from 2 to 3 in the am if I like the breakfast.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest places we ever stayed. Originally we were looking to stay at Slone Motel. But the young gentlemen seen we had children and redirected us here because it was closer to more venues, but both motels are owned by the same family. Outstanding rooms and people.

Wow! what a surprise. We need an affordable place while we were passing through Burlington Colorado and this place fit the bill. Very clean nice rooms and the staff was very accommodating. Don't let the outside of the place make you turn around. The owner gave us a place to eat dinner at the Dish Restaurant down the street and he was right! Gourmet food that was Delicious! This is not a cheap place to eat, but you are well worth it. Meals are about $15.00 We would definitely go back again.

Clean and very affordable, not much to look at from the outside but don't let that fool you. The management is very nice. Rooms are newly refurbished and did I say clean? When they say non-smoking, they mean it. The room didn't stink at all. The free breakfast was OK, but most them are just that. Waffles and cereal, and juice… Enjoy your stay!
