Clean, comfortable, & friendly! Fabulous hot breakfast with made to order omelettes! Would definitely stay, again! I saw another review about a "smell". When we first arrived in the early evening, there was a manure/cow smell OUTSIDE. It was very pleasant smelling inside. And, by the time late evening rolled around, the winds had shifted & the smell was gone & it was beautiful. The kids enjoyed burning off some energy in the pool after a long day in the car & were ready to crash afterwards. Definitely a 5/5!

I read really great reviews before staying here, so I was very surprised by our stay. Our air conditioning in our room was out. The solutions present were a room with 2 queen beds to replace our suite (which did not work as we had 5 adults in our group) or a box fan. We went with the fan and 30 min later after waiting at the front desk, it was delivered. They did offer us extra points… Whatever that's worth. However, when we checked out this morning I heard nothing about that and the comment on our lack of a great stay is that she "wished it had been better. " Me too Best Western, me too.

The room was great. It was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had many options and the food was delicious. The indoor pool was clean, but the water was very cold. The spa was a good temperature.

Checked in this afternoon. Came upon a severe storm had no opportunity to look around for any place else. Extremely happy with our decision to stay here. The young lady at the front desk was most helpful and accomodating — let us leave our car under the canopy during the heavy downpour and strong winds. We have not even had our complimentary breakfast but we can without a doubt tell you that we would come back here because the room/bathroom very clean and the friendly front desk clerk. I will make an assumption and say we will equally be happy with the breakfast that will be available. L&r s.

Stayed for a night while on a working trip. I liked all the hanging photos of the local carousel, it creates a nice atmosphere. The breakfast has limited choices but was very good. Convenient and close to the highway.

LOVED the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel! Staff were extremely kind. Disappointed in the breakfast — expected better quality especially when 'full-breakfast' made it advertisement made it seem it would be better than the average hotel. Would stay there again due to cleanliness and friendliness of staff.

This location was clean but not very friendly. My husband and I are not overly picky, but we showed up and showed them the online price said $92 and they wouldn't honor it. So we paid what they requested ($119) because we just wanted to sleep. 430am a cricket wouldn't stop chirping in our room and we couldn't find it. I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms since we had a 20 hour drive from that point and needed to sleep. They didn't have any other rooms available, which is understandable, but they didn't offer to discount our room for the inconvience. Those pillows. Holy heck. Not comfy by any means.

We've stayed at this Best Western many times, even though we live in the area. It has a nice pool for the kids and a patio off of it. The rooms are always very clean. Hotel staff are amazing!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The beds are firm and the room is a good size. The breakfast is nice since they have an omelette station. They had a good selection of breakfast foods. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best Western Carousel Inn is a fairly new hotel on the south side of Burlington near I-70. It has friendly staff and very nice rooms. The breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets as well as all the usual items you expect for breakfast.

Great breakfast. Nice room. We got in late. Only issue we had was late checkout, housekeeping kept knocking trying to figure out when we were leaving.

On the way to Kanorado… got real late and decided to stop for the night. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. Good place if you have your dog with you. Rooms were very clean, plenty of towels, super hot water. OMG a really nice hotel.

Had a great, but unexpected stay at the BW in Burlington… I-70 closed due to an ice storm. The staff was welcoming and the property looked brand new! Nice pool and hot tub for relaxing after a stressful drive! Would definitely stay again!

A great hotel! My boys had extra energy before we got on the road, and we were able to borrow a meeting room to let them burn off some energy. Very helpful!

Stayed here a week for work. Can't think of any reason for less stars. Made to order omelets were great along with the other foods available. Some of the hot foods rotate. Room was clean and seemed well maintained. I'll have to try the indoor pool and hot tub next time. Thanks for a great stay.

Called this hotel very, very late at night while I was travelling hoping to get a room. They were able to accommodate quickly, which was much appreciated. Plus, I had three animals with me. I was happy with my stay.

The staff were so friendly and the breakfast is delicious! You can't go wrong with made to order omelette's! The one complaint I would have is that the floor in the room appeared and felt dirty and for someone who has young children who are all over the floor, it is important to me to have clean floors!

The location was fine. The view was about as good as your gonna get on the front range. The rooms were all fine, and the services were cool. There is in fact a carousel there, but it's only open seasonally, so I didn't get to see it in action. The exercise room is small, but the pool is pretty well sized. The breakfast was just alright, I only had cereal.

The rooms are not too clean but it's fine they have what you need with a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. The free breakfast is great! And the employees really helpful and nice. Will stay there again.

Have stayed here twice on cross-country motorcycle trips. Really clean, nice place. Gov't rate makes it quite affordable. Food choices are quite limited. We walk across the road to the Love's and inside we get burgers from… I think it was Carl's Jr. Great burg's!. But, hey were only there to sleep and we always bring our own booze, so it's no big deal! Will say again: very clean, nice place to stay. Don't know when I'll get there again, but if I do, I'll stay there!

I'd give it a 5 star rating had the housekeeping crew done a better job at completing what we requested. Otherwise the hotel appears very nice, and the hotel staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast room is amazing, the items are satisfying. The bed is the most comfortable bed we have experienced so far.

Super Hotel! The counter attendant (Patty) was fantastic! Loved the fresh cooked omelette for breakfast. Clean hotel, great bed and great access to the highway. For those traveling in the area, this is your only stop. Great price that includes breakfast. This stop was not planned for us, arrangements were handled over the phone, by Patty as we were traveling southward the same day.

I HIGHLY recommend Best Western! I've stayed in 3 (so far). Would have been a higher number but not all BW's are pet friendly… :' ( Other than that, each hotel has it's OWN look, but it is top notch in all they have to offer. One had an indoor pool with a spiral slide and my son had a BLAST! Another one had an indoor pool, with a spa and the VIEWS were spectacular! The bathrooms are always elegant, beds are huge and comfy. Dog area's are just enough, internet has been great. I can't say enough good things about Best Western! Fixing to get on the road again and googling for a Best Western, in the area we're headed!

This Best Western was awesome! Very clean and the room was totally silent! Great night's sleep and then a great breakfast with made to order omelette's to help get you on your way.

We ended up with an extra person on our trip. The desk clerk was fantastic and upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. The hotel is immaculate, the beds comfortable and the pool / hot tub so relaxing after a long drive. The staff has all been very friendly and helpful. Wish I were coming back on the same route as I would stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

New hotel in Burlington, CO that is impressively clean and comfortable; friendly staff. Free breakfast was terrific! There's a great restaurant down the street called The Dish Room that also is highly recommended for lunch and/or dinner. We stayed one night on our way to Denver. Helps to get acclimated to the high altitude, by staying one night in Burlington.

Finally a hotel that has good lighting over the sink and in the room! Good breakfast with made to order omlets and a manager visible. He was about checking on the staff, assuring they had what was needed to do a good job as well as he checked on guests. Great place to stay!

We drove through Kansas and couldn't get any further without some sleep. This was a great place to stay! It was very clean and the breakfast was one of the best we have had. Omelet station, pancake machine, real potatoes with the skins, and everything else in between. It was a good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice, and we used them quite frequently. Hot breakfast was an added bonus. I wasn't really sure what to expect, being that it was a pretty small town, but I was very pleasantly surprised!

Breakfast: omlet was amazing to start the day. Options of bacon, bell pepper, cheese, ham, jalapenos, onion. Biscuit and gravy, sausage and eggs were also at the breakfast. Hotel: For a pet friendly hotel it is immaculately clean. Smart choice to put the doggy lawn area off to the side. Such a well designed clean hotel. The pet friendly floor can hear a few dogs occasionally as I walked past. The hotel must do tons of cleaning to keep it looking so nice. Location: Off the I-70, it is easily accessible and hard to miss. Love's is across the way for gas.

Clean; conveniently located off I70; friendly staff; great breakfast (cold and hot) ; able to crack the window in the room! ; frig and microwave in the room; great shower head; quiet neighborhood.

One families experience… Pro: made to order omelet bar and rest of breakfast was good. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice updated baths. The beds were comfortable. Could actually use the "high speed" internet What went wrong during stay: town under a "Don't drink the water" order. Room 1, pulled back covers on one bed and found a number of hairs in bedding. Then found trash on floor in a couple corners. They quickly gave us a new room. At room 2: found small assortment of hairs in another bed, got new bedding. Toilet was dirty. At 1230 am the room heater made a horrible racket and had to shut it off, room got stuffy. Every time someone ran water it was very loud in the walls. 130am next floor up came stomping into their room. Last time I stayed in a hotel this noisy there was a dance club above us.

Right off the freeway. Clean rooms. Indoor pool. Decent breakfast offerings including omelets cooked to order. Would stay again.

Stopped on my way to Kansas and the reception gentleman was so very kind. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy as well. Great place and if I ever need to stop again I will be coming here!

Travelled from California to Illinois and stayed in diffetent hotels 4 different nights. This hotel had the cleanest room. But what really made this hotel outstanding was the BREAKFAST! HANDMADE OMLETT BAR! It was phenomenal. The lady making them was so warm, friendly, and funny to my toddler. Loved our stay.

Great room and amazing staff. Evening ice cream social and breakfast were just delightful. Very clean.

It was a beautful hotel! Very clean, friendly employees, and the breakfast was awesome! They have made to order omelettes, along with plenty of other choices! Will definitely get your belly full! Another thing, I have to pack my liquid creamer for my coffee wherever I go, they had my French vanilla creamer there! I was very impressed with this hotel! We were going to stay in Denver as we were passing through, but I am so glad we drove to Burlington! Definitely recommend this to anyone passing through! Stop here! Do not drive any further!

After staying at a much more expensive resort in Vail, we stayed here on our way home. This hotel was much better than the resort in Vail. The customer service was outstanding and the rooms were much nicer. There was a complimentary ice cream sundae bar when we arrived and we were given water bottles and fruit for a snack. Little details, like a sanitized remote, really made staying here extremely enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious; custom ordered omelettes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and more! The rooms were large, clean, and modern. The pool and hot tub area was also clean and fully stocked with fresh towels on each chair. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was very clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The house keepers were very loud in the morning. Instead of propping doors open they used the dead bolt to keep doors open. When they went in and out of rooms the doors slammed over and over again making sleep impossible.

It was fine. The shower didn't have very good pressure. On the other hand I was able to open the window for some fresh air. Hardly any places give their patrons that ability. That would have bumped it up to 5 stars but the next morning small planes started flying over and dumping pesticides all over the place. The water is also toxic. Room was clean and the bed wasn't too bad though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a little room where you could get snacks that was open 24 hours. The rooms were very nice and clean but either the other people staying there were very loud or the hotel has too thin of walls. Most of the people there that night had come off I70 because of a snowstorm. There were several people with dogs on my floor and sometimes the barking was annoying. There was also a scent in the hallway that obviously came from the animals. It was a slight urine smell at night and feces when we were checking out the next day. Note: this smell did NOT carry into our room.
