Missed our flight in Denver! Stayed at crown plaza and the staff was amazing! Their systems were down, but they got us checked in as promised! Great staff!

Atmosphere. Accommodations poor. Rough.

Bar was a bit pricey for what you got. The room had an out-of-date channel listing. Asked front desk for a new one, they said it was the right one and the TV box needed to be diagnosed. Tech came up an hour later and couldn't fix the problem. Half the channels didn't come in and the other half didnt match the channel listing. Won't stay again. After a 13 hour day couldn't even watch a show I was looking forward to. What hotel can't get CBS this day and age? My 95 year old grandfather gets CBS on an antenna…

Great convention space. Nicely laid out, with plenty of room for our event. Bar area is also nice, not particularly well stocked though. Lots of seating and space to lounge about between events. Layout of the building took some getting used to, but thanks to the numerous maps it wasn't too hard. Bathrooms were all clean and stocked as well.

Very beautiful entry and water feature. Great gym and seems like a great place for events and business meetings. However I ate at the restaurant twice out of convenience and it was not very good either time high price without spectacular food. The room was fine and clean the TV was hard to work though. Was pet and kid friendly and had an indoor pool.

Service is always wonderful here. Close to food, and freeways. Rooms are comfortable and updated. Need to have a mini fridge in the room, but mainly a great place to stay. Check out the food here and also nightly happy hour at the bar.

Adobe themed hotel that is nicer than expected. Nice staff and comfortable rooms. One of the few hotels that has an AC system that keeps the room COLD! I loved that. The bed was a bit on he firm side, but it was a nice one night stay.

I had a wonderful experience here. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Walt. Check in was a little rough but Sage showed exemplary costumer service that you don't see very often. They offer a shuttle service that takes you within a 5 mile radius. Walt and David have been so kind and always available. They were courteous and always reminded me to "watch my step". I have never had the over the top personal customer service experience! Will make sure to book again.

The Crowne Plaza was okay. The room was clean and well kept. We could see the fountain outside our window. However though all literature says room service is 24/7 they were closed for the over night menu all three nights of our stay and while during lunch they hung up on my call 5 times to then answer and to my saying I'd to place an order "uh, well. No? Maybe? I'm not sure. I think, I think we're like. Taking a break. " As long as you don't plan on requesting room service at all it should be an okay place to stay.

Decent place as far as convention Center's go. Nothing here will blow you away. You probably get what you expect. There are a lot of food options nearby. Staff is accommodating. Facility is clean. There are options within the hotel for eating. Near the airport and they have a shuttle option.

I did not stay at the center but attended a 2 day convention is salons A and B. I thought that the space was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the location was convenient with no parking issues. They also had a bar that some attendees went to that was in another part if the facility. Honestly the rating should probably a 3.5 — the furniture is dated and a little stained and there are no windows in the actual meeting rooms. Staff was very nice. I'm not sure who arranged food so I won't rate based on that.

I stayed here for an overnight before an early flight out of Denver International. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had nice amenities in the bathroom so I didn't have to unpack my own. Especially enjoyed the sleeping aromatherapy lotion.

This place is disgusting. Everything in my room was worn out and dirty including my bed sheets, the chairs, toilet, everything. Room smelled. Coffee was impossible to get a hold of, and to think I paid $135 a night! I was there for a conference (they host a lot of conferences I was told) but seemed unprepared to accommodate our group. They didn't have rooms ready until after 5pm, there is only one elevator (and no sign pointing to the stairs), one waitress in the restaurant in the morning for a full hotel, no complementary coffee but I could buy a regular cup for $3.00. And it was $50.00 for a gallon of coffee for our conference. The actual conference center was disgusting with their podium looking like it fell out of the back of a truck and holes in the wall, marks, stains on the wall on stage, and every chair was stained, broken or dirty. The whole time I was there I only wanted to leave. And at $135 a night you know they are just pocketing that money and not investing any thing in the upkeep of the place. It looks like it was a nice place to stay 20 years go, but it is way past the end of its life cycle. This is the second worse hotel I have ever stayed at, and it cost a fortune!

The staff was very polite, professional and accommodating. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious food at their restaurant. Full bar ran by the two best staff their Jasmine and Joe.

Nice hotel, we got it on special but at a higher rate would not have been worth it. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was not open only the lounge, not many tables to eat at so me had to sit awkwardly to eat food was ok.

Expectations totally blown… this hotel is the real deal! everything thought of & laid out for a traveler. Many thanks to all the friendly staff for a great, clean stay. Food was most excellent too. See you guys next time.

Flight home from Denver cancelled. Couldn't find hotel, I guess because so many were stranded due to high winds. Couldn't call number United Airlines gave me because never could get through. Called my daughter and she got on her computer and found me a room here. Room was clean. Bed comfortable, but getting food was next to impossible. Only the lobby bar was available. I checked in about 3 pm and the restaurant waa closed all night. The only available food at the bar had no gluten free options. I'd had no lunch, being on hold and standing in lines at the airport and for supper had to make do with corn chips and cheese dip. Then, someone on my floor allowed their huge dog to poop in the hallway! What a stench. For the price, I should have stayed elsewhere.

Clean rooms. Comfortable. Nice gym. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Wish the rooms had fridges and microwaves, but other than that, staff is great. Will definitely be back.

Stayed a few days last week for a conference. Never made a complaint about a room before but just couldn't let this one pass. Room was definitely not cleaned prior to renting. On the last day I finally started moving furniture and cleaning and picked up a half trash can full of empty water bottles, food wrappers and even food. Carpets definitely worn out, duct taped together in many places in the facility. Many other problems with the facility's policies but not going to nit pick.

Excellent service and with space available for all events events with capacity of about 2000 people, the rooms very cozy or very. Clean.

Much of our stay was perfectly fine. However… there were several times that room service was non-responsive to our needs. BUT… most importantly, contractors put myself and my children in harms way when they decided to drop thousands of pounds of building materials onto the roof while we were in the pool area. Debris (Cancerous? Who knows…) fell from the ceiling, showering myself and my children. Needless to say, the hotel took our situation fairly seriously (probably because they are afraid of being sued). I hate to give a low review, but that's just how this one is going to go. :/

Excellent place for shopping, a little high prices, but if you're looking for well, you will find good deals.

The room was clean and nice as expected. It didn't have a mini fridge which I needed for medical reasons. The front desk said they were out but she would keep looking. About 30 minutes later she was at the door with one she took from the HR office! Such unexpected customer service. Thanks for caring.

Was last minute late night flight to Denver, co. Booked hotel after midnight. Checked in at 2 am, the lady at the desk was super friendly. The hotel had a free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle driver was also super friendly, a very good driver. The room was spotless, warm, and the shower was great. Soft towels. Coffee pot in room, nice tv. Comfy bed. I will definitely stay again in the future. Oh the lobby area is awesome, there is a waterfall.

Hotel is near airport, they offer a free shuttle service to and from airport. I had an arrival at 4am with my next departure at 8pm. I called and spoke with the manager and they were able to extend the late checkout for me so I could stay around until I had to fly out. Room has everything you'd expect from a business oriented hotel. Uber eats delivers to the area and there are plenty of places to eat locally. At the rate I played I expected less and was surprised by the quality of this hotel.

Beautiful lobby with a large waterfall. Rooms are spacious and in good condition, but a little dated. Shuttle service makes this a very convenient stay for airport travel.

Hospitality was amazing. Great people working there. Great customer service. Clean facilities. Breakfast buffet and beds were the only weakspot. Highly recommend this place for corporate events.

The hotel was nice. The restaurant had good food with somewhat decent service. The only negative thing about our stay was the dog convention that was going on that weekend. 400+ dogs in the hotel. It smelled. Update: Second stay in this hotel. It's a lot nicer without the dog convention, but the office chair in our room should have been replaced a long time ago. The fake leather is just falling off and dangling from the bottom of the chair. You'd think with their prices that it would be a little nicer.

10 minutes a DAY, close to several restaurants and other entertainment venues. Easy to get to Lodo and get to know Denver if you only passed through Colorado.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Everything else leaves much to be desired. Mattresses are uncomfortable, rooms have old furnishings, stained tubs and as my room windows opened to the bar I was in a cave for 3 days. Old signage hanging in the area of the conference and public bathrooms not well maintained throughout the day. Fortunately the bar pours a good drink and bar staff is great. Bar food not so good.

It is the best hotel of Downtown…!

The hotel is older and you can see it in the rooms. The chair and pull put couch were very used. The shower/tub was older and water stained. Restaurant was pretty good as was the breakfast. The staff was okay. The front desk agent was very nice but I don't remember her name. Great conference rooms!

Staff restored my belief that good customer service still exists! Thank you Adrian (I think) for letting me borrow your personal phone charger. Wish there was free breakfast and my TV was kinda glitchy but overall great experience. THANK YOU FOR BEING PET FRIENDLY (my pups appreciated that).

Hotel and Convention halls at this location are set up rather inconveniently; could use a remodel with additional access from hotel side to convention side as the only hallway indoors between the two looks and feels more like a hotel staff only access hall and is rather out of the way and inconvenient for guest use. VERY concerned about power in this location. Lighting at outside entrances was a bit dim and lighting around the building kept flickering at best; absolutely NO lighting through the parking was on/working all weekend which I find to be very dangerous to guests of the hotel. I don't recommend this location. There are much better, safer hotels in the area.

Rocky Mountain Con was SO much fun. Being set up in this hotel hat a bunch of perks. There was just the right amount of room for all the tabletop gaming and all of the other panels and events going on. This is a great set up and I cannot WAIT for next year!

Very comfortable and Spacious rooms. Quiet and all the amenities. Came for Rocky Mountain Con. Great Event! So convenient to be able to stay at the same place it's held.

Conveniently located off of I-70. There are two main entrances to the convention center. Be sure to double check which entrance before parking. The main hall itself felt quite dated, but served it's purpose. The hotel rooms are very decent and the hotel gym is very nice!

Rooms are comfortable. However the building is odd. It's a converted Holiday Inn with a huge atrium that just doesn't work. It's loud with echos from I'll thought out features; a bar plopped randomly, a giant unused dance floor type thing, an open restaurant and a big word obviously fake water fall fountain that I kid not, is just placed in open space. I think someone thought they were hiding the elevators with it… The food is good and priced okay but the bar is way over priced for what you get I'd steer away from this Crowne Plaza which is a shame as I usually like this brand.

Great location with good parking. Food was filling and tasty. Clean and staff is very attentive to guests needs. Air conditioner crapped out and it was fixed promptly. I will return.

Went there for gem and mineral show. The hotel was wonderful, they had ice water thru out the show for guest. We had lunch there also, we enjoyed that very much. Overall it was a enjoyable trip.

Attended the mineral and fossil show here at its new location. Parking was great, and staff were friendly. Lots of security around. The lounge was very nice and bathrooms clean. They seemed adequately prepared, though I think the maps / directional signage could be a little better and more frequent. Overall they were very accommodating and a good location for a big convention like this. I can't comment on the rooms and other lodging services as I did not stay at the hotel overnight. Pool looked very nice though!

So I stayed here on a business trip during the week, so it was pretty quiet. This hotel is pretty basic — I did get a room with a fridge and microwave which is nice. Not every room has a fridge tho. Coffee maker in the room works with coffee pods and they supply powdered creamer and sugar, there's plenty of USB outlets and plugs to charge devices. Shower was nice. The hotel feels a bit old and not quite kept up. The in room furniture had a used feeling. The hallways are dark and the ceilings low, not cheerful. The doors to each room slam easily so that noise may wake you. Water bottles in room are an additional $5. There is only one dining option in the hotel, and it's the same menu as the room service menu, and there's a bunch of snack foods for purchase at the front desk. Lighting and carpets are dark. There's nothing but fast food places nearby so be prepared for that if you like eating healthy. They DO have an airport shuttle — but make sure you call and get on the list. They had to leave behind people because they also pick up at the Econolodge next door and somehow got left off it. One guy complained because he never got his wake up call and missed the shuttle he intended to be on. Shuttles are every half hour to and from the airport. I took the commuter train to the city one night and called the hotel to pick me up from the Gateway park station — they do that for a five mile radius which is nice but there's not that many places to go in the area.

Decent hotel. Obvious budget issues. Pool and hot tub heater broken, no breakfast buffet-buffet broken, ran out of hash browns at breakfast so they served tater tots with no warning, no free coffee. Just disappointed.

We arrived late at night and was very happy to find such a nice clean room with comfy beds and linens. I was able to get a good price through Priceline for this hotel the night before the trip. The downside is NO free breakfast. It would have been nice to have a little nosh, before hitting the road to hike. We did have free coffee in the room available and very expensive bottled water. Tap water was good.

It is a large place where the rooms are large and can fit like 500 people.

Stayed here two nights for a convention. Besides the fire alarm going off twice one night, it was a pleasant stay. Each time was a false alarm. There was a discount on the final bill due to this, I was happy with that. The breakfast buffet is good, all the hotel staff I interacted with were friendly. The hotel bar was good. Nice big atrium area where the bar is. Convention space was very nice too.

If there was a review for 0 stars that would be perfect for this place. You pay 350 for a "suite". Its the smallest room you could ever have, if you MUST go there avoid using your credit card or you might as well change it the next day because you will get charged 2 nights for 1 night. They're thieves don't stay here.

This hotel gave us a room with full beds when we asked them for queens and the room was small for the high price we paid for it. The price was high enough that it really should of came with a complimentary breakfast. They put us on a floor with a group of athletes that made so much noise and you could hear everything coming from the other rooms. It went on late into the night. It was a horrible experience for a hotel that at least looks so nice.

You can tell it's a dated building from the vent covors and heating elements around the premises, but the décor, furniture, and ammentities are very nice.

Great location. Attention to detail is clear. However for our event they opened up a little food bar with sodas and water that was exorbitantly overpriced. $3 for a can of coke. $2 for a single apple?

Nothing to complain about here! The room they gave me exceeding expectations. It was spacious and clean. The people at check in were nice. Overall it was a great deal. I'm very pleased. Free parking and free Wi-Fi when I came!

Very unhappy. When they booked, they immediately took the rate off my credit card. When I tried to change the room, the wouldn't let me. When I tried to cancel (longer than 24 hrs) they said they would still change me the full room price. Extremely bad practice. Never heard of this before. Customer beware.

Clean, well tended rooms. Room service surprisingly inexpensive. Bathroom came with a lit shaving mirror. The staff is friendly and has a sense of humor, with management allowing at least on member of the front desk to dress up to match the costumed convention-goers. They no longer have in-room refrigerators, however, which is a single point against them.

Convention space was clean. Hotel staff was courteous. However the area was not safe for over night guests as 2 vehicles were vandalized during the night between days I was there.

The room was fine, as expected. It looked updated & nice. We had a the breakfast buffet at the Terrace in-hotel restaurant & it was sub par. $14 per person for poorly cooked eggs, slimy oatmeal & hash brown triangles fried to within an inch of it's life. We'd rent another room from them, but we won't eat at the restaurant again.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has many hot and cold items including smoked salmon for about fourteen dollars. Shuttle to the airport. Newly remodeled fitness center with lots of cardio, weight machines, and free weights.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near DIA. We had a handicapped room. Our room was very nice. I called Guest Services several times and always got a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. I made a request for extra pillows, extra coffee cream, etc. And they always accommodated me. We were there for a Knights of Columbus conference. I made a request to the banquet room to be able to bring in a bottle of my organic sparkling pair to drink. I had a gentleman named Ryan from the Guest Services who went above and beyond contacting the restaurant manager talking to him and then contacting James who was the manager of the banquet hall. James went ahead and approve that I could bring that in. Also I hadn't have my room cleaned one day and call guest services to have somebody come up and clean it. The reason that wasn't cleaned is because I was in there and I told them to come back in an hour. The lady that came up to clean my room was awesome. We talk to little and I told her I really drink a lot of coffee and she brought in some extra coffee and she says this is going to be okay for you? I told her that it would be fine and she turned around and brought in a couple more to make sure that I had enough. She did a really good job cleaning the room. She even left me extra body lotion to use. I thought that was so sweet of her. Anyone who chooses to go there I would really recommend it highly. The people are so friendly and accommodating. The Crowne Plaza is beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large open area with bar and restaurant was very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and had a wonderful modern decor. The in room amenities included a essential oil spray and lotions even! The hotel is located right off of I-70 and right next to the airport making it very convenient.

Construction began right outside my window at 8:30 am. By right outside I mean scaffolding about a foot from the window. The staff is fully aware of the construction because a window film was put up to block the view into the rooms. Instead of blocking the rooms near construction they just rent them out anyway and you get an early morning wakeup to the soothing sounds of hammers and off-key Latino singing.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The price for staying there was way to high. My toilet was not attached to the wall in my bathroom along with insulation hanging out. I called guest service to get a box and the lady and the front said "um, yeah I don't know about boxes". So I asked her directly. "Can you please ask someone? " I was placed on hold for several minutes. She came back on the phone and said "Everyone has gone home, we don't any boxes". I walked down to the dinning/bar area. (Whom by the way are the awesomenest people ever). They quickly got me a box. They dinning staff/bar area were always polite and nice. Great attitude. I left for at 5am on the last day with a bunch of the check in hotel staff standing around not working and talking. This needs to be done with clients or guest can see. The room apart from the bed. The furniture looks very very worn out…

Nice hotel, great beds, nice room and amazing staff, but the wireless internet services were slower than dial up and often dropped out. Not a great place for business persons. Great staff…

Better places to stay in the area! 1. Horrible service in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet is nasty. Spoke to Mngr. She did not care. 2. House keeping knocked on my door with my do not disturb sign on the door. And was loud while cleaning in the area. 3. Rooms are nothing to brag about. The air and heat unit was a dinosaur. Windows were filthy. Pillows were nice and lots of outlet plugs. Food service stinks and my privacy and sleep disturbed.

I booked 4 rooms at this hotel on 5/24/15. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were filthy dirty. The carpets were torn and threadbare. No air conditioning and there was actual mold growing in our room. Then to top it all off, they charged my card $120 more than they should have and I have been arguing with them to return the funds (which still have not been returned 3 days later). Do not stay here! you will regret it.

This place is a joke. Only 2 double beds for a family of 4. None of the rooms have 2 queens. Not impressed. Never will I stay here again. We were booked through an agency, hope they made a good commission, cause we got screwed.

I am staying in this hotel tonight, 5/15/2015. I arrived today for a 2-day convention here and will check out tomorrow morning. It's not an overly impressive place. The lobby is nice but all in all the room, service and hotel restaurant are just 'ok'. Here are my opinions on the specifics of the hotel. POSITIVES: Rate — I paid $94 plus tax for a king bed room as part of the convention room block. It's easy to get to off highway and there are lots of nice places to eat nearby. Free Wi-Fi. Decent TV in room. NEGATIVES: Hotel Restaurant has a small menu and isn't as impressive as some other similar class hotels. Hotel Coffee — They boast that they "proudly serve Starbucks", however the coffee was clearly commercial hotel schwagg coffee. The coffee sucked. Basically bait and switch. I think Starbucks would be pretty pissed with the misrepresentation of their product. King Bed — I made a reservation for a King Bed a few months in advance. I arrived in my room to find it was 2 double beds. So I had to carry all my stuff back down from the 5th floor to the lobby to change rooms. They said my reservation was for the 2-double bed room but were able to give me a King bed room on the 3rd floor without any hassle. But the bed was the most unimpressive bed I have encountered in a hotel in quite some time.

The hotel needs cleaned from top to bottom. The food is good in the resturaunt but the service sucks.

Its 3pm and im still waiting for my room to be cleaned. I have been waiting since 9am. I cant believe it takes this long.

The hallway carpets are so loose and threadbare, they present a safety hazard. The room was marginal. Most outlets did not work and it was an odd layout. On the up side, the windows are really sound proofed.

Obviously they didn't invest in a big enough water heater. Tried to take a shower this morning and the water is so cold I can't. No fridge in my suite? The a/c / heater sounds like a plane landing. Towels aren't soft.

Stayed here several times. Staff is friendly and efficient. Love the main lobby waterfall. Rooms are comfortable and clean. For $79 a night thru AAA, I am extremely pleased.
