I love everything about this hotel except having to pay extra for parking because the key card they gave me for parking was not working. I ensure I had them away from any magnetic item. So I have to pay using the ticket I get from the parking machine and still got charged on my hotel bill for parking.

Well it looks nice. But they tack on a $50 deposit for your stay, change 12 bucks for parking and $3 buck for a bottle of water if you aren't part of the rewards program. I mean you pay for convenience but I'm not staying there again. Would rather go to Colorado Springs.

Top notch service from the front desk to the restaurant/bar! This became my home away from home for 30 days! Everyone was kind, compassionate, accommodating and knowledgeable! I highly recommend. Days and nights were long at the hospital. Everyone here became friends and welcomed our family with open, loving arms! Thank you friends! Kim Golliday.

The hotel staff was amazing, the facilities were spot one, the food was great the entertainment was okay, overall we had a grand time dining, dancing and socializing.

There are not enough stars available for this location. We held an inaugural conference here last week and it was incredible!
The staff was beyond anything we ever could've hoped for from the management to the bus boys. Justin was my guardian angel in a fabulous suit, he went out of his way to check in with us, make sure we had everything we needed and always had time to stop and talk with me (even when I was exhausted and being a diva! ). I always felt heard, seen and validated.
The hotel is gorgeous but Justin and his team are the reason we will be coming back! Especially James, no matter what he was doing he always went out of his way to help us, he frequently stopped us from loading or moving things so he could help us and repeatedly did it himself. The facilities are great and the food we ordered for our socials surpassed our expectations, in our experience hotel food has never been anything to get excited over, but here it was delicious and frequently refreshed. I could go on for hours about how much we loved this location, just know if you stay or hold your event here you will be impressed, well taken care of and wonder why you ever held it anywhere else!

THE BAD: Was given the wrong room (stayed in King Premium, instead of King Deluxe — wasn't able to switch because everything was booked up). Furniture was way too big for the room size, only had a foot of space to get to one side of the bed that was next to the couch. Bathroom was too 'modern' where there was a tiny shelf in the shower that could barely hold 2 travel sized bottles, and only 2 hangers for towels. There was one additional towel bar but located behind the bathroom door on the far side of the shower in front of the toilet. Room service was extremely overpriced and limited on food selections. Pizza that was ordered was half the size of the box they put it in; for breakfast they gave us an extra breakfast burrito that we didn’t know about until after since it was on the bottom of the stack of food, and they charged us for it; waffle was barely cooked and had no butter but a ton of syrup; asked for cream and extra sugar for coffee that we didn’t get. Was never given any Wi-Fi passwords to connect. Neighborhood was very sketchy, unsure of why they chose this location to build this hotel, but it was one that I would not walk around in. THE GOOD: Large TV was nice, bed was comfy (but pillows too soft). Went for the Supernatural convention that was a lot of fun! Bar downstairs was nice, and glad they had a coffee shop. Ballroom was very large and supportive of the convention. Valet was great, and glad for the parking garage during hail season.

On our first day our TV stopped working, we packed our entire room, once they told us to move, and never even an offer any assistance. On our last day my son was sick with the stomach bug, we asked for a later check out, we were offered 2:00 pm or we could pay $175 to stay until 5pm. The manager Rebecca was rude when I mentioned that we never complained about having to move and they should be more accommodating to their guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

I just worked a convention at this hotel, and it was great. The facility is excellent, and I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Every staff member I talked to was super nice, very helpful, and they all accommodated us in any way they could. Managers Ryan and Rose, along with head of security Willie were particularly great, but all your staff was awesome!

When we arrived we were initially given a room that should have been out of service. (toilet of of service etc). We were then moved to another room from the 9th floor to the 5th floor. On the 5th floor there was a girls baseball ball team. All we heard all night were doors slamming. (No rest). I believe staff should have taken the placement of our room into consideration.
Let's fast forward to the morning. We had breakfast includes with our room. We arrived at the dinning facilty at 9:30am a waiter arrived promptly yet to leave us waiting 10 minutes to never return. There was another young lady showed up took our drink order and we waited another 10 minutes for drinks. There were all of 8 people in the dinning facility at the time.
We went to the front desk to express our concerns and experience. We spoke with manager advised although our experience thus far was far below expectations. We would consider staying another night with a compensation of $59. She declined our offer and stated it was below market value. Wow this is the customer service we received.

I stayed here for 1 night, paid a ton of $ and was treated poorly by the staff. When I checked in I was suprised to find that it was 19$ a day to park. On top of the $290 a night nightly rate. Purchased a non smoking room with a tub and shower. When we entered the room I noticed there was only a shower. Which is a little difficult bathing a 9 month old. While walking around looking for the ice machine I could smell cigarette smoke down the hall. (On the same floor I was staying on! ) I never found the ice machine because there wasnt one on my floor! The water comming out of the faucet was a milky color. Two bottles of clean aquafina water were sitting on the counter @ $3.00 each. So we took a trip to a grocery store down the road and realized we were partically in the ghetto. The next morning we went down to have breakfast. (Which was included in out stay. ) My hushand asked a man; (who appeared to be a manager) where do we sit for breakfast? The man literally rolled his eyes and was completely stuck up and pointed "over there". We were treated like we did not belong there. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff needs to get there heads out of there asses and treat there guests like guests. This was my first terribpe experience with hyatt.

“Excellent Hotel” I stayed at this hotel for four nights. Great hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are setup perfectly with plenty of room, 32" swivel TV, love seat and a nice view. The bathroom has a massive 6 foot by 3 foot shower. There is a nice fitness center and outdoor pool. The restaurant is called Borealis and has the best breakfast and dinner. One evening, I attended Happy Hour — the food was excellent at a very reasonably price with $5 wine specials. Great staff and bartenders at Borealis. I will definitely stay at this Hyatt in Aurora every time! Did I mention the beautiful fireplace upon entry to the hotel?
