I LOVED the decor in this place. The outside and hallways are a bit budget looking but the rooms are nicely decorated in a modern contemporary style, they allow dogs and breakfast is varied and free. My husband did notice a smell in our pet friendly room upon arrival and the shower doesn't wash hair. But it's good for the price!

I have been driving up 2x a week to work for the last month and a half. Best hotel yet. Staff super friendly rooms are comfy beds and pillows are amazing! Never have had any issues with them. Definitely would recommend!

Loved everything about it! We will always stay there on the way to and from California. At first we went sure then we saw our room and it was brand-new looking and everyone was very kind.

Bad area. Transients everywhere hotel cant control that. However they did accuse you stealing a pillow, the man (nameless) called me 2 hours after check out to tell me that I will be charged 30 for a pillow. He said they have a check list to verify. However I did not sigh anything for 5 pillows on my bed I did not do an inventory of how many sheets or windows or beds or fridges or towels. He hung up on me said it was a disconnect. I called later that day still no name from him. He said he would look into it again and get back to me. Never got back to me. Called him three days later he said did not find pillow, but we will reverse charge, we will see, because we are getting rid of those pillows anyways. Hummmmmm, interesting Shower head worthless, a/c did not work. Stains on carpet everywhere I did take pictures because we had a dog and didn't want to get nailed for that. Goat heads everywhere to try to walk dog. Bad experience.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. Avoid this dump at all costs. The rooms are absolutely disgusting! Smells like smoke. The beds stink and the sheets clearly had jizz on them. We found blood on one of the walls. The pool was crumbling and I cut my foot on it. They didnt even call me back to ask how I was doing. The owner is horribly rude and does not care one bit about his patrons. It's not worth saving 10 bucks. Trust me. Worst motel ever, in the history of planet earth!

This is a disgrace of a comfort inn as I experienced no comfort. No elevator for a three story hotel and I had a lot of luggage and had to stay in the third floor. No laundry room and the pool said closed at ten and only 20 people could go in but that night I counted at least 30 people who ended up staying all night and loud. OhThe room was small. I say don't waste your money here and go to the motel 6 that that looked way better and less crowdy and cheaper. I wish I could rate the hotel negative 100, and please please don't stay at this nightmare of a hotel.

We needed to find a place to stay one night in this area as we were traveling with a cat. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. The bed was comfort, the room was clean. Appreciated having the roomy mini fridge to be able to refreeze our cooler ice bottles. The bathroom was small, but adequate. We were here for just a quick overnight stop, but it met all our needs and we were back on the road (easy off/on access).

We had a cat with us and requested a room that allowed pets and paid a $15 pet cleaning fee. The room was quite clean and odor free. It was comfortable and had a nice size mini-fridge. The air conditioner was running constantly on low and this would have drowned out any road noise. The breakfast was pretty standard. The breakfast room was small and crowded. Overall, the experience was pretty much what we've come to expect from Comfort Inn.

Very friendly. Comfortable room, excellent bed. Bathroom is small but I'd stay here again.

Super-friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Just what I needed after a long day of driving.

Was easy to locate, clean rooms and friendly service, good breakfast.

Staff were nice but the hotel is not to the standards I expect from other comfort inns. I prefer this brand of hotel, but the pool here is seasonal (Medford' s is indoor) and they don't have a hot tub. No elevator and the lobby is the breakfast area. If driving stay in Medford or continue down to Redding if possible.

Clean and comfortable rooms. As a heads up the building is 3 floors and no elevator.

Nice room, excellent bed, fair price. Had a fridge and microwave. I have a back injury and bed was excellent. Nice people, quiet place. No smoking. Walmart 1 block away. January, I didn't try the pool.

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night in Yreka. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. Loved the Taco Bell next door. Can't say enough positives for the management. So very friendly and helpful. Manager helped me with an Iphone issue and saved our looking for and going to an Apple location. We will stay there on our next trip to Oregon.

It was ok. We were on the second floor so we had to do the stairs. A little hard with a broken wrist. The breakfast sucked. Went there at 8.00. Everything was already cleaned up. The clerk said everyone already ate but breakfast was from 6 to 9.

Incompetent lazy staff. Took over 45 min from the time I tried to check in to get in the room. I had to wait for maintenance man to fix card reader at the door. Room was nasty. The bed had red sticky substance on it and when I called to have it changed they told me that I need to bring it down myself. The worst experience I've ever had. Do not waste you time and money!

Room was big. Some updates… over all it was nice. I'm giving it a 3 star because the air conditioner desperately needs to be updated. It was very loud and we had to turn it off to sleep. We were on the second floor and the people on the third floor may have been stomping really loud on purpose but needless to say it sounded like an elephant walking around above us. Walls are very thin.

Very nice place, clean and friendly. Parking lot is small, no truck parking but adjacent lot from JCPenney and Walmart is only a few steps away. Breakfast was good, 6:30 — 9:30. They did let me eat earlier since I had to be on the road by 6:30. Phone in room didn't work, but I didn't need it. Large TV, mini fridge and microwave in unit. I will be back.

It was sufficient for a good night's sleep. Good beds & pillows, clean room. The breakfast in the morning was decent and there's several eating options very nearby. The small pool is RIGHT next a Taco Bell drive thru (What coding office okayed that decision? ) and it's a 3 story hotel with NO elevator.

We choose this for the extra amenities there were cheaper rooms out there. We were not impressed pool is small, no hot tub, and no elevator. We had 3 kids and a big suitcase and our room was on the 3rd floor. Room was OK after turning on the air for an hour before that it was incredibly hot. If you want a nice clean room to rest its good but everything else is not impressive.

We were headed North on I5 and decided to stay overnight in Yreka. Did a drive thru of all hotels available and I decided on Comfort Inn because of the reasonable rates. Check in was easy and the fella at the desk gave me the best rate available (AARP). Room was clean and bed comfortable. Only issue I had was that we were in the 100 series rooms and the halogen lights that illuminated the building. The curtains are not long enough to keep light from creeping in. Longer curtains would have solved the problem. I'd stay again as long as I could have a room on another side of the building.

Really nice place and it's near to interstate.

It was good. People were polite, rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Nice hotel. TV a good channel selection.

No sound proof what so ever. We can here conversation and snoring next door.

It was late when we got there so we went right to sleep but the best thing was the beds were sooo comfy fell right asleep.

A typical two-star motel. It is located near places to eat, more motels and gas stations. They include motels with eggs, sausages and bread lunch. The rooms are nothing special and even though it has three floors there is no elevator. By being what it is, the service upon arrival was very friendly and comfortable rooms.

Called C. C. And made a reservation for Thursday last week. Requested 1st floor room only! as I am recovering from shoulder surgery. This place has no elevator and only stairs to the 2nd & 3rd floors. Also told her I would be arriving late, by midnight. All good so far. Arrived at hotel at 11:30 pm tired after driving for a long time. Spoke to the clerk and she stated all of the 1st floor rooms were full. I said there must be a mistake as I reserved a ground floor room. After some prodding, she said there was 1 lower floor room left, but that people were in there for just a few minutes because the people next door had younger kids and were noisy. Whew. Thought I was going to have to lug all the bags up stairs. Get to the room and it smelled of food and alcohol, the beds had be "used". We returned to the counter to speak to the clerk again. Told her the room had been used and was not acceptable. She says sorry, I don't have any 1st floor rooms left. I felt I was in an old Seinfeld episode… I then explained to her that is the purpose of a reservation, you hold the room until I get there. She really does't care, I can tell by her tone and facial expressions. I then ask, if we have to lug the bags upstairs and because you have given my room to someone else, can we receive a discount? She says no and I can talk with the Manager, he will be in next week she says. I then tell her are you sure? I would prefer to give you a positive review online and not a negative one.

Slab of concrete for a bed. The pool was crumbling apart. I stepped on a chunk that had come off the pool side and hurt my foot. Owner/manager said they had no idea that there was a problem with the pool. I have many photos and it took quite a while for these types of problems to occur. The room scent was awful. The bedspread was stained. YUCK! The owner said he would call me back in 3 days and as of 8-8-2015 I have heard nothing! I will NEVER stay in a Comfort Inn again. Complete dump. Oh… "free breakfast" HA! You can't even get in the breakfast room. They have 3 tiny tables and it was packed. I had to buy Mcdonalds for my family on the way out of town. Avoid this dump at all costs!

The night clerk was extremely friendly and chipper. She made the end of a long drive less arduous. She deserves a raise!
