Starting off I made a 7-Day reservation and upon check-in was told the company policy was they would only allow me to pay for 3 days. My reasoning be that they did not want to keep too much cash on hand just in case I wanted a refund in a day or two. That should have been my first red flag. It took me over a half hour of arguing with management to make sure if I only paid 3 days now and came back and pay the rest later that my rate would not change from what it was when I booked the room previously. Finally after much argument they agreed. Upon my third day there I went to the office to pay the remaining four days of my 7-Day stay. On my 4th day after returning from working all day I then received a message from the front desk saying that company policy is no microwaves or mini refrigerators allowed in the rooms. Bloom's this movie a company policy and one that would affect customers I would imagine it we should be posted somewhere someway but it wasn't. The management demanded that I either remove the microwave and mini refrigerator immediately or terminate my stay at their facility. There was no way I had the gas money to be able to do so nor a place to take it. The management kept on saying this is not my problem. That seem to be as Catch Phrase the whole time. This is not my problem. Now I know this is not company policy because in a previous stay at one of your facilities microwave and mini refrigerator works applied for the rooms. To make matters worse when he was refunding my money amongst all the chaos he ended up keeping $60 without me realizing it. Now that's just as much my bad as it is his. As I suggested to the management there would be no hassle or disagreement if only he had posted their so-called company policy to everyone can see it. It's not even posted on your own app which is what I used to book my reservation. I honestly feel that the reason I was treated like this was that I booked my room couple weeks prior when the rates were at a certain level and at time of him spouting all this off at me the rates had increased significantly because local hotels had booked up. So he could then turn around and agree rent my room at a much higher rate. This is the worst management and customer service I have ever dealt with personally. I would not recommend this to place to anybody.
