After checking into Motel 6 up the street, less than half a mile away and checking out less than hour later with a refund due to cockroach infested room we checked in here. I called the front desk from my room at motel 6 and spoke with a very nice girl at 10pm and she held a room for me. They allow small dogs, I have my two 7 month old puppies with me. Extremely clean rooms. I'm originally from this area and this is the best hotel at a great rate. I only paid $15 more here than at nasty Motel 6. Convenient and right off of the freeway.

The room was reasonably clean and the front desk attendant was quite pleasant. The ameneties we're about right for the price. This place isn't anything special, but it met expectations and I would recommend it to someone passing through.

I'm sure it's nice I did personally stay there a friend did they had no complaints. So I guess it's good.

Terrible! Payed for a room for 2 weeks to work my construction job building Costco and they told me even though I had a room there, my truck could not park there because I had a camper on it. Even though I was staying inside. They told me I could park in the parking lot next to it then the owner of the establishment kicked me out of that parking lot too! I was very polite and never did anything to warrent this behavior. Shame on me for having something in the back of my truck to keep my work equipment in.

Not a bad place to stay. Comfy rooms that were clean and updated. Has a pool and spa and the staff is friendly. Breakfast wasn't half bad either. Biscuits and gravy in a continental style breakfast.

It was fine staff was very nice and the people who were staying over were also very nice friendly not all freaked out when you say high. Like you want something from them — refreshing.

The staff is friendly. The lobby and breakfast area are clean and inviting. The rooms are large. Clean. Comfortable.

Dirty room, terrible customer service, ripoff prices, thought I was staying somewhere that wasn't the worst but I should've just stayed at motel 6 and it would've been better.

I've stayed at quite a few budget options in Ukiah for work. The travelodge is clean, quiet, and affordable. The best option I've tried so far in Ukiah. I'd recommend it to any traveler passing through, better than the other lodging near it.

Room adequate, flat screen tv, small bathroom. Good price for clean, fairly updated hotel.

I haven't stayed there myself but people I know have and I've visited them there and when the place was first built I worked there. Back then it was called holiday inn express. Now its Travelodge. Well they have a pool. They have a centennial breakfast set up. I love this part kids are free. In some of the rooms they have refrigerators small ones microwave. Couch and a queen size bed. A Jacuzzi bathtub. Other rooms have king size beds. Showers. Microwave. Small fridge. Its a good place for family's to go.

Room was fine and clean. Water pressure was good in the shower. Breakfast left something to be desired — hard boiled eggs were frozen and there was no fruit.

Room was clean, desk help was great, hot tub was hot, late check out was no problem. Will come back. :)

Clean accommodations, comfortable beds. Basic needs met, minus TV channels. Check out is at 11 and they're a bit inflexible about that. Overall a fine place to stay overnight. Not fancy at all, but provides the necessities.

Very quirky bathroom. The door literally rubbed on the toilet when you opened/closed the door. It did however have a garden tub. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were good size, had microwave and refrigerator in them. I would stay there again. Really easy access to 101.

They mistakenly gave me a smoking room. Once I stepped in, I knew something was wrong. When asked where the gym was, there was no such thing. Don't believe the website. I had to switch to a non-smoking room and had to pay $20 extra plus an additional $3 for electricity. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hilton instead. It's only $15 extra from my final bill and Hilton are a lot nicer. Also be careful around the travelodge. There was a crazy guy randomly in the lobby and lots of people sitting out on the curb. The room had bugs, the bathroom door hits the toilet, the faucet is missing the hot/cold symbols, and there was a booger-like substance on the table. 100% would not stay at a travelodge again.

Good clean rooms, sucks that has No fitness room or equipment. Ok breakfast. Well placed from attractions around.

No frills or thrills place. It is located off 101 and very convenient. For a stop over, this is a good place. If you want to enjoy by starting in the hotel, look for other options.

Good location, right off the 101. We noticed a strong cedar smell in the room and didn't think too much of it, we smell our clothes the next morning after we've left the hotel and they smell like complete smoke and mildew! Yuck! The "cedar smell", wherever it was coming from, was definitely being used to cover up the fact that someone smoked like a gross chimney in our Non-smoking room. Ick!

Service was great! Room was great! Water pressure in the shower was awesome! Beds were a bit too soft for me & HBO was fuzzy on the TV in my room. Otherwise very much enjoyed my stay.

Decent rooms, comfortable space. I could hear the freeway through the vent in the bathroom. Slightly annoying but bearable.

Location is right off the freeway and very easy to navigate to. Staff is very courteous and always have smiles.

The hotel is nice and clean. They are going through some remodeling, and it needs it. Rooms look a little bit outdated. They don't have an on-site fitness center and that's very inconvenient. Although they have a partnership with a local gym, not to far from the place.

This hotel was ok! Despite its close proximity to the highway, it was pretty quiet. The bathroom was clean and had a large (deep) tub. Its a little away from the main Ukiah strip off State street but still a very good budget friendly choice. The breakfast was mediocre.

We had a little problem with the room. It was ordered online for two beds and when we got there, the room had one king. We had to pay the difference. The bathtub is one of the largest I've seen in a moderately priced hotel. The showerhead was too powerful. Certainly not low flow. Other than that, it's a great room at a great hotel. Clean and quiet. Wonderful location. Good breakfast.

Rooms are OK for a place to crash. Breakfast is terrible, skip it.

In the past it was fine. This time there was aged dog poop in the corner. The night clerk muttered sorry as she cleaned it up. If it hadn't been the last room in two counties we would have bailed. Will never stay there again.

Literally the most disgusting breakfast in the world… the gravy was basically water with chunks of dried meat, stale bagels from yesterday, the coffee was from yesterday (it tasted stale and was lukewarm) and the OJ was slimy and tasted like it was moldy. Seriously sick to my stomach. I don't normally review places bad like this but this is seriously a health hazard. Don't eat breakfast if you stay here.

We booked a room over the phone using an Expedia phone number as we were driving towards Ukiah. We were clear when we made the reservation that we had a pet (a friendly, quiet, 15-lb, short-haired dog), and we were informed that there would be a $20 charge collected by the hotel, in excess of the one-night rate ($99) we paid in advance via credit card over the phone. We checked in an hour later, ~11 pm, after a long drive. All four of us, husband, wife, 14-yr-old daughter, and small dog on leash, went into the lobby to check in. The dog was evident, quietly greeting the several customers who followed us in. We paid $20 cash (no receipt) for the dog's stay and were assigned a second floor room, quite a long walk from the parking lot. They also put an additional charge of $100 on our Visa which they say will be removed after we check out. We lugged up a large assortment of luggage (we are en route for an extended camping trip and had not packed for the one-night hotel stay), my daughter got in the shower, we put water out for the dog, unpacked toiletries and pajamas, started to get ready for bed. It was extremely hot in the room (much hotter than outside) when we arrived, but we turned on the air conditioner, and it was slowly starting to cool down. Then the phone rang. It was the worker who had checked us in explaining that we needed to change rooms because we had been placed in a room that was not pet friendly (eventually it turned out the carpets had just been cleaned).

Faucet leaked and sprayed water in my face first thing in the morning. Room was disgustingly hot and humid when we checked in at 2 am. Continental breakfast was the WORST I've ever seen, and coffee was terrible. When I complained they offered no help. Not worth the 200/night for the suite. : (.

Decent hotel. In fact, much better than I expected from this chain. Rooms were clean for the most part. Though, the first room I entered smelled a little like cigarette smoke. The woman at the front desk gladly assisted me in swapping for another room. Hotel design and linen seemed fairly new. The service. Well the woman who worked in the evening was amazing, very nice and helpful. The guy that was working the morning shift on Sunday was a.! He was very arrogant and judgemental towards me. I did not like that! He would be the only reason I would not come back! Otherwise, my stay was great! :).

Nice place to stay! I'm glad I didn't write this review until after I stayed at a Travelodge in San Francisco — as I now really appreciate how nice the Ukiah Travelodge is! The desk staff was friendly and very quick. The room were clean and spacious — except for the bathroom which was tiny! (It has a separate sink area from the toilet/shower — the later being quite small). The shower was nice and high (great for people over 6ft! ) and the bathroom was modern. Our room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. I was thrown off by the bedding at first, it looked the the bed only had sheets on it and one thin green blanket (you can see this in the photos too), but I soon discovered there was a white comforter in a white cotton duvet — and it was quite warm and cozy. The mattress was nice, and I did not wake up sore (as I did in the other Travelodge we stayed at! ) The hot breakfast was not restaurant quality — but rather good for a hotel breakfast! Not exactly luxurious, but it was certainly a nice comfortable stay.
