Dirty place closed to tendeloin a lot of homless suround this area dirty kitchen you can t cook and the manager there very wrong and don t respect the custmer he speak with high temperature also lady of cleaning he fight with all custmer 0 custmer servise I had bad experience with them 0 star.

I just went in the bar for some drinks.

The mold is in the bathroom. The elevator didn't work for a month.

Kitchen is always dirty, elevator don't work, Wi-Fi is weak and slow, close to tenderloin district which is an awful place, full of homeless at street, they don't change room even if you have health problem, wardrobe is awful and smell really bed Don't go, there are another options with the same price, but more comfortable.

Great beds, room has closet, nice location… But it's internet is terrible, the bathroom is old, the cleaning is good but the breakfast is weak. Pretty good place for the price considering the other SF downtown options.

The bath mat was not cleaned enough and the Wi-Fi was weak so you should bring LAN. If you stay long like two weeks or more you will need some tools to do dishes or cook etc. You can buy them at a dollar shop at downtown, 15 minutes by bus and train.

Stayed here for a month at it was not better than a 3 star hostel, you just pay so much more than a hostel. I'm don't know how they did it but they also erased all of their reviews who gave them less than 3 stars. I'm really very upset with management and the quality of this place.

Elevators don't work, Wi-Fi don't work, the person in the lobby seems to always be angry, the rooms are too small and beds are so hard. Breakfast is inedible. Smoke dedectors don't work and people smoke where ever they want. All those things are true and dramatic. I realized since this place fell to 2 stars on yelp they cleaned all their reviews somehow! It is not a good place at all.

In short: the hostel is great. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is decent (there are muffins! ), there's free Wi-Fi, there's a pool table,. Also another thing to notice is the place where the hostel is, is okay for being in the tenderloin. (A few blocks further there are lots of homeless though)

Rooms are clean, reception people are super friendly. Breakfast is included and good, and the there's a pool table downstairs. Only downside so far is the street light that shines light into our room at night — which the blinds do not block out completely.
