WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I would give this a half of a star or perhaps even no stars at all if I were allowed to. Where do I begin? The sheets smelled like they were washed with fabuloso (which any Hispanic will tell you is a deodorant and not a cleaner). Then to make matters worse, I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and because of its ravaging effects on my nervous system I have some of the worst eye hand coordination and depth perception of anyone I know. It is getting better but is worst generally in the morning and at nights, and as such I was walking down the stairs the last day we were there (Thursday June 26, 2014) and because I nearly missed a step and tried to make up for it, a gentleman (and I am using this word VERY generously because I am an actual gentleman) said that I was too "inebriated" even though it was 9am and I was sober and willing to take a sobriety test, asking them for the police to come. I also believe I left my only pair of glasses there and as we were leaving another person that worked there promised that my friend whom funded the time we reserved, a refund, and was never given said refund. I just found out about this and will be heading there shortly to try and rectify this, anyone interested in how this develops or if anyone works there and would like to somehow rectify this terrible experience; please stay tuned. I could understand if I were at least drunk or acting rude, undiplomatic or ANYTHING, but this is my friend's bucket list trip as he is not long for this world and this may have taken a few months off the very few we have left with him. not a fan of this terrible place.
