Absolutely disgusting! The room is littered with cockroaches and bedbugs. Do not stay here. Unfriendly staff and NO REFUNDS.

If not to carp, it corresponds to the price. Cockroaches and bedbugs are not met, that is good. Bed linen is clean. Towels were grayish. On arrival the manager looked a little angry and not friendly, maybe because we were occupied at night and woke him? But the morning was a smile on his face. You can spend the night.

Not bad, but as previous users mention — thin walls and specific smell. When I went to the office at midnight, there was strong smell of curry) indian owner looked at me suspicious. But on next morning he was extremely friendly, still have weird feeling. This motel good just for ONE night.

The location was key to choosing this motel, very close to Universal Studios which we were going the next day. I booked 2 separate rooms at this hotel for just one overnight stay and was pleasantly pleased with the check in process as well as the friendliness of the front desk person. We were caught in traffic so are our arrival was delayed we received a call from the motel to ask about our arrival and he assured us that there would not be any problem with late check in. Overall this was a pretty decent motel considering last minute booking wanting to be near Universal Studios and also not wanting to spend a lot of money for just a one-day trip, the hotel is conveniently located by a number of places where you can get fast food within in a less than 10 min walk. The rooms weren't fancy or anything five-star rated obviously but I would certainly recommend this hotel and also stay here again, the beds were comfortable and surprisingly enough the bathrooms were updated. We slept very well, we were not affected by any street noise at least in my experience this is certainly a great place to stay.

This is a terrible motel it is very smelly and bad service. This doesn't deserve not even one star.

Cheap price cheap quality. Crushed 3 roaches in 10 minutes of being here and the room reeked of bug spray the moment we walked in. Pay an extra few bucks and go somewhere higher quality.

I was a loyal client for the last 5 years. I travel between AZ and CA due to business obligations. I have been thru the management changes this Motel has been thru. The current Manager ' Steve' is in my opinion incompetent, lacks customer service and is an unreasonable person. He has been there for at least two years. I could elaborate on the details but i'll keep it simple. I prefer to pay 30$ more per night or go to am inferior service motel, to avoid givingy business to 'Steve' the motel itself deserves an 8 rating its consistent with the nightly rates. Management in my opinion needs to be replaced untill it is, I wont comeback ever and will pay the extra bucks n give my business to the surrounding motels. Note to Steve: this fact escaped your mind, I have choices which are around you. You lost my business of 5 years. If I was owner I would not be happy with you. Avoid headaches and fitts, stir away from Glendale Motel.

Word One: Cockroaches. Words Two: Non-functioning Plumbing. Warning — do not have a "late-checkout" — my hour past 11am cost me an entire night's stay worth of charges on my credit card, Horrible place. Horrible part of Glendale, of all of LA, in fact.
