I needed an non expensive place to shower and sleep. It was 20 bucks less than Motel 6 on the weekend. The place was not bad at all. They have free coffee and danish in the morning. It was clean and the staff helped when needed. I will return when I am in twon.

Always clean, always friendly, very peaceful and quiet. I have stayed here several times never once had a bad experience. The free Wi-Fi is awesome I think they updated their network.

My week long stay at the simply home and suites was awsome. The service was excellent didn't have any problems booking the room. The rooms are spacious excellent, and what made even better is that it was close to everything stores, restaurants/ bars etc. I recommend it to anyone it was well worth it!

I'm here most of the weekdays, and I absolutely love it. The house keepers are awesome, the manager is very down to earth and understanding, it's close to everything and most of all it is very clean. I'm ocd so clean is a must. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'd recommend to everyone.

Clean room. Quiet. Nice staff. We had a small issue at check in but it was resolved faster than we could even get our bags into the room. Bed was a bit harder than I am used to but the bathroom more than made up for the bed. The shower was heaven with never ending hot water. And to me, it's those little things that matter. We ended up needing to make changes at the last minute and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Normally, I stick with the larger hotel chains because there is a certain standard that must be maintained. I'm surprisingly delighted with this place and will stay here again in the future.

No guest allowed! Idk at 1st. But the management was forgiving. Not much of breakfast but it's better than no breakfast. A tidy lil spot convenient location as well. I must thank them for putting up with me for a week. Thanx.

The room was clean and orderly. Extra toilet paper was there and all the towels were stacked nicely. The TV was a little small but it was accessible for an HDMI cable and the TV was easy to navigate. The shower was kind of small width wise. There were more than just two pillows and I would recommend it for a good place that isn't ratty or gross but still simple.

My husband and I stayed a week here. Loved it! Easy to get around. Close to everything. Also very clean and friendly staff. Made us feel welcomed. We went to LA for a night then came back for one more night here. Really enjoy the larger fridge also had microwave. Can't beat the price. Would recommend to family and friends.

This motel was very nice. Our bathroom was much bigger than normal. Water pressure was good, we had a big giant shower head and a clean Bathroom. Parking was easy. Was easy to find on a main street but not too noisy. Walking distance to movie venues and stores. Adjacent to Chinese Restaurant. Staff was friendly and accommodating. TV was nice and Big and room and bed were very clean. Surprisingly there was a small fridge and a Microwave which I like because normally On extended days I stretch my food budget with dogie bags and quick food. It was near my sister in laws house and we will stay there next time. Price was right for a nice, enjoyable stay.

For an economy stay, it wasn't a bad stay. Very clean, great water pressure. The staff were very friendly, and provided great service. They're continental breakfast wasn't bad, the coffee was enjoyable. The only thing that I could complain about really is the pillows were small and not that comfortable. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars. All in all, I'd stay here again. Also, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance with excellent cuisine.

Nice location near many stores and restaurants all in walking distance. It's a little hard communicating with the staff in English but it's not that big of an issue. The room is smaller than I'm used to with most hotels. TV's are on the older side and the internet, while decent in speed, unreliable and goes out constantly. Parking lot is small and compact and walls are rice paper thin. Room is clean but no complimentary toiletries like shampoo.

I stay here once a year when I'm in the area for work. They offer basic rooms, but the family that runs the hotel have always been friendly and the rooms are clean and affordable.

They let pedophiles live in their hotel rooms and sexually abuse children staying there. I won’t be bring my family around this place ever.

The staff is kind and understanding. They assisted me with a mix up I made with my reservation date… the rooms clean and cozy. Very calm and convenient atmosphere. Will recommend. Thanks for effort and understanding…

It is quiet and peaceful and the right price for a quick find in the area.

Good customer service. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. I will definitely be back. When ever I need a hotel in the area.

The man helping us was helpful but a bit rude. Bed had stains but nothing crazy. It was small but cozy.

The rooms are dirty, sheets are stain and have beg bugs.

Guy at the check-in ain't to friendly. The breakfast offered is just coffee, fruit, Danish and muffins and is available upon request only. Noisey on the 3rd floor because of the maid carts kept going back and forth thru the elevator in the morning. No amenties really, must bring your own. Big 50in TV tho. Poor AC. Bedding and pillows not great. Nice private bathroom. Sofa not great. Latch on my door was missing in room 301. Lots of food places nearby but some sketchy ppl around. Wish there a coffee table by the sofa.

Rooms and place itself look nothing like the photos. I entered the room very dirty then I thought I'd use the television could not find the remote looked for it called room service to inquire about the remote they asked if I looked in all dressers, I explained I did. They simply said okay. Through my stay I did not get a remote nor a response for the room service. Bottom line if I could rate lower than a star I would very rude staff at the front and lazy room service staff would not recommend to anyone.

This India guy (sorry bout that). But he's strate about running this property. This is a very subtle and quiet place to chill. (i'll b back!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly and quick service, very quiet and private motel experience. The rooms are clean, neat and orderly plus the walls aren't paper thin so you can't hear your neighbors. Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a cozy overnight stay to check this place out.

I rented the room for 3 days. The location is great. It's between several local convenient businesses. Many within walking distance. It wasn't to loud or trashy outside.

I stayed at Simply Home in Riverside with my two sons for about a week while visiting family. The room was clean and fresh linens were on time. The (I think) owner or manager was friendly and asked how our room was and checked in with us when he saw us. I had a little trouble at first hooking up to the Wi-Fi, but that ended up being an issue with my own electronics, not their connection and the connection was quite reasonable for a simple hotel. I would stay there again.

The sheets were incredibly thick and comfortable. I fell asleep almost instantly. The staff members were very professional and friendly. When we had to schedule an extra day there were no hassles whatsoever. We learned about various Hotel websites purchasing rooms and the transition went smoothly. The Wi-Fi is a bit unstable, but it's free. Location is right nearby a quaint chinese restaurant.

Dank, Dingy, with an overpowering smell of fabreeze to cover up the weed and pet urine. Most of the stained furniture was compliments of Howard Johnson, I suspect from the dumpster. Would make a good backdrop for a Forensic Files episode.

Good location, the room was clean and nice, very friendly stuff.

This motel is horribly in bad shape. I paid 73 dollars for a dump of a room. I didn't sleep there. Look at some pictures I posted and don't wait your money here. I came for a family trip from Vegas and this just ruined my trip.

I spent two nights here last week because if was the least expensive room I could find near Norco. I usually book cheap rooms and often put up with what that brings, but I was very pleasantly surprised here. The room was quite clean and the neighborhood seemed very nice. The manager was also attentive and asked several times if everything was satisfactory. He seemed genuinely concerned. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 was the carpet was dirty at the door (elsewhere it was fine), but when I mentioned it the manager said he would make sure it was cleaned. There was plenty of parking, no obnoxious neighbors that usually comes at this price, and I would gladly stay there again if I need to back to Norco. Kudos to them!

Stayed here 2 nights. Walked into the room n it smelled fresh n clean. Was quite area close to mall and food. A+++++.

Very nice clean place I stayed over the weekend. Clean with a great staff. Future business meetings we have in the area we know where to go.
