Nice motel if not planning quick fast service first come first served.

This was a hole in the wall, under new management, didn't want to give you anything, towels, toilet paper, etc. But finally came through, didn't have phones in rooms even though said our room had been remodeled, big gap in the door for the cold to come in.

Dirty and uncomfortable, the room smelled nasty. The man at the front office is a THIEF and a BULLSHITER and will make any reason to take ur money. Over priced for the condition this motel is in and they have horrible customer service.

The rooms stink and they are full of drug addicts. Or atleast most appear to be. Don't go there. And they are over priced.

WARNING NEVER EVER STAY HERE! If there was an option for zero stars or negative I would choose negative 5. They do not even deserve one star. This hotel is disgusting ghetto trashy nasty filthy unsanitary unsafe hotel for tweekers and prostitutes. Although there was lots of bad things about this hotel and complaints the worst of them all was the customer service or should I say the lack of. The owner I believe or manager was unbelievably rude I was actually shocked by how vulgar he was. I'm not sure if he's fed up with the ghetto people that are usually staying there or if he's just an awful person in general. I had no clue that this was that kind of a hotel otherwise I would have never booked it obviously. I in no way gave him any reason to think that of me and my guest or treat us that way. We came dressed nice for a party treated the room and workers with respect and expected to be treated the same in return. We came from far away so I called ahead of time to ask if they had early check-in which if they don't it's not a problem but obviously someone coming from far away would need to know. There's no reason to lie or have false advertisement if they would have said 4 5 6 or 7 whatever time it was then that's what we would have to deal with.

A decently priced stay in Riverside, kind of a crowded place but the room was clean and the service was fine.

Was great for a place to sleep. Looks sketchy, but room was good for price.

The worst place I have ever stayed at! They decided to test the fire alarm in the room at 10 pm, dam neer gave me a heart attack. Place is very dirty. There is lots of loud activity all night long, I did not get much sleep. Not worth the money and the restless night.

This place is disgusting. My husband is allergic to bleach and we requested the mattress have no bedding on it because we bring our own sheets. Omg the bed was so gross when we got there with various stains, and we even saw a few bugs in the bathroom during our stay. Will never stay here again. Pretty sure the scent in the room was eau de mildew.

Very few outlets in my room. Door does not close easily. Location is shady. Would not recommend for leisure.

Rooms could be a whole lot better, very poor.

I dropped someone off here on an Uber ride. The place looked sketchy and had a bunch of people hanging around outside. The environment didn't feel safe at all.

Its the reasonable budget place to stay the night on a last minute basis, has Wi-Fi and very clean, would definitely recommend.

The location was cool. Easy to find. On a main street. Large facility. Clean. Elevator. Nice. .

I went here by mistake and bought a room thinking nothing of it, I get inside the room 311 and notice it's pretty crappy. The bed sheets had burn holes the bed had small black bugs in between sheets, I noticed this after I took a shower. I took my bags to my car, told the clerk at the window to refund me after taking 30 minutes it was a young Indian male. He told me that he cannot refund because it will get him in trouble. After a couple minutes of chatting with him. Chatting "arguing" he said that he cannot give me a refund because I didn't come right away to report the room in the condition that it was in and later told me that the room was in good condition … Now I have. Ask spite with the bank. Word of advice go to another spot that actually respects theri customers and doesn't accuse them of using the room for prostitutes. The hotel right across the liquor store would be a better choice then this. Hotel. If you can call it that. Ahem but I digress. In conclusion worst experience I've had at any hotel.

The place was great. It had everything needed except Wi-Fi. Would not recommend staying for over 1 night though.

When I first stayed at the Arlington inn about 15 years ago. It was a nice motel and worth the money I payed at that time but my most recent stay was terrible. They didn't have any smoking rooms available for one and the room I received was tragedy and smelled like mold and water damage. The refrigerator was plugged in and warm inside and smelled bad also it never got any cooler. They charged me $65 and I don't think it was worth it. So what am I to do?

Worst customer service ever. Called 3 weeks in advance for a reservation. Asked 3 times on the phone to confirm that I can come at any time in the night to check in since I knew i'd be getting there late after my festival (hard summer). When I showed up around 1.20, they told me that they gave away my room because they called me around 11 pm and I didn't answer. Its true, they called me and I didn't answer, but they never said i'd have to do that when I made the reservation and asked 3 tiems. They were also incredibly rude and disrespectful. I had to argue with them for 20 minutes just to have them offer me a dirty room, and had to haggle to get a simple $10 discount. I really can't emphasise how rude they were the whole time. At least they gave me a room to sleep in so me and my two friends didn't have to sleep in our cars that night. If you have any other option, don't go here. They are horrible. I never write reviews, I don't have the time to waste, but these people really offended me so bad that I had to take the time to do it.

Worst experience ever, never will come here again.

Im here now and at first I was scared, honestly but then I got to the inside of the room and it was much better then what I thought! All in all dont judge a book by its cover.

I stayed here while I was visiting a friend, I thought it was nice for the prices and the people were friendly.
