Review of Arlington Inn 2*

WARNING NEVER EVER STAY HERE! If there was an option for zero stars or negative I would choose negative 5. They do not even deserve one star. This hotel is disgusting ghetto trashy nasty filthy unsanitary unsafe hotel for tweekers and prostitutes. Although there was lots of bad things about this hotel and complaints the worst of them all was the customer service or should I say the lack of. The owner I believe or manager was unbelievably rude I was actually shocked by how vulgar he was. I'm not sure if he's fed up with the ghetto people that are usually staying there or if he's just an awful person in general. I had no clue that this was that kind of a hotel otherwise I would have never booked it obviously. I in no way gave him any reason to think that of me and my guest or treat us that way. We came dressed nice for a party treated the room and workers with respect and expected to be treated the same in return. We came from far away so I called ahead of time to ask if they had early check-in which if they don't it's not a problem but obviously someone coming from far away would need to know. There's no reason to lie or have false advertisement if they would have said 4 5 6 or 7 whatever time it was then that's what we would have to deal with. I specifically called ahead of time and he said that anytime after 1 would be fine so we show up there at 4 with only less than an hour to hurry up and finish getting ready for a very important family party they are so rude and unprofessional that they did not even have the room cleaned by 4 we had to scramble around the car and try to do makeup Etc inside the car while they "clean the room" last minute and I believe that they don't even clean the room because it is so disgusting and there's no way they could have done it that fast the room smelled disgusting and it was obvious that it had not been if ever vacuumed or even clean bedding after this huge inconvenience there was no apologies or anything or money taken off for the horrible inconvenience and to top it off this when we went to check out he had the nerve to tell us check out was at 11:00 as we walked out at 11:21 21 mins! He made a big deal about when no one ever even called or knocked to try and come clean or anything after making us check in hours later then what he said over the phone I could not believe it he was yelling at us and talking over us when I told him that he should not false advertise or lie to people on the phone when they are in a time critical situation or coming from far away so they have no where else to wait or get ready after driving way out there he was rude disrespectful and demanding I'm appalled and disgusted by the way we were treated by this man I wouldn't recommend any one under any circumstances to ever stay here they shouldn't even be open they have major health code violations and many other problems they need to fix.
