Not a place for a vacation or to take ur family or kids for a nice get away. To much drug traffic n prostitution going on. You couldn't relax there u would be to busy watching over ur shoulder to make sure ur car dnt get broken in to or stolen or u dnt get robbed. I give it a 5 thumbs down. Or burn it down. To much riff raff.

Somehow someone took over my room here by going to the front desk and extending my stay basically keeping the room in my name it’s now my understanding that they were arrested in the room for selling drugs my car was also broken into the night I stayed there so I’m going today to look through what’s in the room hopefully find my stuff. It’s a longshot I know crossing fingers.

Location is great. They are always sold out. Room sizes are very good.

Went in and asked for a room for the night and the front receptionist was extremely disrespectful when saying there were no rooms left by waving her hand at me and smirking. Asked if she was being serious, just for clarification if she was kidding because of the way she said it.

Room itself was satisfactory. Bathroom size was unacceptable. Barely able to accomodate sitting on toilet. Bathroom door would not stay open. The excess room space should be modified to allow more space for the bathroom. Area for pets was disgusting. Had booked room for 4, but only had 2 bath towels and told no more towels were available. AC was noisy.

The location had a lot of undesirables loitering in the parking lot. The area needs to he cleaned up before I would feel comfortable staying over night there.

Room wasn't going to be ready till 4:30 we were in town for a birthday celebration we needed bottom floor room we were given a key to room which made everything very good and easy for us to get in our room which was late at nite around 12:30am.

It used to be so much better, there was only bar soap and only complementary coffee in the office. Still a good price for a warm bed and a shower.

I will never forget the horrible experience my family and I had here. They're over priced for how run down and drug and hooker infested they are. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely the worst stay ever.

Back when I had to stay at this motel, I would be assured that my coupons would work. However, it was always an argument with the guest service. Or should I say actual maid. Rooms are decent, although they are just too spacious. Should have couches in rooms. Maids are sub-par. Check-out had to go and couldn't retrieve all of our belongings. Pretty lame.

Really dirty. Slant the night and went swimming with my sister daughter and nephew and we all got super sick pace was dirty and tips a manager for themjyst to get mad at I'd and made us leave early DO NOT spend your money there…

Apparently this location allows tailgating until passed midnight in the parking lot. They were barbecuing and kids were running all over the parking lot. No evidence that the staff minded this either. Didn’t help us sleep or feel safe. Additionally, the cover to the air conditioner unit was missing and cut my spouse’s calf when he was getting out of bed.

The rooms we're clean. The front desk staff gave exceptional service. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because there was literally parties going on at the motel into late night. Very loud very drunk people everywhere. If it was my hotel. I would make the party people calm down.

Motel 6 in Manteca is an excellent location for shopping, eating or wherever you want to do. Small town close to big stores. Not like Vacanville but close to them.

The TV did not work. There were people drinking and partying in the parking lot, right outside my room, until 2-3 AM. The pet area was nothing but a small strip of dirt and it was covered in dog feces that had not been picked up. Very dissatisfied. If it had not been so late and I had not been so tired I would have gone to another motel. I realize that Motel6 is not a 4-5 star motel and is priced accordingly, but this was terrible.

The owners of this location are putting obvious effort into revitalizing this older facility. The cleaning staff are amazing and the rooms are large and comfortable. I gave it three stars for the type of people that stay there. Pimps, hookers, drug dealers and homeless families. Alot of homeless people constantly wandering around, rummaging through the garbage and asking for things. If it we're not for the type of people the use this place, I would have easily given it 4 stars.

If you don't mind prostitutes and drug dealers keeping you awake all night and they still charge the same as hotels shame on them. The owner turns a blinde on the illegal activity.

Really the best Motel 6 we've ever stayed in! Clean, looked great. The man checking me in and out was very nice. We've been to several, even out of state. Was almost $20 more than we normally spend at a Motel 6 but will definitely be back! Thank you!

Room was an ashtray in a previous life. Huge dirt parking lot for tractor-trailers and rates were way better than others in the area. Wifi worked. Not a horrible place, just don't bring high expectations.

Staff was friendly but room smelled like smoke. Someone put out their cigarette on the blinds so there was a peephole there. Cigarette burns on toilet seat, I thought it was feces. People hang around there at night drinking and smoking outside of their rooms. Doesn't feel the least bit safe.

We checked in a little after midnight — Check in was reasonable in time and person at desk was pleasant, however our room REEKED of cigarette and marijuana even though I wanted a non-smoking room. There were people loitering around the drive and some of the doorways — I was very concerned for our safety. The upholstery in our room was split and had been colored on with a marker or something — there was a live cockroach on one of the beds and both comforters had cigarette burn holes in them.

I have recently stayed at this Motel 6 and I do not recommend to stay here. There was blood stains and burns in the sheets and blankets. The walls are paper thin and it sounded like the guest upstairs were going to come through the ceiling.

This Motel 6 is the Best I have stayed. The windows are so good that you can not hear the traffic from the freeway or any other noise. The rooms are neat, and clean. The Housekeeping girls really try 2 please you by bringing extra towels, so I could wash my hair. The Bathroom has marble, and the main area where the bed is has a brand new tv. There was a microwave & small fridge already in the room! Once we checked in, the phone rang, and the young lady wanted to know if we liked the room. How thoughtful & sweet. Love that free internet! Wow! There are flowers in the middle of parking lot. You can tell the owner is thinking about making the customer happy & relaxed. There were cute kids playing in the pool for hours! You will enjoy that happy kid laughter, but once inside your room — the noise goes away. The staff are so kind to me, and my little Sunny. They even had dog treats! I felt safe when I needed to take my dog out, late at night-the patrol was there along with many camera's in every direction. We all know with everything going on in the world — — this is a place one can feel safe-as a single woman, or a trucker needed rest after Long hours on the road (parking provided on the side of the hotel), or even a family. The motel 6 we went to was amazing loved the fact they remodeled it ND great customer service.

This isn't a bad place to stay for the money. The area isn't bad and the staff at the desk are friendly. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel is very good but only open until 2 pm.

The room was very clean and staff was very helpful. The was very updated rooms and very CLEAN unlike other motel 6 in that area.

Great room staff very nice. But not family oriented parking lot smelled like Marijuana looked like an apartment complex instead of a hotel. Felt like I should've brought a gun instead of my luggage.

This motel6 is the best of the best. All sorts of shops, eateries, instant fwy access. However what stands out above and beyond is the friendly staff. Kudos to the morning customer service rep. Way cool. As are the other service reps. The owner/manager is also a rarity. Usually at other hotels they kick you out right at check out. Nope not here. This man is very lax. Thank you very much.

I stayed two nights at Motel 6, it was very clean, I like the new remodel rooms, pretty good costumer service will recommended for the price.

We never stayed in 1 star hotel, this time we just needed place to crash for couple of hours so thought lets try since rating wasn't bad. We called one night before and I asked for the price Lady said its 59.99 and we could check in early next day, that sounded good to us. We got there next day and the Lady said 69.99 plus tax, well this is not even 3 star hotel! okay we didn't mind she was being greedy. We tried to open the room and a dragon queen came out of the room and ask us what we need. Oops! horrible someone was already in the room! then they give us another room, it was clean but had a weird smell, not pleasant! sheets looked clean but old! I wont recommend for families, you know what I mean! I will never go for cheaper hotel again, and will make sure to check negative reviews!

We had a clean spacious recently remodeled room with plenty of room for our two cats and us. They have a very attentive staff and beautiful grounds with palm trees and rose bushes. It was quiet with no riff-raff, close to restaurants, a laundromat and grocery store across the street in a strip mall, and very close to the freeway which was very convenient. We would definitely book here again! :).

Great pet policy and dog friendly. Good value price wise. Don't set your expectations too high though for the decor and clientele.

This Motel 6 very clean, far far better then the one I have stayed in. The customer service is very very good. Staff for lower budget motel is very well trained and well attentive. I would recommend this motel 6 to anyone who is on a budget trip.

An exceptional bargain. The rooms are modern with all of the amenities and a great value for the money. I suspect that the rooms are nicer than the more expensive hotels down the street.

Love this motel 6 all the staff are great friendly nice just cant say enough the rooms r the best ive stayed at other motel 6 in other towns and by far this is the best.
