Poor management! When things are left in the room they should be put in lost & found and even going another step and call the customer. Since they have record of who stayed there. Very disappointed. I was told “ it’s not their responsibility “. The hotel must not care that their employees steal customers belongings.

Left item in room called when got home front desk person was rude told me you left it there it's gone.
So to me that means their housekeeping staff stoled it I ask for the manager and she replied that she is the manager
unbelievable will never have out of town family stay there again.

These beds are sooo comfortable.

Nice clean room, only issue, the fridge in room was dirty, but only putting water in it so no big deal. Other than that room clean.

Also pet friendly and very clean.

Great price with my state employee discount and Good breakfast.

Clean hotel, comfy beds, large rooms, nice pool and hot tub area, phenomenal and friendly staff from front desk to maid service! We've already booked our room for our next trip down in a few weeks. Great location too. The only reason we've withheld our 5th star is 1) I rarely give them, and 2) the road noise is a bit much, but our room was towards the front.

I stay at the Manteca Best Western twice every year while I play in senior softball tournaments. I get a nice rate, the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is super. They have upgraded their breakfast buffet to a much larger room and the food is great. I will always come back.

I'm not a usual frequenter of hotels, so maybe my opinion doesn't mean much, but I was pretty impressed with this location. Staff was attentive, room was clean, breakfast was delicious. That's pretty much all I need from a good hotel stay.

For the price (a group rate) this was a great value. Large rooms with comfortable bed. Good breakfast with a large variety of foods and an adequate room. Easy parking near room. Friendly, accommodating staff. Conveniently located for town, but note that cannot enter coming from the west on main street. Better than average Wi-Fi. I will stay here again!

Nice and clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, plus much more! Mercedes helped me with checking in; super nice lady with a great smile! But breakfast was the hit, plenty of hot and cold food selections! There was a short haired blonde lady who even made me a waffle with a heart in the middle! Sorry I didn’t get your name loved talking with you!

Very nice room. Was given military discount. Breakfast was great with many items to choose from. Front desk was very helpful and gave me great service.

My husband had in-out surgery. We have a 75 mile drive home, so we stayed the night near the hospital. Before confirming my online reservation I called the hotel to ensure we had a parking lot level room & to verify our service canine companion was welcome. I spoke to a very nice young woman who assured me all was good. Our stay was peaceful and very pleasant. The Staff members are very kind and make certain their guests, rooms, etc. Are well taken care of. The hotel is located right off Hwy. 120. Our room faced the freeway; we didn't seem to hear and/or notice the noise from the freeway. It was all good. Oh, my hubby is healing nicely. “Happy Trails & Cheers! ”

It's a nice small hotel right off the freeway which has plenty of shopping around it. The bathtub was small and not clean enough to take a bath and I had to pull out a large chunk of hair from the drain in order to plug the tub. Other than tha t it was great. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. They all looked very professional. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel was quite a night and had no weirdo' s lurking around. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in two different rooms this trip. The adjoining king rooms are nice and big! The housekeeping staff keeps everthing nice and neat! The suites (queen double) very roomy not fond of the courtyard as it can echo noise from the other floors it faces but I still like the light it gets there! I'm a big fan of the larger breakfast room! Three tvs and plenty of room! Many thanks to the hardworking ladies that keep it running smoothly! Thanks you Trudie and Nadia love your happy smiles in the morning! This Best Western will always be home base for me! Thanks again for the pleasant stay!

I stood at this location for 9 days and I got to say that it was a pretty good hotel to stay at. Literally everything you need is walking distance and the rooms are decent. The free breakfast provided was great and had a variety of choices. The only complain I have is that the shower in my room was leaking everywhere because of the faulty showerhead. Other than that, its a great hotel location and quality wise. (some minor improvements needed though)

The suites are very nice and very comfortable. The one I stayed in had a queen size bed in one area and a couch, chair, coffee table, small desk, refrigerator, and microwave in another area. There is a 42 inch TV in each area. The units area pet friendly. A complementary breakfast is provided. The front desk, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff are very accommodating any day friendly. There are at least ten places to eat within walking distance. A bowling alley is a half mile away. The hotel is a good place to stay.

The staff amazed us in their kindness. I've never been to a hotel where they say good morning with such kindness. Most hotels the workers are just busy going about their day but the staff here go out of their way to be kind. The breakfast was great and the eating area had so much space. The price was good, the rooms were nice, they had a really nice accessable handicap room for my Grandpa, the pool and hot tub were really clean, and they're pet friendly. Amazing place and we will come again when visiting family.

We have chosen this hotel because we have stayed there before and because of it's location. It has easy access to Bay Area and the mountains. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The upgraded amenities are great and the décor is beautiful. Breakfast area was always kept very clean and the selection was wonderful. We have enjoyed our stay there and hope to be back soon.

My recent stay was very pleasant, the breakfast was great. All the staff was very professional had no bad experience while we were there. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future. I know that I have to come back to the area again this summer. See you all soon.

Nice play to stay, very clean room, clean beds, etc. Location is good for people traveling long distance. Right next to food stores and convenience stores.

It is a very nice place, but very noisy. The walls are cardboard. The fire alarm in the middle of the night… Good service, decent cleanliness.

The rooms are spacious, clean, modern. They tend to cater to work groups, which means lots of work trucks, so very little parking. One side of the hotel faces the highway, very noisy. Customers tend to be rude, loud, and standoffish. The employees tend to be friendly and helpful. Lots of good eats nearby.

It's not too bad great prices and nice customer service.

Rooms and breakfast were excellent. Good pool and Jacuzzi. Missing a fitness center which makes it hard when you stay for work reasons.

I come here 4 times a year for a class. It's a well taken care of motel. The rooms are clean and the parking area is well lit. Overall good experience. It's nothing to write home about just to Google :)

As an overnight hotel in transit, some noise in the area through the proximity of the highway, many permanent guests, workers and truck drivers, some shady figures doing so, pool in order.

Clean, spacious rooms and prime location for travellers and contractors alike. Pet — friendly property offers both standard rooms and suites. Slightly pricey for the guest just passing through for a shower and a bed, but decidedly well-worth the extra cash for the comfort-cleanliness-convenience factor. Highly recommended for people travelling with pets.

The condition of the room was great. It was new and modern with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. My only criticism was that the pool was not heated. It was very cold. Also the breakfast area was a bit small and cramped for a Sunday morning crowd. The location of the hotel was good with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

I use to stay here quite often in the past. They knew me very well… I'm a veteran and currently work for Federal government. I am a platinum member of their rewards card. Now, Everytime I would go here and ask for an upgrade, they would always tell me it wasn't available. So, I had a friend of mine go in one day and ask for the exact same room. She told them she was a Vet with no proof of course. They gave her the room and then gave it to her at a very low price. So I asked… her what did you say exactly, and she just laughed… I'm a woman. When I went back soon afterwards, it was the same not available. I complained about it to Best Western customer service… They called and talked to the general manager. He agreed to try and honor government price and give upgrade. Well… If you go on to the website and try to book here under military/government rate, you will notice It's the same price as everyone. Point is, they longer honor military or government workers.

Mattress was hard and springy. Felt the springs in my back. Pillows were lumpy, sheets scratchy. Water in the shower didn't drain and pooled in the tub during the shower. Other than that decent stay. Complimentary breakfast was poor. Stale muffins, Unripe bananas, bad apples. A standard 3 star stay in my opinion. Always leaves things to be desired.

Clean rooms, great free breakfast. The pool & got tub were clean. Hotel grounds were well kept. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful.

Clean, Nice staff. Stayed here while unexpectedly fell ill and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. Checked into here after I was released from the hospital. I was able to rest up here before driving back to the Bay Area. I highly recommend this Hotel. My new place to stay when travelling!

Clean and friendly lodging. The room with the balcony was amazing. Not only the room was very spacious but the balcony was large as well. It's nice to have a room with refrigerator and microwave. The location of the Best Western was perfect… right off Highway 99. We had a great selection of restaurants. The best family restaurant in the nearby was Applebees. I also want to mention that we met some very nice people in the pool. We experienced a very enjoyable 3 night stay and would stay here again when we return to Manteca.

I'm rating the hotel four stars because it was clean, staff was friendly, everything was working just fine. Breakfast was good; the usual items. I only have coffee and maybe fruit in the morning, so I was satisfied. We only stayed one night, I booked three rooms however my room was closest to the main street and you can hear the road noise. Know one else had that issue with the noise. I would stay again if I need to but a little way down from the street.

Very nice front desk and staff lots of food and gas places around easy access to freeways pool and hot tub still accessible at this time of year.

I booked this hotel but after checking in decided not to stay. There are no interior hallways — doors open directly to the exterior and this doesn't appear to be the safest area/clientele. As a female traveling alone I would not have felt safe at all here. I have no idea how they rate this 3 diamonds. The rooms you could tell were updated and seemed clean "enough", but still felt slimy and not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel. The bed was horrible. The main hallways/lobby/elevators were all very run down. Would not recommend this hotel, sorry!

Very friendly staff, they had a room when I needed one most. The room was clean and very well taken care of.

The service is great we got to have our alone time Manteca is nice can get hot during the day cold at night the rooms have everything that you need except for a hot tub in the bathroom jacuzzi tub I give this place and a plus and very nice decor.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. It may have been the timing of my visit, but either way I was unsatisfied. The room was acceptably clean and all the fixtures worked properly. The guests near me were extremely loud and inconsiderate. There was lots of noise past 1am, and the courtyard common area seems to trap and amplify noise. At approximately 12am, someone opened my room door. The deadbolt did not allow it to fully open, but it startled me and was very unnerving. I called the front desk and they had no answer as to what was going on. I would not stay here again.

Bad service. Had booked conference room and double booked it. And they don't care. No management person available to help or talk. They said they don't care for the booking and give it to some one who pays more.

Terrible for service from front desk and reservations. Youth team in town for weekend tournament — initial block of rooms was nothing but problems for everyone. Simple enough to have each family call in and make their own reservation and payment. However, many had only 1 night "reserved" or cards charged twice. Personally was charged twice for Sat. While coach who make initial block had 3 rooms charged in total. Sports Teams — stay elsewhere — I know we will next time in Manteca.

This seemed to be an older hotel updated. It showed a lot of wear and tear. Close to highway and a bit noisy. Not sure this is Best Western Plus quality. It was a good value. The bed was clean and comfortable. For some reason I just felt a little slimey. I wouldn't say it was dirty but it didn't feel clean. It was adequate.
