Convenient and a shirt way off UA 5. Room was clean. Short on towels and the coffee maker would not get water from tank to cup. Great cable and comfortable bed. The office was not open for visit or coffee.

Clean and comfy. A good value for the money.

Expensive but clean. You could hear every noise outside the room.

Clean, mostly quiet, safe, no police activity, no internal drama, helpful friendly staff, working up to date appliances in room, clean and remodeled bathrooms, comfortable.

I wanted an affordable, comfortable, and most importantly CLEAN place to stay and thankfully I found one! My room definitely exceeded my expectations. The owners are very nice and they are definitely passionate about making their customers' stay a good one. Amenities: quality room for a great price, comfy beds, free working Wi-Fi, plenty of channels on their new TVs, clean towels/sheets/floors, alarm clock& radio provided, A/C units to combat that desert heat, plenty of outlets, minifridge and microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and coffee/tea maker are all included! PRO TIP: Call them directly at their number to get the best rates! I highly recommend this place! :)

Good price and friendly staff. Convenient location if you need to be at the airport for anything, and right next to a nice little waffle house for breakfast. Check-in and checkout were quick and painless. Also really fast Wi-Fi.

Front desk lady was very nice but the room needed lots of work. The smoke alarm was missing, the ironing board was missing, there were stains on the bedding and bugs on the bathroom ceiling. The price was 60$ per night and I feel it was only worth 25$. The cable was nice and there was a microwave and refrigerator. The cooler worked fine and there was decent water pressure. The alarm clock was also missing. And no fitted sheets. I didn't feel comfortable to sleep under the blankets which calls for a rough night. Nothing like what the website claims defiantly should have stayed elsewhere.

This place has cockroaches seems like every other hotel/motel that all have roaches.

Traveling from a graveyard shift in Sacramento to a bday party in San Jose. This was the last motel I came across traveling through Los Banos. I was tired and it was close to 5am… at first the night manager said he had no rooms available… looking back behind me at an empty parking lot I asked again… and he said upper management did not rent out rooms at that time. I explained my situation. The man looked tired. But he opened his heart up for me as well as a clean well kept room. I appreciated it greatly. Slept well. No noisy people. Though I was charged almost $70 it was worth it not to have to travel any further than where I stood.

Good experience for price paid. The toilet flooded, but the staff came and mopped up the floor immediately, and we didn't have any more problems with it. There were people outside our door being really loud, late at night, but it was memorial weekend, and you can get that anywhere. Noise from street wasn't bad. Room had tile floor, which I liked. We ate at the Country Waffle place next door for breakfast and it was pretty good (kinda like an Ihop).

Not bad. Been in alot worse. Rooms were clean. They could use new towells but for the price excellent.

Good value. Stayed here on my way from San Fran to Vegas a month ago. Perfect location to escape big city hotel prices. I'd stay here again.

It's been a long time since I've been in a lower priced hotel that wasn't either old, dirty or otherwise bad. This place was so nice. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Front desk person was nice.  Housekeeping even said hi as you passed them. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Apart from the town, which is not nice. The hotel management is very nice, the system ok. And all in all even of ok, but nothing more. It is very simply decorated. Small KastenTV, very comfortable bed with just a sheet as blanket (have frozen all night), so the night police sirens howl was heard several times, bathroom has clean walls plastic shower and Plastikamaturen, on the shower door stuck gum up! The hotel management to help, but it didn't comfort. Transit ok, you missed but not just driving by the place!
What is very good: the breakfast opposite to the Court. Does not belong to the hotel, but has a second entrance to the hotel: country waffles. Very cosy, clean and delicious restaurant for breakfast.

My wife and I were in Los Banos for Wedding and we were given a manger's special of $50. This was a deal of great value for a hotel of this status. Our room was on the second floor, and had fairly large T. V. Refrigerator, and as well as a coffeemaker. Also conveniently located near multiple restaurants. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and there is even an excellent breakfast place next door called the Country Waffle. Who could ask for anything more.

Great place! Travel with work 330 days/year. First time to stay here (2 weeks so far) and love it! On a tight budget and this fits the bill. Very clean. Excellent service. Wi-Fi. Restaurants close by (across the parking lot for breakfast). My husband and I will stay here in the future and recommend it to anyone.

We were looking for a one night stay, as we traveled from southern California. We found this wonderful motel in Los Banos very First one in the town. Even though the Inn is 7 miles off of I5, it was well worth the short trip. The hotel is very clean with no smoking rooms. Liny (Manager) welcomed us at the front desk with a friendly smile. She went out of her way to help us find a good local restaurant. She was exceptional! Our room was very clean with fridge, microwave, Cable TV, wireless INTERNET, coffee maker etc. The bed was comfortable. Cross the street Good Pizza Place and Next door breakfast Place. Very Convenient Place in small town. I will recommended for other family. Only thing No Heated Pool.

Stayed at the Sun Star and found it to a pleasant surprise! The rooms were fresh, the staff was professional with a casual attitude. We checked in late so we had to ring the desk. The manager was the most down to earth and genuine person you could ever meet! Was not planning on staying there but we will make sure to put Sun Star at the top of our list when we travel again in the Spring.
