Queen beds super small almost twin, dirty furniture, towels were some day white now are almost grey and strained, the room it's super small that you are bumping on furniture before l forget bring your own towels this are srachy as hell well anyway after see the dirty they were l prefer don't use them, l was on second floor and people down stairs have the TV volume all away up at 1 am l can heard everything l don't know if because the building it's not the best on sound proof or because they are exaggerated or hearing problems any way l called reception and the TV sounds stop that's why l gave them 2 starts other guys were chilling and yelling and laughing so loud on parking at 3 am like nothing happens not recommend for tourist who want a good rest to keep up your journey, the continental breakfast it's on the office little corner includes a little refrigerator with a gallon of milk, gallon of juice and on top two containers of fruit loops and raisin brand, some small apples coffe, water for tea and some bags of pastries no complain there because it's continental breakfast.

One star is too high a rating. No hot water for showers at 9:30 am. Woke up at 8:30 am by staff knocking on our door due to someone's vehicle that they were searching for was parked where it should not have been parked. Upon arrival in room refrigerator and microwave not working. I had to investigate what was wrong with them and finally pulling them away from the wall to find they were both unplugged. The end of the bed was so close to the wall to get to the bathroom you had to squeeze sideways to make it through, maybe 12 inches wide. The floors transition piece from the bedroom area to the bathroom areas was missing. Bathroom door seemed to have something brown on it. Felt unclean. Bathroom was so small you can not open door without hitting toilet. For a room that sleeps 4, with 2 queen beds was given only 3 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. The towels were so rough they felt like sand paper while drying yourself from the ice cold shower. So I could not wash my hair this morning after traveling through the smoke filled lands of northern CA during the worst fires in CA history. The swimming pool was closed down and had no water in the pool and looked like it had been that way for months. Bad idea with temperatures in the 90's to over 100 on the date we stayed overnight on August 7, 2018. We booked through Priceline, yes that one. And after two attempts at me relaying me concerns with the Customer Service at Priceline. They did not address one concern.

Good for the price clean but folks in the reception could improve.

I stayed here for 4 nights while working in the area. Great housekeeping staff. I was impressed at the rooms for an economy motel, on par with much more expensive hotels I've stayed at in the area. I will definitely return next time I work in this part of the state.

Sheets had an extra large stain, didnt look sanitary. But the worker got new ones in record time.

They do allow small dogs in specific rooms. Bathroom shower, shampoo/soap dispenser not working. Had bug bites After 2 night stay.

I stayed here on a Thursday night. I was placed in a room next to a room that had construction being done. I checked in around 7pm and figured they would be done by the time I was due to return from running around. 9:30pm I come back, they are STILL in the other room working. I figured 10 pm quiet time… Patiently waiting. Unfortunately they didn't stop work on that room until almost 11 pm. They where asked twice when they would be done. "Any minute". When I checked out, I asked if there was to be a discount due to the late and very LOUD construction. I was told "No, there wasn't to be a discount and that nothing could be done. " When I asked if I was able to get a discount on a future stay, I was told again, "No. When you come back to stay again the construction would be done. " I WILL NOT be staying here again. I was happy with everything but the late construction. But with that "Nothing could be done" attitude, it killed it for me. That's the problem with franchise businesses like this. Owners don't care, as long as you've paid.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Could use some new towels, but otherwise a great value.

Only complaint might be hotels location, otherwise pleasant no frills accommodations with very reasonable rates.

Good rooms… Fridge and microwave in decent condition. Great for a night stay.

I was forced to get a room here at the last minute. It was easy to book, staff friendly, room was basic but clean. I was thankful to have had my own pillow, the pillows supplied were typical of lower cost hotels.

Great Price for spacious room w/fridge, microwave, large TV with tons of channels. The staff was very friendly and helpful-family owned!

Rooms are clean. The area is quiet. Not horrible fir the price. The beds are very firm. Not my favorite but not the worst.

We were driving from Los Angeles to Sacramento evening time and we got tired, we decided to stop at the rest area on highway 5 to spent the night in our car, and then we saw at that place someone who works there and we asked him if he knows any closest hotel just to spend the night there, he told us about Los Banos and we were there and we search for hotel, we find this one, I cannot say how is these people are so nice, so kind, place so clean, and so quiet they give us a good offer just to spend the night, I really offered this place to anyone who traveling around this area to spend the night, it's really worth it.

Very clean the gentleman at the desk was very nice and give us discounts even though you didn't have to and the coffee in the room is very strong oh yes got to come by I got to stay here all is good.

Ok so due to the unforseen and rudeness on how I was treated at the Economy Inn because im handicap I had to find another place to stay for those 3 nights im glad and happy I found this place great stay big bed enjoyable cable great atmosphere was taken care of right away by the office staff very friendly and attentive to what ever need you may want I truly ang highly recommend this place either for a one night or several nights clean bathroom even with the noise outside ac works great I would keep coming here when ever I need a place to stay so if you have a disability come here you wont be turned down like the Economy Inn because of your status.

VERY bad customer service at front desk! They are liars! Don't stay at this hotel! When I checked in, two indian guys told me that Priceline assigned me a smoking room. I requested to switch to a non-smoking one. They said they would do so but with extra fee $10. I called Priceline and the representative told me Priceline would not be able to assign a room prior to arriving at the hotel. The hotel assigned the room. They lied to me for wanting to charge extra $10 (with tax they charged $11)! I've never had such an experience with getting a non-smoking room. The room was old, unclean! They are liars! Be careful!

Customer service was great, the front desk guy was very helpful with information around the area. The room was spacious, plenty of room for activities. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping my room clean during my stay for 3 days. I don't eat breakfast much but they did have some danishes, cereal, and fruit which was more than enough for a quick bite in the morning.

Adequate overnight stay, the linen was pretty gross (yellowed pilled sheets, burns in the bedspread) and there were no towels. Hard floors instead of carpet was a sensible touch. Lots of street noise until very late. No HD channels on the TV.

Internet didnt work well, Rooms are creepy and I can only plug my laptop where the microwave is. Bless this room and all who inhabit it.

Very pleasant stay and customer service. Room was very clean, comfortable and pretty quiet for being on a Main Street. With ear plugs, no noise at all. Wi-fi is free and nice large screen TV. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Pros : very clean room, microwave, fridge, nice working bathroom, clean towels and sheets, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are updated, bath had more granite than my whole kitchen, free fast Wi-Fi Cons: tiny breakfast, crammed parking, older beds, old tv.
