While it’s a few miles off the I5 it is very reasonable and has a Baskin Robbins in the parking lot. The rooms are clean and nice.

I moved in on sunday evening to a room with a putrid smell. The lady at the front told me to open the windows and gave me a candle, but after loading all of my things into the room the smell became unbearable and was reeking from the restroom! The front desk lady came upstairs and smelled it herself, apologized for the condition of the room, and moved me (she believed there was a sewage issue with the room). I slept in the 2nd room for 2 nights before discovering BED BUGS under my covers and in the mattress of the 2nd queen bed in the room! An inspector came, confirmed the presence of bed bugs (photos and all), and we I was moved to a 3rd room! I could not sleep that night, and after attempting to stay at this hotel for 3 days I checked out and moved elsewhere. The downstairs had flooded as well, prior to my arrival so the 1st floor public restroom was broken and the gym was inaccessible. It was horrible experience!

Clean room, Nicely decorated. Really the only decent hotel choice in town. Convenient half way point for my travels up north. Breakfast area was small, didn’t choose to eat there because of that. Would stay there again.

Located just 6 miles from the I-5 freeway, it's not too out of the way. There are restaurants and gas stations nearby, including an ice cream shop just next door. The staff are very friendly, the building, grounds and rooms well maintained. My family slept quite comfortably, and enjoyed the modest yet delicious free breakfast options. They were even equipped with a crib for our 11 month old to sleep in. I would recommend this hotel for any traveller.

Had to stop here in the middle of the night. The gentleman at the front desk already started preparing my check in since I’d just called. No problem with AAA discount. Room was CLEAN! The bed and pillows were nice. The bathroom was also clean and roomy. I’ll stay here again.

Pulled in at 9pm last night. The girl at the front was very nice and helpful. Woke up in the morning, very quiet inside ate a breakfast of waffles, eggs, and sausage. The front desk girl in the am is very helpful. My son said it is awesome. He, and I would stay here again.

Horrible place! If u don't want your bank account wiped out. Stay away from this place! They don't take responsibility for their mistakes!

Convenient location in Los Banos. Clean, safe location for single traveler. Good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in Los Banos.

A very clean and up to date hotel, and the nicest I've found in Los Banos. I have stayed here twice, so far, and plan to stay here again.

This hotel was very nice, we stayed in a suite which was very roomy with plenty of seating options. Separate bedroom with it's own TV was nice. Great A/C system in room as we like it cool. Would definitely stay here again…

They accused us for stealing pillows! Like seriously we even take our own pillows to hotels because we dont like the ones they have… and tbh the ones at this hotel are really bad quality and small so we didnt even use them… I'm spending the last couple of hours here in town with my family and they just ruined my day for the stupid called and nasty altitude from whoever call.

The staff is always very attentive and friendly.

My husband and I were weary travelers on Thanksgiving night and were pleased to stay at the Best Western in Los Banos, California. The staff late at night were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean, nicely arranged and the bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was also very clean. The morning check-out was very fast and the complimentary breakfast was a nice treat. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great hotel! friendly staff and the place is really nice. I would have never known there was construction going on if I hadn't been told prior to arrival. It was also really good prices compared to other hotels around that area…

We weren't expecting to stay 3 days in Los Banos, but had too :-) we should be done tomorrow and we'll be heading home. Stayed at the Best Western and had a great time. Should of borrowed Felicia's choker! Lol good night all.
