This is a great place to stay. I have been staying off and on since January for work meetings and the staff have been great with us. There is no happy hour which is disappointing for a Residence Inn, and the shuttle service (which I take weekly) to the airport is unfortunately the worst shuttle service by FAR of all the nearby hotels. Many times the other nearby hotel's shuttles will come 4 or 5 per 1 time the Residence Inn shuttle comes. Knowing the area, I usually just hop on another hotel's shuttle and walk. This past Sunday, I waited and I saw 5 shuttles of one brand before Residence Inn shuttle came. Id been waiting 56 minutes. I know this is all contracted out, but there are very few shuttles contracted for this particular property it seems in comparison to the others. That is the most frustrating thing about the hotel. Other than that, again the staff is great and the beds are super comfortable. Hotel maids do a great job and I would definitely recommend your stay here.

Great location. About a mile walk to In-n-Out Burger. Has a free airport shuttle. Definitely recommend the suites for a family trip — full size fridge, small stove, microwave, and more. The free hot breakfast is a deal! There's a Starbucks next to the hotel, and some other quick serve restaurants close by.

Clean, comfy, quiet. Free breakfast, wonderful staff. Nice pool, excellent gym with Cardo, free weights, machines, free other things plus towels and water. Good food with jersey Mike's, Starbucks, and Z pizza. Highly recommended. Go for a top for four a view, otherwise you're staring into a parking garage. Only drawback is the hotel van they connect out. It's awful, show, and didn't come very often or on any schedule.

Went to the ZPizza nearby and loved it! Quick service, delicious food, and good beer for a reasonable price! A perfect find for winding down after a long day in LA.

My favorite way to describe the Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles is as a "treehouse for adults". Everything about this place is fantastic. The ample but stylized outdoor space, the cozy but sleek bedrooms, the awesome kitchen (always stocked with goodies, and the coffee machine I fell in love with)! And lets not forget the staff — gracious, fun, and helpful. I intend to return with even more friends — ideally, we'll be renting the entire place!

Overall Bad experience! Stayed twice total 4 nights for two queen/king studio units. No lock in The bathroom door, no bathroom fan, tub was slippery, my 9 year old son fell during a shower and I almost fell too! Were told Free breakfast serving time until 10am, but you won’t get enough food if you arrive there at 9:15! King studio bathroom half door in the shower area, which splashing out when use it! Too much Moisture! The second time we were heading to the hotel in the highway, delayed by the traffic, notified later check in time to the hotel by Mattiott app but surprisingly got an email by the hotel manager who canceled my two units booking without any notice at 6:30pm! Was forced to cancel my dinner with relatives in order to get to the hotel early to deal with it! Even I stayed there three days ago & confirm my check in with the app during the driving! So unbelievable bad service! No even has a good explanation. Parking facilities is no good either. The bright side is Wally, the robot who delivers and the airport location if you need to fly! Will Never come back!

Stayed here the first night of my honeymoon, very nice hotel. Great lobby bar. Rooms are very business travel looking but nice. Love the free shuttle service to the terminals, we had no trouble getting to our flight the next morning. Would recommend for a layover or a night before departure stay.

Stayed here one night. The fridge didn’t have a tray to hold the ice. The ice would just fall all over. The cups look like they just wipe them down with water not even wash them. One still had lip stick on it.

Arriving at the Residence Inn Marriott on Tuesday afternoon, it was a warm welcome as I always expected from Marriott. Do not get me wrong I am a loyal Marriott customer and I love staying at Marriott. However, I saw the front desk offer a customer a bottle water. I thought to myself that he was so kind. As I step forward to check in and ask for water. He said “Marriott does not offer water”. I did not question further. It was $281 per night stay at the Residence Inn Marriott. That move just lose a 10 years loyal customer and went to Hilton.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at. Went as a family of four. Has a kitchen that includes all essentials (dishes, utensils, cups, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, etc). Room is very large. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast has everything you need. Fitness centre was clean and enough equipment for some people (wish there was a bench rack and squat rack). Has free parking.

Amazing service from the front desk, to housekeeping, to Wally the robotic room service attendee. The rooms are extremely large and very well taken care of. My family and I LOVED our stay and will definitely be back!

Very large and clean rooms. Location right at the airport and a little far from the city. Breakfast buffet is okay, but expandable.

Stayed here with my family on a long layover. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very competent and kind. They have a sweet robot that brings you snacks and the shuttle service is awesome. It runs every 10-15 minutes 24 hours a day.

I had a raspberry hot chocolate at the Starbucks and a pizza at Z Pizza, as I was staying nearby. Both were exceptionally prepared. The hotel seemed nice too.

Attended a breakfast meeting here recently. Pretty good food with attentive staff. Self park, paid parking garage on premises. Gift shop, fitness center, and free Wi-Fi are all available. Starbucks, Jersey Mike's, and Z pizza all attached and right off the lobby. Free, 24-hour shuttle to and from LAX Airport is available.

So beautiful theres a pool. 2 different restaurants to eat at. The rooms r beautiful. Felt like a studio apt. Finishes were so modern and good looking. I was super impressed. Check out lets us check out an hour later. Would love to stay there again at a great price. Plenty of beds to sleep! Couch futon was super comfortable and big and it was foam! Loved my stay.

If you're between homes, or visiting for medical needs, this is the brand for long-term housing. Those with transportation issues, or just busy can request a personal shopper from the general manager at the front desk. Your studio, one or two bedroom-two bath suite, is fully furnished. Even the kitchen has all of your needs. If you require something that isn't in your suite, just request it, and it shall be delivered as time allows. I love this brand because I travel lots and write. Having a tranquil, clean place next to home is ideal for a writer like me.

We stopped at the Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles on our way to Paso Robles. It was a great hotel to grab a quick bite, sleep and then head out for our wine tasting weekend. Wally the Robot is the coolest!

Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms look and feel like a studio apartment. Even a robot that brings coffee to your room. Pretty cool!

This place is great but the courtesy van kills it. The Vans just run. No specific time, they just get there when they get there. Today, two of the 3 vans were literally right in back of each other. If you miss them, it's another 25-30 minutes until you see another one. (They're not spread out along the route) other, great hotel. Clean, comfy, great staff.

While I was staying here, I experience any men’s amount of dirty linens and disgusting dirt behind the couch. There was also two remotes that were left over from previous guest, that were thrown behind the couch that was pushed up against the wall in order to conceal it. There were red stains all over the lamps on several areas. I also dealt with disgusting front desk staff, they do not greet you when you walk in and they are not very hospitable. I also lost all of my work on the computer at this hotel, because the front does failed to let me know that those computers were equipped with timers. No one seem to be more is full or charismatic about me losing my work. A front desk agent even told me he would follow up with me and never did. The supervisor when addressed with the disgusting ways of her staff, was not polite she was actually very rude and deplorable with her attitude. I would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was delightful. The hotel was very clean, front desk staff waa the friendliest I have experienced at any hotel im a long time! Plus my teenagers and I both were entertained by Wally the robot who brings things to your room like extra towels! The rooms were extremely spacious. We felt right at home compared to other hotels. No complaints at all about our stay here!

It’s good for morning flight since they have shuttle to the airport 24/7. They have starbucks connect to the hotel which is cool. Kinda noisy since it’s so close to the airport.

Close to LAX with free hotel shuttle 24x7. Old hotel but clean. Big rooms and helpful staff. Mini kitchen with tea, coffee, stove and microwave. No jug to boil water. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Would stay here again.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the Los Angeles area. This Residence Inn feels more like an apartment than hotel. It’s so convenient to LAX you can walk there. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice Renaissance with an outstanding staff. The connected Jersey Mike's and Starbucks are very convenient. The lounge and breakfast area very large and comfortable. The fire pit and pool out front are a very nice touch as well!

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as nice as our 1st time. The location is perfect for LAX travelers and convenient to various parts of the city. The daily free breakfast is also major plus! I highly recommend!

Large, well designed suites. Comfortable beds and close to the airport with a free shuttle. Free breakfast and a nice pool area as well. No bar or restaurant open in the evening unfortunately. There is a sandwich spot and a pizza place next door.

My adult children and I stayed at this property on 8/27/17 before leaving for Hawaii the next morning and it was beautiful. We were upgraded from and one BR suite to a 2 BR/2Bath with airport views from all rooms, lovely. The Staff was so friendly and gracious! I will be spreading the word on this site and if I need to reserve in this area again, it will be my 1st choice, great stay.

Exactly what you expect from an upper middle-class hotel. Room was very nice and shower was comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine, free Wi-Fi was not available. The location is perfect, extremely close to LAX.

Only stayed overnight but they made the visit easy and worry free. The rooms were clean, orderly, and offered a great view. I was having trouble seeing the TV, when I told front desk they had someone in the room within 5 minutes and fixed it. Early checkout was simple, I woke up with a form under the door telling me I was already paid up and just needed to leave the keys.

Rooms were very clean with updated decor. We were able to park our car at LAX Lot C prior to an overnight stay and walk over. The airport shuttle from the hotel was timely and helpful. Would stay again!

Quite a nice Residence Inn. Feels modern, newly renovated, and the rooms are typically clean and the staff is hospitable. Parking rate is on par with other hotels on Century Blvd, though with a convoluted shared garage. The floorplan is also a bit of a maze, with signs pointing you in funny loops to get to your room. Would be 5 stars if I hadn't had a used towel in a room on one stay and quite dirty dishes/silverware on another.

Friend parked here for a couple of hours and wasn't charged for parking. Decent pool.

Great service and a good full breakfast. Really close and convenient to the airport. Also includes a high tech room service which is kinda fun. Good clean place, what else do you want in a hotel.

This hotel was great. Huge room. Great free breakfast. Very nice pool everything was very clean and nice. They even have a robot Butler that delivers anything you order from the front office.

Hotel is beautiful, we were upgraded into a suite. It was very large, decorated beautifully. 2 large bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. Would have easily slept 8 people. Also had a full kitchen. The staff is outstanding, eager to be of service and knowledgable about airport regulations. It was nice having a full service Starbucks downstairs as well as a sandwich shop and a small convenient store in the lobby. We also utilized "Wally" the robot butler! He is so much fun and has made a lasting memory and fantastic start to a graduation trip!

Stayed here overnight prior to morning departure. Staff was very accomodating. Great and convenient. Hot food was tasty, rooms were clean and spacious, and the view was nice as well. Would highly recommend. Shuttle took me to airport in less than 10 minutes!

Residence Inn is a great place to stay! The rooms are large gorgeous. The staff here are wonderful and friendly. The location is perfect.

This was our 2nd year stating here during my daughters dance convention. Both times it was well beyond our expectations. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond helping us. We wanted to find the pizza place that delivered last time we were there over a year ago and they took the time to help us locate them then printed out the full menu. The room was clean and and the bed was comfortable! They have a Starbucks right there you can order and Wally the robot butler brings it up to your room. They also have a Jersey Mikes and a pizza place. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it. The eggs were a little runny so we asked for new ones and they brought them right out. Always very friendly and had a smile on their faces. My daughter left her stuffed monkey there and they found it and Jesus shipped it to us with some great pictures of the monkey enjoying the stay there while we were at home. This was one of the most thoughtful things anyone has done for us. My daughter enjoyed seeing the monkey at the hotel. We will stay here every year. Thank you Jesus and Spencer and the entire staff at Residence Inn Marriot LAX we will see you next year!

Amazing experience starting at the reservation. We were able to check in at noon even though standard check in was 4pm. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We brought our pet lab and there was a $100 clean up fee, which was reasonable. Wally, the robotic room service attendant took great care of us.

My company recently migrated to this hotel and we've been quite happy. It's clean, spacious, nicely priced, and reasonably quiet. It's less quiet if you're on the side where you get to watch airplanes land and depart, but I choose that side for the view. If you're gonna be on the airport side, try to be at least on the 8th floor. The rooms with the best view are on the corner; they're smaller than the rest but still very spacious. They don't have their own restaurant, but they do have a nice complimentary breakfast included and there are three places to get food attached the the building. There's a starbucks button on your phone that you can use to have the cute little robot deliver coffee to your room. I haven't used it yet, but he gives the cutest dang "woohoo" if you give him a 5 star rating. I want to give him a 1 star rating just to watch his reaction, but he'd probably make me feel bad and cry. I've also noticed that I've been ill much less frequently since switching to this hotel. They have a full kitchen in every room which means getting to eat healthy! There are other hotels within a four minute walk that have some amazing food as well.

We stayed here in February 2016 for one night. Got in at 11:30 and got up at 6:00 for an early flight. I FORGOT my engagement ring in the bathroom! My husband called the hotel from the runway and my ring was immediately found and shipped to me on the east coast, I had it back in less than a week! I am so grateful to the excellent staff. Our room was beautiful as well, wish we had more time to enjoy it! Very luxurious and well appointed.

The rooms are nice and spacious, the hotel is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants located steps away from the hotel. Noise free — Clean and the hotel staff is friendly. Check out the fire pits and pool. You'll love it here!

Best RI I've ever stayed at. The rooms are HUGE! Also completely updated, modern and very attractive. Would have stayed longer than one night had I known ahead of time.

We stayed at this place the night before our flight back home. We choose this hotel because it was new, it cost more than the other hotels in the area. Initially I phoned reservations and advised them that we were staying 1 night but needed a late checkout because our flight was at 10.30pm, they advised me that it was dependant on the hotel itself and suggested booking 2 nights then it can be adjusted. We went ahead and did this, however on the day the hotel refused to allow us to check out at 7.30pm, we even offered to pay a day rate but they (Clive front desk manager) said no. We were very upset because they charged us two nights and we only stayed 1 night which cost us 600 usd. Also abit of advice to the hotel, there is a reason people stay in lax, it's because they have to get on a plane not because it's desirable. Your hotel has no room service, no restaurant, no bar instead you offer a full kitchen, with no grocery store nearby. Why would someone want to cook waiting for their flight, they want convienience ie room service, in house restaurant (and no Starbucks and a crappy pizza shop doesn't count). We ate at the surrounding hotel restaurants which I assume a lot of people who stayed here did.

I love this hotel. I stayed here 5 nights last week and it was everything I hoped it would be. The room was in excellent condition, very clean and modern. The bed was amazing. I also slept on the couch and that was comfortable as well. My view was of the airport and you could see all the planes take off and land which I loved. The staff was great. They have a free hot breakfast every morning and I never had to wait for food. They keep it coming and hot and it was delicious. It gets crowded around 8am and there was always a small line for waffles. They also offered cold cereal, muffins and assorted breads. The fitness center was clean. I never waited long for the elevator and the housekeeping staff was wonderful. They do have fridge in rooms with a microwave which I thought was great. Also, a Starbucks on the ground floor My stay was great and I will always stay here. Ok, the only con is that the small store they have is overpriced.
