We had an unfortunate start to our vacation and both my kids were sick. The hotel was accommodating and got us checked in early. The room was lovely and clean. They gave us a fun sleep time relaxation kit. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but well maintained and stocked. Great guest experience!

Great experience! — My family and I were very happy with our stay here. It was close to the airport, and we chose to stay here based on location and the convenience of the airport shuttle. We arrived well before check-in and, although we couldn't do an early check-in, the staff offered to let us check our luggage and we were able to get an early start on our day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is amazing! My room is beautiful, the view is fantastic, the food choices are top notch. The breakfast buffet alone is freaking epic. I have one day left here and I do not want to go home. The Crowne Plaza gives you 5 star value on a 3 star budget. I plan on staying here exclusively whenever I am in LA. Thanks for the great service guys! Much respect.

Check in was smooth and hotel staff were super friendly. Having an early morning flight, we were able to have a early wake up call and able to reach the airport without any issues. The hotel shuttle was prompt and drivers were super friendly. Overall great experience.

A room for 4 people is quite short and you quickly get in the way. The rooms are neat though and the bathroom looks well maintained. Due to the location, it is always a little louder in the room when a plane takes off or ends up but what you want to expect from a hotel near the airport. The car park costs additional costs and is very narrow. If you arrive at a late hour, you can also find a parking space.

Clean hotel close to the airport. Good for an overnight stay just before or after a flight. Like all the hotels in the region, would not recommend for a long duration stay. It's too far away from the main LA attractions.

Basically pick another hotel at LAX if you are just passing through and want a room for the night. Almost no shuttles mean you’ll spend 30 minutes waiting for a shuttle to the hotel and then if you’re in one of the higher number terminals you’ll be standing a while. Some check in staff when they’ve a line of 10 would be nice too.

The hotel staff is nice, and the rooms are well appointed. There are multiple restaurants on site as well as a bar. I stay here any time I am flying out of LAX. Even with their close proximity to the airport (a 5 minute shuttle ride) the noise from the air traffic really doesn't come through into the rooms too much.

Wasn't expecting much, what with it being an airport hotel, but it turns out it has done a really good job on the bar and restaurant. The bar has a fantastic selection of Craft beers and spirits. Food looked good too, although I didn't get a chance to eat there. Would recommend it for a quick stopover in LA.

Rooms were clean, fitness center was well appointed, downstairs restaurant options provided a good variety and good quality food at reasonable prices. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Free Wi-Fi was useful. The only drawback was the presence of a few jolting noises interrupting my sleep — clicking every time the A/C clicked on, shaking of the entrance door every time another door closed, and construction noise outside. Otherwise this was a pleasant place to stay during an unplanned LAX layover!

I highly recommend it by having the airport Transfer every little time and free of charge. Spacious rooms but with a lot of noise from the Airplanes. They give you courtesy plugs. Yes, it seems ridiculous, but with plugs would repeat this hotel. Good value for money and great Location.

Excellent location near the lax, plus it's shuttle from the LAX to the hotel is free. It has a good restaurant inside the hotel, plus if you use transportation services like Uber it is accessible to move to different points in Los Angeles.

Fro. Poor soundproofing rooms. Very noisy.

The hotel is clean and well equipped. The biggest negative is the insulation of the rooms, you can hear a lot of doors at night. Not bothered by the noise of airplanes but rather by other travelers.

I hate the thermostats that shut off because they use a built-in motion sensor. The hotel wants to save money by shutting off my air? I run EVERY light in my room and take extra extra long showers. The hotel saves $2 by shutting off my air, I cost them $20 by running the lights and water extra long. Noise noise noise. Airplane noise ALL night long. Water in shower was like warm at best.

Atendi for a work function. Very nice place and very friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms were also clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were good too. Since this hotel is by the airport, you have to deal with the planes flying by at a constant rate. If you rent from Budget (car rental), this hotel is within walking distance from the rental lot. Checkin was a breeze, as was the checkout. There is also a shuttle bus running 24/7 from the airport.

We spent good money to be woken up by noisy neighbors at 12:45 am and 2:45 am. We tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. In the morning, we complained and they made it up to us by giving us free breakfast for 2 days. There are TVs in the wall at a few of the tables and they are on different channels. They made them accessable so customers can change the channels themselves, but the chefs change them back to what they want so they watch their sports while they make your meal. The grapes had mold on them.

The room was very clean, staff was great and helpful and food inside hotel was good. Free fast Wi-Fi. Location is very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. I didn't love the bed but it was still ok. The pool is an outdoor pool was nothing special. The shower could be better. Those are the only things I could complain about. An easy 4 out 5

Hyper disappointed. I thought I rented a 4 star but it's just a motel + level… room small bathroom hyper small. And especially noise of planes at night as very close to the airport. I'm disgusted.

Stayed here only for one night. Service was great and for an affordable price. Staff was friendly and complimentary airport shuttle got us to our terminal very quickly.

The airport is also five minutes away, the room is very comfortable, breakfast is also good, since the driving tour does not recommend parking here, a charge of 30 U. S. Dollars per night parking fees.

The hotel is very nice and is close to the airport. If you have ever been here it's probably for the long term parking, the pickup shuttle is here too. I attended for the conference and the lobby is very modern and professional. Great area for a small to medium professional event.

Located very close to the International Airport of Los Angeles. Has excellent rooms with beautiful views. A service of quality. Very good deal and a great kindness, respect and professionalism from their workers.

The staff here is amazing. Not only were we I immediately greeted by the valet, but the concierge came right out to take our bags as well. The check-in staff were great. And the restaurant staff immediately responded when my child had a little accident falling off a chair. We will definitely be staying here again. It's a very good deal if you need to park and go to the airport and stay away for about 7 days.

It took me thirty minutes to wait for the shuttle bus at the airport. Good room view. Pizza is a popular choice down at the lobby. A super nice driver dropped me off at the airport when I waited for the shuttle back to the airport and he does not work for the hotel. Bless his kind heart.

Travel out of LAX several times a year. Have stayed at numerous hotels night before flying. LAX Hilton is a joke. Terrible customer service and rooms. Keep coming back to Crowne Plaza LAX rooms and restaurants are great. The staff is fantastic. Lediamonique at front desk was awesome. Our waiter Ryan awesome also. Food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel room was comfortable and well cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking is good value but parking garage is best value. Parking garage is not attached but it is not far. About 500 feet from hotel.

Good hotel but too close to the airport slopes for a long stay. I stayed two nights. It didn't have to be any more…

I was here briefly recently to meet up with friends after using the parking garage across the hotel driveway. Clean, modern lobby with gift shop, business center, and restaurant with available take away snack options for purchase. Attentive staff including concierge and valet parking attendant. 24-hour shuttle service to nearby LAX.

This hotel is a very comfortable and well located, unfortunately, does not include breakfast.

Next to the airport, great food, great service, friendly staff, nice rooms/beds/design. It was a great experience! I absolutely love this place! I would defensively come back here!

Rooms done well, view of the airport, in fact some airplane noise there, but nothing to worry about, they also give a kit with earplugs if they serve. Modern furnishings both room and bathroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. In the hotel there are several restaurants, from sushi to pizzeria. Parking costs 16$/stay for a single entrance or 22 $/stay and you are free to enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you want.

Very nice and modern hotel. For the proximity to the airport amazingly quiet. Parking is normal for the area at $20. We've been there 3 times now and we like to come here again and again.

Location next to the airport was incredibly convenient. Price and availability was excellent. I did not stay at hotel, but was dropping off guests who were telling me about these factors. Airport shuttle is another nice bonus. Would definitely consider staying there myself.

Located 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel is connected to the free shuttle service. The room has a spacious, carpeted floor, equipped with TV, air conditioning, king-size bed. There is no safe in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

What a nice hotel! The area is another thing but are friendly and help well.

Could be slightly better insulated but there are also earplugs lying in the room because of the take-off and landings.

Ultra basic. No fridge in the rooms, you could ask for it. Maybe they'll charge you. You have the pay for parking! They won't even put a bottle of water in your room. No safe in rooms either. Only good for a last minute stay over if you really have to. Finally pretty bad menu for room service which is very expensive despite it's poor quality.

Rooms of normal size with a desk, armchair and cable tv. Beds very comfortable. The vast majority of the staff speaks Spanish. Variety in cuisine.

I was there supporting my daughter who was interviewing for a job. The Crowne Plaza was clean and staff seemed helpful and friendly. I had a great lunch at the full service restaurant in the lobby. Other than that I just sat in the lobby and read brochures. Very nice place from what I could see.

We were there to sleep one night between flight and the other, clean big rooms, nice staff, we didn't try the breakfast.

The Crowne Plaza LAX is a beautiful hotel. Features a nice bar and grill and access isn't very hard. Staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. Though I went to visit a friend who is an Airline Flight Attendant on a short layover, what I experienced was brief but impressive. Location is a bit hard at first but once toy get used to LAX Hotel Row, you soon find your way quite easily and easier if using Google Maps. Overall a classy beautiful hotel with nice rooms from budget to more luxurious ones. Parking is a breeze as there are parking structures all around, or you can use the many parking meters available on 98th. If extended stay, I'd suggest using the structure for unlimited access to hotel whether or not you're staying there. Good impression overall. Clean and classy.

I am having the best time here. Upon checking in to the hotel, the front desk clerk Perry showed nothing but the best customer service and I really appreciate that. He didn't judge me and I really appreciate that. I would love to come again just because I loved the way he acknowledged and treated me. Thanks Crowne Plaza and I love my room, despite the room view.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza with a friend as I have been to this hotel before and really enjoyed my stay. I realize that summer in Los Angeles is a busy time, but in my opinion, the rate was completely unreasonable for an airport hotel. I paid double the room rate this time around then I have paid at this property. The room we were given was, interestingly, only half as nice as the room I stayed in last time. My friend and I had just come from a 3 day work trip and were looking forward to a rest. Unfortunately, BOTH mornings we stayed in the hotel, a loud protest carried on for an hour starting at 7am. The hotel neither apologized nor offered us any concessions for this INCREDIBLE inconvenience. I realize the protest was not their fault, but we were told by the front desk that they knew about this demonstration. If I had been made aware of this occurrence, I could have chosen another place to stay if rest was my primary concern (which it was). Really disappointed after a great experience a few years back…

Overpriced for what it is, €360 x 2 nights, and find that parking is fee of $23 per day. Not a good service to the guests. The breakfast is very bad. I'm definitely going to go back.

The rooms are reasonable, the space is good. The carpark is expensive and poorly maintained, the service is reasonable but the breakfast is not included and the meals in the hotel are muchissimo faces.

We were at the Crowne Plaza twice in the space of 15 days: The first time the room was nice but nothing of that, the second time instead of the double bed we had two beds at one and a half square but the room was much better. Too bad for the parking cost of nearly fourteen dollars a night.

This place is so cute! I was traveling by myself to CA and picked this beauty! Perfect room for one person. Quirky, clean, and super convenient! Staff is wonderful. I will stay here again next trip! Love.

Not bad for the money but I was awaken at 6am by hotel protesters screaming in Spanish. I awoke thinking I was in Tampico, Mexico during a Cinco De Mayo pep rally, smh. Please treat your employees better Crowne.

The hotel is very nice. It is easy to get to Venice if you rented a car, literally just follow a straight road. Plenty of car rentals around the hotel as well as some fast food restaurants. Feels very welcoming especially when you first arrive and that hot air hits your face.

Awesome hotel the customer service is exceptional starting with the woman at the front desk named Diamon. Her tag said trainee but wow any of my concerns or questions she was very knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable and I couldn't ask for more when it came to the gym. I'll definitely be staying here anytime I'm visiting Los Angeles area.

This hotel is very close to the airport and is not very soundproof. I would not recommend it for light sleepers. Also, it seems that hotels on Century boulevard are the frequent targets of union protests. We were woken up at 7am by several protesters using megaphones and vuvuzelas to create a racket outside the room windows. There is nothing the hotels can do about this so you just have to wait it out (we waited an hour before they moved to the other side of the hotel).

I just went to an interview of aviation which has in crowne plaza but the food is healthy.

The room: The hotel room I stayed at was quite nice. It was above par in my experience with hotels, but not stellar by any means. The staff: the staff were not overly polite. It could just be the fact that I'm not from the region and this is just the way things are, but I found the staff to be very short, direct, and almost annoyed to be doing their job. The protest: yes there was a protest while I stayed here. 7 to 8AM was noisy and annoying no matter where you were. Worst of all: the hotel's attached restaurant was atrocious. Do yourself a favor and skip it. It took over half an hour for the waiter to even come take our order. It wasn't crowded, he just didn't seem to make his tables much of a priority. The food was okay, but way overpriced for what it was. The waiter didn't split our check until we asked, which is fine, but then split it incorrectly. We were already running late to our meetings due to the poor service, so we decided to just pay for each other's coffee/meal and make up the money between ourselves later.

The shuttle bus service is good. But the building is getting older and older. The air conditioning system needs to be improved. The hotel management is not good. A dog barks all the night and cause me unable to sleep.

For the price, would expect to have a good free internet connection, but they obviously want you to pay for the advanced Wi-Fi, as the free was useless. I came back at lunch after a walk, wanting a shower, but there was no hot water, and did not work again until after 2100.

About the ato. Nice and tidy. It has no indoor pool and does not bar 24 hours a day, that would have been great.

Much I liked the attention, location, cleanliness and services. I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is nice — clean rooms, easy location, food is expensive but that's expected. The breakfast buffet is OK, and kinda forced. Everything else on the a la carte is around $20 and regular coffee is $4, so at that point might as well pig out. By the way, when they say "dim sum" they really just mean pork buns. The front desk attendant was rather rude when we checked in, but our friend got a much nicer attendant so it seems like a one off. Oh and the walls are still on the thin side but not so much that you can't fall asleep.

Room was great. The AC unit didn't seem to be controlled by the wall thermostat. The restaurant was delicious for dinner. Shuttle to the airport was fast and professional.

It was ok. The hotel staff was nice. My reservation said king bed but the hotel offered me a two double when I checked in saying the king wasn't available. After more checking they offered me a king bed but told me the room was wheel chair accessible. I asked what does that mean and was told it just a bigger bathroom. Came to find out the bathroom included a shower stall but no tub. The setup was not what I expected also. The room was small. The location was far from downtown and activity locations. If you're only looking for a place to sleep for couple nights definitely choose a different location with lower price.

Good place to stay while we attended a conferee. Problem with iron and one light in the room but the staff was quick to fix. Good service goes a long way I'd recommend this hotel for a stay!

Great location with the free shuttle bus straight from the airport. Clean room, but didn't really like the bathroom set up. Customer service was great. Overall rating is 4/5.

Stayed overnight. Decent hotel which provides all the basics. It's vicinity to LAX, frequent shuttle service and accessibility to other means of transportation are what makes it stand out. Affordable off priceline.

Excellent. Good customer service. Close to all highways for quick getaways. It is very comfortable.

The food is very rich, especially the pizza.
