For the price this is a good hotel. It is very spacious and comes with a refrigerator and safe. Having soap and shampoo in a dispensing unit was a turn off. It looks like they are replacing mattresses as there is a truckload of them stacked in the parking lot.

The Casa Bella inn is s very cozy place. The staff are always willing to help out and offer assistance. It's perfect and it's only a inn I know this place deserves more credit.

Great rooms for the price. Very clean better than most hotels or motels in the area for the same price. Make sure to make a reservation in advance if you try walking in without one chances are you wont get a room.

Wow bad place, we dont know if is a Motel or Hotel a lot off girls and guy around peid per hour so bad experience me and my Family…

Location is great close to downtown and other attractions. Rooms are actually pretty clean. The only issue we faced was that of noise. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking in other rooms. If you are not a light sleeper you are good.

It's an okay place to crash. I just wanted a place to sleep for the night after going to the Lakers game. Positives: it was fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. The heater worked. Negatives: the water in the shower never got hot — it was tepid at best. The shower curtain looked like it had mildew stains on it. If you want a luxury hotel, this is not it.

Not bad but, not amazing rooms its the run of the mill motel.

I like it because they always have rooms available and they are very clean.

Horrible hotel. The guy at the front desk seemed annoyed when I came to him with a question or concern and even when I eventually requested a refund, like I was inconveniencing him. The first room they put me and my family in had a damaged door frame (like someone took a crowbar and tried breaking in) and the gap was letting the A/C out and didn't make the room any cooler so I had our room switched. The next room they put me in had a box TV from the 90's, unlike the first room which had a Flatscreen, it made no sense. In both rooms, the bathrooms were small and dirty, and the beds had stains on them and to be honest, not sure if the sheets had even been washed. The only reason I had booked this hotel was cause it had decent reviews and was the cheapest I could find, but I feel like they use their prices (which are cheap for the area but still expensive) to attract customers, but those prices don't match the quality of your stay. Do yourself a favor and fork out the extra 20 or 30 dollars for a nicer place because it's L. A. And hotels are going to be expensive but you won't regret it. If you want a place that's clean, safe, and has friendly staff, you should look elsewhere.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. We had an issue where our lock wouldn't work one morning but they fixed it quick. This was close to the convention center and saved it's hundreds of dollars over the convention hotels.

Very good motel and close to LAX Airport. Motel staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

The place was okay. Dont come expecting luxury and youll be fine. Just expect it as a place to go if your in the area for an event. Really close to the Convention Center, Microsoft Theatre and Staples Center.

Great place to stay for the night, but don't lose your key because you won't get a new one. Also, some of the A/C take a while to cool the room or turn on and off constantly.

The hotel is. 75 miles west of the convention center. Besides been cheaper with free parking, there a numbrr of great cjeap stores and restaurants on the way there. Rooms are cleaned daily and staff are super nice.

From the service to the room being spotless everything was great. I only wished they had some complementary shampoos. Regardless everything was great.

This hotel is not even what you pay for, not only do they refuse to give you more than one key to your room unless you pay $5. They allowed the parking lot to become so filled at night that you can't move your vehicle in or out. The room looked descent until we noticed they don't know how to clean (gum stuck to floor, hair in the sink). They don't even give do not disturb signs, they said "you just tell an employee and we will make sure not to go in" It's in a bad part of town with a bad location. Bring your own iron because they don't even provide you with that. They even charge you for ice! You can't get much more of a rip off, it would be one thing for they don't charge you for everything you need. I frequently stay at lower end hotels but this place is by far the worst.

Just look on the outside and made me beautiful with a nice smell.

Rooms clean and very large, the treatment however was much room for improvement in our case in particular. It is near the convention center and the staples center.

The hotel location is awesome, free parking, simple breakfast items and Wi-Fi. The location is just a 20 walk to staplrs center or 5 minutes on bus 30. The is clean enough but not perfect. For the price though its amazing.

In 2014 My Wife and I stood there for the week of Victory Outreach World Conference. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a very good experience here after having a bad experience at another hotel that I had reserved which didnt let me check in until 3-pm and this one brighten my day by being able to check in before 3 pm plus I got 15 bux off this place saved me and my bf from sleeping on the street since we came from the Bay area after a long ride. Thank you Casa Bella Inn you guys are awesome.

Rat size rooms and no hot water when asked to change room I was denied even though the motel was 70% empty.

Not too bad, not so good either. Yo get what you pay.

Very good place to stay, very near to L. A. Convention center, very quiet neighborhood, very clean rooms.

Pretty decent hotel, rooms aren't too spacious but they are very clean and nicely decorated.

I chose the Casa Bella Inn because it was the only hotel in the area of town and price range that had no bad reviews on Google. Unfortunately, that means I feel obligated to share my negative experience because I would hate for someone else to make the same mistake. When we arrived at the hotel at 11 pm after 24 hours of driving, we were taken to a room that was clearly still dirty complete with unmade beds. We were then told we could wait outside while they cleaned the room for us. The reception area features bulletproof glass and a classy "No Prositution" (their misspelling) sign. You have to pay a $5 deposit for the magnetic key cards and the remote control for the TV. The floor of our room was so greasy I felt uncomfortable taking my shoes off and used the hand towels as makeshift slippers.
