DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE! I had an early flight to California and ask the employees if early check inn was available and was told no by two different people. My family and I occupied ourself until check inn which was 3pm. Since we couldn't check in early I assumed everything with our room would be ready, boy was I ever wrong! After trying to hike up to see the Hollywood sign and sight seeing I was ready for my hotel room so I could shower, eat, and sleep. The TV in my room didn't work and I had to wait 45minutes for someone to fix it. The water temperature wasn't working as well, it was only releasing scolding hot water and the internet wouldn't connect. I also saw I couple of ants on a table in my room. The next day I informed the hotel staff about everything except the ants because I only saw one and I thought it was no big deal. To sum up my long ass story, none of my issues about my room was resolved except my TV. The water temperature was Never consistent, the internet Never work at all and then to top it off some Ants found their way into the bed! I thought if I brought everything up upon checking out that I would receive some kinda of discount but I was told that I should've told someone about my issue and would've to speak with a manager about a discount. After calling for a whole week and leaving messages I finally get a manager on the phone to basically let me know that its not there fault and I was s. O. L.

Room is extremely well quality for my group, only complaint was that the floor was tiled instead of carpet. Breakfast is free but not amazing, we ended up bringing our own food. Service was nice when we did interact, but for the most part we've kept to ourselves.

If you keep in mind that it’s an “inn” (not a big hotel) it’s great! Was clean, safe, and close to lots of things in LA. The rooms are decent-sized, the bathrooms are fine, but I wish I had brought my own toiletries (they only have the 3-in-1 in the shower) and my own pillow. Breakfast is basic but it was enough for us. Coffee, cereal, apples and bananas and bread/bagels.

I would have given a 5-star but no one has contacted me about my watch being left in the room. Other than that the place is really nice, neat and clean, great location and most of the staff was friendly. My issue is that nobody seemed to really care about me leaving my watch behind in the room I was staying in. So leave me to believe that someone on their housekeeping staff is not honest. I would recommend you stay just do not leave any belongings behind.

First got there and the service was great, the front desk people were super kind throughout the three days I stayed. Very convenient laundry and dryer there! They had a small decent breakfast provided where the front desk is in the mornings. The maid was super nice and gave us new towels the second day… etc. Over all I would say this is a super great place to stay and it looks fancy. I will definitely come back and recommend this place.

Louis is very helpful and friendly. He is very responsible of his duties which make sure my luggage is arrived safely and help me to storage them before I arrived the hotel. Overall is really good! We need this kind of customer service. Excellent service!

This hotel was a great value. Very clean and had free parking (in LA… Right?!? ). The room was updated and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and I would book again. Only negatives were poor Wi-Fi connection and limited breakfast, but neither really effected our stay.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The tubby young man and dipshit young lady behind the counter overnight /early morning, "lost" our reservation after we drove in from Phoenix. They nearly left us homeless in downtown LA, and the little girl did it all with an attitude and condesening smile on her face. Not only did they leave us scrambling to find a hotel that fit our budget in the middle of the morning, but they still tried to charge us for NCNS on the reservation THEY lost, plus refused to refund our $40 for the disgusting hourly rate room that they put us in for two hours while they tried to find our reservation. Do not give this place your cc info or time.

Wonderful staff, Raul at the front desk is awesome, friendly, helpful. I loved my room spacious and quiet, has Wi-Fi, nice television, directv. When I have to go back to Beverly hills, I will definitely stay there. No charge parking. Fenced, so car is safe and so are you. Security system, again customer's safety. This place is the hidden diamond.

Excellent value. Clean and modern decor, located in Korea Town. Definitely plan on staying again due to proximity to sports arenas and museums.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was very convenient and closer to downtown. The room has tv, fridge and safe. The bathrooms we're clean too.

Perfect for a downtown stay at that price point. Free breakfast and parking are unbeatable!

So most of the time I wouldn't stay in LA but had an early morning there after a late night. Noting in LA is a good deal. Everything is over priced. This hotel is decent for the price though. It was a large room and was pretty clean. The parking was pretty bad though. The spaces we're very small. I actually saw a car hit another car and then just pull away. It wasn't to bad but still… really people suck who do that kind of thing. Anywho… There was a fridge and a small sitting area. No breakfast or anything like that. For the price it was doable but if you have the option to stay in a city close to LA but not in it I recommend you do that. Or pay 250 and up for a decent place.

For the truth we looked for it as a place to spend a few days in Los Angeles and we found it very comfortable and cozy. It has a good location, it is clean, the people they serve (. If I'm not bad, all Mexicans) are very friendly and attentive. It also has a good feasible price. It has a vehicle site in case you have or rent a car.

During our 3 nights stay. They didn't clean our room. The first day because there was supposed to be a mistake that we asked not to. The next day that because we were the last and I have to be outside the hotel from 11 to 16h to clean me. We talked to the manager and that was his answer and if I wanted to go to the lobby to clean me. I think they should at least have given us compensation and said it didn't happen either.

This hotel is under whelming. Their breakfast is a joke and removed by 9AM. No coffee or microwave in the rooms. There seemed to be poo caked on the bathroom floor and the fire alarm started chirping every 5 minutes. When the front office was contacted about the fire alarm at 5AM, they actually asked if we wanted them to fix it now or come when we left. Really?

The room was overall nice. They seem to be doing a remodel. Only big issue was the huge ass roach in the room. More than one but I didn't tell my wife until the morning we were checking out, due to her seeing one. I named him, Fred. So if you check into room D106, be nice to Fred.

I would never come back here again! I had booked a queen and they gave me a full size. When I tried to talk to the manager she told me she could do nothing about it because they were already full. Parking was horrible. We got there late at night and there was nowhere to park. The security made us park in a fire hydrant area. We just hoped we didn't get towed. Wifi sucked and couldn't even access it because there was way too much people on the server. Construction started bright and early and disrupted my sleep. The hotel location was in a bad neighborhood all you heard at night was sirens and cop cars.

Appears to have had lots of work in remodel. Parking is a real problem here. The surrounding area neighborhood seems questionable. Wi-Fi was broken. Breakfast is only Cheerios and raisin Bran and toast.

This motel was nothing special but it provided a comfortable living environment.

The location was good. It was close to everything I was going to for the weekend. The room was decent. It was clean and when we asked for customer service someone would come to our room.

Not bad, situated pretty much in the middle of nearly all the attractions so that's nice.

For a motel, it's not bad. The breakfast has a lot to be desired. Instead of soap and shampoo, the sink and showers have soap dispensers, like in a public restroom.

Front desk guy was very rude and had an attitude. The room looked nice in pkctures but really ugly in real life and beddin was dirty.

This was the worse hotel that I have been in. There was no working smoke detector just dangling wires. The front door did not have a security lock nor posted directions as what to do in case of an emergency. There was an unsecured circuit box in the kitchenette that had exposed cable lines. The chairs were severely stained.

DONT STAY AT THE BED BUG MOTEL… NASTY, NASTY, NASTY… Yes they have remodel the motel, but let me be the first to say they have a nasty undercover operation. 1. I got bites from bed bugs 2. The walls are paper thin 3. The maids smoke while there at work 4. The toilet in room 203 will run all night FYI. 5. The safes don't work 6. No matter what happens they will not refund your money or help you if you let them know all theses things… I guess everything that glitters ain't gold…

The room did not have a working smoke detector just the wires. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower head leaked. There were not any hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes. The refrigerator didn't work. On the first day, the water only came out scalding hot which was dangerous for children. There was no way to take a bath as the plug was missing. The floor was dirty from the construction occurring behind the room. The air conditioner only put out cool air at about two feet. The beds were not made while we were out. There was not any shampoo just lotions. The towels were not replaced. A junction box was open exposing wiring for the cables. There were no kitchen items for use in the kitchenette. The two chairs at the breakfast table were stained. The only positives were clean beds and fresh paint.
