They have a very down to earth staff of individuals. Breakfast at this place is better than most 4 or 5 star hotels. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by opportunity. Banks, Buses, Restaurants, Historical UCLA campus close by.

The management are deceitful and immoral. I do not recommend staying here. Upon leaving I was charged $650 for a smoking and cleaning fee. However, the room had already been presumably smoked in when I checked in, due to the existence of a plastic trash bag wrapped around the detector! They instead blamed it on me, not realizing it was the fault of poor maid service and people before. It was certainly the last people in the room who smoked. They also said someone vomited in the room, but, due to their ignorance they could not realize this "vomit" was Chicken Tikka Masala curry from a local Indian restaurant. I have proof that I ordered that food the night before I checked out. Also, I didn't spill the curry at all, so if any of it got anywhere then it was the maid who did it. I I swore to the manager just as I'm swearing to you that — on my HONOR, I didn't smoke in the room, whatsoever, not even once, And I swear also that I didn't vomit in the room. I told this all to the manager but she's a really vindictive person — didn''t believe me whatsoever and proceeded to attempt to ruin my life in order to extract more money, presumably so she can bonus this month and have a great Christmas or year-end bonus. Never when I've been traveling in LA on business has a hotel ever charged me $650 for a cleaning fee.

It was okay for an overnight stay. Idk if we will go back, a bit overpriced for that size room. Continental breakfast is very minimal! Good coffee! The pool is nice! The room and bathrooms were clean, just make sure All sheets and blankets have been thoroughly cleaned! The refrigerator had a strong mildew smell but was clean!? They quickly offered to switch rooms for us which could be why the blanket in the second room were not thoroughly cleaned/changed? Otherwise decent!

Breakfast was decent & changes daily. The room is clean (bug-free even on the bed). The shower booth was a bit small. Also there's hidden parking fee, $12/night at the end of cost calculation.

I stayed here for 20 days because my house needed repairs. It was great. The breakfast served in the am was great and the lobby was filled with interesting tourists. During my stay, unfortunately, I broke my leg and the staff were wonderful helping me accommodate to my unfortunate circumstance. They came to my door to deliver me things that I needed and the all night staff in particular was great. There was a mistake with the bill and they were gracious and helpful in correcting the problem. There are grocery stores near as are restaurants. It is located in a good area and I was not concerned about safety. I recommend staying there and the prices are the best I could find on the "westside" of LA.

We really liked our stay. The location is great, we had free parking, nice room. Even though, it is next to a busy road, we could not hear any noise of the street and also great breakfast.

Clean, easy to spot, comfortable rooms. Not a lot of parking. Easy access to a mall down the street. Burger joint right next door. Lots of good food in the area.

Reservations not made on arrival. Lousy home. Breakfast always the same and really not good. Very noisy fridge in the room. The safe was not working. Poor insulation because very noisy. Bad Internet connection. Stained carpet. Anyway for the price of 140. — Dollars a night is really unacceptable! Never again in this hotel!

Quick and easy place to stay with a simple all you can eat breakfast (sausage and egg muffins with juice/coffee and cereal). Fairly clean with basic amenities.

Warning: disaster with bed bugs to boot. Stay was going well for 4 nights Despite the cost being twice as high as the Room is nice. On the last day I walked up the front — to the leather know about the issue they had with the investigation and they literally laughed at Me. Well fast forward 2 weeks my skin is finally fine but I can't imagine how bad it was for the next person to get that Room or the adjoining rooms on a positive note the continental breakfast is Great.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable, and ideally located. Guests are invited to complimentary breakfast that includes an array of cereals, juices, fruits, yogurt and hot breakfast sandwiches. In warmer months, the pool is an appreciated amenity.

Cheap motel made to look and sound like a hotel. Traffic noise will keep you up all night. When I stayed there the mini bar fridge was missing, I had an extra chair they took it away the second day. The office chair had rips in the pleather. The carpet looked stained and unwashed. Make sure to bring sandals to walk around in. The wall by my bed had a huge stain of I don't know what type of liquid. Afraid to find out what. It's a complete dump. I do mot recommend.

When we got to the room we found very but very dirty the sprinkler and when we demanded the ladies treated us with razismo.

My friends and I were visiting from Phoenix Az, we were on our way for Nocturnal wonderland. We left a day early so we can spend some time on the beach, not realizing how uncomfortable it was to sleep in the car. Last minute we called this hotel and talked to a man named Paul. He was so helpful and gave us a room for a low rate. We are very thankful and loved the room, it was clean and staff was friendly. Thank you so much!

Everything is as advertised. Nice location not too far from beach and nightlife. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Front desk are really nice and helpful.

This is a very basic, no frills hotel. It is one of the least expensive places to stay close to UCLA. The rooms are decent sized, but not fancy. The beds are ok, the air conditioning works but is quite noisy. There is a free breakfast that is very basic. A recent change is that they now charge for parking. Overall, it serves a basic need for a cheap decent place to sleep.

Is it possible to put 0 stars? The worst hotel in our roadtrip. 2 nights there and 2nd evening, we realize that the room was not made. Breakfast is disgusting. I do not advise at all costs.

We stayed here at for our visit in LA. For the price you pay it's very good, they even have a pool which one you'll need to refresh after a hot day in LA.

Remodeled motel into a "boutique" hotel. Nothing fancy but nice place and very good bargain for the location. Bathroom is a bit small with no counter space, which can be a problem for some.

As soon as you step in front door it smell like a urinal. Assigned room super low budget. No tub,, terrible gross carpet. No mention of free breakfast or pool. Stairway up to room is filthy. Run down, and gross… needs a serious remodel and a customer service training course. The VA must seriously go out and look at the models contracted for the men and women who have proudly served. If I were homeless this would be okay. In 20 year military career to include 2 deployments have never stayed at a low budget contracted lodging. Very sad day in the USA.

I had made a reservation with them on Valentine's in the afternoon (only because everyone else was booked) I was happy to find a room on this day less than two hours later I had an emergency where I was unable to go. So I said let me call and cancel so they are unable to give someone else the room. A little rude boy name Jeremy answered the phone. Told me he could not cancel my reservation and I will still be charged. I was quite for a second because I couldn't believe what I just heard. I started to ask him why he rudely cut me off and said and I quote " you know what check this out don't worry about but for the future don't do that that's a no go you don't do that yea but don't trip" I'm listening like is this little boy think he talking to his kid or homeboy I was insulted. He tells me don't trip but never got my name so I was worried if he will cancel the right room. I'm not judging the rooms but I am on the customer service from Jeremy he was the worst. Not professional at all.

Rooms were clean and bed linen was nice and soft. Bed was too soft for my liking. I like firm support. Staff friendly and supportive.

After having an invasive Surgery at UCLA Ronald Reagan we had to stay close to my doctor afterwards and stayed in this Hotel for 10 nights. VERY HAPPY with the choice we made to stay here, Rooms are CLEAN and well decorated. Overall 1 of the best Hotels I have stayed in especially for the Location, Price and being only a 7 min drive to my doctor at UCLA. Continental breakfast is Great but could use some Protein like hard boiled eggs or meat (Beacon, Sausage, etc). Love the Free Parking; the staff has been nice however Hector and the Manager have AMAZING Customer Service and are the nicest people there. It is located on Santa Monica Blvd but the noise from the traffic didn't bother us, the AC unit I believe blocks it out. Definitely will stay there again in the very near future.

Looking for a 4 star motel that is nice on the inside but dull on the outside and at a really good price? This one is perfect for those on a low budget and want to stay in a nice motel in Santa Monica.

"I liked it" recap everything in this hotel. The swimming pool water is not really clean but the water is. The breakfast is good: everything is refueled when needed (orange juice, bread, fruits, coffee. ). The room is clean, large but not really soundproof. The hotel is near Santa Monica Blvd, expect a lot of traffic (engine and klaxon as well).

The place is top notch, is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. And I've stayed at really nice hotels in New York and Texas. The hotel itself is featureless, it has a small swimming pool, which seemed clean, a couple of vending machines and a small lunch room. The rooms however, were incredibly nice, they had a large screen TV and the shower was well taken care of. It's a little bit expensive, but I think is well worth your money. A bit inconvenient if you don't have a car, since the only thing nearby is a Seven Eleven.
