This hotel was in a descent area, nice staff, clean rooms, and a great experience.

Great housekeeping staff, great front desk staff, and great food. I also love the 5pm happy hour with light food to eat and drinks (free of charge). For the breakfast buffet, my only suggestion would be more options for people who don't eat pork or meat. Yes, they have fruit, yogurt and waffles daily for breakfast, but you can get worn out easily if you stay more then 3 days like I did.

The lobby was beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the manager TY is awesome! The reason for the 3 stairs is because when we arrived at the hotel we had to wait an hour in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. We moved to 3 different rooms before we got to ours which TY came to the rescue and gave us a goodie bag for the inconvenience and a free upgrade, which we loved. The room we ended up with looked as if it still was dirty… the sheets looked like they just made the bed with the ones already on them. The floor smelt as if someone took a poop right there in the hallway. The room also had socks that were not ours near the window and some trash in the cans. We would have asked to change the sheets but we were rushed for time to go to a important dinner and didn’t get back till late. Staying with a newborn the upgrade with the kitchen was great for sterilization purposes and keeping milk cold in the fridge. Overall we would stay again because TY made the best of the situation and next time well have them change the sheets in front of us :)

Our five night stay was fabulous. The staff at the front desk, dining area, and housekeeping were so pleasant, courteous, and professional. Every other staff member we came in contact with always met us with a smile and friendly hello. The hot breakfast was delicious and a good buy since included with our stay. We will return with no hesitation. Thank you Hilton for having your hotel staffed with professional people!

I want to Thank the Security Guard Raul that worked 7/27 Friday night he did a awesome job helping us get settled into our room. Our bed was not done so the lady at the front desk ask him to do our bed even though it wasn’t his job but he manage to get it done, Housekeeping needs to get it together. First time staying here the Hotel was gorgeous and staff was great.

We got there late and reception greeted us nicely. We also setup our digital key while there. One thing to note, digital keys take around 15 seconds or less to open doors, but it's super convenient. The room was nice, the only complaint I have is that the bathroom door is big and opens out, so if anyone is using the sink they have to move out of the day. Breakfast in the morning changes from day to day and me and my family enjoy the social events that they have in the evenings.

My week stay was nice, although being charged for parking @ $14 a day was steep. Menu needs some changing up its been the same for past six years, I am a frequent lodger of this establishment. Beds and furniture could be upgraded and improved to maximize overall comfort. Pool and spa were clean and conveniently located. Prices charged in lobby store are a bit too high. Employees and room attendants were polite and courteous. I really did not understand hotel policy that states guests need to leave while attendant cleans room.

Nice place to stay for a few days. The rooms are nice, not much of a view tho… Unless you like looking at the freeway. This place is dog friendly, but it didn't seem like there were many "potty areas" for them, unless I missed it. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Very modern looking and comfortable furniture. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good as usual. The room we stayed in had a huge bathroom, and a full kitchen.

My favorite place to stay when I am in the area for business! The rooms are large, spacious, modern and very quiet. I faced the interstate this last stay and didn’t hear any of the noise associated with it. The staff is always super friendly and the breakfast and light dinner is always very good! I have not used the pool or business center, but can only imagine that these amenities are very nice as well. Stay here the next time you are in the area of Redondo Beach/LAX.

The general manager Michael should get fired ASAP! They are criminals and made some fraud transactions. They changed my reservation without my permission made it look like I stayed there longer. Thank God my bank blocked their transactions due to suspicious charges. I immediately reported to fraud department and I'm about to press charge them for fraud and file civil law suite against the hotel and the general manager. He is horrible and his front desk staff were very rude and disrespectful. I am very upset and disappointed by this establishment. I was treated horribly and I would not ever stay here. They will steal your money without your permission and don't clean your room. Lazy staff and very unprofessional. Be aware!

Great price for a great family room. Has fridge, stove, microwave, etc. And a lounge area in the room. The partially open bathroom was not very pleasant but overall it was a clean room, with an okay free buffet. You will pay $14 parking fee, even as guest.

This hotel is pretty new and it shows. The rooms are big pretty big, clean and very comfortable. They have a kitchenette, refrigerator and all the pans, dishes and utensils if you want to cook. Over all my experience was very pleasant and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, all the staff, and all the amenities. The breakfasts were great and so were the evening socials. The only disappointment was that the phone in our room stopped working on day 2 of our 5 day trip and was not fixed. They offered for us to switch rooms, but we already had all our clothes and stuff packed out. I would have appreciated a much better concern about this as the hotel phone was the only method we had to keep in touch with family. A few suggestions are adding a mat or something in the tub to prevent slipping, adding a clothes line above tub to hang wet stuff, and adding a door to block off area where the sink is so that those who are up late or early do not disturb others who are sleeping.

Everything was great. The staff, the room, the hotel itself. Only problem I found was with the sofa bed. When I opened the bed out of the sofa, I found the mattress sheet had little bits of trash all over it with a Twix rapper in the crack of the bed. Not sure how long it was all there, but I closed it back up and chose to reassemble and sleep on the sofa. I had no choice! : — (

Place was very clean and neat. Staff was very helpful. The accommodation was excellent. Great food and service at the restaurant. Will definitely recommend and return.

The rooms are large and spacious but have few people to cater to such a large hotel. Breakfast is Loas lazy, not bad but it is very small for such a large hotel, for breakfast you are going to have to wait 20 or 30 minutes if you want waffles.
The positive thing is that it is 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of LA.

Rooms pretty clean, front desk very courteous, breakfast is not abundant but satisfying. The only flaw was some small noise coming from the fridge (which I turned off), and air conditioning. All in all very good.

Came here straight after my 3 night stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Irvine so I could be closer to the airport for the final 2 days on my trip. Clean hotel, good amenities, spacious suite and very tidy overall. Bad points: Staff are very friendly however seem to make too many rookie mistakes. I stayed 2 nights, received no housekeeping, had to ask front desk for towels since ours weren't replenished — Never got those towels. Lady at the front desk asked me to sign for another guests mail. I asked the desk to hang onto my luggage for a few hours after check out until it was time for my flight. We gave them a total of 7 bags however they only came up with 4, had to remind them to check again twice before I got all my bags back. $12 a night for parking, spaces very limited.

The night staff was very rude! Some of the day staff was rude as well. When I asked them their name, they refused to give it to me saying, "I don't have a name. You don't need to know it. " I don't think that any staff should be telling any guest that. Plus, the hotel is farely new and it already looks run down. Not ever staying there again. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone AT ALL!

The hotel was very nice. There was a pool and basketball court. The happy hour had a wide selection of food, beer, and wine. The breakfast was okay, just your typical hotel breakfast. The gym was nice too. You are near a highway so if noise bothers you make sure to stay on the side of the hotel that faces away. Friendly staff and the room was really comfortable. Recently updated too.

Wonderful staff. You are greeted every time you come in or out. They serve a good breakfast (complimentary). 3 pools with fire pits. Very clean inside and out. Not a good view but who stays in the room? lol Great place!

It's a new hotel that still needs a little help. Sometimes my room wasn't clean and now they have a rule saying if you're in the room they can't clean it. I think people with small children who doesn't have control of their kids should stay on the first floor so they don't disturb people that's trying to sleep. I think they need a little more security because im pretty sure you're not suppose to be smoking weed in these rooms. Staff was very nice and understanding they do the best they can to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Hopefully in a couple of months they will b one of the best hotels in Los Angeles.

Clean rooms, great staff, yummy (free! Hot! ) breakfast. Used the waffle maker every day and loved the yogurt bar. Housekeeping was really great, and seemed to go the extra mile with details. Room was nice and new. Some weird and questionable characters in parking lot at night but security was tight & key cards required to enter after a certain hour. Staff is doing their best! Lucky (spelling? ) at the front desk was my fave! Also, this is not on the beach! It's on the 405. Check a map before you book. This place is perfect for a restful and clean place to sleep and have breakfast but isn't a beach/resort type of property (although the hot tub was delightful! ).

Amazing experience friendly staff and amazing property all you need with extra touch, if you want to have barbeque no problem there is 2 at the swimming pool area… complimentary snack & drink in the evening and breakfast during our stay is just +++ I just love the place.

Nice new hotel with very nice rooms. Breakfast was good but needs to start earlier than 7am. Because it is so new the staff seemed to be still working out the kinks. Overall a very nice hotel.

Great stay! Location is a little hidden, but that did not affect my trip at all. I really enjoy staying at Homewood suites by Hilton. My stay for the weekend was amazing! Great service, breakfast, and clean room. New location along HWY 405, and has all the amenities you will need. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you Homewood!

Hotel was really nice, staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast wasn't that bad either. The waffles are really good.

One of the nicest hotels I've been to. The staff was so kind and attentive, the rooms were so clean, and the pool was awesome. 10/10 would stay here again.

Good new family hotel. The staff was very nice. We had a minor room issue and the took care of it quickly.

Although this is a nice new hotel, I feel they need more employees. When I have tried to call service desk they either never answer or are busy all the time. The housekeepers and employees are super nice though. They need better breakfast options. They seem to serve the same options everyday.

The location is ok, it's only a 30 minute drive to the beach which is nice. The rooms were very nice, the one I stayed in had a kitchenette with all the necessary accommodations. The people working here we're also very friendly and helpful.

I don't usually give 5☆ on my review but this time I will with this one. I've been in many different hotels and this one gave me above my expectation. Much better than the Hilton hotel in Daytona beach that we had few weeks ago. That one was ridiculous!
I highly recommend this place. It's great place for a family to stay. Everything is very good.

My family stayed in this new hotel for 4 nights. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel manager and staff were friendly, attentive, courteous, and professional. We enjoyed the complementary hot breakfast each morning. They also have complementary light dinner Monday through Thursday evenings. The hotel also has lots of restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on the top floor, away from the freeway. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very pleasant stay. Clean, modern decor. The night we stayed they had Nacho Night! Food was great! The security guard was sitting out front, laying back on a bench, knocked out! And he even used a cane to walk! How's that work? Our only issue occurred when our heating/cooling system went out, and there was no maintenance service on site. We were told bottled water would be sent up and we would be reimbursed for the room. We'll give update on the reimbursement status…

Horrible Experience… I went inside to check in. I waited for about 20 mins no one in line or at the counter. The lady was helping, it sounded like a past guest, with a billing issue over the phone. I was tired, but np I understand. About 10 mins into waiting I saw a asian lady in the back just looking. OK she must be in a different department. So I waited for the lady to be done over the phone and checked in. The phone rang and here runs the Asian lady to pick up the phone and signs into the computer and helps the guest. I guess I was to dark to get her assistance? Then at 2am my friend and I are sleeping, I had to be at the airport by 4:30, we get a call that wakes us up saying were making a lot of noise?!?! we are sleeping neither of us snore… worst stay at a Hilton ever… Gets better looked at my CC and I was double charged… Nice place. New. But run for the HILLS!

The customer service provided was absolutely amazing. Since they just opened up, they are working out all the "kinks". Had issues with HVAC but manager was very attentive and resloved our issue beyond our expectations. Started off not so good and ended great. Would totally return! Thank you!

I would like to record my immense dissatisfaction with what happened at this hotel in the last week. I made and paid for a reservation between April 23 and 30 and as you can see in the email below, I questioned the possibility of sending amazon purchases to the hotel and received confirmation that the hotel would open on April 20 and that Would receive without problem. When I arrived at night with my baby I found only a closed hotel. A security guard took me to the Marriot residence inn where I was greeted. No one from the homewood came to me for any information. No one even apologized for the inconvenience, and as if that was not enough, one of my Amazon purchases disappeared! Yes, please someone named Jusiemo, signed and received, but as the hotel is closed nobody knows who it is and nor where did it end! I came to Brazil without any explanation, without my purchase and very disappointed! I still hope they locate my purchase and send it here in Brazil! Is the minimum, after all the disorder.
