Good hotel with indeed very spacious rooms as the sign says. Friendly staff, good breakfast on the terras. Convenient parking below the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Hermosa Beach. On Pier Ave are lots of nice restaurants.

Mediocre room : air conditioning is simply not working… it makes noise and hot air blowing out. Our room had a parking view, and bonus you cannot open the windows! It was even cooler outside at night. We stayed 2 nights in a hot and very humid room. The AC device must be 10years old or more, need a change. Edit : I didnt get back my 50dollar deposit yet…

Very nice little hotel within a couple miles of Hermosa Beach. The breakfast food is decent and has a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and the quality of the beds is comfortable.

Great location. Very affordable. Easy access to the beaches. Half way between Belmont Shores and Manhattan Beach.

Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and wanted to check in. And they said once our room is available, that they will call us. So after a long day of traveling we were able to check in early and rest. Thanks front desk staff for your awesome service! Once in our room, we were greeted by a super clean and a beautiful view of the beach. The housekeeping staff was also extremely kind and took very good care of us. The hotel is super clean and organized, with a very professional staff.

4 night stay in June 2018. Staff is nice. We had a business room with 1 King bed and a couch. Our room also had a patio/balcony. No frills, but clean and meets all our needs. Price and location are great perks for this place.

The stay here was certainly good however we had an issue with checking in that wasn’t resolved even after we adressed it to the front desk. Before arriving to check-in we had called to ask if it was possible to check in at an earlier time. Since we were coming from out of state we would be arriving at 4-5am before check in. The front desk teller confirmed with us that there would be no problem and we could check in. When we arrived there was a fee charged to my account for checking in sooner than the time given. Which I had no problem with, if it wasn’t for me calling ahead of time and asking if there was going to be a problem. Once I addressed it to the front desk he stood in silence and did NOT attempt to solve the misunderstanding or conflict there was. On top of everything we were were checking OUT, we were asked how our stay was and we told the front desk about the problem we had when checking in. Keep in mind this was another front desk attending. He did confirm talking to us on the phone saying there would not be an issue, but did not offere to refund the fee or solve the problem. Overall I think they should train their front desk attendants to know the hotels fees and regulations, so that this does not happen again.

Close to water and restaurants, modest price for the area, and large rooms.

Large rooms in contemporary style. Nice view of the ocean and free parking. Friendly staff. Breakfast should be improved with more fruit and adequate room (too small inside area).

Planned on staying for 5 nights but when they couldn't get us hot water we left after the second night. They weren't honest with us as to when the repair would be done. They kept us hanging on all evening and then it was too late to get another place to stay. In the morning, we were still given tales as to when we would have hot water (30 minutes) when the repair person wasn't even on site yet. So, we checked out. The room was large, comfortable and in a good area so it was sad they were dishonest about the repairs.

Unexpected stay in the hotel, high-quality evaluation and service, the room is very comfortable layout, staying at the time service staff is very kind, a room to see clean and clean space, it is very happy and relaxed, the only small disadvantage is that the toilet door is not too good to push, it takes a lot of effort, Drinking bottled water in the room is required to pay, many of the water can be requested at the counter but it seems to be a bit of trouble, the indoor TV and the beautiful view of the windows are very good, the same day we have to drive, so the first floor of the car park for us but the big plus points, the nearby function is quite good, Soon to the beach and everywhere there are fast food shops and shopping malls can go, next to the trader Joe ' S, band of America, Wells Fargo, there are many good places! So special recommendation. The breakfast part has the DIY to make the muffin, with the cream, the jam as well as the honey, also has the bagel and the egg as well as the ham, also has the muffin and the yogurt, the boiled egg as well as the juice has the orange juice, the boiled water, the coffee may also add itself, may also hot water self-brew miss Swiss Hot Cocoa The whole thing is very cost-effective and enjoyable.

Average room, kind of dated. It is advertised as having a spa area, but it is the smallest pool I have ever seen. I had read on previous reviews that the breakfast wasn't great and that they didn't fill it. I then read a response from the hotel manager stating that this would be corrected, however I actually experienced exactly what had been reviewed. They did not fill it. I did find the overall experience to be worth the price. GREAT location. Awesome staff!

Very disappointed, I booked through Expedia weeks ahead of time. I had planned to stay the 24th & 25th to celebrate my birthday & Valentine’s Day. My girlfriend & I were super excited because we both worked all day for Valentine’s Day & we wanted to have a little get away. The front desk guy wasn’t helpful & seemed lazy to do his job. I wish we could of gotten his name but he was African American. We don’t have credit cards for personal reasons & I wanted to pay in cash but the guy said they didn’t take cash. It doesn’t state anywhere on the website or at the front desk that cash isn’t accepted. So we went to cvs & got a prepaid debit card because the guy said he could take that. But when we went back he said it wasn’t going through when we had just put all our money on the card. So we just left because he was useless. We tried going to another hotel nearby but they didn’t accept the debit card but they did take cash. But we couldn’t get a room because all our cash was put into the debit card. It was all unnecessary & I will never try to book a room here. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone!

I stay at Quality inn on 2/16/18 All star weekend which is suppose to b a 3 star hotel. It's not far from it. I had 4 rooms all smell very bad. The staff is Poorly train, No soap, few dirty towels. I was over charge an lie too, they up graded my room to th same room an charge me 150$ more Dollars. Now not to say all Quality inns a trash, but this one is nothing but that.

Very cool hotel with close to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Very large rooms with balcony or whirlpool in the room. Parking is possible in the underground garage.

Huge rooms! Very comfortable beds! Enjoyed our stay! Close to beach and restaurants, Trader Joe's. Wish there was a pool on site (only has a Jacuzzi (too hot for little kids) ) Staff was great-cleaning crew very nice, breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We will be returning.

I was traveling to California for work and ended up needing a hotel to stay at near LAX because of a very early morning flight. I found the Quality Inn Hermosa Beach and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical because so often a hotel near a major airport is not a very well kept property. This property was awesome. The updated room was very nice, the property was clean and every detail was taken care of. It is located 10 min walk to the ocean and a very cool area of restaurants and shops. The staff was great as well. I took me about 10 minutes to get to the rental car return at the airport.

We had an accessable room and it met my wife's handicap issues extremely well. Would recommend a stay in this hotel. Breakfast was nice and we were close to activaties.

Large rooms, beach on foot easily accessible, shopping facilities right next door. Pool you can forget 2x3 meters. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is continental, but quite good.

Everything was great staff very helpful and very nice to to customer. Was here for memorial for my wife she past July 9 love the beach.

We love the hospitality of the staff when we stay here, the free breakfast is great, and the jacuzzi is relaxing at night after spending days at the beach. Another perk is that it is within short walking distance to several restaurants and stores. We were so happy this trip when we learned Trader Joe's is right there as well as Starbuck's. Clean and comfortable accommodations reasonably priced. We love Hermosa Beach and have stayed many times at this hotel.

I don't tend to give too many bad reviews, but this one needs some work. This place isn't too bad, but the price doesn't meet it's worth. To start off there's no actual "quality" in the room. The lock was so broken or worn out that the keycard didn't work 80% of the time, so much so that a different room had to be acquired, and that room had the same issue. Something else was the toilet, I'm not a big big guy, but man, that toilet could not stay unclogged. No matter what you did it drained slowly. This occurred in both rooms which were stayed in. If I'm giving it a 2 is because the food is decent to a point, the cleanliness, and the beds weren't all that bad. Overall, this place isn't worth your hard earned cash if you are looking for a nice place to stay near or close to the beach.

Rooms look nice and staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is your average fair for the brand but room for buffet is congested and they don't monitor the food or coffee that well for number of guest.

The beds we're very comfortable. An easy ride to the airport. Unfortunately we had to leave for our flight out of LAX before the breakfast started so I can't really speak to the quality of food. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great friendly staff the room was nice and big. But wished there was microwave in the room for them late night snacks. I would stay there again.

A really nice hotel with a very friendly service in the receipt. The hotel is anew renovated and the rooms are rather big and nicely furnished. Moreover, one is on foot in approximately 7 min. At the water and the promenade. The breakfast is not very big, howover, it is still sufficient. For a 2 stars hotel absolutely recommendable.

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean, and the hotel itself was in a great location. Just minutes from the beach. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus. I only wish the hotel offered more vending machines for snacks and such, as I found myself waking up in the middle of the night wanting a quick snack. Other than that, everything was great. I was very pleased with my stay.

A little tired but good location. Breakfast not good but fab food next door. Beach and great local bars and restaurants about 5/10 mins walk.

Not luxurious but mostly what we expected. There's a free breakfast which we didn't know about. Its nothing special but it is free. Room is larger than expected. Bathroom feels small. Could use more drawers. Worst thing is the Wi-Fi, which is slow when it works but it's very inconsistent and generally useless. Parking is okay. You can't make a left onto Aviation so that may throw off directions from Google Maps. There is some road noise. Might want to ask for a room on the north side away from the road. But it wasn't too bad.

I had a very nice stay here. Quiet and clean, very comfortable room. Bed was very firm. Walking distance to Hermosa Beach.

Hotel very comfortable, take 2, very spacious rooms. Good and rich breakfast. The unbeatable location with supermarket around the corner. Walking to the beach are 10 minutes by a picturesque Avenue. I recommend it and recommend.
