Amazing place and very clean! This was the only hotel that accommodated me and my husband. No hotel in Sac was able to get us a room other than this place. The workers were really great!

Amazing location. Beautiful decor with friendly staff. Wouldnt mind staying here if needed. Resturants and shopping everywhere around you. Movies just down the street. Perfect!

Very clean. Lobby was delightful for lounging. Kids loved the pool;I loved the hot tub. Very inviting feel.

I stayed Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Elk Grove, requesting a "wheelchair" accessible room. I was very pleased with the accessibility. The bathroom with wheel in shower, and other needs for an individual in a wheelchair worked just perfect this time. I have had problems with accessibility in this facility before, asking for a wheelchair accessible room and was booked into a room with a tub. To show accessible rooms are available I posted pictures of the room I used. I also posted photos of several other things, front desk, the swim area, dining area, the weight room, and hallway to the meeting rooms.

Very nice, buffet luncheon was not very good. Hotel was beautiful. Did not stay the night was a company meeting.

Travelers Beware! Honestly, I was not impressed. One of the most expensive hotels in Elk Grove but I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for less or equal. The exterior is nice, lobby is gorgeous. Rooms suck. I will admit that it is a super family friendly hotel. And BJs is in the same parking lot, but even their food is starting to taste like Denny’s. They have very good customer service to offset the mediocre food. The sink in the bathroom clogged every time we used the sink. The shower was Motel 6ish. If you want a safe family friendly place to go in Elk Grove. It’s not bad. Anyone else? Stay downtown. The happy screams of children will drive u crazy.

Nice newer facility, feels clean when you walk in. Unfortunately had hair on my sheets, called for replacement while I was out having dinner. They forgot, when I called the hostess ran up to my room with breakfast passes. Started off bad but they will make the bad things forgivable. Simple accident will not stop me from coming back.

The exterior public areas are much nicer than the room. The four of us were offered two small free lukewarm water bottles at check in and thereafter none. The water jars in the common areas with citrus infused water were empty every time I checked. I asked the front desk about it and was told they'd been busy. I responded ironically I'd been thirsty for hours and found it convenient the only way to have a drink was to pay top dollar for bargain bottled water. Water is a basic no they basic human need. As you might imagine — my needs were not met. We are reward members. I will keep my Diamond Select status with Best Western and there ice cold water, comfy beds and great rewards program.

For the price I was paying it was terrible. The room felt really cheap. I paid the same amount for a better room in downtown San Francisco than I did here in the middle of suburban tract homes. I could see the San Francisco skyline for the same price as looking at highway 99. The lobby has people just sitting about at all hours with seemingly no business being there. It's unfortunate it was so expensive for that experience otherwise I would forgive many of those misgivings.

I wasn't impressed by the in-hotel restaurant or the lack of availability of toiletries when requested considering this is an expensive Hilton hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly though, apologetic, and the room was otherwise comfortable.

I'm so thankful for the Hilton Garden Inn. Our apartment was flooded & my family had to find housing asap. The hotel has been thoughtful, caring & effective to our needs. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn.

Affordable and really nice. It's like staying at a nice upscale home, compared to a big busy hotel. They were installing brand new mattresses the day we arrived which made the front entry, elevators and hallways messy and difficult to navigate the first day, but at least we had a new mattress so I'm not complaining. They are good quality mattresses but a little too firm for my preference. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping and everyone else, which made the stay very enjoyable. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in the area.

Very friendly staff, professional, helpful and genuine. Breakfast servers are amazing and very hospitable. Noor was exceptional at front desk assisting with my business center needs. Super star studded team with remarkable hospitality experience. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed here for the weekend for our cousins wedding. Room was really clean when we arrive, our beds are comfortable and they have a very helpful staff. They have breakfast for $12.95 per person but its all you can eat breakfast. It was a good food and decent amount of choices. I would definitely book again with them.

The bathroom was nice, clean, stylish. The room in general was clean, I wan eaten by bugs during my sleep which sucked. And the bed was one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept in. Not to me tion, the room was way overpriced. I would recommend this yo friends or family.

Nice, seeminly clean place, has a slight odor in the front lobby. Ok friendly staff. We've been here twice for a business dinner. First year we were rushed through our event (because staff wanted to clean up for the next days event). Not fair especially since if we reserve a specific amount of time, we'd expect that amount of time non-rushed. Second year, and possibly the last, if I have a guest that asks for a simple cup of coffee, could not my guest get the cup without having to walk all the way around to the front lobby to have to go get one. One would have hoped for a much friendlier staff to go get one for her. Both years the serving staff looked lost when serving. Timing is key in this area. Attention to your customers is a must. All seated guests at a specific table must be served at the SAME time. Simply put the serving staff needs more experience on accomidations and good service. Best luck HGI.

2 room suite was nice. It had 1.5 bath. Separate soak tub and shower. Air conditioner worked great. Was priced better than other nearby properties in Elk Grove. More bang for your buck.

Located across the street from loads of stores… shop till you drop! Coffeemaker, microwave and fridge in modern rooms; Neutrogena prods in bathrooms with extra towels (without even asking). Excellent service from all staff. The beautiful and spacious front lobby features various seating options and complimentary coffee and refreshing fruit water.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. One of the most clean Hilton's I have seen. Used a conference room and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to participate in the complimentary breakfast even though we were not over night guests.

The Garden Inn remains one of my favorite Hilton properties. Clean, spacious and comfortable with a really nice breakfast in the morning. Staff engagement is high and I always enjoy my stay.

It's classy for this area. Love the lobby ambiance. When you check in they give you bottled water free! It's a small gesture but to me, I was pleased! The breakfast costs $12.95 no continental breakfast. Gym here is decent as well good stack of dumbbells up to 50lbs. With cardio machines. Oh and a bar closes at 9pm.

Very nice and very clean hotel. I highly recommend this spot. I'm only here for the night but cleanliness is a big deal and this place is. The room is spacious, looks newly updated and is beautiful! This hotel is on my list for when I pass through the Sacramento area and if I were to stay in the area awhile I would probably stay here. The only negative was that I wish the staff was more friendly at check in.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The standard internet worked well. The breakfast was quite good. All of the employees who helped us during our stay were courteous, warm, and helpful.

We choose this hotel for its proximity to my husbands conference. From the moment you enter attention to you their customer is on. :) We choose room with breakfast. We are so happy we did. It is a true made to order breakfast with your choice of sides and extras. I was also working while here. Business center amenities proved sufficient. One team member I would like to thank is Angel Ramos. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I will return to this hotel when in the area.

Awesome stay! Wonderful facilities from the room to the pool. Staff was incredibly friendly and very accomodating. We had a part we had to fix on our car and they lent us some tools so we wouldn't have to buy any. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nice hotel of course. Friendly staff and good housekeeping. Was here on business and stayed on the 4th floor. Internet has a sign in page, but the speeds are acceptable around 5mb down and up with 25 for a ping. Faster internet would be nice. Flat panel LG TV with directv. Microwave and fridge in room. Microwave is poor quality. Rooms are nice overall and has a good shower. Didn't care for the pillows. Had breakfast at the hotel restaurant down in the lobby. It was good and a decent amount of food for $12.95. Did not use the pool, hot tub, or fitness center. Washers and dryers are good quality and your clothes are dry when the cycle completes. Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.

I had a very nice experience here. The beds were comfortable, had a nice time in the pool. I had dinner at Chick-Fil-A though, lol. Also, nice bathtub! Keep it up Hilton.

The room is nice and the beds are comfortable. At check in the girl seemed rather condescending. Possibly because I was a one night stay instead of a business stay.

Pretty nice hotel. The decor of the overall hotel is very elegant and comfortable. We got here pretty late at night, and waited a long time to be checked in, only to be given keys to a room with one bed when we asked for 2. Had to go back and wait another 10 minutes to get switched, apparently, their system showed that the rooms were switched so the first room was supposed to have 2 beds. The beds are pretty comfortable though, and it's pretty close to restraunts and shopping.

I honestly am not really sure where to start. My fiance and I had a majority of our wedding guests book rooms through your hotel in Elk Grove. We had numerous problems with this location and are more than unhappy. We had over 65 guests stay at the hotel on 9/18 and the service that we received for booking that many rooms was disappointing. When we originally booked the room with Renae Owens she assured us that we would have pool access after the wedding for our guests. She said that if we brought food back to the people in charge that night, that they would let us in without a problem. They didn't do this, and wouldn't accomodate us in any way. I also called her and left her messages multiple times before the wedding to discuss check in times and never received ANY form of response back. I called the day before the wedding and talked to the people running the front desk to see if we could either arrange an early check in or at least make sure that the rooms would be available at 3pm (check-in time) so that people could make it to our 4pm wedding in time. When we arrived at 3:15pm on Friday one of our suites was not available and it took an additional 45 minutes to get it ready. On Saturday 9/18 the mother of the groom could not get into her room to get ready for the wedding also. We had wedding guests arriving late due to the fact that they could not get into their rooms to get ready. Needless to say I am more than unhappy with the terrible service that we received.

The bed is comfortable, the shower is laid out nicely, they have fridge and microwave, HD TV. The staff was more friendly and accommodating than a much more expensive hotel in San Jose. However the internet is so slow that it is difficult to do work that requires high bandwidth. On one trip I got around 256 kbps, but on this latest trip I'm getting 995 kbps. Latency is about 86 ms. When I'm used to 15 mbps at home and faster at work, this created a negative experience.
