My favorite place to stay. The rooms are very clean, The staff is courteous and attentive, They allow pets without a charge and have reasonable rates. Whenever I end up on the road, they're the first place I look for. I highly recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆

I just love this hotel it has the best service ever.

It had good hot water actually felt more comfortable than the sunshine hotel and has a little stove sheets are clean a d ac works the best for this weather.

We checked in and our room was not pleasing at all. As soon as we walked in the smell was awful. It was like a combination between smoke and urine. Then the covers were wrinkled and stained. My husband found a poop stain in the toilet. The was a dead bug between the sheets. I didn't feel comfortable. We were there twenty minutes and I was ready to go. I can't be in a hotel where I don't feel comfortable with letting my son take off his shoes. Needless to say, we left and stayed at a different hotel in Tustin. We stayed here before and it was not like this. This time it was disgusting.

Stopped by to visit friends who were staying. The parking looked sparse but there was plenty in back, too. The rooms were nice and pretty roomy. I've never stayed here, but based on what I saw, I'd definitely consider it.

This is a good example of fake remodeling. They repaint and change the color scheme and add more modern pictures to an old, smelly hotel. Shame. My mattress had to have been at least 20 years old and it felt like I was in a dilapidated hospital when I was in the bathroom. Upside, all the staff was friendly and helpful.

If your looking for cockroaches, homeless loitering, crack heads, and police driving through parking lot then this motel is a great value. And Drugs easy to get as. They will ask anyone to buy if thats your gig. Since I'm being honest, one of the best coolest people that works there is Christian who works the. Counter. The other chick manager is a total racist #$&@

The good news is that the room was clean and there is plenty of shopping within walking distance. The bad news was that on both nights I stayed, I was awaken by very load noises and talking around 3 am. My room was close to the office and the vending machines so maybe a room further away would have been better. The Hilton it is not. Definitely a 2 star.

Rooms in great condition. Security walks aroubd all day and night. Near a mall and affordable movie theater.

The room is nice I like that it had a hotplate to cook small meals in comfy beds Wi-Fi was strong overall really good expect the crowd it attracts not always the best.

I Always stay at red roofs, no problem at all. Nice to see there is security as well.

I definitely love this place there service is very good housekeeping team r excellent n everyone in the office r so polite like how they explain everything let u see the room before u decide to stay there so respectful n friendly they make us feel like home well that's how I feel staying at Red Roof thanks for everything.

I spent one night at this hotel, woke up to use the restroom and found cockroaches in the bathroom. Upon checkout, I reported this to the front desk, the young lady who"s name is Janet asked me why I didn't call them at 4 am when I found them. Apparently the customers are not guaranteed a full nights rest and are expected to deal with these types of situations on their own. When I stated that I paid $77.69, Janet interrupted me to tell me that I ONLY paid 59.99 plus tax for my room. I then showed her my receipt which clearly shows that I paid 77.69 in cash. This discrepancy raised a red flag — and it seems as if their night employee who helped me may have taken extra cash. Now, because their staff are thieves and management is incompetent, I am out 77.69 for a roach infested room and was helped by a shady employee. Trust me — save your money and avoid the headache — this place is terrible and the service is worse than that.

This place is a good price; the recessionists are very friendly, as not in all hotels have low prices and more with Cosina, refrigerator, microway, I recommend it and is close to tourist places as well as Disney Landy to about 15 minutes.

Frustrating. The look of the room is very nice. But halfway through the night half the power outlets went out. Woke up to a phone with no battery and a warm fridge. Had to throw out most of our food. Very thin blankets and very few towels. Has a bible.

I love it here. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and has everything I need. I love the mini fridge with the freezer. I would recommend this place over any other.

We were called just hours before arriving to confirm we needed the two rooms I had reserved, nice touch. A few hours after arriving the room we were in had zero hot water, after calling the front desk they investigated and within 5 min had called us and upgraded our room to a new location. I really appreciate this prompt service even though we had already settled into the other room. Only negative I had with this location was the bed was pretty hard and pillows as well. Good location fairly easy to get to.

Had all the amenities you could need. No toothpaste or toothbrush. Good nightly rate.

Hands down the seediest hotel I've stayed in in orange county. Parking lot after dark full of prostitutes and drug dealers. Asked for 2 wake up calls for very important meetings at court house and received neither of them. So on top of seediness the service was crucially terrible. The rooms were at least clean but extremely out dated and dark.

Front office personal are so kind n respectful the room r big n nice 2 beds for a great price.

Very nice people, someone ran into my car. But very nice young girl very helpful. Clean felt safe.

Some rooms at this Red Roof are available for weekly-stay rates — I'm paying a hair under $58 p/night, tax included. This beats Motel 6, as here I've got a fairly large fridge — very cold; new microwave; TV w/ a large variety of cable channels; + Wi-Fi — not high speed, but serviceable. Excellent hot water in sink; water pressure in shower is pretty good. Room is quite clean, tho furnishings are old. Weekly change of sheets & towels. Bedspread has seen better days, but — as you know — you get what you pay for. Excellent location — just off the 5 + the 22. Very near a large mall, Starbucks, fast food + better restaurants. I recommend this for the budget traveler.

The first time I was there I loved it but the second time I thought I saw a hoorrrible tick!

Requested single bed non-smoking room. Got a double bed smoking room that smelled like the Marlborough man died in it.

We have a beautiful suite. Very clean and very comfortable with a wide variety of amenities. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. We are really enjoying our stay here so far.

The staff is rude, and the rooms are too dirty. This motel does not live up to the standards of that of a Red Roof inn.

The rooms in Red Roof are as you expect in an older, standard hotel. You have the usual amenities, but nothing stands out. The room I started in, the mattress was a little soft. The springs were a bit on the loose side and so you could hear it when you turned in bed or sat on it. For the price, it's a decent night's sleep.

Room was dirty feeling and looking. Hallways smelled gross and the carpet in the hallways looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The was all kinds of food crumbs, dirt, little pieces of trash, leaves etc. Scattered all over the floor in the hallways and the carpets were full of stains too… Really horrible overall in the cleanliness category.

Staff very helpful & courteous. Rooms are being updated. Beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying the next time we are in the area!

Rates are reasonable for weekly but roaches all over the room. Will move you but to a more expensive room. Other than that nice!

Rooms are ok, nothing special, just a lot of homeless and weirdos walking around there often. At least it's behind a Polly's Pies, I love eating at that place.

Its clean and safe. For the price you cant beat it! The office staff are super helpful and friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I envoy staying here and am bummed when they sell out and I have to stay elsewhere when im in the area.

There were some ants walking around on the shower head, and the shower curtain was a bit funky smelling. Other than that, everything went as expected. Decent place, 3/5

So I drove inn to Santa Ana like at 3am for my bros graduation. And I knew that the hotels in SA are ghetto as can be. But I thought it's the red roof it will be legit. Let me tell you it's the most disgusting place I have ever been inn I check out and got my money back. To many homeless and tweekers. To much shit going on. Never again.

The staff at this location. Is one of the best teams I have s3n they maintain the property an keep all the drama around away an off its prpertu. I enjoy my stay there every time I go.

Kitchens and fridges… Nice but bad people hang around this area. Close to mall and friendly staff.

Room was musky smelling and wasn't even cleaned. Broken glass was still on the floors. Never again.

Location, size of facility means always rooms available however there's no maid service, breakfast of any kind, and laundry facilities aren't available that often.

Rooms are not clean. Founds someone else's hair in bathroom. Stains and cigarette burn holes in everything and ash all over the window seal. Will not be staying her again.

Been here a couple of times as an emergency when our power was out. On the face of it, this place is good. However they cater to meth addicts and other drug users. They rent rooms (frequently off the books at night). A cousin of mine is an addict and this is where he goes too. This hotel has a lot going for it but needs new ownership to clean it up.

Some type of sketchy meth deal going on outside "block d" involving 6 wangsters with lots of face tattoos. Asked to be moved as the situation was pretty intense but got stonewalled at front desk.

Staff very accommodating and friendly no matter what hours I went to the front desk. My apartment was not going to be ready for a month, my stuff was in storage and I was able to rent a very clean room, it had a cooking stove top, microwave and mini-fridge the weekly rate was extremely reasonable and it is close to restaurants, shopping, markets. The pool and spa were clean, was not sure I would feel safe in the area but had no problems. They were remodeling a room close to me and I'm a day sleeper, but they were very quiet and considerate. The only negative was there were a lot of people hanging out on the steps, and in the walkway's smoking, that was the only disappointment and management can't really help that.

I had the WORSE experience EVER staying that this hotel. Not only was there a cockroach in my room (I can proved pictures) but my clothes and school supplies were stolen from my back pack. The only thing that hotel did was give me a 15% discount on my room for ONE night and I stayed there two nights. The jeans that were taken from me were worth more than what the discount was. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Block D is outdated, dirty, and smelly. Upon arrival, there was a dried blood stain on the wall and the room STUNK. Meth users hanging around the stairs outside (dilated pupils, moving 100 miles per hour, chain smoking). We asked to be moved closer to the lobby, and were told we would be charged an upgrade fee to move to two FULL beds instead of the two QUEENS we reserved? They did not charge us after all, but the new room had all the baseboards pulled off the walls, and we had to clean the tub with a bleach cleanser (we purchased at store just for this purpose) and the washrag was BLACK from all the grime that was removed! The showerhead was chest high (I'm 5'6) and I had to squat to wash my hair. It was the second floor! Stained bedspreads. Friendly and helpful staff, just a crappy place to stay.

This hotel is by far "THE WORST " we have ever stayed at,! when they say " you get what you pay for" it completely applies to this monstrosity. Due to the fact the entire property is dated, worn, un kept and reeks of old built up dirt and filth, it needs to be completely gutted and refurbished. RRInn should be ashamed of themselves for taking ANY monies from guests to stay at this property, it is THAT bad.

I'm perplexed with a few of the false comments accusing the housecleaning staff of stealing? That's just rubbish! I've been staying with this Red Roof Inn for years, and have always found the housecleaning staff to be sweet, honest, and polite. To give a fair and honest review is one thing, but to slander and (falsely) accuse the housekeeping department is slander! These hardworking women are (and I will stake my name on it) honest, kind, and innocent of any wrong-doing. — Johnny Luckett.

The maids go through ur stuff when ur not in ur room I caught one with my web cam cuz a lot of stuff was missing from my room.
