Very bad experience with the General manager Mrs Jill and director of communication Gladis Young. Poor responses from Gladis regarding missing my booking at Amber restaurant. She hasn’t investigated at all but assumes it’s the fault of customer. Good is good at Amber but the service is poor! I won’t try any booking in future!

Great service, good quality of food and environment, but MO Bar is too acceptable, too noisy.

I was there for lunch. Beautiful hotel. Service in the restaurant at the bar was great and food was wonderful-simple but tasteful. Prices were reasonable for the quality, service, and nice ambience. Definitely recommendable.

I expected nothing less that perfection from a Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong… and they STILL managed to well exceed our expectations! We only stayed one night which was literally the worst part of the entire trip… I wish I could stay there forever! Let’s start with the arrival. As soon as the taxi arrived, two doormen rushed over to open our doors and take out our luggage. There are stairs but next to the stairs is a lift so the bellmen took care of the luggage (we never had to deal with our luggage checking in OR checking out). At the arrival 2 front desk reps greeted us and checked us in, offered us tea, escorted us to the room personally, walked us through the room’s functions, then came BACK to the room and gave me a special chocolate cake because she realized the next day was my birthday! This all happened within the first 30 minutes we were there! I booked this with my AMEX Platinum which has a partnership with them through their Fine Hotels and Resorts collection so they honored all the benefits including early check in at noon, late check out at 4pm, $100 spa credit, complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast for two daily, AND complimentary room upgrade. Speaking of breakfast, we got to choose from their buffet or the Amber restaurant (a 2 Michelin star restaurant! ). The room we got upgraded to was STUNNING and had one of the most beautiful bathrooms ever. It was also well designed and incredibly spacious (there were 3 TVs!

There are couple criteria must be met for my 5 stars. Efficiency: I mistakenly booked the L600 Executive instead of L600 Deluxe but the manager was kindly enough to switch for me on the next day. The manager himself guided me and my family to the room while arrived to the hotel. No check-in process at the lobby. Everything was done in the room by him. Absolutely a highly personalized services. Safety: Hotel guests need to walk up the stair in order to enter the hotel that can prevent any stranger gets into the hotel. Of course, a hotel card is need to get up the the floor. Professionalism: The personnels who works in the lobby recognized me and called me by title when they saw me regardless any shift. Cleanliness: Room:Twice a day housekeeping and a turndown service in the evening. Lobby, elevators: clean and neat with fresh scents all the time. Comfortability: The room itself is really nice and excellent design quality. I stayed at Landmark for 3 nights and the hotel is quite that never heard any door banging. I personally love the bathroom design and that's why I chose the deluxe over the executive suite. Overall, the hotel is deemed "world class in every manner" and services are deemed meticulous and exceeding my expectations.

This is the place for afternoon cocktails, worth a visit to escape the hustle and bustle of HK and the snacks, oh my the best olives ever, be prepared to pay though.

We used to staying here all the time with my colleagues. It is nice, cozy and the staff is very helpful and patient! However, this place is definitely more suitable for measure rather than business trips, since the rooms are very dark and impossible to work in the evenings! Another issue is the lack of parking in front! If you have to manage a large group with multiple cars, it will be a nightmare for you (we had 4-5 different cars), especially taking into account how busy is the main road! So I would suggest to stay here only when you have no urgent plans and strict agenda! I was also surprised by the quality of the in-room dining (after 1.00am). Delicious traditional dishes and great service! I am not going to talk about the clinginess of the rooms, as we all know high standards of Mandarin orientals.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The room is nice. The service is flawless. Facilities are all in excellent conditions. I enjoy every minute here.

In Sai Ying Pan Fork Road should turn left to left you count the living part of the system. The silver in the central ring of the left system go to Queen's Road Central Queen's Road Central, no clue ah, just to the mountains, good mountain can return to the come isolation of the bar is not a few.

Nice shopping mall. At the high end so prices are also high end.

•SPA• A frequent diner of their restaurants but I wouldn't talk about this as many people will comment on their buffet or bar. But I definitely love the spa here and it always makes me want to come back just for an hour or so. Despite other customers of the spa always having an absolutely bitter and sour faces (which makes it a torture as you usually will want to enjoy their jacuzzi before the spa), it's a comfortable and relaxing spa after all. The ambience is very cosy. But their Brazilian waxing was not too professional because of the high turnover rate. Was a bit disappointed as the staff who did mine left MO and the replacement did a bad job. For the price I paid, never again. Definitely recommend their scrub, facial and massage.

Mostly went here to meet up with a friend in the mall. It's extremely clean and has the nicest public restrooms.

Absolutely love this hotel. Have Stayed here 3 times this year and can never get enough. A very big shout out to John the famous door man. He is so friendly, helpful, generous and just a delight to chat to. He always remembers me and always ask me about past guest I've bought with me on previous visit. This recent trip I used the room service a lot and I felt it was great value and delicious. Rooms are very spacious and with very modern facilities. The hotel is in a great location to shopping Malls, great coffee and close to the soho district. Thank you for another great visit.

MO Landmark is the best MO I've ever stayed in. Love the spa and pool. Fantastic breakfast (buffet in the bar downstairs is better than the al at carte in the restaurant). Don't even think about it. Just book it.
