Very clean. Breakfast is made fresh gives four options. Always great stays with best western. Staff was very friendly and pool was very clean. Hardwood floor no dealing with dirty carpet. Very safe area.

Be aware: this is not a safe hotel. I stayed between 10/9-10/11. The morning I checked out, I found my car had been broken into and several of my belongings taken. so be wary. Your car may be broken into. I had parked in the lot between the pool and the Main Street. It can happen anywhere, but this hotel obviously knows it's an issue but would rather not involve themselves.

Great pool, upgraded rooms with laminate flooring and a full breakfast. You can hear the planes sometimes but they weren’t irritating.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast ladies very sweet. Beds comfortable.

Refused check in and was told my booking was non refundable. Haven't slept in 2 days and wasted $70 on Uber.

This place was fantastic! We were looking for a good deal that was reasonably close to the hotel that was kid friendly. This was it! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was actually really good as well! Everything is made to order with items such as bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, or waffles. They also provide plenty of fresh fruits and juices. We absolutely loved our stay! We will definitely be back!

Have been using this property for my overnight stay's in orange county for the past couple years. The check-in staff is the best in the area, right along with the morning breakfast crew that make a good meal great. Most if not all the rooms have been updated and look and feel comfortable. So very glade that I found this hotel for my stay away from home. Hope you have the chance to experience this hotel and great a staff.

It was a nice getaway for my Wife & I.
The room was nice & clean. The Free Breakfast was an added Bonus & the staff seemed really nice. Overall a great experience & would definitely recommend this hotel to Visit if you’re in the area.

I've stayed in Best Westerns from New York City to Southern California. I've also had the opportunity to stay at Best Westerns all across Europe. To date, this Best Western rates in my top 3. The rooms are well appointed with generous closet space. Ample & safe parking. Generous amenities. Wonderful, complimentary, made to order breakfast. As a side note, I've been a Best Western customer for over 20 years. I'm a lifetime (grandfathered) Diamond Member and reap a plethora of benefits from the generous Rewards Program. I highly recommend becoming a Rewards member. Joining the Rewards Program is free and you begin earning points with your first stay. Don't delay. Each night you stay as a non-Rewards Member you are literally forfeiting dollar after dollar in valuable Reward Points.

Traveled to California from Texas and needed a hotel in the O. C. Without breaking my wallet. This Best Western could not have been a better choice. Hotel appearance is gorgeous and rooms look great. This hotel made our vacation that much better. We knew each night we were coming back to a sparkling clean room, clean pool area, and plenty of free parking. I would absolutely stay at this same hotel the next time I'm in Orange County.

Friendly and helpful staff is just one reason I stay here every time I'm in LA area on business (about 4X per year). Great cooked to order breakfast and always good coffee, fresh OJ, cinnamon rolls, cereal, and fresh cut fruit with TV in the breakfast area to catch up on the news. Or, on a pretty day, you can dine on the patio. This is the best value for the $ in LA area. Let me work in the business center one evening long after I had checked out. When a business associate visited me early one morning, the lobby clerk saw us sitting in the lobby talking and gave my associate a free breakfast. Super nice folks who now how to.

We enjoy staying at this Best Western on our trips to California to see our son and his family. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and the pool area is beautiful. Very comfortable.

How would you like to wake up at midnight to the sound of bombs going off several times, outside your window! It was terrifying for me! Yet, dismissed like nothing. It happens all the time, said the clerk when I called the front desk. I did not enjoy my stay here at all. In the afternoon, they were cutting palm trees, so I had to listen to chain saws buzzing, while children screamed in the pool below me. The room needed updating, but was clean. Had to search for hidden coffee machine and hair dryer. The mattress was uncomfortable, but looked clean. Breakfast on the weekend is made to order, one at a time, so around 9-10 am there's long lines waiting, waiting. I would not recommend this large Best Western Hotel to anyone who is looking for quality.

I'm actually rating this hotel as according to the fact that it's a Best Western. If it was a good one, I would have given it 5 stars but there are a few things that took it down a couple of stars. I first want to say the front desk staff was great. She was very helpful. They lost stars in 2 areas. First the pillows are actually half pillows. I don't know what the deal is there but I can tell you that I stayed in other chains since and it appears to be the way hotels are going. I personally don't like it. The second area is the breakfast area. It is way too small to accommodation the number of guests they have. That means you have to wait for someone to leave to eat. The breakfast also wasn't impressive… And how hard is it to make breakfast?!

Very clean. Comfortable beds! Comes with free breakfast which is pretty good. Will be coming back.

Bad service nothing to collaborate with the client has a very poor administration and we have used Best Wester in almost all the country are racist.

Charged me $115 room deposit on my credit card and will only refund $100 of it. Saying they didn't charge me it. When I showed them the charge, they just shrugged and said we can only refund what their computer shows. This after the skecky night guy tried to double charge us and couldn't do math even with the use of a calculator. The room was nice though and beds were comfortable.

Reasonably priced, good quality hotel. I generally prefer Hampton but in my opinion the service I get here is better than at the Hampton next door. I particularly like the cook-to-order breakfast. The rooms are adequate, beds are fairly comfortable and the price is significantly less than the Hampton. I have stayed here perhaps five times and the experience has been consistent.

We got in Fridsy night the toliet was clogged Was sold out so no other room was offered. We left the next day to Universal Studios and when we returned hours later, our room was left open and unlocked by housekeeping. Upon checking out we were offered a 20% discount for our problems. Hyu (the GM of the hotel) was not helpful or sincere. Sadly disappointing! Will NEVER stay or refer anyone to stay!

Nice, inexpensive place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff members and a great breakfast daily. Very clean and had a nice outdoor pool area. My only recommendation for them would be to replace the weather seal around the exterior doors of rooms that need it replaced. Overall, a nice place and would definitely recommend to others, especially if flying into or out of the Orange County airport!

Convenient to Orange County Airport (SNA) but few restaurants nearby. Standard amenities. A quick check in and check out. Floor in room was not carpeted. Looked like wood-grained linoleum on the floor. I've never seen that before. Odd smell in room. The hot breakfast was served at a counter manned by one staff member. Food came from steamer trays in the back but it was cold and unappetizing. I probably would not stay here again as there are at least 6 other hotels on the same street.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this place. A customer had payed in cash the day I had stayed there. When I had gotten to the hotel that night I pulled the cash out of my pocket and put it on the table with the lamp on a corner so that it didn't blow away from the air conditioner blowing. Had to leave in a rush and had forgotten all about the cash. When I called the hotel to let them know I had forgotten it. I was called a liar. I was told that the head maid had said that the money was not turned in. Then I was told that I could not speak to her because she wasn't working. Then and finally I was told that I couldn't prove that I had left the money. I am a platinum member at a few different hotel chains. I don't need to scam a hotel out of money. It's not the loss of money that makes me angry it's the way I was treated when I had informed them that I had left it behind.

Great clean, comfortable and efficient hotel. Check-in/out went very quickly. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and shower excellent. Everything in the room worked as expected. Ride to airport the next morning was uneventful and on time. Breakfast was different and very nice. You ordered your main dish which was then prepared and brought to your table. However, all the continental breakfast items were still available for those who rather just “grab and go”. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It was definitely the best decisions for our trip. The hotel is very well located, you have outlets and the Disney Parks super close by.
The room was large and clean, furniture in good condition, with all the necessary services, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge bar, mini room, etc.
Included breakfast, not the best but we were very satisfied during our stay.

This place is nice and clean. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff was really nice. It's not that much and they didn't try to nickel and dime me. Plus theirs a 7-11 near by and plenty of fast food options. I use this place for when I go to the psx but I'd use it for Disneyland too. I guess it's my go to if I'm in the area.

Eh. Room has wood floors. Room hasn't been cleaned in weeks. (The clock hasn't been changed for daylight savings time. ) There is a gap in the door so dust comes in. Our family's feet were immediately dirty. Breakfast was eh. Normal hotel breakfast, but they made you order, and brought it to your table. Same quality. It was also cold. The beds are on wheels, and so they move. The air-conditioner makes a very loud noise and woke up my kids at night every 20 minutes. The hot tub was warm, but not hot. Nothing besides the floor the first day was gross, but the rest was just "eh. "

I stayed here for a week on two different occasions. Great hotel with amazing staff. My only complaint was that our hotel room neighbors were crazy loud and smoked right outside both our doors.

Clean, quiet, and interesting layout. May be a bit confusing at first but after the first night it will make sense. The breakfast seems one step above Hampton Inn and the rooms a spacious considering the price, (sofa, bed, fridge, microwave, TV) not bad. The basics are covered. I would stay here again. Not very far from various grocery stores, restaurants etc. Doesn't seem to have too much traffic in this area. The parking is decent.

Like this hotel a lot. Comfortable clean rooms, beds. Good Wi-Fi. Relatively large swimming pool that I have not tried but seen many use. Good free breakfast. Fitness room/equipment could benefit from updating and having everything in good repair.

This is a great hotel for the money, more on the budget side of the accommodations but the rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is fantastic. I would consider this to be a four star hotel but it's lacking some of the upscale qualities that one would find in a four star hotel. More of a family hotel instead of a weekend for two getaway hotel or relaxation hotel.

Prompt service when there was an temporary issue in the room. Room was spotless. Breakfast was a 4 option choice with eggs, ham, hash browns etc. Not the best Best Western breakfast I've had, but it was sufficient that I could skip going to breakfast somewhere else. Washer and dryer on site. Internet was able to take care of my media needs but my room was directly above the office…? The pool area is also closed off in the hotel compound.

Very good hotel! I love the Best Western brand, it suits both business and family travel. They take good care of customers. This location fits perfectly in the brand. The breakfasts are excellent, comfortable bedding, very clean, and wonderful employees who were so nice. I've been here a few times now and will stay here again next time I'm back for business.

Great hotel, being a diamond member. I have stayed here at least 200 times for business and pleasure over the past 5 years. They can been very consistent and the value received vs the price paid is the reason for returning. We will continue to stay there, have recommended and will continue to recommend the hotel. There are restaurants near at The District like Lucille's BBQ we recommend.

Best western plus Santa Anna loves to "sell out " their rooms without offering sufficient parking to their paying guest… and then proceeds to block off 10 spots for "construction crews" — — — as well As place palettes of cement bags/pavers in handy cap spots… Their response by the manager? Call me at 8 am — and get stuffed about not being able to park — to access your room. … Oh — by the way — we are also going to allow the night service clerk park his Mercedes in the spots… but not give you the option to wake up and move your car when "construction crews arrive " on SUNDAY… Oh — — and now we are towing your car as well… (not my vehicle — — but about 5-6 others) This place has no ethics for business — — strongly recommend a pass on anyone staying here
Next morning — — no construction crews arrived, parking spaces were still empty — — (after the mass towing) And the owner said there was nothing to be done … (tough luck buttercup) So Best Western Values non existent construction crews over paying guest — — — and will have your car towed to save face for their own bold face lie… Poor form…

Dont even know where to start, we called to make reservation for 4 nights and they said it would be $92 a night so we get there and trusting that they would keep their word on price we checked in and sign the reciept, the room they assigned us was on 3rd floor and as soon as we walked in we could smell that someone before us smoked in there I didnt want make a big ordeal since we were tierd and already there just figuered to air it out. Upon using sink we noticed it delayed in draining but again was tierd and already there. Next morning we noticed sheets were stained and ask the cleaning lady to switch them for us and she did. So fastforward to check out, we checked out and when I asked for a copy of receipt I noticed price didnt add up they charged me $92 for the first 2 nights and for the other $97 which that wasnt the agreement but we signed it trusting that they would keep their word and sure enough they didnt, I just let it go and walked out.

Absolutly loved the free breakfast that they offer. The rooms are nice and no problema were found.

Very average rooms — — tile in bathroom was a little dirty. The sink made a very loud draining noise. Extensive breakfast even if the area is pretty crowded. Terrible exercise room.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms. Hearty breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff. Occasionally things break as a matter of course for places like these and they are very quick and responsive to fixing them. We've stayed here repeatedly for years. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel in June after booking through a discount site. The room was spacious and hotel close to the highway. Once we arrived, we were greeted with gnats all over the mirrors. I killed some of them but they kept coming. After it being unbearable, I called the front desk to tell them about the gnats. They promptly sent maintenance to the room and he sprayed. That didn't solve the problem and after coming back again, he discovered a rotten banana behind the TV. I would stay here again but they definitely need to make sure they thoroughly clean and fumegate often.

Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have recently renovated the rooms so the furnatrue is nice, however they put in hardwood flooring. The furnatrue is constantly moving and it is hard to even sit up in bed without the bed sliding across the floor. The hardwood flooring also makes the room very cold.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, I as the customer got treat poorly, we are there to receive the hotel employees, do not say anything to them as you will be yelled at like a child, and please do t contact management as they laugh at you and make you feel like you are in the wrong, and please do t call corporate office they are even worse. They like the blame game. Go to the Hampton Inn right across from them as they are worth every penny you spend.

To my knowledge, my parents who recently stayed here do not use Google+, so I am writing a review instead. (Parts of their recent visit with me took place in their room and in the hot tub). My mother absolutely loved it here and plans to stay here every time my parents come to visit me. This BW is only 1.6 miles from my home, eliminating the need for my parents to get on any freeways to pick me up each day that they're here.

I stayed here for four nights in January, 2015. The first morning I was getting getting ready for a meeting and my room had a POWER OUTAGE. Only my room!. They moved me into another room across the way. When I came back to the hotel that evening I realized I had left some expensive designer soap in the other room on the bathtub. Front desk called housekeeping and they all claimed they didn't have it. SO they either threw it away or they have a THIEF. I put some leftovers in the room fridge that night. Woke up the next morning to eat them and everything was spoiled including the food I had brought from home. The fridge was busted. Had to call maintenance AGAIN. Day three. Took a bath. Bathtub would not drain. Had to call maintenance AGAIN. Three days, three maintenance calls! Finally, and this one beats it all. We checked out and drove eight hours home on Sunday. After returning home, we realized we had left a set of keys in the top drawer of the dresser in the room. We called the hotel immediately and of course they could not find them! they absolutely have some very uncaring housekeeping! don't ever leave anything in these rooms. You will never see them again.

Ants, worn out plumbing and bad attitudes here. The guests are there for the management's convenience. Not the other way around. Lots of "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" signs along with lots of other "do this" "don't do that" signs posted all over. Gotta keep those guests in line sort of thing. I asked management "Could you please change the channel in the breakfast room" you can't turn your ears off you know plus 6:00 am before work is just to early for the politically charged programming they were playing. The response was "No" and "Everyone has an opinion" then Do what everyone does "ignore it" then "you're the first one to ever complained" then "we only have a TV in there because best western makes us" "sorry if you don't want to stay" Wow! Worst service ever. Did I mention ants? oh yeah the hotel across the street is cheaper and newer, the hotel across the parking lot is newer much nicer and only $10 more per day. Do not waste you cash and energy here.

This was a very nice surprise. Two clean rooms, well furnished and stocked, in a nice location. The staff was friendly. The courtyard and pool were gorgeous. We had a nice swim, comfortable stay, and good breakfast. The neighborhood was nice, and quiet. No complaints from us. Best part of this stay was going around the corner to SPOONS restaurant. Great staff, service, and food.

My wife, infant twins, and I stayed there mid August and initially thought it would be fine. We were put into room 301 and thankfully there was an elevator to get the stroller and luggage upstairs. When we first walked into the room, we noticed a stale smoke smell, as if the room had been a smoking room at one point many years ago, and when the motel went smoke free they didn't take the time to repaint, re-carpet, or replace the furniture and drapes. We also heard a periodic beep from the smoke detector (usually a sign the battery needed to be changed, right? ). We called the front desk (it was 11pm when we arrived). They said to simply disconnect it, then sent a maintenance man up who promptly removed the detector and didn't replace it. We DIDN'T have a smoke detector the remainder of our stay. While the maintenance man was there, my wife commented that the fridge was not cold. He had to pull the unit out of the decorative cabinet to turn it on. The breakfast was acceptable, but I would advise getting there early to ensure you get a table. We did not use the wireless internet system. FINALLY, We were getting the twins ready to go down to the breakfast, and were just about to put them in their car seats. I noticed a swarm of ants on both car seats as we were lowering them in. We had put the seats next to the door on the coffee table. There was a line of ants running from the door handle/latch along the wall and across the car seats.

I do not like the parkinh. Small for the hotel. Breakfast ok and nothing more.

We made reservations online and confirmed over the phone a two weeks prior when we arrived at BW orange county airport north, we where told our reservations where not made basically DID NOT EXIST, even after showing the confirmation printout we were told this was a computer error, and I always call in my confirmations just to avoid this type of issue and that did not help. being that there was a big event in the area it was impossible to find a vacancy anywhere else and the " asst general manager" Vibi said that she would try to get a room for us the next day, we exhousted all efforts of finding a safe hotel anywhere with no luck, so me myself my wife and two kids slept in our car the first night til they could gt us a room. It was asalutly the worst experiance I have ever had with any business it completly ruined my family precious vacation time, and to top all of the great service of that BW always advertises noone from the general manager or headquarters returned our calls for a simple apology, we where told by the corporate office each BW is run independitly and that they could not assist in any way. Would never ever return to a best western due to my experiance with orange county airport north.
