The girls loved taking a bath in the jacuzzi, beds were comfortable.

I helped as a volunteer staff member at an event this past weekend and the staff at the hotel was so kind and helpful. Especially Ariana at the front desk. She really wanted to make sure our event went as smoothly as possible and that our guests were happy. Thank you so much for your kindness and going above and beyond Ariana. You were a ray of sunshine on this rainy weekend. ☀️

Had a good stay here. Room was large and service was good. The only downside I had was that the pool was outside of my room so I couldn't have curtains open and it was loud.

The location of this hotel is great, very convenient, very close to a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as a gas station that is practically on site. The suite we got was awesome, and with the large (2-person) jacuzzi tub in the room, the king suite jacuzzi room was great for my fiancé and I.

Parking is super small for any hotel. My car was damaged and they would not help me with my case. Avoid it if you value your vehicle.

First time staying at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and they all have warm greetings. The person that checked us in was informative and gave us advise on best places to eat around the hotel. Also told us that their breakfast was bomb. I was super hung over and needed food in my system the next day. I remembered the front desk told me about breakfast. So I got myself up super early to get some lol. The place has super comfortable beds. The rooms are a good size and have great looking bathrooms. Definitely staying here again.

This hotel is an awesome place to have meetings. My marketing group has been meeting here forever and the service and staff are totally awesome! We meet for breakfast. They are spot on!

Helpful staff. Had water with fruit in it in the lobby. Room was a good size and had a Jacuzzi tub. Overall great experience.

Surprisingly was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. The whirlpool tub, clean room, and comfortable bed were great.

Awesome service as always, I travel to the Anaheim area at least once a month and this Holiday Inn is one of my go to places. Close enough to Disneyland, and just a stone throw from LA. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Probably one of the best hotels I've seen for the money in a long time…! Staff was very professional amenities were amazing… Great location… There's something about that places got a nice vibe… Highly recommended… Let's not mention the bartender…! Which was nothing short of amazing!

Banquet Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for events. Staff is nice and easy to work with. Definitely a good place to hold an event.

If you compare this hotel with with the Stanton Inn in Anaheim, you'll find that there is no comparison. This beautiful hotel is very modern, boasts whirlpool tubs in every room, extremely comfortable beds, 50" Samsung TVs, the list is endless. The Stanton is just a glorified Motel 6 and far over-priced. I wish all hotels were as nice as Holiday Inn Express in Fullerton.

This place is great. We come back every year. The service is top notch. They evwn remember you by name. The place is always clean and quiet. I highly recommend this place.

Very polite service, efficient. I made reservations months ahead. We got Jacuzzi room, totally worth it. Very nice room, lots of pillows. Parking is very good.

The reception was very friendly and I appreciate having a happy face that actually laughs and doesn't act like a robot. The rooms were super comfortable and home-y. I loved it!

I had a very romantic stay at this hotel. I had the jacuzzi king suite. It is very spacious and the jacuzzi is a great size. My fiance and I celebrated Valentine's day there and went to Disneyland after. It's not near Disney but it's close driving distance. The room was in good condition. The front desk is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is very nice. The Jacuzzi suite is amazing however it does make the room a little humid of course but nothing a little air conditioning can't fix. The bar is a sweet treat with happy hour daily. The room super clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Very impressed with this location.

Great rooms, friendly staff and super rates! They are now serving dinner and the portions are huge and very reasonable and tasty. We have enjoyed the breakfast as each day there is some variety. … The staff is friendly and very attentive.

To travel 4 hours and check in with Steve (front desk clerk) was a very unhappy moment. I tried making conversation with home "with a smile" cause I too work in customer service… well his reaction said it all… he didn't even give me a hello or a simple smile to great me. He never made me feel welcomed… I was disappointed. The only nice person who actually smiled was a room service attendant delivering food to a room. Steve ruined my stay from the moment I tried to check in. Not good!

The room was very nice, I especially liked how they linked the Jacuzzi in the room to the bathroom. The staff was most helpful and very nice and cordial.

Location is a short uber ride from Disneyland and Garden Walk and the jacuzzi tubs are great after a day at Disney or a night of dancing at House of Blues or Heat. Hotel is on the smaller side but the rooms are decent size and always clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be.

Was visiting for a short while you celebrate a friends birthday, the room was really nice. It has a large bathtub, a kitchenette, and a large bedroom. The decor was also pretty classy I had a fun time,

Fantastic service, clean rooms, prompt room service, jacuzzi, and nice spacious rooms! Only thing that could be improved on is the lack of a microwave but honestly, that's negligible. I stayed for five days and it was excellent. I hope to stay here again when I visit Cali!

When we made our reservation we requested 2 queen beds. When we got to the hotel, we were told they only had a room with a king bed. My husband has restless leg syndrome, so he was nice enough to sleep on the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable, so we had to buy some foam. Which was an expense we didn't count on. When we went up to use the pool it was very cold. Which was a big let down. We live in Seattle and it was getting cold. So it was a treat for us to use the pool and to get some excerise. It was a nice hotel, I don't think it was worth what we paid for it. The only positive thing was the free breakfast. The lady who worked down there was very nice, and helped us with anything we needed.

The best Holiday Inn I have stayed in within the Los Angeles area. King room with jacuzzi tub is spacious and everything was clean and organized. Happy hour specials at the bar as well. Will be returning for future stays.

Decent location. It is located right off the freeway once you exit Nutwood. Kind of an unorthadoxed entrance but, wasn't hard to get too or figure out. Very beautiful entrance and welcoming. Convinient bar right inside next to reception desk with TV's to catch the best, Anaheim Angels. Room was clean and free of smoke odor. Very curious and polite receptionist when I checked in. Out of all the Holiday Inn Express' I've stayed at, this one in particular stood out the most.

Our stay was nice till we checked out after a 3 day stay. We gave our debit card pain checking in and attached it to our room. We paid bill in full at time of checkout with cash. Yet they also billed our debit card. We contacted them after reviewing our bank statement only to find charges were still pending for a bill we paid in full with cash. We were told it may take some time but it's been 3 weeks now and charges still remain on our card. This has turned out to be a nightmare and expensive one at that!

Exceptional. They greeted you like family. The room was spacious and beautiful. Clean. The beds were comfy and the water hot. Even the buffet breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and quiet rooms. Staff is courteous and polite. The food in the bar is not too shabby either. Location was great for traveling out of the city in the morning and back in when job was complete.

My suite had all the essentials, and very clean. The added plus was the in-room jacuzzi to rest my muscles after a nice work out, then one step into a clean king size bed with all the pillows needed for a good night sleep. Thank you Holiday Inn Fullerton.

Location was convenient as it was near the freeway. Rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping was prompt when we asked for things. My wife and I enjoyed out stay at the hotel. We were able to relax and not be disturbed. The ice machine is on the third floor. That was the only thing that was hard to find (it didn't say it anywhere on the room maps or anything like that). Overall good experience.

This place is great. We have come here 4 years now for an event. We love the rooms, very clean. Friendly staff too. We will be back for sure.

Love, Love, Love, this hotel. I've been here a few times, just to get away and relax. Always enjoy my stay here and always looking forward to my next visit. Rooms are spacious and VERY CLEAN! Love the Jacuzzi tub, could stay in there for hours. Jasmine checked me in and she was very friendly and pleasant. She listened to my story of why I needed a night away. She really was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you Jasmine!

The rooms were very nice and clean, each with their own in room jacuzzi tub. Morning breakfast is relatively expensive for continental style breakfast. The happy hour at the bar was reasonable, but the bar is only open until from 5pm to 10pm. Overall, I was pleased with the facility.

It was a great location, so easy to find. There is a Dennys connected by the parking lot. Plenty of parking space. The lobby bar had live music that was such a nice touch to the atmosphere. The hall we rented for our gathering was easy to find, had its own rest rooms. Overall very nice and I had a great time.

The hotel front desk was very kind and helped me find my event very easily. Not gonna say the downstairs venue was the best, got a little cramped due to us underestimating the amount of people coming to our events. However the bar was amazing and the singers were dope. Shoutsout to the Balcony.

Amazing hotel, I'm never disappointed staying here.

I stayed for business and booked the hotel without too much research. I was surprised to find its either brand new or very recently renovated, my rooms in great condition and even has a full size jacuzzi next to the bed. I'd just been expecting a tub with jets in the bathroom when I'd saw that on the room description, not for it to be a centerpiece of the room. So overall I'd say I love the hotel and would definitely opt to return on any future trips.

An outstanding value in the Anaheim area, especially with a jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend it to anyone. If it wasn't for the unexpected rainstorms, our stay would have been perfect.

It's clean but, bathroom is a walk in shower and can be quite slippery. For the price way to expensive for one night $165.00.

This is a great place. You're not going to get an inexpensive room in this part of Avenue. A great find. Here's the good and the bad: The good was very good: Conveniently located. There is transportation right outside. There's also a place to have a glass of wine next door if you're so inclined. The staff was friendly. Every time I walked through, I was given a cheery hello. The cleaning personnel were friendly and polite as well.

Stayed here for a week while traveling with work, and I have nothing but good things to say. Prices were reasonable relative to the area, and the facilities are top notch: everything from the beds, to desk, to the bathroom, including the jacuzzi tub. Next time I'm staying anywhere near Anaheim, im coming back here.

This expirence in the holiday inn was amazing. They are very organized, very good service, and polite employees esepicially a nice lady working in the buffet maria. I will be coming back in my travels to california and staying in a hoilday inn again.

I love this hotel. I'm in hotels a lot due to loving room service and this hotel is comparable to The Barona Resort (which I frequent also) My lil ones and I have been here for a week out of what should've been a 2 day stay. The pic is the jacuzzi in my bedroom. Fits 6. Love it here.

I am working in CA during the week and then commuting home on weekends. So I need a comfortable place to stay and get some rest. Overall I am quite pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room, well, The room wasn't as good as I have had in past business trips but it is still good. Weird sticky spots on the ceiling above the tub and a dampish rag left in my room one day. These were minor things that were addressed but maybe should never have come up. I think some other reviewers had commented on the noise of the AC units. They are loud. Very. Loud. But click them on low and all good travellers have a pair of soft ear plugs so sleeping is no problem. Water pressure good, hot water plentiful. Rooms had a recently redone look and the TV worked fine with lots of options. Wireless internet worked and was speedy. The breakfast buffet was about standard, nothing wow but a good starter. The lounge has food all week but the restaurant is not open all day for dinner. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Yes I said walking distance and this is a neighborhood I felt comfortable walking in. While this not a 5 star top place I have to say it is THE PLACE for me to stay while I am working here. Convenience, Staff attitude, and location are key pluses The opportunities for improvement are the housekeeping staffs attention to details and a quieter AC.
