We stayed for 5 nights and are stay was really comfortable clean and pleasant. Locality was really nice, you will find every restaurants and grocery stores near by. Front desk were really friendly and helpful. Overall it is best place to stay.

Great Place to stay. Lady at the front desk go always above and beyond in her guest service. Great staff and great room service, Clean and fresh. We will come in future very soon.

When I walked in the room, it smelled like people have been smoking meth and crack cocaine in the room. Nasty stains all over the blinds and floors. This is less of a hotel and more of a biohazard. I’m checking out tomorrow and I’m genuinely scared of catching a disease from being in here.

Very nice staff. Room was as requested. A little awkward walking around the building to get to office, public sidewalk. Plants on site were well tended and beautiful. Ice machine not working, so went to convenience to get a cup. Suggestion: Provide a TV remote that has a guide so time is not wasted and can see entire program — — Thanks again.

My friend stayed there. I went to visit. No parking. Risk getting a ticket on the street. Too many gangbangers walking around that place and what looked like dope fiend central. I'm good. I won't stay there.

I had a great time even though I was only there for a few hours the staff was great everybody was nice and helpful with my ice situation my request to be on the first floor was handled without issue the rooms were clean everything looked good.

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were quiet and clean. I needed a place to stay for a week and the price was great. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located right by the 91 freeway and Starbucks. The parking is safe and is free. It is a small hotel so does not have a lot of amenities like a pool, but that means less children, so it is quiet to relax.

If I could leave the star section blank or better yet if I could leave — 5 stars, I probably would. We booked through one of the travel websites, but even still the rate being around $90 for a night in THIS motel= completely ridiculous! Continental breakfast" was me being greeted by a guy with no shoes on, who was barely awake, what looked like day old yogurts on the counter (I was later told had been put out 2 hours early unrefridgerated), cereal (had to ask for milk and he didn't even rinse the container they served it in) about a handful of hostess mini doughnuts in a display that looked like itd been raised by a kindergarten class who just got done recessing at a dirt playground, oh and don't forget the coffee (literally day old and still in the pot from yesterday) about the only SAFE choice was the single serving Danish that were separately wrapped. They are supposedly asking $200/night here and let me tell you, this is NOT the type of place I'd be willing to spend even what WE SPENT! But, the room seemed clean, minus the empty Cheetos bag in the nightstand drawer, the sink literally smelled like a sewer, we had a beautiful back alley view to open our door to in the morning of checkout. And were harrassed by people asking to use our shower and charge there phone in the 5 minutes we went outside for a cigarette the night before. Comfortable bed is about all I can say as far as "anything good" goes. Bad location, pretty slummy and dirty.

They say you get what you pay for and this is probably the case here. It's one of the cheaper hotels in the area and being just a 15 min drive to Disneyland offers convenience. The rooms are terribly dated and worn. Stained carpets, handles hanging off drawers etc. However, the bed was relatively comfortable and if you just need a place to sleep and shower then it's fine. There is free parking but coming back from Disney we got the last space. The "breakfast" really isn't anything. The small lobby has some fruit loops and coffee and doesn't even start until 730. I imagine most people have left by then to get to Disney as it opens by 8am!

In the rooms very poor hygiene and cleanliness. I wanted to put ice in the cooler and when I opened it I found full of garbage and leftovers of used coffee bags.

I was a person who work in this hotel and the truth does not have a very good experience to say and the manager does not have good attitude for their customers and besides steals all the tips of their workers and then the girls do not have time to slice or bath Propi Or and when customers vacate the rooms the manager then BA alos rooms aber if they left tips for steal.

Room was clean and nice. Beds are a little hard.

Where do I start? Room was clean. End of GOOD review. Room was ridiculously small, where turning around was a problem. Same with the bathroom. You couldn't open the door without it hitting the toilet seat. Air conditioning unit was noisy. Front office people were pleasant but not very helpful with problems. Wi-Fi worked sporadically, breakfast was packaged pastries and not much else. Location is in a very unsavory part of town. We got what we paid for!

Clean rooms, quiet area. 5 min to Disneyland. Attracts some rowdy folk though who also loiter in the parking lot on weekend evenings.

Spacious linen very clean great service recommend it completely.

This place is a little safe heaven and has a refrigerator. The rooms were very nice and clean.

I just called right now and asked if they are near downtown fullerton and the owner was beyond rude didn't even give me a chance to ask for room prices and hung up… THEY JUST LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.

The room was clean. Location is goodnbecause its close to the freeway. The inn is really outdated but cant complain much for the price. The business needs a brigther sign.

Wifi not that great. Only 1 person can access it.

Very satisfied with my stay here. The staff was nice and very fast internet. I will stay here whenever I am in the Orange County area.

Decently priced and safe location. The front desk said they had free wireless cable internet which I found to be very fast — pages loaded instantly. There was also cable TV including movie channels, which was a plus. Overall the rooms were average looking — nothing special but I was definitely satisfied with my stay.

This hotel is disgusting. Service is terrible. Nothing in the room worked (toilet, coffee maker). Management was extremely rude when we called about fixing these things. Hookers walking up and down, banging on doors at night and early in the morning. Room smelled like smoke covered up by paint. All around terrible customer service-they didn't care if we were unhappy during our stay what so ever. Deadbolt on the door was torn off-it felt very unsafe! I knew it was bad just for the fact that I wished we had stayed at the MOTEL 6 instead.
