Not what you expect from a Travelodge. I seriously checked for bugs at every turn. Very rundown. Drug baggies in the parking lot. Won't stay there again.

Not the same as it was 20-25 years ago. A bit run down, but very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good continental breakfast, parking lot.

The sign says newly remodeled but as you can see that's a joke. It's not the only bad information you will receive if you choose to stay at this particular location. You take your life and your money into your own hands. Be careful because their Corporate office won't do anything to help with disputes.

Great location and super friendly staff. Facility is outdated. Loud but warm heater. Remember to push the room door to lock it securely.

I was not familiar with the area when I made my reservation online. The staff was courteous and the facility clean. There was a nice pool by the entrance. There was no extra blanket and the maid didn't think there were extra blankets, she only had towels. My husbands went to get ice. Two police officers were coming down the hallwaym We didn't unpack, we gathered our belongings and drove away.

Horrible! We checked I to a non-smoking room that smelled as if people had just left the room after smoking pot and the patio door wouldn't lock. We were moved to another room that smellwd better but not very clean. In the middle of the night my daughter became sick and started vomiting. We called the front office for more bed linens and towels and we were told they didn't have any extra bed linens and offered us to gather linens from rooms where people had already checked out… disgusting. No thank you! We just happened to have our sleeping bag in the car so we brought those in otherwise we would have had to check out at 3:00 am because we would have had nothing to sleep on. The staff was friendly enough however very badly equipped to handle situations like this. They should have access to clean linens for their guests. First and last time we stay here.

Worst place ever. Michael is the rudest most hateful person. He is disrespectful and racist. He cursed us out and didn't allow 4 people to stay in one room. He tried charging us extra for us to stay. There's bed bugs and roaches. I highly recommend never staying here.

Location is good, staff is friendly, pool area is quiet, rooms are clean but need alot of maintaining, meaning paint is chipping, trim is coming, off carpet need replacing, etc.

The staff was nice and no complaints about the hotel other than its an older hotel that has the old remand in smell of smoke that was not ideal, but some it was something we needed asap it was OK that's why we are giving it a 3 out of 5 stars. Not a bad place but also not that great. Also one room came out to 110 which I though was on the high end for how low end this place fellt. They did have some brakefast, (beagles, oj, coffee, and fruit)

It was way over priced and dirt/ rundown. I was very disappointed. Never again!

Clean and safe. Comfortable and accommodating. It is beautiful like a dream. I was treated very well and my cat too!

I got bit by some bugs… Could be bed bugs. 6 times on neck. 5 times on my arm and wrist. Painful and itchy. They allow pets. That's where the bugs came from I am sure.

I've had a great stay here. The manager is friendly, funny and nice. He goes out of his way to help. Room was clean. Trim was all crisp. Pool is nice. Parking is secure. Great place to stay. I recommend it. Rates are very reasonable compared to elsewhere. Thanks.

The manager Micheal was horrible. We went into find out about cancellation and he was so rude, he started raising his voice to my girlfriend then called us white trash! I will never go back or try and make reservations at this facility again.

Expensive and poorly maintained.

The rooms were nice and roomy with a balcony, they even gave us extra heaters to use, the pool was nice and the staff was friendly.

Great experience. Balcony and connected rooms worked out great with my co workers.

I really enjoyed our stay. Michael was funny and made us feel we were not at some hotel we were part of a family. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ. I would recommend it to friends and family that come to visit Palm Springs /Cathedral City.

When you drive into the place it looks like a homeless encampment. The rooms are tolerable on the lowest grade available, but the place is FILTHY. It really reminded me of a couple of the places I stayed in India. The crotchety old man who works the office in the morning reminds me of the scary uncle you see at your family reunion. I didn't want to eat anything in the breakfast area and nobody was keeping it clean. My advice: for about the same amount of money (or possible less) you can stay in several Motel 6's close by. For about $10 more you can stay in a nearly 3 star upgraded hotel. The "crotchety old man" I was referring to wrote a nasty response on Trip Advisor and lied about everything and never addressed the points on the review, or else has me confused with someone else. I contacted Travelodge Corporate and they were agast at the assault I took from the twisted management in Cathedral City. They sent me a refund check for the amount of money I paid for the room. That poor thing.

I've been staying at CC BC for a long time with my daddy and we love it. Its a lot of fun. And it's on a convenient location too everything seems to be close by. The staff is extremely friendly. We will be staying there this year again as we've been doing so for8 years. So I hope to see you there.
