So far so good. We had an issue the first night and it was handled right away. Special thanks to Tony T for handling it with such great customer service and kindness. Great guy! It is located next to Billy Reed’s so convenient for that old Palm Springs feel. Great looking pool area.

Worst experience at a hotel to date. Between the barely working ac unit that sounded like a jet engine to the lack of restrooms for the pool/bar area I’d pass on ever staying here again. Don’t think the signs saying “stay classy don’t pee in the pool” are working. No one got out of that pool except to get drinks.

I enjoyed my stay at Infusion. Rooms have been recently remodeled. Nice bar by the pool with some great food. Couple of great restaurants next door and across street and within easy walking distance.

This hotel is now are second home away from home. We have now stayed 5 times and the hotel progressed with new owner from basic to basically are favorite place to go. The front desk has the nicest employees I have ever seen at any hotel or business. The pool is fun with a great pool side bar, amazing music, lots of times there is a live DJ set that is fantastic. They spent a lot creating a really cool artistic urban vibe. Everyone staying at the hotel has been supper kind and a lot of fun to vacation with. The cleaning people are all supper sweet and enjoy there guest. They treat are puppies as there own… we always grab coffee ☕️ from the front and cold water. Purchase drinks from them. We no longer say we are going to Palm Springs for the weekend, we say infusion. Thank you infusion for creating the best experience all around for us each and every time we come. Congrats on this amazing hotel, we look forward to years and years of great times with you.

We wanted to find a cute boutique hotel in Palm Springs but kept finding pretty expensive ones with hidden fees. This place came up on my feed and it’s adorable! It’s a newly renovated place that has a great pool area complete with Jenga, pool floats, and corn hole. The rooms are super stylish and the people were so helpful. Its also in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again.

Everyone was so friend on check in. The owner was around for the day and came over to said hi. GREAT POOL AREA! Beds are comfy and very clean. Love this place!

The pool area is the only reason you need to stay here, trust me! Love the cabanas and the view of the mountains and they’re building a bar and restaurant! I’ll definitely be back.

Has potential to become a cool little place, but definitely needs some work still, particularly on it’s outward appearance. Rooms were fairly cool, but bathrooms need a redesign. Pool was really small and basic, but the water was hot as all hell, and there was no shade from the intense sun. I realize that they have plans to upgrade many things here, but they are already charging a major daily resort fee from their customers on top of the room rates, and this is notttt yet a resort yet by any stretch. They should really re-think that fee right now.

I really enjoyed my stay at Infusion Beach Club the rooms and hotel grounds were very very stylish, clean and comfortable. At the pool area they serve food and drinks to your sun lounger which is perfect so you can just relax and enjoy the amazing views and sunshine. All of the staff were very attentive and helpful to any questions or queries I had so I want to thank the whole team. I can’t wait to come back soon :)

Because they change the price at the end, does not have microwave, the pool is very small, do not meet the conditions of the reservation change the location of your abitacion without warning.

Great hotel if you’re looking for affordable, cute Palm Springs experience. It’s like a mini resort — I was there during the week, and it was low key and quiet. And it’s dog friendly!

Rooms a bit small but cozy. No ice machine? Shower head came off mid shower but quickly replaced it with no further issue.

This hotel has seriously gone down hill. I stayed here before and it advertised itself as mid century modern and was cute and well decorated. Booked again for today and the pictures online are the same but the furnishings look home made out of some low-rent pine country furniture store with a fake leather sofa that is as hard as a rock where there's supposed to be a fold out sofa. There's not even a dresser or microwave in the most expensive room "king pool view suite". They say they are changing names soon. They have ruined everything that was nice about this hotel and basically made it worse that a motel 6 — and that might be an insult to motel 6…

First of all, they put a $100 hold on your card at check in. This is seriously a crappy hotel with a boutique makeover so I don't understand the hold. Secondly, they charge a resort/service fee and don't even provide so much as an ice bucket. No microwave. No coffee pot. No breakfast. Lastly, we found hair in the toilet and on the sink. The tissue dispenser was coming off the wall. Plus, the toilet ran ALL NIGHT even after jiggling the handle. Do yourself a favor and skip this unless you want to pay extra for no extra amenities and resort fees for a revamped Motel 6.

Nice rooms. Simple. Fridge and working A/C made the stay comfortable. The motion sensor lights/manual lights were the only inconvenience. Good location that is north of the downtown Palm Springs area. Pool area was clean with comfy lounge chairs. It looks like they are making renovations in the pool area so I am curious about what they will be adding. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel! Freshly renovated, extremely clean and comfortable. Hot tub and pool area was great. Reasonable price. One of the best places we stayed at on our trip.

This Motel is nothing like their website. We had a newly renovated room. It smelled like fresh paint in an old building. The bath tub had a new surround and was clean. It seemed like whomever is renovating really doesn't have an idea on how to make their idea happen. We slept well after we checked for roaches and bed bugs of which there was none. This place is a motel and not a resort. It's not cute or kitschy, just a motel.

Cute hotel its under construction in the pool area, so its going to get better But its so pretty and has great view! We sat in the jacuzzi for hours played large jenga and also took advantage of the bean bag toss game. Craig in the front desk was courteous and helpful, they also have coffee and Bomb tea. I recommend this spot had a great time!

I luv luv luv luv this place. Super cute inside and out. It was the hilton a few years back and a days inn before that. I think its going to change owners again but either way the name may change often but its always been a nice clean friendly warm comfortable place throughout the years.

Place is clean and they are renovated yet but it was much better than I expected for what we wanted to pay for this trip. Pool and hot tub area was fine beds were extremely comfortable. This is a better place than Motel 6 in once they're done renovating it will be.

This is a fantastic hotel for the price. So peaceful and spotlessley clean. The pool isn't big but again very clean. The rooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and management are keen to further improve your experience at the hotel with plans for a poolside bar and restaurant. To be perfectly honest, my partner booked this hotel in error whilst online trying to book another hotel with a similar name. For once I'm pleased he got it wrong! Such a lovely place we extended our stay!

Although they are going through renovations, the rooms were clean and nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating! I came for a quiet, relaxing getaway, and met my objective!

For the price, it's a good motel to spend a couple of nights. Simple and clean rooms with modern touches. There is no breakfast, but there are economic options nearby.

Clean and recently renovated, but used the old, beat up furniture. Not attentive to basics, like water not getting hot in shower and drain not working. No coffeemaker in room as advertised. No breakfast as advertised on their website, they say they stopped offering breakfast 8 months ago. Wifi didn't work, front desk couldn't fix. If all you want is a clean bed, this works; if you want what's advertised go elsewhere.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the price and some of the reviews I read. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how cute it is and how nice the room was. Sure, it's an older motel so the bathrooms aren't luxurious or big, but the room itself was very nice with the laminate wood floor and updated furniture. It felt clean and modern. For the price and quality I fully recommend this place to everyone looking for a low cost way to have a place in Palm Springs. If you don't need the big pool vibe and just want a clean, pretty place to sleep you cannot go wrong here.

We stayed 2 nights and had a great Palm Springs vacation. Cute little hotel and they have done a nice job on the remodel. It was an excellent value. Loved the 70s modern vibe. Appreciated a nice clean place to stay near all the things we wanted to do while in town. We would stay here again.

Avoid this hotel like the plague. Management is incompetent and locked our luggage away in their back room when we needed to catch a flight. Had to call a 24 hr locksmith to resolve the problem. Completely unacceptable. Rooms are old, dated and noisy. You can hear everything through the windows. Maid never cleaned our room. This is more on the level of a motel 8 not an actual hotel. Does not have a public restroom at all. This means if you arrive earlier than check in (no early check in either) and need to use the restroom, GOOD LUCK. Construction seems to be going no where so I would pick a different hotel FOR SURE.

Some of the best value to be found in Palm Springs. The 3 story motel style hotel is by no means high end, but for the money very acceptable. I would stay again.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, having worked for The Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for many years in management. I know what a value is when I see it. Due to a fire in my home I needed a place to stay. Having lived in Palm Springs for over 20 years, I watched as this hotel like most things in Palm Springs was brought back to life. I never imagined it would be so nice and at such a great price. Beats the heck out of Motel 6. Better ptice, much nicer room, free Wi-Fi ($2.99 a day at Motel 6) and a free breakfast. Not just a contintal breakfast or just coffee, but a real breakfast. In a real restaurant with real servers and some of the best food in town. Rick's has always been a favorite of my Late husband and myself. If you are even thinking of staying anywhere else, STOP, look and listen, this is THE only place hands down. Michael Thomson.

It was clean modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the time I was there.

Clean rooms and reasonably close to downtown. Didn't have any issues besides bad Wi-Fi connection. They give you breakfast vouchers to ricks so that was nice. There's a buzz bus stop close by to take you to downtown. Would come back again.

Rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Oddly, my keys kept stopped working. Pool is small but kept clean.

Denise was the best. We arrived early so we had to wait for a pet friendly room. She gave us directions to the dog park. Had a great time. Will be back again.

The Monroe Palm Springs is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very big and clean the pool is great. Overall I really enjoyed my one-week stay at the place.

Rafael at the front desk was friendly and helpful, so was the housekeeping staff. The room were very clean, nice, and liked the floors. For the price definitely better than the other options.

This hotel was a hit! We had the large room at the pool. It is very clean with pool and hot tub, perfect for a stay in the Mojave desert. Breakfast is inclusive — even if you have across the street! Rich and good.

I would not recommend that anyone stay here. Not one thing was correct during my time at the hotel. There was insufficient parking. I did not get the room I requested. The widely advertised remodel had only taken place in a few rooms, not in all of them as they would have you believe, and my bed was broken. Yeah.

Pool wasn't heated but jacuzzi was ok. The clerk was friendly and customer service was good. This place is comparable in price to a motel 6 with a larger room, a fridge and free Wi-Fi, which motel 6 charges 3 bucks for! Found a great deal on their website. If you want better accomodations at a higher price try the ramada inn next door.

Dont stay here! I got a miserable case of bug bites. It can happen anywhere but once bitten, twice scarred. Some of the tenants live here. Pool was closed during heat of summer, no ice, refrig barely worked.
