It's OK. Beds/mattresses are very, very hard and Fitness Room is unavailable. Rooms are clean and personnel helpful and friendly.

Reasonable price, fun, clean & friendly place! Adults $ kids loved it!

I chose this hotel because of how close it is to the Tramway and it looked cute online. When we booked our room on a hotel app it didn't have any rooms with a king bed, that wasn't a problem. When we arrived I went to check in around 9:20pm I was greeted by Michael. He is so welcoming and while I know that their job, this man made you feel like we had been friends forever and were just catching up. I not only ended up telling him about how my husband and I met again after 13yrs but also that we were there celebrating my birthday. As soon as he heard that he up graded our room to a king size with a Juliet balcony that overlooked the pool area at not charge to us. We wished me a happy birthday multiple times and sent me on my way. Even if he hadn't changed our room I would still recommend this hotel. I hope if we make it back he's still there so I can thank him again.

Improvements are happening and the property is looking great. The two pool areas are nice and the brand new game room is perfect for all kids and teenagers to play while parents are relaxing by the pool.

Rooms are clean. Only down side no microwave in room. Staff helpful. The pools is very nice.

Pool has black mold and it's falling apart. The rooms are just terrible, the beds suck! The continental breakfast was just like any other breakfast but you have to get there early cause they don't refill the platters. One of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Don't recommend at all!

Great service, amazing price & location! Very comfortable king size bed & room. Perfect little fridge and everything other than a microwave that you may need in the room. Lovely shutters on the windows also nice cold A/C!

We spent the night on soft pillows and a wonderful bed in a magnificently clean room. Michael was the host great guy I'd stop there again in a minute. Prices were great.

I was undecided whether to give 3 stars or 2 stars, I opted for the 3 not entirely convinced, but also with some positive thoughts in favor. I start by saying that from the outside the property is not bad well looked after the garden and clean even the common sidewalks. The reception, as well as breakfast room, is very fresh and bright and still impresses nice. At the reception we met a Mexican guy who speaks Italian and I liked the fact that, despite both my husband and I speaking Good English, feeling that we are Italian came forward and put us at ease. Very large room (we received an upgrade being on honeymoon) with a nice balcony and especially clean. Here are the three stars. Painful and negative notes for which I would have given 2 stars is that if you call yourself SPA & Resort you have to guarantee such service, two pools one cold and one warm, both warm and dirty, the murky water with many leaves and dead animals inside. Two heated jacuzzis with equally dirty hot tub, spa service not available as it to be booked well in advance. Breakfast a bit miserable and with little choice. In my view, solving these problems or rather these measures is a structure that also applies as a price!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed! Definitely would reccomend!

BED BUGS! Checked in 5/26/18 and went to room 119 within an hour of being there pulled we pulled down the comforter and found a bed bug crawling on the sheet. Took a pic and went to the front desk to talk to manager. The man at the desk did not seem surprised at all when we said we found a bed bug. Put us in another room, however the lady at the desk was telling him he could not put us In the other room so he had to discreetly call his manager. We were kind of skeptical as to why she was making a big deal out of giving us that room. Beds were not comfortable at all felt like sleeping on a thin mattress on a hard surface. Pools — one was extremely dirty and we even used the skimmer to make it clean enough to go in. The other one was green. The water from the sink and shower was “milky” looking. The tub was dirty and drain in the shower didn’t work so you stood in a pool of milky water. One of the towels in room was dirty and had makeup all over it. Looked like they just folded it and put it back on the shelf. Not at all what the pictures showed. Very disappointed. Told the gentlemen at the desk when we checked out when he asked about our stay about the bed bug and he said his colleagues told him about it but he didn’t know my name to come talk to me. Said he could not offer any kind of discount because we prepaid through a third party website but could let us stay in the room a little longer today.

Really gr8 place and the bed extra comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was really good. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay there. Had no problem finding parking as with the room as well. Room was nice & clean ready to receive its guest.

The ivy inn should not be called a resort is the first thing I want to say. We got there and the first impression was good! But then we went to check out the pool and noticed how trashy it looked. The pool water was dirty with stuff floating everywhere. The room we had was tiny amd gross. We ended up going to a different hotel with in an hour of being there.

The staff here are really nice. This review honestly does not reflect them as they were very accommodating and professional down to the maids. The "resort" itself is definitely a stretch for the word. Anyone who values peace and quiet should not stay here. This morning I woke up to the sound of peeing. Not from my suite-mate as I thought but from the person above us and then a loud flush. Then our neighbors cell phone was ringing. And so it went as more people on all sides woke up and kids went to the pool. Currently I hear kids playing Marco Polo, neighbors playing music, someone showering and someone's tv. From check in, things seem a little disorganized as we were checked into a room that seemed to have been abandoned mid-clean. We left to go out thinking it would be cleaned and got a call 5hrs later because bags were discovered in our room (obviously) and they thought the previous tenants hadn't vacated. If you want to relax, have some quiet, and only hear your own noises. Stay elsewhere.

The last place I would stay… First, incredibly over priced. The bed was TERRIBLE. It felt like a box sprung that they tossed a pillow topper on. The pillow topper was completely broken down. It felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Secondly, the water never got above like warm. Third, our keys kept not working. We had to keep getting new keys. We were staying with a group who had the same problem. Breakfast was not edible beyond the toast. The TV didn't work either. At $155 a night, I expected more. I think the reason they have such terrible beds was to give the spa services business. I would pass on this. I gave feedback to the front desk but all they said was " oh… sorry ". Customer service at its finest.

Rooms where great and had a great location. The beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The pools where very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

When we first went into the room there was a dead cockroach waiting for us in the middle of the room. The Wi-Fi is absolutely awful. Fairly centrally located, but way over priced. The rooms, bedding, toiletries, are all old and outdated. This place could be nice if they got the basics right but at this point it needs an overhaul. Staff was nice enough, I guess.

First of all I would like to say we came to our room with no toilet seat. I feel as though if I were to wash my face with the towels my skin would be scraped off. :) next, we sat on the bed and… I would rather sleep in a box. The pillows are horrible makes me miss motel 6.

I used Groupon discount while visiting a loved one in ICU at Desert Regional Hospital. The bed was comfortable but the room was just a room and the tub /shower had no hot water ☹️

The Ivy Pam Resort was just the place to be for a family gathering… Our 10 family members shared Christmas 2017 by the 2 large pools and ample breakfast area in the lobby. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel manager Real was a great host who worked tirelessly from morning breakfast through to the evenings. We are booking Christmas 2018 at the Ivy Palm because of Real and his kind staff. Thank you again! Daniel.

Hotel was clean and pleasant. Only complaint was the bed. Was hard as rocks and felt like I was sleeping on a table.

I really enjoyed this place. Nothing is perfect but you can see they really try. The attention to detail was well above average. Room was clean and comfortable and the grounds were attractive. Tasty breakfast.

The pool and the breakfast were not bad, but the room I stayed was old and had a bad smell.

The hotel was nice over all. Rooms pretty spacious,. Large TV in room, bed super comfortable and large bathroom. Also nice having a two pools on the premises one heated and one not. Price was right for our stay.

Nice rooms, lovely pool (s) area. The towels felt like sandpaper, the cigarette butts on the stairs were there for 3 days.

First of all, this hotel is one of the worst hotels to book and stay. The pictures from the website looks deceiving and it was. My friends and I booked two rooms for a bachelorette party this past weekend. The rooms were just okay but the floors needed some serious cleaning because we couldn't even walk around bare footed. We had to wear sandals or slippers in our hotel rooms so our feet wouldn't get filthy dirty. But anyways, the party went on. As we were coming back late from a club to the hotel in an uber car, not even a second getting out of car and being very quiet, a lady who happens to be an employee of the hotel comes walking towards us and starts yelling at us. She was yelling "You guys are being too loud! " We looked at each other and ignored her and started walking back to our hotel rooms. She then proceeded to follow us and harrass us about how loud we were when she was the one disturbing the peace. My friend said to her in a calm voice "Ma'am? We are not disturbing the peace. We are simply going back to our hotel rooms. " Then the lady decided to take matters into her own hands and started yelling at us and threatening us and continue to follow us to our hotel rooms. She said things like "I'm going to charge you a big fee! Im going to kick you out of these rooms! " So we got into our rooms and shut the door in her face and she then proceeded to bang on the door.

It was okay. Rooms were eh. Breakfast was bleh. Pool was meh.

At first it was like not feeling it. But I would go again fun at the pool till almost 11pm you could take your own drinks food love it thinking of going in 2 weeks again awsome staff very good and we just enjoy it.

I think it's way to nice I will give it a 1.1 This was our 1st time In Palm spring, wanted to do a Anniversary one day get away and it was the WORSE experience ever, the place from the start at front desk was such a bad vibe, we were told we can't use big pool till after 5 PM that a party had booked it, when we got to the room it was such a dirty, outdated small room, we tried to look at the best of it, got ready for pool and went at 5:15, we were kicked out of the main pool, VERY embarrassing Security said Front lobby was wrong the pool was closed all day, we had to go to the very small, dirty full pool, water was so dirty, there was trash every where, fake eye lashes in water, basically disgusting, we called front desk and the guy with a VERY RUDE attitude, said well I guess I was wrong, you can get your money and get out now if you want. I MEAN AT THAT POINT WE ARE IN THE CITY it is 5:30/45 on A Saturday, that we wanted to RELEAX and have a good time on, we were basically FORCED IN to stay, we were not going to be looking around for another room, although I wanted to look in Hotels for the night or some, My husband asked to just go with it and NEVER come back to this place or recommend, time for shower and night out, water was cold for at least 30 minutes, bath tub was dirty had hairs from previous renter, very disgusting.

If you don't want all the pretentiousness and haughtiness of the upscale hotels. And your looking for relaxed, quaint and quiet, this is the hotel for you!

The pictures online are deceiving! The employees are awesome! The manager rude and unprofessional, I won't be staying here again.

Ok. So the front desk lady was awesome. She was kind and helpful. The room… not so much. We didn't want to walk around barefoot. The air conditioner sounded like a jet plane ready to take off… the shampoo and conditioner was clearly left over from the previous guests as they were less than half full… don't even think of moving the bed back to use the plug behind the bed on the wall… you will find gummy bears and dust bunnies galore.
I went to inform the guy at the desk and his response was yeah ok.
I will say this however, the breakfast was decent and I was happy they had plenty of seating and the food was good.
Great place for a quick stop if you're tired but I couldn't imagine spending any amount of time here.

This is not a Resort but is a nice place for family outing not a couples to have a Romantic get away. The breakfast got improved with eggs and sausage. The room is dessent but the Bed and blanket are terrible. Old blanket and very thin ready to give up anytime. And pillows are old no cushion. The pool is nice for family outing.

Like a older actress with some grandness left. The grounds with the older trees are beautiful; located in a quiet part of town near the tramway and on the "Buz" free trolley route for easy access downtown. Some rooms have been updated, our first had worn carpet, etc. We were upgraded to a room with balcony which was beautiful. Great staff. Thanks Real. Good value for the money.

Lovely place to stay as long as you're not too picky. We had a king room with balcony overlooking the pools. Clean room with comfy bed. Needs a lot of repairs and sprucing up outside, there were dead and live ants in our bathroom upon arrival, and the lady that checked us in was rude and unpersonable, but the rest of the staff was great and even gave us some muffins and fruit when we missed breakfast. Overall very satisfied with our stay. The best part was the stop right outside the hotel for the free trolley to downtown.

My room was very clean. They have 2 pools which is great. I would go there again.

Room is clean enough and the bed was comfy, but there is only a fridge in the room. Even just a microwave would have been nice. There is a significant lack of electrical outlets as well, with only one available by the desk, and two by the sink. If there are any more, they are in difficult to reach places, such as behind the beds. We're even unable to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network, and calling the front desk about it was no help. So far, it's an alright place to rest, but it's missing some conveniences.

We were quite frankly disappointed. The pictures we previewed showed a much fancier hotel, with upscale amenities. However, this was a regular low end, although perhaps recently remodeled motel. Hard beds, old towels, huge gap allowing light to interrupt your sleep, door. Would not recommend.

Me and my husband stayed Monday 3/14/2016 for 1 night, great room and great customer service, especially to the front desk clerk Joseph. I would recommend this resort to everyone. Every one there are very friendly and made are stay comfortable. The room are very clean, very great views, all time perfect. I want to thank especially Joseph for such a friendly clerk.

Nothing special. Motel like accomodation. Good old tube TV in the room. Smells old.

As advertised from the outside. The rooms are however outdated and need refurbishment. Old TV's, hard beds with potholes. Value for money when compared to what else is in offer.

Exterior is nice, showerhead has good pressure but the mattress is like the old la or New orlean s roads. Once you find a comfortable crevice you should be right.

Obviously the owner spent the money on all the exterior renovation as the hotel looks quiet nice from outside. But when we stepped in the room, we are quiet disappointed about the inside. The room is so dark and small and all the furnitures and TV looked from 1980's. If you book any chain. Hotel such as best western for days inn, the room will look nicer than this one. But you only need to pay 80 bucks instead of $120 per night. The only good thing is the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. So those stars are for the staff.

The reooms are clean, the staff if friendly and the pool is beautifuk! Highly recommend.

We paid $80 for a night. Soap was organic, shower was amazing, updated and I loved it. The water pressure was so good, I could finally wash my hair properly. (We've been traveling for 4 days). The room was big, close to the pool. Very quiet, in the morning we went to the hot tub amazing! And breakfast was good! bed was king size!
