I was very satisfied with your motel. Room was very clean and pleasant. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. the only problem was beyond your control… I had gorillas on either side of me and was unable to sleep all night.

Very clean. Great location next to the Harley Dealer. Went over for bike night. We were riding through on our Harley's that's why we loved it. But no complaints.

There was a front Desk employee who was extremely helpful, friendly and a hard worker. I was impress how fast and knowledgeable she was. Her name tag I believe is Kayla. I was also helped by a lady named Anna who was just as helpful. Thank you for all that you two do! BBB.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the location of motel 6 was great. Located on the outside of the city so not to much city noise. Very relaxing. I loved it.

Staff did not quiet noisy and boisterous guests. The pool was ice cold. The heater barely worked. Having said that, the staff was pretty cool. The location is great. The rooms were clean, and the not carpeted, fairly comfy. 6/10 would stay there again.

We needed a bigger room due to the fact this was a work trip and had some boxes of equipment that we needed out of the vehicle over night, and with 3 adults we were worried about room size. The manager on duty was very nice he showed us a very large room that was available. The price was perfect and the room was clean No odor. Even being right by the pool there wasn’t to much noise. I plan on staying at this motel 6 for my next business trip in a couple weeks back to Santa Maria.

The room was very clean and the staff extremely nice. I know you keep your rates down by being minimal and I appreciate that but I didn't bring my shampoo cause everyone usually has it. So I had to use bar soap and that was not good! thanks'

Every time I stay at Motel 6 here in my home town of Santa Maris Ca, I have experienced great service. There are a few things at times that have happened with Wi-Fi connection and AC, water but other than those issues my stay has been cool thank you.

It is comfortable, all the rooms are very clean, excellent for a good rest, although the prices exaggerate at times, but in terms of quality very well.

The good: The hotel room was surprisingly quiet, despite the hotel being located adjacent to a freeway and freeway onramp. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable and supportive, and everything worked properly except that the linkage to the sink stopper had been disconnected so that the sink could not be filled with water. The new shower stall design is excellent. The not-so-good: The room rent was significantly higher than at other Motel 6 hotels I have stayed at — — a bit pricey for the accomodations.

It was okay, roof over my head nothing really to write home about. Furniture was all plastic and I specifically requested a non-smoking room. Reviews for the places I've been.

OMG, stayed here during a wild heat wave Labor Day 2017. There were no other rooms available for walk-ins withing 50 miles. There was one room out of service here, because the air conditioner was broken. I had to have it, for fear of crashing and burning, if I continued the drive to Los Angeles. The guy gave me a discount, and as unbearable as it was, Motel 6 saved another life that night.

The staff are a lovely group of friendly people who are kind, helpful and courteous. I'd like to give shout-outs to both my maid, Maria, and her 5 well-behaved children who take over the household duties while Mom's out working! Our chat bumped up the awesome level from my stay. It was a pleasure!

Clean. Cheap and quite. Check in and out was quick, dog friendly and I didn't have any problems with the Wi-Fi. It's a nice half way between san diego and san francisco.

You deliver much more than your reputation suggests. This is my first time staying at Motel 6. When I told my family, they tried to discourage me — — so I was pleasantly surprised to find the room very clean, comfortable, and convenient — — much more so than ANY Comfort Inn (and their related family of motels) where I've ever stayed. No frills, but everything I needed in a room; very easy to find, very easy to check in. A bit noisy because there were a bunch of guys drinking, but they settled down after awhile. No problems and very good value for the money. I would stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was nice and efficient. Over all exactly what we needed for one night stay.

The grounds are clean and the area, though near the freeway, is quiet. The room is basic but clean. All outlets, lights, and the TV worked well. The shower was a little messy and got water all over the bathroom floor (I was concerned about a slipping hazard) but the hot water was plentiful and there were a good number of towels. The beds were clean but the sheets were a bit worn and need to be replaced.

Very clean, low noise charge the Internet.

The room was clean and I appreciate the hardwood floors. Much better than carpeting. The staff was friendly, courteous, attentive, and patient. Particularly Shaun (Shawn? ) and Eric at the front desk. Cheers!

The only thing I didn't like was that. Do not look at security camera.

Dirty lament floors. Not washed between visitors. No set schedule. Enjoy pet friendly, budget rates, floors not mopped. Gritty feel to floor after shower. Feet got dirty. Need to reward and wear flip flops to and from bed to bath, until floor was cleaned. Disappointing always enjoyed this chain. Really slipping on standard upkeep…

Anna is always courteous and friendly when I check in. I stay in this motel Quite often and all the staff there Are like family to me. They all do a great job making me feel at home. I would like to commend all of the staff And manager whom I gotten to know by name. Every one is great there. A BIG 10 for this motel. Will be spending many great stays there. Thank you staff and keep up the good work.

We had a pleasant stay, with one exception. The police were posted at a lower floor room for several hours while police were interrogating apparent guests of the motel outside of their room, There was no explanation from the staff. It would have been nice to have some assurance that we were not in any danger.

Anna at the front desk was very polite. She did not have computer, or IT knowledge necessary to check in my party accurately. We waited over 25 minutes from beginning to end to check in. She had to call IT for help, as well. Checking out was almost as bad. I was told I had an extra day I did not pay for. After going through everything meticulously with her. She saw I was correct. I purchased three rooms for a family union stay. Never never again Motel 6.

When I booked the room I was told there were tubs in the bathroom. We did not have one. Shower only. The first night the vanity light burned out in the sink area. Bed covers very dirty. Floor wasn't swept prior to our check in. My pillow I laid my face on had urine on it. The next day after we left the room for the afternoon I notified the FD that housekeeping was able to come into the room and clean at any time. They said they would. We returned around 5:30 pm room was not cleaned. I took out my own trash. I also had to ask for more pillows and my room key no longer worked. I went down to the front desk to explain all of the issues. The lady was really nice and said she wanted us to be happy and she would fix these issues while we were at dinner. Came back from dinner and had fresh pillows on my bed. They took out trash in bathroom that I had already taken out myself several hours before. Vanity light was never fixed the whole 3 days 2 nights we were there. Your staff is overall friendly and caring. Which can have a HUGE impact on guest satisfaction. Cleanliness is a concern. My husband actually left his cell phone in the room when we checked out. I called this morning and have been working with your front desk staff to have FED EX pick it up. All interaction over the phone with you staff today has been pleasant and helpful.

Reasonable price. Cold pool. Need more towels. No breakfast. Great of you need a bed for the night. The ladies were too busy to greet (bad customer service habit), but the man held a good conversation while I waited for my confirmation checkout page to print out. Give him a raise, and give the two girls a Customer Service Training.

Easy access, right off the freeway. Clean enough to sleep and shower in. The bedspreads were kinda frayed and patched, but clean. Motel 6 had the best pricing in the area. However, great staff. Very helpful and pleasant.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and made up promptly. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Front receptionists were friendly and fast. Rooms are clean and somewhat updated. No tissue box in room. Bring your own toiletries. Laundry facilities on site. Two pillows per bed. It is decent. Would be better if they vacuumed the vents daily and touched up the paint in the bathroom.

The room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Pet friendly and is in a nice location. This hotel always appears very clean and welcoming. Great place especially for the price.

The room was very clean and the office staff was helpful and friendly. There is nothing you can do about this… due to some of the guests, I felt semi-safe. This has happened in other Motel 6 locations I've stayed at in other parts of the country. So even though your rates are comparable to more attractive properties, somehow you attract a different kind of clientele. Don't know why.

It was very pleasant I had a wonderful night rest and the location was perfect for getting around town.

Room cold at night. Uncomfortable. No means to fix it inside the room (no thermostat)

First off; the handicap room's door (104), including the jamb, is damaged to the point that I had to slam the door to get it to latch; however, the deadbolt and the jamb security latch could not be used > I had no security… At about four am in the morning, I had to call the front desk to inform the office staff that my room was cold and the rheumatism in my spine was at a long time high > maintenance did fix the issue in a timely manner… No bath mat > no soap > the bath room sink is loose on the wall > no curved shower curtain (I had to wrestle with the shower curtain although my shower > the bathroom vent was inoperative, thus a steamy motel room and a definite mildew order… NO I would not stay at this $79.99 1 star motel 6 ever again…

First time to the area, location of the motel was very beneficial for my time there. Office staff was helpful with information and friendly.

The room had black mold growing on the ceiling beneath the a/c vent. It was a bit noisy outside a little late in the night. Staff was friendly. Should have asked for a different room.

Fine… Clean, and courteous. Easy access, and price was acceptable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool were well kept and the staff was friendly.

This place is horrid, I didn't expect it to be top notch… however I also didn't expect to find old condom wrappers on the floor and trash under the bed. It's apparent they do not change their sheets when new guests check in. In addition to that, the rooms were not available by the late check in time. Truly a horrible experience.

Alot of money for poor service and on top of the rudeness you have to pay for Wi-Fi. The is a rip off.

In a good location. Good if you are just using room to sleep and go. No alarm in the room, no wash or hand towels. No breakfast. Only stayed here a night, but it was very clean. Had double beds. Had space in room. Working TV was good for the kids. Over all experience was good.

Overall really good excellent staff as well.
