The people in the office for good Welcome to our dog that was good the only downfall was that some people smoking dope coming through the walls and the prostitution there that has to do with West Memphis Police Department. Doing their job even though they pull through there and it seems like they cannot smell the odor of skunk weed oh and yeah they come out of that the girls brooms also so maybe there's a little of that on the side not for sure when in there.

I would never stay there again I think I was in number 137 they had bedbugs in the bathroom tub could have been more clean I had to take a wash off. But you get what you pay for it was cheap we pad for two night but we told the office what was going on in he give us are money back for the next day we was going to stay in the only reason we stay that night cause we was from out of town but we left that morning in they had bad mosquitoes I took a picture of the red bites on my legs but I don’t see where I can post it in show y’all.

It was late at night (11:30pm) and we got a room, it was clean and nice and cool inside. The "front desk clerk" was really nice. The price for the 2 of us us was alright with me ($52.95) & they even left a light on for us. When I go back that way again, I'll be returning. Just what I want, a cool room, tv, microwave, fridge and a good nights sleep…

The room was very clean, the bed huge and comfortable and the air conditioning was ice cold! Very enjoyable!

Dirty Bath. The hotel is very good and the price is very nice. There is No complaining or you must pay more For a better service.

This place is discusting they don't change the sheets after each stay. They just spay disinfection spray & make the bed. Our sheets were stained badly they told us they don't have no extra sheets. If I was changing tires Im going to have at least 1 extra tire. Dig That.

I was only staying for one night, and the motel as about as good as you expect it to be. The continental breakfast is good, and the rooms are nice.

Great motel. Very close to the high way which is a plus for travel bit a minus for a good night sleep. Customer service is very polite and accommodating if there is a problem. Oh and they have coffee 24/7.

Not bad for the area. Dedicated patrolman hangs out in the area. Waffle House right next door.

If you've always wanted to visit a Third World country but didn't want to bother with shots or a passport, look no further than this Motel 6. All night partying and yelling in the parking lot and by its neighboring Waffle House accompanies a classic 'was that a firecracker or a gunshot' ambiance, and the grit on the vinyl flooring will definitely make you nostalgic for the earthen floors of a mud hut. The armed guard at check-in did nothing to increase my feelings of safety, but the lady in the lingerie/dress and 6 inch platforms did offer the assurance that a good time was being had, at least by some. Pros: no bedbugs. We cancelled the second night of our reservation.

Made the mistake of staying at this motel. No hot water, Wi-Fi didn't work, left extra early and forgot my galaxy pad in the room. Called management and was told " no one turned one in" and "ITrust my staff" can't help you. If you're looking for a room, go to America's best two doors down the street and save yourself the disappointment.

I was walking the convenience store from Relax Inn as I was crossing over to Motel 6 just pipe cut my foot open it's barely out of the ground I asked the front desk for a towel keep the blood off of my shoe, and Parkside or something to disinfect this with because I've done it on their property the lady told me she couldn't help me I had to go to a nice housekeeper she gave me a towel how to make a bandage with I thanked her and leftt the property.

I've stayed here plenty of times over the years. Stayed here before it became a motel 6. Prices have never been high by my standards. Waffle house next door and a convenience store across the street. Some people say the area is iffy or sketchy and I say define sketchy. Only problem I have is the new floors they put down in most remodeled motel 6s. They never get cleaned good enough. Wear white socks and you'll know what I'm talking about. They do have truck parking and fridge and microwaves on the rooms.

The staff here was great. Everything else terrible. Water didn't get warm, pillow had holes in them and the tub needs to be replaced desperately. And please don't eat at the waffle house in the parking lot.

Very comfortable beds but the floor very dirty hotel.

Stayed here after a long night on Beale St. The lady at the desk was nice when we got there, but the room wasn't as clean as I prefer. Also, the part of town its in is a little iffy…

No I didnt. I went 2 Waffle house next door.

This guy scammed me out of my money. The gas line was being worked on and the hot water did not work and the computer did not show my owed balance the associate said my balance did not show up the day after I paid for a week. She said come back the next day and talk to manager but he didn't show up for a week and I paid for a week at 2 motels and he refused to give my money back.

The employees were polite and helpful and the rooms were perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Avoid any Motel 6 is in Alabama Tennessee Arkansas Louisiana! They're built on the crappiest sides of town they pull you in with a low overnight rate the one I stayed in there was a shooting in the parking lot at 2 in the morning! Went across the parking lots to The Waffle House Restaurant was propositioned by 5 hookers and one guy tried to sell me every kind of known illegal drug and then some. Thank God I have a conceal and carry.

Descent but not fancy. The nicest people work here.

Not the best but what you should expect for the price.

The location was fine, but when I was greeted they had given my room away to someone else. Then, to conoensate they gave me a room with no working AC, a broken toilet, and a messed up TV. It was a completely terrible experience as far as customer service and room care goes.

All the reviews are true. Ants were in the room when I got there. I went to the front desk, told them about them and was told they would rectify it. I was gone until Midnight. Came back and ants still there. Luckily I read the reviews and bought ant spray. I killed them myself. Never again. I always trust reviews but this was all available at last minute.

Please see my picture of the green, stagnant pool. Total breeding ground for mosquitoes carrying west Nile and zeka virus! And of course my room faces that cesspool.

Housekeeping is very rude. They just open your door it was 9am. I asked her to come back later she said no there is no latter. Room only comes with 2 towels. After visiting family we came back and had been locked out of our room. Had to get new keys after they checked to see we had paid for 2 days.

Little out dated on the inside but good price on the room.

The stay was typical, good service and friendly staff. I look for inexpensive stays since all I want is a bed to sleep in and a hot shower, which I always find with Motel 6. It's not a 5 star stay by any means, but suits me fine.

The pool was disgusting and they didn't even have a sign up saying it was closed so we had no idea until after checking in that we couldnt swim. Old TV and super uncomfortable bed.

Convenient location right by interstates and just a few minutes from Memphis. This basic motel is old and not fancy, but it was clean and front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple… dry cereal, white bread, waffle maker. Stayed for 1 night June 2 with 1 pet (cat). Pet fee was only $10/night.

Cheap hotel but the room was dirty. The carpets were filthy and needed cleaning services. There was a cigarette burn in the bed spread. The sheets look like kiddie sheets. I started to itch when I walked in the room but for the price I dealt with it.

Staff was awesome. But room was dirty. Especially bathroom toilet. A/c didn't work. And rate was higher than internet said.

The staff's was very nice but when I was in room 218 I woke up itching and look up under the pillow bed bugs every where they eat my ass up I Neva had these problems until now need to do better.

Staff was nice but it is in a bad part of town. You have to pay extra for your spouse to stay, and if you want to use the internet. There were burn holes in the bedding and rust stains in the shower.

This place sucks. The room was nasty, Everything was old. Carpet was bad with stains. The linen had burn holes and were old same as the bed. My daughter was bitten by something which may be bed bugs and I saw a couple having sex with their curtains WIDE open as I walked passed their room. There is a cost for the Wi-Fi but they have an old TV. Which tells me the Wi-Fi may not work well. The bathroom towels had someone hair on them. I did not even touch them. The front desk ladies were nice. But other then that the place was just NASTY.

1. Ridiculously long check-in time at 7:00 p. M. — clerk couldn't figure out how to get the keys working. 2. Opened door of non-smoking room ad was met with overwhelming smell of smoke — had to leave door open in the rainy night for some time to air it out. 3. Walls badly patched with mismatched paint, paint scraped on walls, peeling ceiling and walls 4. Decor is 30 years old at least. 5. Mattresses old, sagging, lumpy. 6. Television reception poor — looks fuzzy, staticky and faded color like old 1970's with aerial antenna. 7. Trays broken and missing in mini-fridge. 8. Toilet paper almost out 9. For a four-person, two queen bed room, only two bath towels, hand towels, washcloths. 10. Light out in shower/bathroom. Called to complain and was told maintenance man not in for another couple of hours. I asked where to shower/use the bathroom and she said, "There's nothing I can do about it. " Tried to use the bulb from a lamp and change it ourselves, but it is wedged in the ceiling and cannot be replaced.

Fine for the price and nice service.

Worse hotel you could possibly stay at. First off it's in the ghetto and you will hear gunshots nightly. Now let's get to other stuff, or room was next door to a boarded up room, scared to ask what happened in that room. Front morning desk guy, he has 1 job and that should be make coffee, he is worthless. And making coffee isn't on his list of things to do. Listening to head phones most def is. Now we booked through Priceline and checked day early, they disputed it with Priceline to make sure we do not receive a refund. So if you enjoy getting screwed out of money, terrible service, being in the ghetto than maybe you will enjoy staying here.

Rooms and bathroom were nasty. Asked for a non smoking room and the bathroom smelt of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the toilet seat and shower curtain. They continental breakfast was just as awful. Cereal was super stale and only had decaf coffee and that's pretty much all they serve. I would avoid it if you could.

The location was really convenient in comparison to the highway, but getting back to the highway going westward one has to go out of the way. The reservation hotline initially seemed annoyed but later warmed up. I asked for a non-smoking pet friendly room. Overall, it was a clean bed with soap and towels that served it's purpose for the night for a cheap price. The experience was less than stellar. The room smelled a little of smoke. Located immediately off the highway, it had a lot of noise and wasn't very well lit. There was an old TV with a few channels. The room had two towels — a bath towel and hand towel (granted I was traveling by myself). There wasn't a floor towel or wash cloth. Even though I had told the reservation hotline I had a dog, the front desk wasn't aware until the morning when I was checking out. They seemed annoyed with me instead of understanding of a possible miscommunication. The pet fee was resonable regardless. The continental breakfast was minimal but had bagels, waffles, cereal, Sunny D, and cheap coffee. The room with pet fee was under $50.

Do Not stay Here! Room was infested with bedbugs on the night of October 8th 2015. I was literally eaten alive by several of these creatures which were on both beds. Had it not been for someone's truck backfiring when they started the vehicle first thing in the morning of October 9th 2015, I would have still been asleep and continued to be eaten alive. After taking photos and video footage of the issue, I immediately contacted the front desk and informed them of this serious issue, I was given the option of half off the room charge and half off a future stay. I was livid. I WILL NEVER, EVER STAY AT ANOTHER ECONOLODGE for a second, let alone a night. The front desk attendant then refunded me the cost of the room. I was thankful up until now. I awoke tonight to find a bedbug in my home! I am covered in new bites and bruising as well as welts and sores from the initial attack. I am totally disgusted and ashamed because I was in route to Chicago where I stayed a couple of nights at my family's home. I am filled with anger, sadness, disgust, embarrassment, shame and pity for others that have been impacted by the negligence of this franchise organization. I now have scheduled Terminix to inspect my home, have to contact my family and have them inspect their home, and pray that I can afford this treatment. Be advised not to stay in room at the Econolodge in West Memphis, Arkansas whereas the address is 2315 E. Service Road.

I stayed one night in room 106. The outside door to this room would not close all the way at the bottom and could light coming through. The bed was very creaky. Sheets smelled musty. Shower handle has no defined operations. Seamed either all hot or all cold. Safety issue for a handicap room. Glad my stay was for only 9 hours to sleep.

"Beware of Bed Bugs in this Hotel” The first day I was feeling itchy and later I found why was it! I found out of some bedbugs and one of them were biting my infant. I am annoyed how to get rid of them before I get them to home. So my advice is not to take this hotel especially if you are travelling with family. All Rooms comes with weird Smoking smell, even with non-smoking rooms. AC in room were crap. My advise please do not step in to this hotel even for cheap deal.

Pay for what you get, ac was in crap condition but worked at least, barely any water pressure and the front desk middle eastern is a liar, we did get bed bugs.

Not as clean as I expected but not bad… the night staff was really nice! :) just know there is no elevator if you get the third floor… my mom was with me and I had to help her up 3 flights of stairs! :)

I stayed in this hotel for two nights over the weekend in August 2015. This is a basic roadside motel with friendly staff and basic breakfast. The bath tub is worn and dirty, the location is safe but loud with the interstate right in front of it. The door opens to the parking lot, during the summer, there are many mosquitoes that gets in. The room comes with a microwave/fridge and basic TV. The toilet did not flush that well. Parking lot have a lot of holes, so be careful when you drive. Staff was very friendly.

Just like the commercial says, clean comfortable room at a reasonable price. Staff was awesome! A+ in my book!

Decent value for the money, carpet may be threadbare (it was in my pet-friendly room) but the rooms are clean, staff is very kind and friendly (Channing was wonderful, really! ), and the location good for access to downtown without paying a downtown price. Come on people it is Motel Six not the Ritz Carlton already. A decent value with kind staff — spot on for my money.

Asked for a non smoking room. Walked in to the smell of cigarettes. The cigarette burns on the TV remote to the very outdated TV confirmed my suspicious. The ghetto is right behind the building and the parking lot is pretty rough to drive on. The beds were half ass made and tge floor had not been vacuumed. The tub was dirty and the toilet didn't flush all that well. I guess if you are in a pinch it will do but don't expect to much.

Room was incredibly small, so was the bathroom and tv. The whole room reaked of smoke and the carpet and blanket had cigarette burns. There was hair on the towel luckily I'd brought my own. The water was brownish and smelled funny, and kept changing temperature from scalding to freezing. There was a hole in the wall around the power outlet. And something on the TV screen that would not wipe off. No fridge, microwave, or continental breakfast. Good parking and friendly staff. Over priced for what we got.
