Less of an inn and more of a Motel, If that's what you're looking for then this is great. Nothing extraordinary though.

No stars! Absolutely TERRIBLE! BED BUGS, ROACHES, RUDENESS! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER UNDURED! Cannot have your children play outside, dirty sheets, nasty nasty NASTY staff. Front desk lady is extremely rude. I will NEVER stay here again.

BETTER then last stay Fridges need cleaning.

~~~~~BEWARE FAKE REVIEWS! ~~~~DO NOT STAY HERE~~~~ me and my hubby were passing through and needed a quick place to stay. We looked online for the area and found this place. Upon entering the lobby you see a glass partition separating the clerk from customers… very shady right off the get go not a good vibe. The area is VERY sketchy we noticed afterwards. Because our room was already booked when we got there. We felt very unsafe to the point that we took all our stuff out of the back of the truck and brought it into the hotel. When we entered the room it smelt like someone had smoked a bunch of pot and then attempted to mask it with a highly concentrated lemon fragrance spray. This nearly killed me. As it was sooooo fricken strong! ok so the stench was unbearable, we left the door open in this sketchy neighborhood for 2 hours to air out our hotel room (as a paying customer, I don't feel like I should have had to do that). I'm not sure if we just got very unlucky or if that is the usual. Either way I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Ok so next… carpet was disgusting… I wore my sandals cuz it was dirty and would leave a residue on my feet. Bed spread was one of those colored ones they don't wash after every guest. Again, could feel and smell the residue… next, the bathroom, was interesting to say at the least. If you like big locker room bathrooms have I got the place for you! the ceiling was that grated plastic filled with dust. Conveniently not shown in any pictures.

Never again the bed is hard as a rock and makes sounds the pillows are yellow and the sheets have holes in them not to mention the hair all over them as well the "non smoking" room smells of smoke and oranges.

1. When I walked into the office, there was glass between the counter top and the guest area. I assume it was there to protect the clerk from thieves. This made me question if the hotel was a safe place to stay. 2. It was frustrating that I could not understand the clerk because of his thick foreign accent. 3. There were no tissues in the room or other amenities like a coffee pot and coffee. This is a bare bones hotel and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

It was easy to find using the navigation app Waze. Checkin/out was easy, and the room was clean. Even the A/C worked well. A pleasant overnight stay.

Very clean room. Very nice desk clerk. Pillows were too squishy for me. Just an overnight stay. Great price!

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and looked recently refurbished. Had nicer than average bathroom for this type of motel, with a real bathtub and good shower head. Really appreciated having a mini fridge to put our food in overnight. The only complaint is the mattresses are quite hard, although I slept well on it and the pillows were better than average for an inexpensive place. The people running it were nice and helpful. All in all a good bargain for travelers needing a place to stay as they pass through.

A simple, no frills hotel. Clean and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. No breakfast. Poor access to outlets. But overall good.

Very nice place for the price. Clean rooms (except the carpets). Nice bathrooms. They allowed us to have our dog with us for only $15. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. I'd stay again. One of our rooms smelled like smoke. Our baby's knees were dirty from crawling on the carpet. Besides that, it was a good stay for us.

All we're really looking for in a hotel like this is a clean room and hopefully a decent bed. This had both. Plus, the shower was a good one. We booked it late and we didn't have a lot of options on a holiday weekend so we think we were pretty lucky.

Made a reservation and had to cancel within the hour. The staff is not knowledgeable in making and cancelling reservations. When we requested the cancellation, initially we were hung up on. After calling back and explaining we needed the reservation cancelled it was evident that the staff did not know how to do it and had an attitude forcing us to demand the cancellation and reimbursement to our card. This took several long minute for the staff to figure out how to call the credit card dpt and refund the transaction. Once completed they hung up on us once again. Unacceptable customers relations, best decision made was to cancel and find another hotel to stay at!

Nice folks, clean / sharp room / great price. Exactly what I needed.

Rooms were dirty. Basic items that should be in a room, like tissues, were missing. The old empty tissue boxes were still there, with old chewing gum stuck in them. No clock in one room and the clock in the second room did not work. There were not enough towels supplied in the room for the number of sleeping spaces. Dodgy repair work where they took the time to repair. Other repairs left undone. Rooms alternate smoking and "non-smoking, " but this equated to a Designated smoking room and a Non-designated smoking room. The smell of the rooms made our entire family feel ill and dirty the next day. Given the condition of the motel, it is over priced. Felt deceived and taken advantage of. If we hadn't arrived so late, we would have demanded our money back and found another accommodation no matter what the price. On the positive side. I am positive I would never stay there again.

Really clean rooms and nice management. Easy to find and easy to get back on the interstate. Not too far from downtown memphis which is exactly what I needed.

I travelled to Memphis with some of my friends back in March for the Kid Rock concert. We chose to stay here because it was close to downtown Memphis and the price was very good too. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. If you are vising the Memphis area and want to stay at a clean, affordable hotel then this is where you want to stay.

Clean rooms, good service. No complaints about this place. Internet worked good and fast. Beds were comfortable. Will stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights during March 2013. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The price of the room is what made us stay here and we were very surprised and glad we chose this hotel. It has everything you need for a night's stay. I will be staying here every time I'm in the Memphis area and will recommend this hotel to everyone I who comes this way too.
