The days inn was a decent place to stay for the price. Right next to the casino. The room was clean and the pool was decent. We went site seeing and it never took more than 10 minutes to get to downtown.

Looks like they tried to update the room but the building is old and it is hard to work with that. There was a musty smell that didn’t go away, door and walls were dinged up and visible dirt, small closet, and floor was lumpy when you walked on it. Lobby is small and musty/dirty. Not a place I wanted to spend longer than needed. Across from dance hall/casino. Can hear every thing — even a roller suitcase going by was loud. Other little things that don’t really matter but add to the whole effect like no liners in trash cans, and small well used towels. Have a tv, no problems with bathroom or shower, bed was decent, and didn’t seem old. Friendly enough staff. Had a decent stay but was disappointed by the expectation I had from the pictures and other reviews. Don’t know the are well enough to know if the other affordable options are better. If I go through again I will check another option and see how it goes.

I absolutely LOVED staying here! Nice outdoor pool, bed high off the floor and as comfortable as my bed at home. Clean, quiet room. I’ll definitely come here again ❤️ Thank you Days Inn.

The room is nice and spacious. Its location compared to downtown Memphis is an easy 10 minute drive. The pool feels nice after a long day in the sun.

The room we were given, when we finally found it, the door was open and when we walk in, the manager (as she stated) was inside smoking. Now mind you it is a non-smoking room. So she promises us a king room and takes off 15% which we did get after little wait. The room is very nice and very clean thankfully and the bed is extremely comfortable. The gentleman outside said how lucky we were because a previous gentleman who requested the suite walked in his room (the door was open as well) to a prostitute and two men just finishing up. They politely mentioned how they didn't mess up anything in the room or get anything on his bed. Smh It was not a good start but thankfully it ended well… for us at least. The front desk lady was very nice as well.

Been at a lot of motels but this one compared poorly. Staff were shocking rude. Room stank of smoke when it was supposed to be non-smoking. The response I got "not my problem. That's what you get for booking with a 3rd party website". She eventually switched me after a stand off where she wanted to charge me 20% more for the privilege!

I am from close to Kentucky in Tennessee and recently got a job as the head of the accounting department in Memphis, tn. I am 54 years old, not tattoo's, no crazy hair color, was dressed modestly. Went to days in at west Memphis Arkansas to see their apt style rooms. First room the showed me their crew was painting side walk and I had to walk in damp paint to see room. The room was in the very back of hotel and isolated. I am 54 years old and traveling by my self. I went back to the desk and asked if they had anything else and the showed me another room which was located much better. I went back to desk and said I wanted, that I would be staying about 6 mo. The clerk went to the manager with my driver license and then told me the manager wished to see me. When I got back to her office she did not introduce herself, nor was she friendly. She went right into the rules and stipulations of renting. She told me that I could not have any visitor's, I am not talking about over night guests, which was also not allowed. That she will come into my room at any time once a week, whether I was there or not to check that I was obeying the rules of and to check for cleanliness (even though I was told that every Monday they service room). I tried to explain to her that I may I have family visitors during holidays (being that I would be there for 6 mo. ) She wanted all the names of who might come see me, (they would have rented their own rooms).

The location was good. The room was clean. Free and fast Wi-Fi. The door was hard to open and was a little annoying. Other than that there was nothing wrong with the hotel.

Nothing about this experience was good. The room was non-smoking, but reeked of old cigarette smoke. Nothing was clean, including the bedding. Best of all, the bathroom did not have a door. I love my wife, but there are some things I prefer for us to keep to ourselves.

This place is great. The staff is really nice and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was an added bonus. Overall it's a really nice stay for the price you can't go wrong.

Great 2 bedroom apartments. Love the service… And Breakfast is delicious. Couldn't be happier☺☺☺

Stayed there after a 13 hour drive from Florida, room was very nice, clean, and the bed was awesome comfortable. Thanks for a nice stay…

Stayed at Days Inn in West Memphis. This place was disgusting. My fiancé and his brother is staying in town due to work and they stayed here. When we got into town we went in and cleaned the whole room due to it being disgusting. Nothing in the room was wiped down and there was roaches and spiders in the room. The manager is rude and doesn’t care about any of her guests. We were promised a refund for the money we spent on cleaning supplies and never got a refund. We also found used condoms in the drawers. I will never stay here again and I hope this place gets shut down.

Affordable and close to i-40. Person behind the desk at check-in and check-out was not pleasant (during checkout she wasn't even behind the desk. She was watching TV in the lounge). The service road to get there off the interstate was a little confusing. The room wasn't clean at all. It felt like someone spilled maple syrup on the carpet in front of the TV. There was a wad of hair in the shower drain. Lots of mildew on the shower grout. The sink looked like there was toothpaste on the plug and I found out why later. It was clogged pretty bad. Sheets seemed clean and the bed was comfy.

Your not going to find a better hotel in west Memphis than this place the staff is so awesome an very professional from all of the staff including housekeeping I would absolutely recommend days inn to everyone who visits west Memphis absolutely top notch the rooms are amazing clean.

One night, 12/29/17, arrived late and left early. Room and bed were comfortable and quiet. Everything worked. It was a good stay. The rooms are entered from the outside, no interior halls. Also, there is no elevator, so you use the outdoor stairs to get to second-floor rooms.

My husband and I booked a room on a drive through trip to ensure we had a place to stay. We arrived at 8:30 pm. And the power was out therefore they were unable to process our information and no one knew when the power was to come back on. We drove around for an hour, went back to the hotel and they still did not know when the power was to come back on. I let the lady know we were getting another hotel room. We went back the next morning to get our money back and was told a manager would call us. Long story short we called numerous times and was told numerous things. We did not receive our money back despite the fact it was not our fault we couldn't stay there. I WILL NEVER stay here and do not suggest anyone booking a room in advance.

Very big and busy Days Inn. My single room was big and clean. Good location. Travelers, locals and casino patrons.

The staff was very friendly! The rooms were recently remodeled. Super comfortable bed! They are pet friendly which is a huge plus! The breakfast was delicious! Eggs, Biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, toast, juice, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

We have a 1 bedroom apartment. 3 burners but no oven, full size fridge, microwave. It's an older place and some updating has been done but needs more. The people who work here are soooooo nice. Pet friendly. Next door to a Mexican restaurant and a casino.

Nice bed. Very clean. Friendly, helpful employees. Food breakfast. Close to freeway with easy access. Food rates.

Within 30 min of getting to the room and sitting on the bed my friend and I started getting bites on us. I'm 7 months pregnant and the person who was sent to my room checked one spot on the bed and said that it wasn't bed bugs and wouldn't do anything else. She then gave me excuse after excuse until she finally said, I don't know where your from but we have the Mississippi River right there and we have things like mosquitoes. I had to inform her that I wasn't wasn't from Connecticut. I'm from Southern damn near boothill of Missouri. We have a river too and I know what a mosquito is. I also showed her how her bed spread was dirty and she told me that it wasn't dirty it was stained from the truckers and we probably couldn't take their strong washing detergent. They sprayed the room but when we returned hours later it smelled of a strong pesticide. Of course we couldn't air out the room because of those elusive mosquitoes that only Memphis Arkansas has. I would give them 0 stars but my friend said they deserved 2… So here you go.

9/7/17 Was here for a week because of hurricane Irma. The bed rooms are normal. Beds are super comfy. Room is a bit updated, rooms are different, some have fridge/freezers while others only have mini fridges, the showers are clean, beds clean, rugs looked clean but some parts were a bit rough or sticky. Blow dryer, coffee, iron and ironing board, tissues, alarm clock, microwave, desk in room. Roll away bed available for no cost. Pet friendly. Breakfast is 5-9am which is horrible especially when you come from the eastern side which means you need to wake up earlier than usual. Eggs (sometimes still frozen) so you need to heat it in microwave, gravy with pieces of sausage, bagels, bread white and wheat, cereal, waffle maker with syrup, packets of peanut butter-jelly-butter-cream cheese, coffee decaf and regular, creamer, milk, juice, water. You cannot take food to rooms which sucks when your kids don't want to wake up early. The southland gaming center is right next door which you can walk too. It's great.

It was super easy to get to. It was right off the interstate. The staff was very polite and quick to assist. The breakfast in the morning was perfect.

The pool was the best part, it's family friendly, it has a homey feel to it, and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and the staff were kind enough. The restaurant attached to it made it easy to get great food.

Worst experience at any hotel/motel period. Returned to my room around 2 am with my friend and as we are passing the pool area to our room there was a couple younger kids in the pool. Which was closed at 10 pm. The front desk attendant stormed through the back door at this time drowning herself in cigarette smoke claiming she had called the cops because of the people in the pool I guess. She had a couple disrespectful comments toward my friend and I. I assume she assumed we were also in the pool. But clearly we were not, obviously still in our dry clothes. Well by the time we reach the front of the building the cops had already arrived. Immediately the officers demanded to enter our room which we haven't even made it to the door yet. I asked why and they couldn't give me a definite answer and wouldn't. I refused because it was unnecessary and uncalled for. After I refused to hand over my key card I was threatened with a taser by the officer. Meanwhile in my dry clothes, handcuffed and in the back of a police vehicle I was accused of swimming in the pool. I was charged for public intoxication for the drinks I had consumed earlier that night because I had done nothing else. I spent three days in crittenden county jail and 640 dollars in fines. Including missing my mother's 60th B-Day and fathers day with my 2 daughters. Also I had 500 dollars or so in cash that disappeared from the time the cops came to the time I was booked in the jail.

I am only giving this a one star because it won't allow you to give a zero! This place is horrible we have been here for 2 Days now we asked them to clean the room and to restock towels and was told they didn't have any! My husband and I live in West Virginia and we are here visiting family with children. We took them to the pool area to swim and both days we went there's was people drunk/ drinking smoking inside the pool and acting like fools and using horrible language! This place is a joke and definitely not kid friendly at all what so ever!. The staff are very rude and have absolutely no hospitality… Do not bring children to this place seems like all the people staying are either on drugs prostitutes or alcoholics. Do not recommend to anyone. And as stated in previous reviews there are huge cock roaches!

Complimentary breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned and smelled ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet location. It was a little hard to get to following our gps directions but managed with a little bit of back tracking.

Stayed over night for a conference. The first thing I noticed was the clean carpet that was not worn out, there were clean slippers, plenty of clean fluffy towels. The room did not smell of smoke at all, thank God. The linens were clean and the bed was oh so comfortable. I woke up fully rested. The shower was warm and just the right pressure. The bathroom corners were well sealed but the bathroom could use an exhaust but this was minor. We had plenty of privacy. The breakfast was awesome. I loved how the fruit was served and had a full plate. Alan was very welcoming. I had a pleasant visit and would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazingly comfortable beds! We were in town for a funeral and I thought I couldn't sleep until I laid on that bed and was able to relax. Thanks for everything!
